Great time away, food was not to my liking and very bland especially the soups. Mash potato was like slop on plate meat stew very tough. Coffee not nice all agreed bought my own and it went missing. Toilet paper should be filled properly at all times as only little was put in and we kept running out along with others. No ware to sit when weather was so bad as only 4 seats by bar all tables were played straight after breakfast. Breakfast: nothing left one morning at 7.45 when breakfast should have been until 8.30. Plates taken when we were still eating at breakfast meats and cheese removed so fast not time to eat, most days they had breakfast cleared down before 8.15 making many of us feeling rushed and not able to eat what we wanted for our breakfast. The crew were very nice . Would have liked the bikes we paid for to have been available when we were not on ride so we could explore. Felt the whole week centred around them not us.

Nice number of guests. Team leaders/tour mangers absolutely terrific, as well all the crew. Food amazing. Accomodation was very comfortable. Such a memorable trip. A great combination of traveling on a midsize boat, max. 32 guests, we had 17 which made the excursion so much more personable with guests and crew. Weather in first of May was decent. 20ish degrees.

I had a great time on the sail and cycle. It was my first experience with a trip like this and everything was wonderful. The staff was kind (they even made me hot chocolate while the adults had coffee each morning!) and very detail-oriented. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We were advised after we sailed about extra charges above those we paid for the trip, 50.00 per person port taxes and harbor charges. Why were surprised by these because sail Croatia didn’t tell us. Not very nice. To be paid in cash before final disembarking.

This was our first visit to Croatia and we loved every minute of it! We had regular bikes and found the rides challenging at times with the 'rolling hills' but so worth it for the views! Beautiful villages, coastline and crystal clear water! The tour guides, Tonka, Matilda and Elena were superb and the crew on board The Emanuel were very attentive and kind, especially Christina! Everything ran so smoothly, and for the first cruise of the season, the weather was fantastic! Made lots of new friends and had a good laugh with like-minded travellers from across the globe! Croatia definitely stole my heart!

The ship was lovely and cycle guides did a great job looking after us on the rides. ship staff also did a great job with friendliness and efficiency. The ship itself was impressive lovely cabins and great showers. Only critique cabins could be warmer on the cooler says. Heater controls made no difference.

From our cycling guides to the boat's crew to the food everything couldn't have been better. Our daily cycling had enough flexibility for those who wanted to go from point A to point B quickly could do so and those who wanted to stop and take photos could. The rides were broken up with coffee/rest stops such that there was a relaxed rather than hurry-up feeling I'd experienced on other cycling vacations. I wasn't sure how I felt about cycling in the morning rather than part morning, part afternoon with a lunch stop but I actually preferred it to other schedules. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options and I never expected a 3 course lunch each day. The late April water was too cold for me to do more than a quick jump in and out but having the streets and small villages to ourselves was preferable to later in the season and having to avoid crowds. It was a wonderful experience.

Holiday of a lifetime on a cycling cruise on board the ship Princeza Diana doing the Split return South route. Stunning boat. Very large cabins , spotless en suite , cleaned daily. Fantastic cycling guides Ana and Srjan who looked after us and talked about the history of each island. Took in amazing views, great for photo opportunities. The daily swim stops were incredible , highlight of the trip for me. Beautiful crystal clear water. Swam off the boat. Excellent food and top class hospitality from the whole crew. Good value for money. I am booking again for next year to do a hiking cruise. This is a must do trip for anyone wanting to see Croatia !!!

It was a great trip. Food was great, scenery, bikes were comfortable. Weather was fantastic for 6 out of the 7days Confirm your checkout time before you make your travel plans after your cruise. We understood checkout was 10am, therefore booked our bus to Dubrovnik for 1230pm then were told checkout was 8am. Cost us extra money for late rescheduling of our bus times to an earlier time. Our only complaint though

We loved our time on board the Mali Ante. The crew and tour guides were very nice, helpful and fun to be around. The food was great. The excursions to the different islands were amazing. The islands are so beautiful. We loved everyone of them. The cycling was perfect for all of us - from beginner to advanced - we all handled it well. This is definitely the best of Croatia.

The trip was very well organized. We were updated daily on how the day would go and than also sent all the info on Whatsapp. Everything was above and beyond my expectations even though we had to change plans a few times. Our bike guide Marin was amazing. He is so very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe riding in some dangerous locations. It felt like We all respected him right from the moment we heard him speak. Ilona was the back guide and she is a sweet, caring girl who was always so helpful and supportive. She was always making sure everyone was doing ok and she was great to hang with the group and get to know everyone. This was a trip i won’t forget and i will definitely be recommending to friends.

We had an excellent time on our 7 day Dubrovnik to Split bike tour. J and Anna, our bike guides, were kind, friendly, and helpful. Safety was always a priority on our rides. We had a few spicy weather days and J made accommodations to ensure both fun and safety. The servers on board were always cheerful and ready to please! Overall, our group of 4, had a great time and would recommend this tour.

This was a wonderful balance of exercise, educational experiences and relaxation. The guides were wonderful with providing an experience that was enjoyed by all and were able to adapt to the changing weather conditions and keep us informed. Our 14 year old enjoyed the trip too. The ride was harder than what we expected, but we enjoyed the challenge of the hills and there was an option to upgrade to the E-bike.

Provide daily written out itinerary for people to actually read what times and where things were going on. Have an intercom (overhead speaker) so people can be alerted of pertinent info for all passengers. Verbal daily communication from guide was poor on daily activities. Cycle times need to be longer with less “coffee” breaks (30 min ride, 45 min stop) Our guide, was rude. Our other guide, Mario, was great. Overall, first impression of accommodations found that a bed overhead light was broken with wires exposed, safe didn’t work, tight quarters and air conditioning was poor, Reported broken light immediately and it was repaired.. Safe reported not working, told how to use by crew, but those instructions didn’t work….finally found written safe instructions on top shelf (which we couldn’t see beforehand) and was able to get the safe working on our own.. Food was ok. Bikes were outstanding quality….so good, I’m considering purchasing that brand. Swim stops were great.

