We had a fantastic holiday on a Sail Croatia cycling cruise. It really is the best way to see the islands. The guides are professional and informative. I would advise booking an above deck room. It is also worthwhile knowing that you won’t cycle through/visit Hvar Town due to the island not allowing bike tours in there so consider visiting here before or after your cruise. We loved the whole trip and met some great people.

My husband and I were nervous about trying our first e-bike tour, but this trip completely blew us away! The boat was immaculate, our cabin was comfortable and quiet, and the three-course lunches were spectacular. The crew and guides were incredible—knowledgeable, safe, and exceptionally friendly. The e-bikes made riding up the island hills a breeze. Beyond the beautiful views, the best part was the lifelong friendships we made with the other 33 passengers. If it sounds too good to be true, believe me, it wasn’t. It was perfect.

We had a great experience with Sail Croatia! The boat was very nice with comfortable cabins, larger than we expected. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the company of the other passengers as well. We were very impressed with our guides Ivica and Antonio. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had never ridden e-bikes and they made sure we were safe and enjoyed the experience. The riding was beautiful and we were able to enjoy it all the more with such competent guides. They also shared their love of Croatia with us which truly made this a wonderful trip. We highly recommend seeing the islands this way!

We were fortunate to get on the Princeza Diana for our Sail/bike Croatia trip and she did not disappoint. The boat was spectacular, the rooms were spotless with comfy beds, the food was varied and presented beautifully ( bravo Marco ) and the bar had whatever you desired. Our guides Ivica and Antonio were the best. They were able to keep all 31 of us informed of the routes each day and any areas that may be tricky. No issues with our bike and lots of power to get up the steep climbs. It was so much fun getting to know our guides and Danny and Sanja were just so sweet. This group of people are what made the trip so special from sitting with new people at meals everyday to large happy hours nightly. 20 out of 10.

I would easily rate this as a 10 out of 10 holiday! Princenza Diana ship was very clean and had a real boating vibe. But it was the staff that really made our experience exceptional. All the staff knew us by name and provided personal and professional support to our specific needs. Safety was a priority on the cycling experience and we were always properly prepared for the day’s ride. The cycling routes took us through small villages, olive groves and vineyards, on paved paths with little to no traffic. I am ready to book my next adventure with Sail Croatia 👍

We had a wonderful week boating and biking; note the use of the word boating vs sailing. There were no sails and I was somewhat disappointed and I think the company should make this clear from the onset! That said, it was a great experience. Staff was exceptional, food was really good and we had an exceptional chef who clearly loves what he does. I would have loved to have biked longer routes or maybe a couple of rides offered per day to the overzealous types on board Great way to see the coast, visit some amazing historical sites, all without packing/unpacking frequently. Highly recommend this outfit for cruising, swimming and biking the Dalmatian coast. Weather was beautiful all week !!!

Had an excellent time. The guides were professional and friendly and did an excellent job navigating the changes needed due to weather. The crew as well as the captain was friendly and helpful. The rides were challenging since I didn’t have an e-bike but I had lots of support from everyone. Be aware there are many climbs at 10% and a few easy rides with easier hills.

We had the most amazing week aboard the Princesza Diana and were very impressed with both Josip and Simun who were engaging, entertaining and professional, making our comfort and safety a priority. The ship was lovely, our room more spacious than we expected. The e-bikes were comfortable, although not the Fire brand we expected but they did the job and fitted to our size . We would have preferred slightly more cycling and shorter coffee stops but that’s personal preference. The itinerary of the Split southern loop was very beautiful and all the stops were made better by great recommendations from Josip and Simun. We were also very impressed with the food and service on board. Our room was kept clean and fresh . Sanya in the lounge bar was a credit to the ship, very engaged and charming to all the guests. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Whether we just struck gold on this particular boat but this was the most perfect holiday. Our group were all of similar ages & abilities and we'd all opted for e-bikes so the pace didn't stretch anyone and Cal kept us all safe & thoroughly informed. His enthusiasm & friendliness was infectious, Cal you are a credit to the company! Sasha was the other half of the dynamic duo, telling us stories about his beautiful country which he is so knowledgeable and proud of. He was on hand at any time to keep us all happy and certainly performed his role to perfection. The rest of the crew carried out their duties without fuss or drama and the captain was exceptional, even retuning to port at one stage when the weather turned & only set off again when the conditions were safe, thank you. This was an amazing trip! Everyone on the crew was wonderful! Sasa was the best, He kept us updated on the details of each day and did everything to make us happy and comfortable. His knowledge and passion for his country showed as we toured the islands! Calum was great. He gave detailed descriptions of our bike rides and what to expect. They both made the trip extra fun.. when weather affected our rides, Calum and Sasa made sure we were notified and new plans made. The entire crew was attentive and friendly. Fabulous. Lots of exercise for sure. We are regular cyclists and found some of the hills gruelling as we were on regular bikes. Would actually recommend ebike rental as 80per cent of group had them. The crew was very friendly and food was delicious. If you like to be active this is the vacation for you.

