Fabulous Bike & Boat in Croatia with our amazing guides Elena and Tonka and the wonderful crew of the Prinzesca Diana. The boat, the food, the landscape and the organization were all well above our expectation and I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an active but relaxing vacation!!

I can't think of a better way to explore the islands of Croatia! We spent days cycling through the scenic countryside with super competent and fun guides, and evenings docked in pretty little port towns on our beautiful ship. The Croatian crew was fabulous, the food was great and everything was really well organized. The whole week felt adventurous and relaxing at the same time. I loved every minute of it!

The crew and tour guides were absolutely phenomenal. The tour guides kept us constantly informed, made necessary changes based on the weather and sight conditions and interacted with the guest. The chef was amazing, not a single bad meal...The captain and crew were wonderful and made an effort to engage with the guests. I would most defiantly recommend this trip.

Great time away, food was not to my liking and very bland especially the soups. Mash potato was like slop on plate meat stew very tough. Coffee not nice all agreed bought my own and it went missing. Toilet paper should be filled properly at all times as only little was put in and we kept running out along with others. No ware to sit when weather was so bad as only 4 seats by bar all tables were played straight after breakfast. Breakfast: nothing left one morning at 7.45 when breakfast should have been until 8.30. Plates taken when we were still eating at breakfast meats and cheese removed so fast not time to eat, most days they had breakfast cleared down before 8.15 making many of us feeling rushed and not able to eat what we wanted for our breakfast. The crew were very nice . Would have liked the bikes we paid for to have been available when we were not on ride so we could explore. Felt the whole week centred around them not us.

Nice number of guests. Team leaders/tour mangers absolutely terrific, as well all the crew. Food amazing. Accomodation was very comfortable. Such a memorable trip. A great combination of traveling on a midsize boat, max. 32 guests, we had 17 which made the excursion so much more personable with guests and crew. Weather in first of May was decent. 20ish degrees.

The crew was just exceptional. Tonja & Elena were simply the very best guides you can have. The food prepared by Marco was better than any restaurant and he is so dedicated. I had a great time on the sail and cycle. It was my first experience with a trip like this and everything was wonderful. The staff was kind (they even made me hot chocolate while the adults had coffee each morning!) and very detail-oriented. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We were advised after we sailed about extra charges above those we paid for the trip, 50.00 per person port taxes and harbor charges. Why were surprised by these because sail Croatia didn’t tell us. Not very nice. To be paid in cash before final disembarking.

This was our first visit to Croatia and we loved every minute of it! We had regular bikes and found the rides challenging at times with the 'rolling hills' but so worth it for the views! Beautiful villages, coastline and crystal clear water! The tour guides, Tonka, Matilda and Elena were superb and the crew on board The Emanuel were very attentive and kind, especially Christina! Everything ran so smoothly, and for the first cruise of the season, the weather was fantastic! Made lots of new friends and had a good laugh with like-minded travellers from across the globe! Croatia definitely stole my heart!

The ship was lovely and cycle guides did a great job looking after us on the rides. ship staff also did a great job with friendliness and efficiency. The ship itself was impressive lovely cabins and great showers. Only critique cabins could be warmer on the cooler says. Heater controls made no difference.

From our cycling guides to the boat's crew to the food everything couldn't have been better. Our daily cycling had enough flexibility for those who wanted to go from point A to point B quickly could do so and those who wanted to stop and take photos could. The rides were broken up with coffee/rest stops such that there was a relaxed rather than hurry-up feeling I'd experienced on other cycling vacations. I wasn't sure how I felt about cycling in the morning rather than part morning, part afternoon with a lunch stop but I actually preferred it to other schedules. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options and I never expected a 3 course lunch each day. The late April water was too cold for me to do more than a quick jump in and out but having the streets and small villages to ourselves was preferable to later in the season and having to avoid crowds. It was a wonderful experience.

Holiday of a lifetime on a cycling cruise on board the ship Princeza Diana doing the Split return South route. Stunning boat. Very large cabins , spotless en suite , cleaned daily. Fantastic cycling guides Ana and Srjan who looked after us and talked about the history of each island. Took in amazing views, great for photo opportunities. The daily swim stops were incredible , highlight of the trip for me. Beautiful crystal clear water. Swam off the boat. Excellent food and top class hospitality from the whole crew. Good value for money. I am booking again for next year to do a hiking cruise. This is a must do trip for anyone wanting to see Croatia !!!

