Wonderful! Improvement must be considered for highly excessive noise level in dining room. Requires acoustical treatment. Disappointing that meals were not served on outside tables! Missing towel bars or hooks to dry swimwear in rooms. Consider reducing swimming frequency for additional dock time at additional locations such as Havar & Split. All staff were very helpful, considerate and friendly!! Beautiful Ship!!!

Mate & Antonia were fantastic guides, the hikes were great and we were blessed with fantastic weather and calm seas. The food onboard was mostly good. The cabin was tiny however had air conditioning and an ensuite. Swim stops most days were fun. Was lovely walking around the various ports too. Croatia is a beautiful country and most of the locals speak English too.

My husband and I loved the yacht and visiting the different locations along the coast. Every location was a little bit different, but all were beautiful. The common areas of the boat were never crowded and the daily swim stops were great. The cabin was spacious enough and remarkably quiet (lower deck). Our representative, Vicko, was so informative and humorous with his daily breifings of our itinerary, some history, and cultural tips. The wait staff/bartenders were so helpful and attentive. While generally, the food was good, I was a bit disappointed in their "accommodation" for our dietary needs. I told the booking agent before we booked about our dietary needs and she assured me it would be no problem. We verified this again shortly before the trip. We felt like our request was not fully conveyed to the chef and people supplying provisions on the boat, so it seemed like our alternative meals were kind of afterthoughts. The food did not measure up to the price of the trip.

This was a beautiful cruise with wonderful swim stops and interesting ports every day. The breakfasts and lunches were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the boat was kept very clean. There is not a lot of storage in the cabin, given the underbed area is taken up with life jackets. But after a day we had our storage needs figured out. They supply only basic bath amenities so bring your own, including washcloths. The shower was very weak and marginally warm a couple of days, other days it was cool. There were don't enough lines or hooks to hang wet swimwear to dry. The boat is not metal so bringing magnetic hooks doesn't help. This is only one of the very few ways to get to these small island ports. It's well worth the minor foibles on the boat.

First experience of cycling by cruise was a learning experience but mostly positive. Rides & bikes excellent, group & information managed really well by our guides. Unfortunately there was an issue with our boat and appreciate a last minute switch by Sail Croatia to keep holiday moving meant few issues. Ship was smaller so a cabin change, dining space cramped, guides were tired & stressed as unable to stay on boat with us. Food was ok but no lighter choices like salad before an afternoon of cycling.

The holiday was lovely. I really liked the Esperanza boat, very warm and welcoming with friendly staff. The swim every morning was a highlight, the top deck for sunbathing and visiting the different islands each day. We meet a bunch of great people whom we got on really well with which added to the overall experience. The food was mainly good, but thought the tipping expectation was extreme.

Well organised, comfy cabin, tasty food. Tour manager Anita was personable and a great communicator. The dining room, although smart and stylish, was not good to eat in. It was very noisy and felt claustrophobic. It was disappointing we could not eat outside. Breakfast was okay, but there was limited choice and the food quality not good. Often the fruit ran out. Coffee not good either. Excursions were terrific with a wide choice. The gratuity advice was incredible. 600 euros per cabin ! Nearly everyone was astonished that we were expected to give that much.

Amazing. Loved all the ports we visited. The ship was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother. The food was good. About what l expected for what we paid. A couple of things. Food was good. Always fresh but l thought at lunch they should have had another option on the set menu. A few people don’t eat seafood but there was no other option. You would only get different menu if you had an allergy.. TVs in room don’t work. ? Why are they there? Overall l enjoyed the cruises. I would recommend Sail Croatian friends and family.

Croatia is beautiful and this is a great way to see it. The Almissa was ok- we had the A/C stop working whenever the room temperature was too far away from the set point. So it would stop working in the middle of the night, which was very inconvenient. Dora was fantastic and always available. The rest of the crew was pretty good. I don't know why but I expected the captain to engage with us more. He was often out on his own. The food was good. But there was often so much of it, that it felt wasteful sometimes. Swim spots were very good. Overall, I would recommend this if you are social and like exploring. If you often like to be alone, you may not have much fun as you are stuck with the same 35 people for a whole week.

Cycling was great, sometimes a bit longer than expected, the cash bar and cash tips were unexpected, and many small places also only used cash so come prepared! 3 course lunch onboard was nice but we weren’t hungry enough for trying full dinners- loved the air con in the room, but could do with more storage in the bedroom. We had such a genuinely great time on this trip! Our skipper, Nenad, completely made the experience! He was the heart of the whole week. Our group was a blast, the swim stops were gorgeous, and we loved getting to explore each town along the way. The extra adventures (e-biking, scooters, wine tasting, beach clubs) were some of our favorite memories. The only things that kept this from being a full 5 stars for us: the boat felt smaller than we expected, and honestly 7 days ended up being a lot, the islands started to blend together by the end. That said, this felt more like a "know thyself" thing than anything Sail Croatia did wrong 😂 we're just not sure we're built for that many days on a small sailboat! Would still recommend it, especially if you've got a good skipper and crew like we did.

It was a lovely week. We enjoyed very much going to all the islands as they all have their own special charm. We found the food on the boat to be good but the lunch portions were way too big. We would have appreciated an explanation of the food as we had to keep asking what we were eating….The desserts everyday were the best part! Swim stops were the highlight! The Taste of Croatia tour itself needs lots of work. Olive oil tasting was in a cramped store(we were picturing a trip to an olive grove), oysters and Wine tasting was a miss as well.. There are wineries and oyster farms and Instead we went to a tourist restaurant where we got poured 3 wines and had a plate of oysters. We found a winery on our own on the island of Hvar which was amazing and would have been a welcome addition to this cruise. Foodies who book this expect more and so if we recommended this trip we would say skip the Taste of and just do the explorer or elegance cruises.

We recently boarded the Tempera Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik, and we had such a fantastic experience! Our sail team was incredibly helpful and made us feel so well looked after throughout the trip. Our host, Andro, was honestly the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the islands we visited, and we really appreciated his honesty and recommendations about which excursions were actually worth doing. The only thing we wish had been included on our trip was the rafting experience! The crew did a fantastic job of making sure we had plenty of time at the best swimming spots, and they even adjusted our ports to minimise travel time on days when they felt we needed more time to explore the islands. We also loved the people we met along the way. Our cruise had a great mix of younger and older couples, and everyone got along so well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Tempera Cruise team for an amazing trip and so many great memories!