It really was a great trip, Marin and Mario were exceptional. They covered all the bases for having a safe and worry, free experience, very professional. Personally, I could’ve used a little bit longer routes to cycle and myself and a few others felt the last cycle stop was a little risky getting on and off the boat. I’m off to extend my journey and vacation, but I think that this part of it’s gonna be the best of everything overall Thanks, John.

This is a must do trip,a great way to combine abit of exercise and to explore Croatia. The two guides Marin and Josip were excellent very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. Everyday they explained the plan for the next day so you always knew what was happening. They also gave recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing at the port stops. So stop thinking about it and book as sometimes life and circumstances can change. Thanks for a great week.

Great staff. Bike routes well laid out and planned with interesting stops for swimming and cafes to get a delicious cup of coffee. Bikes were well maintained and very easy to ride. Any problems that did arise were handled quickly. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of food to choose from. Coffee not so good, needs improvement. Could purchase cappuccino on board which was good. Lunch definitely needs improvement. Most times it was cold. Soup was watery. Desserts were delicious. No on board safety protocols. We didn’t realize until third day into trip that life vests were under our bed. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Our guides, Marin and Josip, were outstanding! They provided detailed information about each day's cycling route and the history about each island we visited. They were always available to answer any questions/address any concerns. Both guys were so passionate about their job, and they had such a great sense of humor. In addition, the rest of the crew was fabulous, also. We mainly interacted with Bruno, the bartender, dining room host, and server. He also did an outstanding job taking care of all of us. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an active vacation!

My family and I, all adults, enjoyed a fabulous time aboard the Mali Ante just recently during the week of September 13 - 20th, 2025. The captain and his crew took exceptional care of us throughout the week. Ivica and Sasa were our terrific personable and gracious cycling and social convenors. The chef made delicious meals and offered non-meat food options for me, Mario provided excellent service in the dining room and salon. I can't thank them all enough for providing an incredible sailing and cycling adventure for us all! I hope to return for another trip with Sail Croatia and would love to see this crew again! Sandra B

We visited some amazing places around Croatia on the sail cycle cruise! Everything was perfect! From delicious meals, great service and perfect coordination of bikes on and off the boat. This was our seventh B & B trip and we had an excellent time. The staff and guides did an excellent job throughout the week. The food on the ship was very good. We used ebikes which I would recommend, they made the hills which there are many very easy to peddle up. There were not any panier bags on the bikes to carry anything in so I would recommend brining a small backpack or sling bike while riding.

Our tour guides were Ana and Marin. Our guides were awesome – they knew so much of the history of Croatia and shared it freely. The food on the boat was OK. The breakfast buffet was really good; lunch was hit and miss but mostly good. Some people found the lunches not quite enough food if you are a big eater. Drink prices on the boat were really reasonable. Would ask that you recommend the e-bike option for everyone as there was a lot of waiting for the manual bikes as some of the hills on the islands are no joke. A water bottle holder would be nice on the bikes. Would recommend the cycling jersey be included in the package. It would be great advertising for you. To charge $70 for a cycling jersey after you have spent over $2000 USD seemed excessive. Loved that our captain Martin was very safety conscious even if it meant we didn’t always get a swim stop as the seas were too rough. Our bike guide Marin also was very safety conscious which was great to ensure we completed

This was my first time to Croatia and my daughter and I spent our first week on the Sale Croatia boat, the Princesa Diana. This was a pretty remarkable time. They have figured out everything you need for a great cruise. You sail from Island to Island, bike in the morning, swim in the afternoon and make some great friends. If you’re not comfortable biking longer distances, definitely choose the E bike The food and company is terrific. I saw more of Croatia than I ever would have done on my own. I highly recommend this company.

When you combine bikes, beaches, islands, great food and new friends it doesn't get much better than this. The islands we went to and the scenic bike rides were beautiful. Our guides Josef and Ilona were fantastic. Both were very engaging, informative and had a great sense of humour. Josef was conscientious of all riders abilities, he was such a great leader and made our trip very fun in so many ways. The crew on the boat were also great. The chef put out incredible meals every time - everyone was talking about the meals. Overall, an amazing experience.

I went on the Sail Croatia cycle cruise (Dubrovnik to Split) in June/July 2025 with my immediate family. Despite the heat, we had a marvelous time. The biking aspect was well-organized and our guides, Miranda and Matilda, were full of information and stories about our cycling routes and destinations. They were so much fun! The crew (apologies for lack of the correct Croatian letters on my keyboard), Toncii, Halim, Dinko, Zdravko, and our Captain Ivan, made the trip smooth and enjoyable. Each day brought a different view of Croatia. What a memorable way to spend my first visit here! Would love to come back :)

My second Sail Croatia holiday and just as good as the first. I chose the Split Northern Cycle Tour to explore some new places and more of some of the places I'd visited previously, It was a great trip with an excellent multi national bunch of people on board. We were well looked after and the rides were excellent, scenic, varied, interesting and challenging but do go for the e-bike option unless you are a serious bike rider!

Superb trip, so well looked after by all the crew and our wonderful guides Miranda and Matilda. When they said e bikes were powerful , too true. No hill however steep was an issue! Worth paying the extra for e-bike as it made cycling in the heat pleasurable. Also worth paying extra for cabin up top. Travelling with my sister in law , we had plenty of space and bathroom was fine. Food was tasty and there was always tea, coffee and water available . Finally , excellent company from a varied group of companions from all over the world. . Thankyou one and all.