It was a great trip. Food was great, scenery, bikes were comfortable. Weather was fantastic for 6 out of the 7days Confirm your checkout time before you make your travel plans after your cruise. We understood checkout was 10am, therefore booked our bus to Dubrovnik for 1230pm then were told checkout was 8am. Cost us extra money for late rescheduling of our bus times to an earlier time. Our only complaint though

This was such a great trip - each day was so well planned and the accommodations and food on the Emanuel were wonderful! Tonka, Matilda and Elena, our guides, were fun to ride with and had everything covered. We had lots of laughs with them and thoroughly enjoyed their company and their stories about each place we visited. The electric bikes made the tougher rides up the mountains to the spectacular viewpoints accessible to all and the rides through the towns fun. All the bikers on the trip got along so well and were a pleasure to travel with! Christina, the crew manager, was very attentive to everyone’s on-board dining and bar requests - she was truly delightful! The cabins were just the right size for 2 people and there were many different areas on the decks to hang out either with the other travelers or individually between ports. The meals were wonderful and had a good variety of foods. It was fun to sit with different folks at the 6 person dining tables and get to know everyone!

I had never done such an active trip. Communication pre travel was excellent as i did email several times before trip for specifics. . the Guides were fun and knowledgable, the bike (ebike) worked well and was comfortable . Agenda was active and things were on time. no “waiting “ around. Croatia is a beautiful country and the islands were fun to bike. especially diring the mid of April before major tourist season. The weather was beautiful—something no one can control.

This was my first European vacation and I couldn't have picked a more beautiful or enjoyable way to see Europe, especially Croatia. The trip was affordable, accommodations very comfortable, ship clean, food excellent. I enjoyed having a smaller ship. Staff was very accommodating. Marin and Anna did an excellent job organizing, communicating the day's events, continuing to text to keep us informed, and keeping us safe. I appreciated that the last day of the trip, our captain ensured we were not caught in the middle of the sea in the middle of a storm. Everyone ensured we could get our final rides in yet get into port in ample time prior to the storm. The first day was a bit confusing. Maybe a bit more time could have been spent explaining the ebikes and test riding more prior to going on the ride. Also, some of the ports had limited restaurants. Communication could have been a bit clearer that restaurants had limited seating. This was a most enjoyable trip. Thank you to the entire staff

This is my second Sail Croatia bike and sail. Again, it exceeded all my expectations! The staff and guides were excellent. Meals were exceptional! Loved the swim stops even though the water was a little cool in early June. Once you got in it was great.

Everyone in our group was thrilled with the crew and how they made our travel experience the very best. We loved visiting the Croatian Islands by ebike, and the guides were fantastic and very well organized. We were given a big, beautiful breakfast and lunch each day with a smile and delight. The boat was lovely , but the crew and cycling tour guides are what made this trip. THEY WORKED HARD!!!!!!! Lifting the bikes everyday and still smiling. The guides were professional and very well informed about the area and were way better at English than we were at Croatian. The food was high quality, promptly served, and plentiful. I woud do the same all over again tomorrow.

We were 4 people that joined an existing group of 24 people that were all connected with each other. We were fortunate in that we all got along great. They were great cheerleaders for those of us not riding e-bikes. Our ride leaders, Ivica and Mario, did an amazing job of planning our rides each day, adjusting routes for the weather and our group's skill level. The crew on the boat were very friendly and helpful. Extra shout out to Christiana, David and our chef (for adjusting meals to meet my vegetarian dietary needs)

Touring the Croatian Islands on bikes was such a fantastic way to see the gorgeous landscape and historic towns. The e-bikes are what made this vacation so special because they allow everyone to enjoy the ride without too much exertion. I did not use one but I would recommend them for most people. Our tour guides were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The food was (too) delicious as proven by my scale upon return. I can't stop telling everyone I know how much I enjoyed this trip!

Everything made this trip! Starting with signing up with Sail Croatia.. My girl friends sister had done the trip last year. Being boaters and bikers. We made our decision to do it. It was far beyond my expectations! At first I was hesitant to do it as my travels have never included an organized tour. This trip I was proven wrong. The boat was the perfect size, spanking clean and organized, the crew and bike guides were beyond personable, friendly and professional, the food outstanding! By the end of the trip they all were like family. The group, a mixture from different countries, also became like family, many we will keep in touch with after this trip I do not say these words lightly,. I truly amazed myself with this admittance. I say again, I have never been a fan of tours nor large groups of unknown people. I have been on many world adventures but none quite like this one!

We loved our time on board the Mali Ante. The crew and tour guides were very nice, helpful and fun to be around. The food was great. The excursions to the different islands were amazing. The islands are so beautiful. We loved everyone of them. The cycling was perfect for all of us - from beginner to advanced - we all handled it well. This is definitely the best of Croatia.