We absolutely loved this trip on the Almissa. Perfect mix of cruising, swim stops and visits to beautiful islands. Staff were great, food was delicious and we had a great group of people onboard with us. Fun side trip options if you want them. Plenty of sunloungers upstairs for everyone. Only give it 4 stars as cabins are fairly basic but you don’t spend much time in there anyway - they were perfectly fine with plenty of room to store things. So good being able to unpack for a week and enjoy the cruise.

Overall it was wonderful. The full group of passengers were amazing and Croatia is stunning. Our hikes were beautiful. Our cabin was quite small and very damp. Our clothes and towels never felt dry. We were thankful that it was cool and quieter during the night when parked next to party boats, though it was a bit noisy when the engines started in the morning. We thought the food was quite good. In sum, great experience and would choose a bit nicer ship next time.

We loved seeing the Dalmation Islands, the beautiful walks and we enjoyed the public areas of the boat, Emanuel. However in the small cabin the bed was hard and lumpy. The addition of decent mattress toppers would be an easy fix and a big improvement. While I appreciate limited galley space, the food could be easily improved with forethought. For example for vegetarians a homemade lentil and spinach soup would be a simple and massive improvement on powdered mushroom soup. The salads were very basic; lettuce in a bowl and likewise could be upgraded with a few extras and with the addition of, for example, cooked potatoes chick peas with decent bread would have been a nicer main course than fried vege fritters from a packet. One day we had lunch of potato crocquettes with potato and vege fritters and chips, all from a packet, all fried! Breakfasts were good with nice vege choice. Bar a bit pricey. Tea and coffee all day should be included for the price of the holiday.

Wonderful, beautiful scenery ! Marin & Johnny were the perfect pair and excellent guides delivering 5/5 stars! Marin's historical knowledge was impressive; he was a mine of information and great local recommendations, he really took care of everyone! Johnny gave us the best restaurant recommendations or tips of where to go. Some of the bike rides took us up very steep hills and windy roads close to the cliff edges and while the views were beautiful I'm scared of heights, but luckily Johnny was there to support and kindly encourage me down, he was lovely! Kerim our bartender was very attentive & our food was good! Our ship was immaculate but it was older so while we had an upper cabin our bed was positioned up against the wall so I had crawl over the bed to get to my side. It wasn't the end of the world but we felt like we were camping :) which is why I am giving this review 4 stars! I'd highly recommend this trip, all the islands we visited were amazing and we loved Croatia!

Fantastic, loved the island rides especially in quiet places. Amazing coastline and beautiful views. Great guides and staff. Things that need improvement . 1 needed softer mattress 2. A system to log guests on and off securely so no-one can get left behind. 3. Give all info before getting off to start riding to save confusion. 4. Do not rely on apps as not all can use mb phones when traveling & riding. 5. Self serve Tea and coffee should be available free to guests.6. Meals do not need to be so formal or take up so much time. 7. Bikes need bells for safety and small panier bags to carry items securely.

We enjoyed the bike rides, the sceneries were beautiful. The e-bikes worked very well. The group was a bit too large, a bit squeezed on the boat. The meals were excellent but we would have liked at time more buffet or picnic type of meal. We enjoyed a lot swimming from the boat, the Adriatic sea is so beautiful . Our guides, Marin and Martin, were excellent. They cared a lot for the security and were extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant peuple, I recommend them to all the groups.

Our guides were amazing. Crew brilliant. Costs such as port taxes and park fees were a bit of a surprise. Cabin was on the lower deck and was really damp even with the door left ajar. We were not allowed to open the portholes overnight whilst docked. Double bed was way too high to get in and out of comfortably.

The cabins were also quite damp below deck and our bed you nearly had to take a run and jump to get into it as it was really high. Not great for an older couple.

We thoroughly enjoyed our days cycling around the islands. Our guides Marin and Martin were superb! The ship however needs some work. The room was not very clean as well as the ship. The room we were given was right next to the engine which awoke us each morning and also smelt of exhaust.The captain was very nice but his staff seemed uninterested in their jobs and did a lot of sitting around (while the ship needed) cleaning.) The food was not very good.

Try to get pics of room prior to booking-I think we had the worst room on the boat. Room 2 on Tempera has a large intrusion in the room from the next door curved staircase requiring you to hunch over on far side of bed when getting in or out. That closet opens up ONTO the bed and is almost unuseable. The tiny curved table in the room slants down so things slide off of it. The bed was comfortable and the room size decent. The breakfast was good- sausage, eggs, fruit, pastries…. but I (and many other judging by appearances) found the lunches inedible. greasy rice stuffed pepper served with cold mashed potatoes, a bowl of buttered noidles served with a small thin slice of overcooked meat served with more noodles, Very carb heavy and mostly served warm not hot. Soups and desserts were good.

Our holiday was very relaxing. Dino was 5 stars and so were the rest of the crew. Great way to see the islands. The only reason we rated 4stars instead of 5 is because we would have preferred not to be served a full 3 course meal at lunch. A buffet would have been better. Save the big meal for when we were in the towns. As it was we ate two dinner type meals a day until we decided to just not eat lunch on the ship.

I filled the quick review onboard but understood there would be a more thorough evaluation of our trip. The biggest concern I had was the food. It was not up to standard. You should hire qualified trained chefs. Thousand island salad dressing was over poured on all salads. White bread for the most part. Not alot of citrus fruit. Overcooked tuna at captains dinner and appetizer unappealing. The captain wore a sweatshirt at the captains dinner. You couldn’t order a glass of wine you needed to buy a bottle. .