We had a fabulous week on our Sail Cycle cruise. We sailed on the Mali Luka. Our cabin was very comfortable, food was plentiful and varied, the service wonderful, thanks Matao. Thank you to all the staff and Captain of the boat, everyone was bery helpful and upbeat, nothing was to much trouble. Our guides Calum and Sasa were amazing everything ran perfectly, they were a great double act kept us smiling and laughing the whole week. Kept us on schedule and safe every ride, we loved Sasa’s local history stories!! The optional excursions were fun and worth doing , it was great to go out with the group. The electric bikes were high quality, well maintained and easy to operate. Croatia is beautiful, we loved all the Islands we visited. We would certainly travel with sale Croatia again.

First experience of cycling by cruise was a learning experience but mostly positive. Rides & bikes excellent, group & information managed really well by our guides. Unfortunately there was an issue with our boat and appreciate a last minute switch by Sail Croatia to keep holiday moving meant few issues. Ship was smaller so a cabin change, dining space cramped, guides were tired & stressed as unable to stay on boat with us. Food was ok but no lighter choices like salad before an afternoon of cycling.

A fabulous experience - amazing staff, beautiful ship, great food enhanced by the host Lucia and our cycle guide Dora. Both were brilliant and have great interactions with each other and all guests. Croatia is a beautiful country, gorgeous clear sea, friendly people. Cycling was great, sometimes a bit longer than expected, the cash bar and cash tips were unexpected, and many small places also only used cash so come prepared! 3 course lunch onboard was nice but we weren’t hungry enough for trying full dinners- loved the air con in the room, but could do with more storage in the bedroom. Our Sail Croatia Cycling Tour was absolutely wonderful! The Princeza Diana is a very beautiful boat! Our cabin & the common areas on the boat were very comfortable & clean. The entire crew was so awesome! Borna & Ana were excellent tour guides, for our cycling & area adventures. The chef on our boat prepared absolutely delicious meals. The coast of Croatia, & the Dalmatian Islands that we cycled on, were gorgeous. This was definitely a trip of a lifetime for us!

We had a lovely time sailing the Islands of Croatia. Our biking guide Andre was Croatian and he had a wealth of knowledge about each destination and did a great job keeping us safe and giving us freedom to enjoy the area. Our sail Croatia coordinator Callum was amazing as well. He was very professional and fun and also very knowledgeable about Croatia. The ship staff were fabulous. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety and lunches were always 3 courses and lots of food. Snack were offered in the dining room every day also. Dinners were off the ship at a local restaurant except 2 dinners on the ship. The captain’s dinner and a Bar-b-que. . Both delightful. The only complaint is that the morning coffee was terrible (If you wanted a good coffee you had to buy it), the only portable water was locked up every day at 10pm in the dining room until 7am, and the bedding and towels were only changed once. We showered a lot because of sweating and biking

Our Sail Croatia Cycle Cruise was fabulous !! Cycling on the islands provides an opportunity to see more than just the ports and who better to show you the culture, history and sights than local Croatian guides. This holiday exceeded all expectations! We sailed on the Princenza Diana which was an absolutely beautiful ship with very comfortable accommodations. We felt so lucky to have Ivan and Lucy as our guides because they worked so well together to make the cruise and the cycling so special. They truly cared for everyone on board and made sure that we stayed safe while e-biking through so many beautiful destinations along the Dalmatian Coast. It seemed like every turn provided another picture perfect view! We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast and three course lunches on board the ship. The Chef and the staff provided great meals and service, but we also were happy to enjoy dinner in port and experience the hospitality of the Croatian people. We have just completed cycling sail croatia week. A few recommendations for sail croatia to consider for upcoming trips, and for travellers who are considering this trip. If you are travelling as a couple you need to specify you want a double room. The food on the boat was very tasty however the orange juice in the morning could be greatly improved. They could also increase their variety of wines on board. Miranda our cycling leader was excellent and very supportive. Time spent in some of the villaages I felt was rushed, definitely wished we had a longer duration in Havar. If you enjoy an active holiday this is definitely one to consider as a way to see Croatia.