The crew, which is responsible for the sailing/transportation of our group from destination to destination, were very good - trying to avoid rough waters, offering good meals (always a breakfast and usually a lunch and the occasional dinner). The cycling component was handled by a lead that planned the routes. Our lead tried to anticipate the abilities of our group, as we had a few non-electric bikers, and I appreciated him factoring the weather, cycling ability, terrain, topography and the ships ability with regards to docking/port authority schedules. By the end of our trip we ended up cycling: distance and total accumulated altitude climb, exceeded most trips of the season.. I believe that accommodations could have been made if our group was either over or under challenged.. Overall cycling Croatia was a great experience for us. We got to see Croatia in a unique way safely guided and well hosted.

We had an incredible time w 13 other couples, sailing and biking from Dubrovnik to Spilt. The crew and our bike guides are what set this apart. So amazing to hear their takes on the history of the region and their love of their country. We had a great set up for the other couples that we were traveling with to enjoy time as a big group and break off into smaller groups.

Excited about the boat Aphrodite, it did not disappoint. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Plenty of room. Great introduction with the staff. Any fears of sharing our holiday with a number of unknown people were soon dismissed. We were so fortunate that we had such a good group. The cycling guides, helpful , informative and entered into the spirit of holiday. WhatsApp group for passing information and morning meetings worked well. The bicycles are good quality and surprisingly no punctures.. At times the group seemed to large and we seemed rushed and to be cycling to a schedule. Thoroughly recommend the combination of travelling by boat and cycling the best way to enjoy the Dalmatian coast. The scenery was stunning, weather was perfect for us in mid September. Opportunities to swim from beaches and of the boat was perfect, enjoyed the food on the boat and we all came together to eat at meal times. Most memorable experience and booked again with SailCroatia for 2027….

Our bike tour guides, Marin and Borna, were absolutely outstanding — knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about the regions we explored. Their local insights, humor, and attention to detail made every ride not just scenic but meaningful. They were the true highlight of this trip and the main reason our cycling adventure was such a success. The boat Dionis was functional and served its purpose as our floating base for the week. While it’s not the most luxurious vessel in the fleet, it provided what we needed for a comfortable journey between islands. The crew was generally accommodating, though the captain’s early departure push on the final morning — moving the checkout time from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. — felt a bit rushed and left us scrambling to wrap things up. Overall, the experience was memorable and well organized, thanks in large part to Marin and Borna, who turned a good trip into a great one.

The Sail Croatia trip is small enough (about 30 people) to be personal. The organsiation has the experience to know what works for a group. We had 7 nights on board. We were cycling every day in a range of beautiful islands with time also to relax and explore the environment and local treats. The tour guides were friendly, organised and professional. It was fabulous having 7 nights without having to transfer accommodation as we hopped from island to island. We had fun with everyone on board and received fresh meals. At night we could eat locally on shore and there were options like wine tasting easily accessible to the boat. We had seven weeks holiday and this week was a highlight.

Each day’s itinerary was meticulously planned and when weather didn’t cooperate, J did a great job of changing on the fly, The crew on the boat were also absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. Everything was amazing! The biking was such a great way to see the islands of Croatia. The guides were fantastic in planning the day’s ride; kept a good pace with breaks as needed. The boat staff were friendly and eager to make your trip a good experience. The food was amazing. I wasn’t expecting that type of quality on a small ship. The sea was quite rough for a few hours but that is out of anyone’s hands.

Enjoyed this Sail and Cycle Croatia tour. The accommodation was good - surprisingly spacious, onboard meals excellent and boat staff and crew lovely. The Sail Croatia Cycle guides were exceptional- professional, knowledgeable, funny and warm! Each day, Island offered new and spectacular views and experiences. Only noteworthy, took this tour early October and the weather started to be cooler - tourist season in fact coming to a close.

The trip was very well organized. We were updated daily on how the day would go and than also sent all the info on Whatsapp. Everything was above and beyond my expectations even though we had to change plans a few times. Our bike guide Marin was amazing. He is so very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe riding in some dangerous locations. It felt like We all respected him right from the moment we heard him speak. Ilona was the back guide and she is a sweet, caring girl who was always so helpful and supportive. She was always making sure everyone was doing ok and she was great to hang with the group and get to know everyone. This was a trip i won’t forget and i will definitely be recommending to friends.

We had an amazing time cycling and sailing on the Columbo! The captain and his crew were exceptional and strategic in getting us to each new port safely and efficiently allowing more time for cycling! The chef was amazing as was our two cycling guides!! Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent time on our 7 day Dubrovnik to Split bike tour. J and Anna, our bike guides, were kind, friendly, and helpful. Safety was always a priority on our rides. We had a few spicy weather days and J made accommodations to ensure both fun and safety. The servers on board were always cheerful and ready to please! Overall, our group of 4, had a great time and would recommend this tour.