I had a great time. Guides were outstanding (Josko and Lauren). I felt safe in their hands. Itinerary: I would have preferred more kilometers The bikes were basic and minimal. I expected better quality, especially the non E-bikes. The boat was fine. I did not need anything fancier. More than adequate The food was good but often overcooked. (The captain was a great pilot, he has no business interfering in the kitchen) Portions too big; buffet style may be better. I appreciated breakfast as I could serve myself and the variety was perfect. The portions at lunch were way too big. I dont like wasting food. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Consider other drinks at the bar (juice, lemonade…)

We enjoyed our travel of the Croatian islands with Sail Croatia. Ioana made the experience great ! She has given reliable information and realistic expectations of the activities every day. The staff were amazing. Mario, the Sail Croatia rep on the boat, was friendly, very knowledgeable and spoke several languages fluently. Matte the walk guide was clearly experienced but also patient and able to adjust to the needs of the group. The crew of the Mali Ante were delightful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. The cabins were small but had plenty of storage and the shower was great. The food was homely, crowd pleasing and generous. We got to know everyone on the trip and enjoyed the multinational vibe..

We did the Explorer cruise which was a lot of fun! Dino & crew were great. providing the group with recommendations for things to do, eat & drink each day. There is the chance for relaxation, swimming, paddle boarding etc & you could book to do excursions or go explore for yourself. The food was delicious, but they do forget about dietary requirements. I spoke to the company before arrival about dairy intolerance, again on check in & during service but gave up in the end. Fortunately it isn’t an allergy I suffer with. Excursions were hit & miss. Some were overpriced and discouraged to do which seems odd to advertise them. The evening dinner & local tour was fab but rushed, a little longer was needed during the meal & drinks to relax. We missed out on the bike tour in Mljet National Park due to winds eventhough other Sail Croatia tours were going there, it seemed there was a rush to get to Dubrovnik?? So be aware the itinerary can change but beautiful swim stops as an alternative.

The meals on the ship were the best I have ever had. Every day the lunch or dinner was outstanding. The crew was great and I would give them 5 stars. We really enjoyed our week on the Almissa, all of the crew were very friendly and professional at all times. The breakfast selections were excellent and most lunches delicious and big servings. The boat was kept very clean at all times. Only negative for us was that we would have like clean towels supplied more frequently as they were only changed once. The week was amazing cruising through the islands, stopping to swim each day and exploring the cute towns. The crew was really friendly/fun (our host was Dino) and the rooms were far more spacious than we expected. One thing to note was that the excursions weren’t included in the booking cost so we ended up spending quite a lot more on doing the activities (30-60 euro pp on each activity). They provided heeeaaaps of food for breakfast and lunch and catered to my dietary requirements (gluten free as I am coeliac) but unfortunately the desserts were pretty sad compared to everyone else’s - usually packet custard/mousse with fruit or just fruit alone :(

The variety of tours on offer was good. We would have liked one night at anchor in a sheltered bay. And we would have preferred longer breakfast time from, say, 8am to 10am. The bed in our cabin wasn’t very comfortable, too hard a mattress for us. However all-in-all we had a great trip and we would recommend it to others.

If we had to mention anything for improvement, it would be the price of the drinks on board, which felt a bit high, and we would have loved more opportunities for swim stops, as those moments in the water were some of the most enjoyable. This trip aboard the Mali Luka was amazing. We are big time cruisers and usually sail with big ships like Princess. We've done one Viking cruise but this one was so amazing. There were only 28 total passengers and we all got along great; it's like they hand picked people that all had the same outlook and personality. The rides each day were to the most beautiful areas I've ever been to. The e bikes made even the steep uphill climbs easy. We were given options on some of the days to stop or to continue our rides (some even choose to not go on some at all). Our ride crew Miranda and Matilda were so great; always looking out for us and keeping us safe with perfect pacing. Sitting on the top deck while we cruised along was my favorite part. We choose the bottom deck cabin which was super small and tight. No complaints by anyone on any level about noise from other ships. The crew worked very hard (not super friendly but friendly enough). Captains dinner was nice; very nice guy.

Romantic Star Cruise (June 21-29, 2025) Pros: -Ship was new and clean. -Swim stops were perfect. Cons: -Staff, except guide, looked unhappy (no smile). -Cleaning day didn't do a good job cleaning. Towel were not changed in the 7 days' stay. -Food was OK, not interesting. -Coffee and juices were charged if consumed outside the 1 hour for a meal time - outrageously cheap!! -Captain's dinner (lame) and dinner in town were had in Hvar, so we didn't get to eat out in beautiful Hvar. They should have been held in Dubrovnic (where we stayed 2 nights) and Planikovak (which didn't have good restaurants).

The boat was comfortable, the food beautifully prepared the shore stops were very interesting and we had a very organised cruise director. We were lucky to only have a small group of 18 on a boat that caters for 36.. The spoilers were the boat crew did their job efficiently but nothing more. There was never a smile or any other pleasantries. Only Dragon ever engaged with anyone. It often felt awkward. It was the first time we have encountered this on our many cruises. Also, it was pretty savings to only have coffee available from 7.30am and only instant coffee available for free at morning tea. If we wanted an express it cost €5 which is exploitation when on sure we had many coffees for less than half that price.

This cruise was so fun. The group of people on board were incredible and many became friends by the end of the trip. Dino, who was the guide was incredible, very funny, helpful, and gave some great recommendations/suggestions for things. I loved how it was set out - breakfast, then swim stop in the morning, lunch and then exploring the town in the afternoon. The only downside to that is that in the summer months it’s quite hot exploring town in the afternoon and since the boat leaves early next morning you may feel rushed. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because while they were as accomodating to dietary needs as possible, the food was below average for me being a vegetarian. Meals were undercooked and not well balanced. The non vegetarians said their food was great. Overall, I would recommend this boat if you want relaxation, exploration and a great time.

I enjoyed the swim stops. My room was nice, although the last full day the tanks definitely needed to be changed, as I had a room below. It would have been nice to have the names on the back of the bikes. Most people came in groups, We did not come in a group, so, we had to keep asking people their names. The Josic was very professional. I was not sure what Calam's responsibilities. The bar was very expensive for the extremely short wine pour. It was discussed by most passengers on the boat. Lunch was heavy. Maybe better to have dinner? This would allow people to relax a bit after the ride. The last two rides were short. Often I was not quite sure where we were going to stop. It did not follow the brochure. Captain said we needed to stop in different places.