This holiday exceeded my expectations. Staying on the boat was a luxury, the cabin was very well fitted out and it was great having air-conditioning. The staff on the boat were all very friendly and the food was very good., it was lovely being served local dishes too. Our guides were also very friendly and fun to be with. Our briefings at the start of each day were very helpful and on our cycle routes we discovered beautuful islands taking in some spectacular scenery in Croatia. . I was very impressed with the organisation of the whole trip, we were very well looked after.. We had plenty of time to relax, swim each day and do a little sightseeing too. I would definitely recommend this holiday.

This was incredible-so much so that I intend to do it again! The scenery and history of the islands can only be experienced in person-pictures can’t begin to tell the story. We loved our bike rides each day-and on an e-bike we were able to enjoy the hills and the heat! We saw historic churches, fortresses, and UNESCO heritage sites in a peaceful and idyllic way. We ended with the city of Dubrovnik-which made us appreciate the quiet beauty of each island even more. The limestone buildings have been so well preserved, and biking through fields of olive groves and lavender gave us an up close view of life in Croatia. Swimming in the Adriatic Sea after a morning of biking was a great way to cool off before heading into a new historic village each night for dinner. Our guides Tonka and Tosha were integral in making sure we had a fun, safe, interesting and unique experience.

Can't decided what made this holiday so special. Was it? A holiday we will never forget. Thanks to all the crew on the Mali Luka and a specail mention to the captian who one morning presented me with a coffee on deck at 6.30 a.m while I was taking in the views. Calum and Srdan our guides, were always there to help, kept us updated, shared their knowledge and organised extra trips that enhanced our experience. It was just fantastic. I think the main reason was the organisation and beauty of Croatia but I can hand on heart say that our tour guide Calum made it so that it went from great to excellent . He was truly amazing. What an asset he is to your company … he was interesting endearing articulate and just a fantastic guide I know that it’s his job to be knowledgable etc but he went above and beyond and was just amazing. The whole crew were fantastic as was Serdjen Calum was next level though. We had fun saw beauty and learnt about each place we visited -

We were a group of 4 siblings, plus spouses, traveling on the Split to Dubrovnik sail/cycle route. We loved everything about the trip. I highly recommend an e-bike which helps on the long hills. Our daily guides were very knowledgeable about the islands we cycled. Each morning before we cycled, the Guide would explain some history of the island, and what to look out for on the upcoming day's ride. One Guide led and the other followed the group. The scenery was spectacular. The food was very good, and the accommodations were comfortable. We stayed in a different port each night so between cycling and walking around the different ports, we got a flavor of each individual island.

A really enjoyable all round holiday experience . our sail croatia guides Tonka and Callum , set the bar high with fabulous well chosen locations and clear explanations on hazards to look out for, sights to see and stops for the best ice cream, coffee, swimming or my favourite; ‘story time . Which was a joint effort by both guides to relay useful historical or geographical information . We had a super group of guests and the crew of the boat were helpful, The Boat Captain and our SC guides used their local knowledge to alter our harbour destination due to changing sea conditions. On day 3 a storm hit us in the calmest of harbours, and apart from strong wind through the port hole we slept and awoke for breakfast. We cycled a different route and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It takes quiet skill and knowledge and years of working with locals to select the best positions in the harbour. Ours was a real holiday , exercise, sunshine, friends, good food, lovely staff. Thank you.

I’ve had an amazing time and a wonderful experience that I will never forget. Not only were our guides Ivan and Lucy were amazing during the bike tours, they also provided amazing suggestions on things to do and where to eat. They were very well organized and took care of everything even reservation reservations, or booking tours. Lucy also provided us with so much history and information on every island we were at. It was such an amazing trip and an adventure of a lifetime. They made sure everyone was included and had something to do that, giving many alternatives incase some groups wanted to do their own thing. We made so many unforgettable memories as well as friends. I definitely would recommend and would totally do it again! Lucy and Ivan are the best people, friends, and guides ever!

Fantastic! I traveled with my sister & friends. We shared both Northern/May 30, Mali Ante, & Southern/June 6, Afrodita on the 2 different yachts. After top notch dining, lodging, & exceptional friendly service on the Mali Ante, our second week on Afrodita yacht/crew was a bit of a let down. The towns, e-bike touring & special time shared with family/friends learning about Croatia was great! Again the crew on Mali Ante were professional, fun, & top notch! It also made a huge difference that Mali Ante crew were respectful of guests with cigarette smoking. It’s not fashionable & or healthy to most people.