Best way to see and experience Croatia with The Sail Croatia team.From the informative online booking till the actual trip. Tempera was our boat chose with amazing helpfull staff on board. The rooms are very well planned and the bathrooms excellent taking into account the size of the actual boat. The itinerary was fantastic ! Saw so much of the smaller and bigger islands . Our tour guide Ivana Mateja was an absolute gem. She presented everyday a full powerpoint presentation of the daily schedule as well as being very informative about every stop we had. Nothing was too much trouble for her . The food on board exceeded our expectations everyday . Only negative would be the price of drinks . I would recommend this trip and team to anybody considering visiting Croatia

Salve di mare is a beautiful ship with an amazing and professional crew. They looked after us with attention and care. The food on board was delicious, a big thank you for the chef and his team! Our hiking guide Matte was very knowledgeable and provided full description not only about the hikes but also about the villages visited. Ioana, leading the guests was very approachable and friendly.. Despite the extra charge for the upper cabin booked, we found out that it was on top of the engine making it very noisy and other cabins at a cheaper rate, were way more spacious than ours. Tea and coffee was free of charge only until 1pm, which we did not understand the reason, as it was an average coffee maker, not a barista style at all for the extra charge. We definitely recommend our hiking tour and we will be happy to come back and choose Sail Croatia again!

We enjoyed having a relatively small group of fellow travellers being 36 in total from Australia, Canada, South Africa, UK and USA. Our cabin was comfortable although the quality in pillows and towels was poor. The chef and catering staff did a magnificent job with meal preparation it’s was always delicious The dining saloon however was very noisy during meal times and made conversation difficult The islands/towns visited all had something different to enjoy and we soon chose our favourites. The staff were all friendly and courteous and the boat comfortable and in good condition .We were disappointed that smoking was allowed in the inside deck area which was enclosed with plastic coverings. and attached to the dining saloon. This was especially unpleasant and meant many of us could not utilise this area. This issue was reported to the staff however we felt the resolution unsatisfactory. Regardless of these issues we did enjoy the experience and had a lot of laughs.

Beautiful scenery and lovely people. Ebiking was great and bikes were well maintained and worked well. H was very good at keeping us safe and organized. I think some instructions could have been useful on how to use them though. I have 2 e-bikes at home and they are all different. The only thing that would have made the trip better was to have a ‘get to know you’ event on the first night for guests. Also a few optional organized activities on the afternoons and evenings when we were in ports where islands had little to do. For the cabins a few hooks on the walls and bathroom would have been useful.

Overall, a very good experience. We both enjoyed our week on the Olimp, it is a beautiful ship. Our rep was amazing, he worked hard to ensure we had a good week. The food , especially lunch, was beyond exceptional. Breakfast wasn't bad but I expected some good fresh fruit options instead of canned peaches and unripe pineapple every morning. Included in the cruise price we had two really excellent wine tastings and two that were average. Having said that, we would still recommend cruising with Sail Croatia. The 10 day cruise was good . Cons: I did find it quite repetitive. For me personally, I have learned a 3-5 day (maximum) sail would suit me it was the same pattern every day & I found some days we got into port too late to explore more. It seemed the emphasis was on the swim stops., another Con was the food . Breakfast was fine . There were no options for lunch . It was a 3 course meal served at 1 pm which made for very late suppers on shore . I wish they would have had 2 options ie chicken or pasta . I don’t eat pasta so was starving 2 of the days . Pros: the staff are fantastic . Considering they work 7 days a week & then repeat with the next tour they were very helpful , upbeat & enjoyable . The tour coordinator Klara was terrific , positive , informed & very helpful . The boat was in excellent condition and clean . I felt very safe on it . The life jackets & muster areas were reviewed however I was never sure if there was an AED on board , which would be Important .

The cycle experience was amazing. Great bikes, easy to use, even for late 60 year olds relatively new to ebikes. Each day was another 'wow' experience. Once on board the very comfortable boat, we were well looked after by delightful guides, good chefs, bar staff and boat crew. This was a spectacular sailing experience. Our captain sailed the boat to wonderful swim spots and our cruise director Klara was charming, fun, and very energetic with interesting information of each Croatian Island we visited. The bar and food servers did a prompt, friendly, and outstanding job! And the cooks(Chefs)presented beautiful and delicious dishes! This experience was amazing. The only thing I would recommend is that we get an earlier email on what to bring and that it was a CASH only for your drinks and tips at the end of trip. A lot of people travel ahead of the sailing trip and don’t check on their emails. That info would have been better to know if it had been received at least 4 weeks before actual cruise date.

My partner and I had a great week on Sail Croatia thanks to Lauren, Mateo and the other crew members. The weather was average but Lauren went above and beyond to maintain morale and organise alternative activities. The crew were very easy-going and friendly and we enjoyed learning about Croatia from them. Our only suggestion is to Sail Croatia directly - we think the itinerary could be improved. The Sail Croatia website states the white water rafting is available on the Split to Dubrovnik tour (which was not the case). We also would have appreciated more time exploring the towns as opposed to spending hours at swim spots.

Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend! A few suggestions/tips: - We realize that it’s challenging to prepare food on a boat and to meet different preferences. We would suggest having at least some lunch buffets, where people could choose (e.g., salads, sandwiches) instead of 3-course meals. A buffet would be quicker and enable people to sit on the desk rather than the often very hot and stuffy dining room. - The food was often very heavy (fried meats, limited vegetables/salads). If guests were warned about this, they could request vegetarian or other accommodations. - We were not allowed to bring food on board so snacks should be available (free or not). There was fruit but nothing else and often we were unable to leave the boat. We were often quite hungry after the ride but had to wait to eat. - It would be helpful if the trip leader provided information about the towns further in advance than the afternoon that we arrived so there would be enough time to plan.

We had a wonderful week on the Katarina from Dubrovnik to Split. The crew were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the boat was immaculate and Visko our tour manager was very approachable and helpful. Love the exploration of islands and cycling off a boat . The crew and tour guides Marija and Mila were wonderful as was Andre, the server. They need a battery microphone so guests can hear as the engine was constantly running and it was so difficult to hear. Suggestion : 3 dinner meals and 3 lunch meals , alternate so we would not always be dependent on getting back for lunch instead eat at swim areas on beach without the rush and very early morning breakfasts . Suggest lighter lunches , salads fruit fish …and fresh bread in the mornings with Greek yogurt . Food was very good but too filling . Less food, higher standard . Soups in the heat ? Big salads more appreciated . Suggest eggs be cooked while people sit instead of cold overcooked eggs Also a better way to connect with guests we need name tags… very awkward trying to remember people’s names .

The cruise is well planned with suitable amount of sight, cycling and sailing. It was of course a pity that due to the weather conditions we couldn’t go to all planned destinations, but all in all the islands and the coastline are incredibly beautiful and we can’t be sorry about the changes made. Food is very good and there is plenty of it! Fresh drinking water is served all the time and the drinks were reasonably priced as well. The cabins are small, but adequate for a week. The best part was the people we traveled with <3. We had the great time and experience and could recommend this to anyone willing to cycle and see more quiet places of Adriatic islands.

We enjoyed our cycle-sail experience on Colombo, it was an interesting cruise with relatively easy cycling on e-bikes. Nothing too arduous but a feeling of tiredness at the end of most days. The crew worked hard and the captain keeps a tidy, organised ship. We loved the guide’s knowledge - Marin and Mila had so much Croatian history to share, it was awesome. Tips for improvement: many of the crew smoked which wasn’t an issue until early mornings when the cigarette smoke wafted into our cabin and woke us up (sometimes as early as 5:30am)! The cabins could do with some maintenance on Colombo - leaking showers, freezing cold AC that blow’s directly on the beds.

The main feature of enjoying a venture like this one is the efficiency of the staff. They were first rate. From the crew, kitchen and food prep. ladies, waiters and guides they always went above and beyond. Four stars instead of five is due to some maintenance around the boat. I didn’t give 5 stars as the rooms could do with a bit of a smarten up. The bedding was a bit musty and need new mattresses. A bit of a negative in the last night was payments had to be made between 6 and 8pm. Many of us had planned to go out for a farewell dinner together but with the distance to old town from the boat meant this was not possible. We came back early to pay. We should have been able to fix up bill while we were all on the boat before docking.

The locations visited were beautiful and fascinating. Our guides (Marija and Mila) provided an excellent experience given the challenges of ability/illness across our group. I particularly valued their passion for Croatia and what is has to offer and their insights into their history. Cabins were clean and very comfortable and general boat amenities were excellent. The ebikes could be improved - they worked well for some, I found them cumbersome and the geometry made them uncomfortable but they got us where we needed to go. The food could definitely be improved.

Our guides, Ivitza and Tonga, were brilliant. The whole crew did a very good job. The bikes were great and the cycling excellent. We booked late and got a lower deck cabin, which was small and smelly - no ventilation, porthole did not open, no hooks to hang anything.

Beautiful coves where anchor was dropped to allow us to swim off the swimming deck in crystal clear sea. Towns and villages were fantastic, each had a unique charm and some had summer music concerts to entertain. Hikes were enjoyable if challenging in the humidity. Whilst short in distance they all involved walking up steep and rugged terrain, do pack hiking poles! Mate was our experienced and very knowledgeable guide, we had complete trust in him. Decks were kept clean and tidy, there was always space to sunbathe. Meals onboard were tasty and well presented, a captain’s dinner was provided free one evening. Not rated 5 stars as our ship EOS (21 cabins) was tired and a little “crusty” in places, we were expecting a higher standard and more spacious accommodation. A good mix of English speaking passengers onboard, all respectful to each other and we made new friends for life.

Our guides Nina and Marin were so organised and good at organising us. We were well informed of the next day's planned activities and free time outside of the bike ride. We loved the bikes and the rides. Our only suggestion is that all E bikes ride together or all hybrid bikes ride together but there is a lot of time wasted waiting for the hybrid bikes unfortunately. We had 28 E bike riders and 4 hybrid riders. The boat, the people, the experience will stay with us for a lifetime. Thanks

Did the explorer trip from Split to Dubrovnik on Salve Di Mare. Beautiful ship and fabulous crew. Booked a below deck cabin which was very spacious and comfortable and air con worked well, but cabin could do with some hooks or rails to hang wet/damp items plus a hob to stop shower water going over bathroom floor. Breakfast and lunch served daily and coffee/tea available all day. Bath/shower towels provided plus swim towels (not enough for all). Swim stops beautiful. Very much a broad age group on board - we all mixed well and had a fabulous time. Small ship cruising is definitely the way to go around Croatia!

My second year in a row with sail Croatia bike tour. I would have given them a 5/5 if the food was better. After being on the Mali Alta last year and having amazing food. Food on Colombo was mediocre. Fried fish to Dry to eat. Fried pork to dry to eat. Weird starters every day at lunch. Food should be consistent across all boats offering same experience. Tour guides were amazing. Crew on boat super nice. Wish they would do more miles each day and offer a self guided tour. Will definitely do again.

This is a rather presumptuous title. There were many good things about the cruise but some improvements could be made. The scenery was wonderful and historic towns very interesting; food on the boat was very good; food onshore was overpriced and variable quality. Service on boat was very good. There could have been more attention to safety during swim stops eg ensuring safety rope was always in the water and life belt available at all times.. Additional to information given by tour manager, Boris. It would also be good to know about cultural events taking place onshore eg concerts, traditional events. We happened by chance to see the changing of the guard in Dubrovnik and discovered quite a few music events by chance. A disappointing welcome reception for one non-alcohol drinker who was given water in a plastic cup while everyone else was sipping Prosecco from a glass flute. I should have been offered juice, tonic, sparkling water etc not just some water in a plastic cup!

We had to cancel our initial 2020 booking due to Covid so we were lucky to get one of the last cabins on Olimp ( elegance cruise) It certainly was a wonderful way to see some of the Croatian islands in style. The regular swimming stops were a highlight as well as the amazing crew on board ! Vedran our tour manager kept us well informed and was always on hand for any support needed. Our cabin was comfortable, cool and quiet. We also had a friendly and fun group on board which made our trip even better. I would thoroughly recommend a Sail Croatia experience.

Croatia as a country was amazing and beautiful. However, the sail was disappointing. Our representative was not very engaging and for the price you pay, you don’t get a lot for it. Considering you pay prior, the drinks at the bar are expensive and ‘happy hour’ is only 10% off which isn’t worth it. They offered limited water and if you wanted a bottle of water you had to pay. Even when unwell, there is no bottled water that is accessible and you are not able to bring bottles from off the boat. As a couple, we were given two single beds and other groups of friends that requested single beds were in rooms with doubles. Overall, not worth the price you pay and we weren’t very satisfied and actually left the boat early due to being unwell and not being able to access cold water.

Aircon was not working properly and the bedroom fascilities were terrible. No changing of sheets, towels or pillows when we were in a HEAT WAVE and many on board were sick was not good. Whole experience was uncomfortable. Chef also prepared wintery hot meals when we were in a HEAT WAVE. Very disspointed with the experience.

The trip was very well organized - the staff very accommodating - Mario the waiter was exceptional and our Chef Antonia prepared amazing meals every day-the tour guides did an excellent job. The whole team made the experience wonderful. Each island offered a unique experience. Many opportunities to swim off and on the boat. I would have given 5 stars but did not like mixing cyclists that were not on e-bikes with our group. We spent a great deal of time waiting in the very hot sun for the other cyclists to catch up from the hill climbs. Would suggest they charge an extra fee for those cyclists so they could have a separate guide or make e-bikes compulsory - every island has many hills to climb. I will return again with the rest of my family. Also finding the boat at port was very difficult and stressful .The directions were embedded in an email. A separate email with that information only would have been very helpful. Overall I would recommend this company. Remember to pack water shoes!

We had a fantastic holiday visiting so many beautiful islands, the cruise is very well organised, the breakfast and lunch was very nice. Plenty of lovely food. The drinks could’ve been a little cheaper as you can’t bring anything on board. A coffee machine and water should be available 24 hours. This was missing from our cruise.Boris gave lots of information talks on each island that we visited he was very good and also funny , The swim stops were lovely, such beautiful places to swim the boat could’ve had more canoes and floats , The personal touches having drinks and dinner with the other guest was fantastic lots of memories made !! The trips are very well organised and great fun we went on the zip line that was incredible!! I would recommend sail Croatia we had a fantastic holiday with so many memories !

It has been nearly a year since our Croatia trip and if you’re considering, absolutely do it! This is a small company that has a homey vibe with a small close knit staff. Some parts “rustic” but the overall value of the experience was amazing. My husband and I opted for the e-bikes and loved the option to be on autopilot while climbing hills and ascending. We had an amazing group of travelers on our boat (somehow children did become part of our trip, age 10 and 12? which felt a little unsafe with the bikes and climbs). Breakfasts were a great spread of veggies, poached eggs, variety of breads, scones, small pastries, coffee, juices, spreads, etc. Lunches were simple and straightforward (lettuce salad, soup, etc) and dinners were also straight forward and simple. Seemed healthy to a degree and most all dinners came with some dessert. Folks who were veg didn’t get a lot of food choice. Boat was a bit outdated but comfy/clean. If you’re considering just do it! So much fun!

The Queen Jelena was a beautiful ship. The rooms are comfortable and the common areas were lovely. Our guide, Mia, made our week extra special; she was so knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful and funny. The places we stopped for swimming each day and overnight were beautiful. We had a fantastic time and it was sad to say goodbye at the end of the week. We had an issue with our bathroom/drainage smell, which the crew attempted to fix as soon as we advised them.

Such a stunningly beautiful journey! The swim stops made the trip! (bring your water shoes so you don't step on sea urchins when you go explore the shore, also the ship doesn't supply any water toys, so pack maybe a blow-up ring/noodle to float around on). The crew, especially our Tour Guide Stjepan (Steven), Petar and Tomo in the dining room/bar and Zrinka, the maid were FANTASTIC! Keep in mind that not all the excursions that are shown for each island are available at the time you go. We were hoping for more excursions, but still enjoyed each island! In our opinion, Queen Jelena is the most beautiful ship in the Sail Croatia fleet... Captain Gordan should be very proud! Thank you, Sail Croatia, for a trip of a lifetime!

We absolutely loved our cycle Sail Croatia. The crew were outstanding they worked tirelessly to ensure that all our needs were met with a smile and time for a chat patiently helping us with our very bad Croatian!! The food was delicious and plentiful a three course lunch every day!! Our guides Bart and Miranda were outstanding not only did they patiently take us on stunning bike rides every day but shared lots of history, loads of local recommendations and friendship just perfect. Our fellow passengers were so much fun, despite a varied age group and different backgrounds all were of a similar mindset and everyone was so friendly. Our guides and the crew were just tip-top. We had some challenging weather, and there were some schedule changes that needed to be addressed, but they could always find the silver lining. Our room was on the main deck, and while we don’t expect beds, etc to be like home, we could never get all the moisture out of linens, and always felt as if we were sleeping in the damp. The tour guides Ivan and Lola and the captain and crew aboard Milena were fab. Sailing from Split to Dubrovnik via different islands meant we got to see a lot of Croatia. Our guides knowledge was great. We had e-bikes and for us this meant that each cycle ride was really pleasant (there were some really steep climbs).! We had some meals on board and others out meaning we could explore ourselves. The cabins were a little dated. Our fellow passengers were so friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the holiday

Crew and guides great, so were fellow travellers. No complaints about the people. But we had dreadful weather for a few days, and while that was no one’s fault - Maybe more consideration could go into what to do in these circumstances. Eg drying clothes, where to dock (close to towns -where possible) and see if anything could be organised to fill the time. We were lucky that some days were ok- but if not - we would just have been sitting staring at each other!! Just something to consider.

Loved the friendliness and openness of the crew and guides - showed us the best of Croatian people. There were a few "buts" - there were tv-s in cabins, but they didn't work, the lock of our cabin broke, took a while to get it sorted. The drinks on board cost twice that on shore - I only had 2 classes of wine during the trip and loads on shore - maybe the price policy needs to be worked on... I did also have a question about the wages of the crew and guides - maybe Sail Croatia should pay them more, add it to the overall cost and not do the whole "usually our guests leave tip that much". If people want to add extra tip, they could but this passive agressive - leaving the envelope and instructions how much people need to tip, is leaving a bit of unpleasant shadow to the trip.

The comfort of the room, the very professionel and friendly, at the same time, crew, the choice of islands that we visited and excursions offered. Our Sail Croatia representative on board was excellent. She knew her country and good stories. She also listen to her clients. One thing where there will be place for improvement is for a vegetarian or pescatarian diet. We had 3 days of sauté veggies and 4 days of tuna steak. Don't take me wrong It was good but too much the same. Desserts were very good.

The early morning departures and late arrivals into ports made shore visits shorter than expected, and passengers were tired after being woken early mornings with engine noise. The itinerary changes due to weather etc could have been better communicated. The loud music playing in the salon all the time was completely unnecessary. Lighter lunch options would have been appreciated. The included shore tours were very good!

We travelled on the Salve De Mare Ship which is a stunning ship, is kept extremely clean and in great condition. The crew all did their job well and the chef was exceptional. All meals were delicious. The only thing I would recommend is when booking a Sail Croatia tour ask the age group of the other guests on that trip. There was a 30+ year age gap between my husband and I and the other guests meaning we were much younger. It would have been nice to meet and holiday with people around a similar age to us too. We went in late September and half of our days were rainy, I would probably recommend doing this trip closer to the summer season also. Croatia is beautiful and well worth seeing and why not on a stunning ship?

We were very pleased with this sail/cycle cruise. The boat was great, a lot of details had been addressed, and the crew was always on hand to help out. We only wish we could have cycled longer distances, or have the option to cycle more. There were 29 people in our group, and only two guides. Some people were on classic bicycles, so there was a lot of waiting around for the people on classic bikes to make it up the hills. It would be better to separate such a large group in levels of ability, speed, or bicycle type, with more guides at hand. More stops along the way to visit would also have been better. But all in all, it was a great experience, and I would whole-heartedly recommend it.

I’m so lucky that I met such an amazing group of people on this sail Croatia because without them I would’ve been very disappointed. The food served on the boat was almost inedible, most people skipped it and ended up buying their own food. The crew on the boat were quite rude and made no effort to remember dietary requirements which almost resulted in some dire situations with multiple members on the boat. The bar on the boat was pretty much always closed which made it difficult at ports where there were no external bars - everyone had a few early night which isn’t exactly what you picture when you sign up for sail Croatia. Although the bar being closed wasn’t all bad as the drinks were so overpriced hardly anyone could afford them. Another issue with the bar being closed is that you’re not allowed to bring any food or drinks onboard - this is inconvenient when you need something to eat or drink and there is no way to purchase anything on board. Thank god I had a good group!

It was our first time on a cruise and Sail Croatia team and Ivan made it a very enjoyable and pleasurable experience. The food was absolutely great, the overall staff were very friendly and always approachable and there to assist you if needed. The itinerary for the cruise was a great selection and the cabins are of a good size and always clean too. Ivan our main host was brilliant and very proud of his country and rightly so. I would 100% recommend Sail Croatia and especially the trip we went on. We have made many lovely memories on this cruise and met some lovely people. Ivan gave great info daily about our planned days including history and local details of each of the islands visited. We also thought having a photographer come along to photo the group was a wonderful idea capturing the holiday. We have a 4 instead of a 5 star because there was a limited selection of alcoholic beverages, no nibbles and cabin decor is a little basic, however we loved our holiday and thank you xx

We had an amazing trip ! The boat was super clean. The crew ensured that the boat was always spotless. The crew was also very friendly and welcoming. Our guide mila was amazing. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to give us tours of every place we stopped at. She was kind, funny, and made our trip the best it could be. She was organized without making us feel like we were at school. She brought the group closer. The food on the boat was cooked very well. Everyone enjoyed the food so much. I wrote on my application that I was vegan however on arrival it was not known. It would be better if there was better vegan options for me instead of the regular menu without meat. Some days all I could eat was cucumber and tomato. Also the chef used a lot of oil on my food. The food was cooked well but a load of oil was added all over it at the end. I am not used to this and it was hard to eat. Overall a great trip thanks to mila and the mali ante crew :)

The Princeza Diana is a lovely ship with spacious cabins, great dining saloon, plenty of relaxation stations (tan deck, patio and lounge areas) and some special/unique features on board. We gve this only 4 Stars due to the fact that it was advertised as a 5 STAR cruise and it didn;t live up to our expectations. We had an absolutley fabulous time but some amenities were lacking. The crew was great, personable and helpful -- but a few addiions would have made it a 5 star experince. Upon arrival for Welcome on Board at 11:30 AM after a long walk to the port, (PORT LOCATION WAS CHANGED AND WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED NOR WERE THE PORT PEOPLE HELPFUL) it would have been nice to have been offered a cold towel & water. Instead we were directed to bar to purchase water/drinks. Our Welcome w/ canopes & champage was to be at 12 -we were greeted at 12:40 with champage - and no appetizers or canapes. No food available unless you are at breakfast between 8 & 9 and Lunch between 1-2 and we were forbidden to bring snacks/drinks on board. No refrig in room - need to go to water cooler to get cold water in middle of nite. But we would recommend to other cruisers as a fun experience.

We cruised on the Roko in June 2022. We enjoyed the concept of that cruise, a good alternation of resting and fun time on boat and discovery of the islands. Food was great, cabin confortable, staff friendly and professionnal. The boat itself is amazing, we appreciated the private balcony! We would have appreciate a transfert from boat to Dubrovnik on day 7 like others cruises lines were doingm instead of taking public transportation. It was a Elegance Cruise, after all!! Also, the stop at Vela Luka is totally useless, a waste of time since there is nothing to see or do at that place. Please review the itinérary. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

What luck to be in a small group for the week. With just 11 of us it felt very exclusive with plenty of room on board. Sail Croatia communication and organisation was excellent The scenery will stay in my memory for ever and I have fallen in love with Croatia. Our guide loved sharing his knowledge of everything Croatian at every opportunity. The rides were well planned and interesting but could have been longer. e.g. more time on Mljet to enjoy the national park. The food on board was amazing - freshly cooked every day and always different. Would have liked a different e-bike, more hybrid style than shopper but very impressed with their performance. Wish I had chosen an upper cabin - below deck was noisy from engine and kitchen and often dark when moored up due to other ships alongside or fender in the way. Free tea and coffee and better towels would be good. However these are niggles and overall it was one of the best holidays ever.

We loved the personal aspect. The food was excellent and the staff made it special and looked after us really well. Our original cruise was cancelled 2 weeks before we were due to leave and we swapped onto a different one but the staff were most helpful with changing details, and arranging for our transfer to a different port. Our one issue was that in some ports, we didn't have much time to explore, due to the late docking of the ship which limited arranging any excursions prior to nightfall. We were concerned we wouldn't enjoy this cruise so much, but we loved it and would recommend to others. Special thanks to Boris and Tomo who both excelled and made the whole experience very special.

All staffs on the boat were extremely professional and diligent. Most meals were good. I wish the cabin is bigger with more frequent cleaning and replacing towels. The bike tours were well leaded with scenic routs. Love the bike tours and the small dose culture talks by Evan and Andrea!👍👍

Well appointed, comfortable new Roko ship with lovely staff. The swim stops were beautiful and it was nice to enjoy each island’s sites and restaurants, Representative Boris was wonderful with knowledge and tips for every port. Head waiter Bojan was charming and attentive. Dule and Marijana served excellent meals and desserts and Lorena kept everything tidy. I would skip the included village visit and meal. Only wish is that Sail Croatio would have smoke free ships, smoking from the staff was disturbing particularly in the early mornings.

On arrival the Olipm was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. The lower cabins are by far the best choice. The food on boards was excellent. Lara and the Captain were very good hosts. The bar/ waiter staff looked pretty miserable for the duration of the trip offering hardly any hospitality or smiles. It appeared that the job was a chore to them. I cannot understand why customers cannot pay for their drinks at the end of each evening. What is the reason for this? Also the boat ran out of Jack Daniels and despite going to other islands this was never replenished, why? It seems ridiculous and the boat is losing money! The bar staff were not interested. Other than that we had a fantastic holiday.

We arrived and were put in a room with a shower that did not work. The crew knew about the issue with the shower. They put us in the room anyway. I had to change rooms so I could have a room with a working shower. The new room was smaller and had 2 beds. The original room had a full size bed and was larger. That was a bit upsetting since they knew about the issue. I also paid for a larger room. We did not have enough time on land on any of the stops especially in Dubrovnik. We arrived in Dubrovnik very late in the afternoon and left early in the morning. This town was the highlight of the trip with very little time there.

It was flexible, small party made it easy to engage with rest of travelers. Not to long between each island. Tour guide Matteo was very informative about each next destination all things of interest to see and view he was very informative about each places of interest, very good at his job as well as being great host. The ship was very clean. All staff were very good at their jobs, keeping the ship in pristine condition.

Credit card payment should be accepted for the bar tab. When I placed my towels on the floor to be replaced - after day 2- the cleaner hung it back up No toilet paper on the second last day - I had to go ask for it Overall great experience

Our Split to Dubrovnik trip was great - we had an amazing group of people and enjoyed the lovely ship. Staff does run a tight one! It was great to have dinners on our own most nights with the flex to stay out for the evening when the islands are less busy. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great, even if our upper cabin was noisy. Overall a fun week!

We were well taken care of by the staff of Sail Croatia. Food was great. Scenery was lovely. Suggestions for island restaurants were great. One suggestion: Make sure each level of hikers has an accompanying guide. In several situations the advanced group had two guides and the moderate group had none.

I enjoyed the challenge of the cycles, but feel that maybe not enough advice given prior to the event of the level of challenge . Leaders were very helpful and jelled the group together to make a very pleasurable trip.

We were so lucky with the group that came on the tour with us. We had companions from all over the world and we thoroughly enjoyed their company. Daniel and Hervoyr were excellent cycle tour leaders. The crew o the ship were mostly excellent and the chef did a brilliant job at cooking for us.

BEAUTIFUL boat and loved the swimming off the boat! Great crew and "V" was fun and we enjoyed his humour very much! Would have enjoyed more sunning chairs and music on the sun decks. Would have liked to have had a Queen or King bed option, rather than two twins. Nice choices of excursions! Enjoyed the bike day and the 4 hour jeep tour with Garon. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Cristal was a beautiful ship, well equipped and presented. Lara did a great job as host and bonding the group and kept us well informed. She was passionate about Croatia and wanted us all to have the best time. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The other staff members didn't feature quite so prominently but were obviously working very hard in the background as everywhere was kept spotless, the food was good and the service was great. I do think the schedule could be improved slightly. It was to rushed at the start and docked too early (so ended) to soon in Split, which was a shame. Great bunch of fellow passengers who made the trip so enjoyable.

A great mix of people from USA, Australia, Ireland Canada. The boat was well equipped the food was great the staff were lovely,, cabins were very quiet even in lovely ports. Would definitely recommend if you want a mix of sightseeing and relaxation.

We upgraded to the premier navigator cruise and had a ship that was not nearly up to the standard of the ships depicted in the ‘premier navigator’ video. Our ship was basic only with the added extra of aircon. The crew were fantastic however the group asked for the spa, which was filthy, to be cleaned many times which wasn’t done. The spa was advertised as one of the premier added bonuses and it was extremely disappointing that we couldn’t use it. The food on board exceeded expectation.

The trip itinerary was fabulous and the Captain and crew very efficient. Mateo, the cruise director, had a great sense of humour with very informative daily updates. Swim stops were ideal as the weather was very hot. Don’t expect 5 Star but the cabin was comfortable, clean and functional for a small boat. The chef was very accommodating for dietary requirements and on the whole the food was good but it occasionally missed the mark. Our recommendation is to bring your own pillow. I would definitely take this trip for the scenery and history of beautiful Croatia.