No words can describe how amazing this trip was. Everything was wonderful. The rides were breathtaking. The bikes were top notch. The crew onboard were kind, professional and attended to all our needs. The food was incredible and the attention to detail and presentation did not go unnoticed. Our guides, Matilda and Miranda were incredible. They navigated our cycles with expertise , explaining each ride and keeping safety at the forefront. Wonderful, beautiful scenery ! Marin & Johnny were the perfect pair and excellent guides delivering 5/5 stars! Marin's historical knowledge was impressive; he was a mine of information and great local recommendations, he really took care of everyone! Johnny gave us the best restaurant recommendations or tips of where to go. Some of the bike rides took us up very steep hills and windy roads close to the cliff edges and while the views were beautiful I'm scared of heights, but luckily Johnny was there to support and kindly encourage me down, he was lovely! Kerim our bartender was very attentive & our food was good! Our ship was immaculate but it was older so while we had an upper cabin our bed was positioned up against the wall so I had crawl over the bed to get to my side. It wasn't the end of the world but we felt like we were camping :) which is why I am giving this review 4 stars! I'd highly recommend this trip, all the islands we visited were amazing and we loved Croatia!

We had a wonderful time on the Mali Luka with Josko and Calum. They ensured our safety and took us on some of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The Mali Luka crew also took such great care of us and the good on the boat was delicious! We all wondered if we were gaining weight vs losing it with our rides the food was so good. All in all it was a perfect experience. I highly recommend this experience for anyone traveling to Croatia as it was simply amazing.

First off I want to say that the cycling was fantastic. Having said that, our trip was rated a 2.5/5 which is true but that rating is the average of the intensity of the rides. So some days were 1/5 and some were 4/5. We had an issue in our bathroom that was not resolved until the 4th day. The food was mediocre at best. Very little fruit, everything was cold, croissants that weren't baked through, single ingredient salads, only instant coffee unless you were willing to pay extra, Drinks were expensive, you couldn't get single glasses of wine. Our guide was knowledgeable but he spoke so quickly it was difficult to follow what he was saying. Both he and the other guide were friendly and helpful. I found my bike to be comfortable but there were a number of issues with the bikes in general. Croatia is beautiful and I would recommend exploring it by bike but not with SailCroatia.

Our cruise with Sail Croatia was lovely. The biking was a bit more challenging & athletic than anticipated, so we were happy to have e-bikes. But our tour guides Marin & Natasha were knowledgeable & skilled so we always felt safe. Daily rides lasted 3-6 hours, the latter with added excursions. Some on quiet remote roads, but a few on rather busy thruways. I'd suggest offering a more leisurely bike option with site-seeing stops (we did coffee & beach stops but they were very brief) The boat itself was basic but comfortable (premier class). Our room was adequate & clean, with a large bathroom, plenty of hot water & AC. However there were some lacking amenities such as a comfortable lounge area away from the wind when at sail, with seating enough for everyone on board. We were also expecting sun loungers on the top deck, but there were just a few plastic chairs. Lastly the buffet breakfasts were wonderful, but not the plated lunches. I'd suggest offering buffet instead.

A system to log guests on and off securely so no-one can get left behind. 3. Give all info before getting off to start riding to save confusion. 4. Do not rely on apps as not all can use mb phones when traveling & riding. 5. Self serve Tea and coffee should be available free to guests.6. Meals do not need to be so formal or take up so much time. 7. Bikes need bells for safety and small panier bags to carry items securely.

We really enjoyed our recent cycling trip with Sail Croatia. We cycled during the mornings which were cooler. And a daily swim in the beautiful Adriatic Sea was a nice, welcome complement to the cycling. We particularly appreciated how attentive our guides, Marin and Natasa, were. They ensured that all cyclists stayed together, were safe on the roads and knew how to operate their ebikes safely. In addition, they provided the group with a fairly detailed description of the day’s ride as well as some history of the area. Marin and Natasa were very welcoming and engaging hosts. We have already recommended this trip to friends!

We enjoyed the bike rides, the sceneries were beautiful. The e-bikes worked very well. The group was a bit too large, a bit squeezed on the boat. The meals were excellent but we would have liked at time more buffet or picnic type of meal. We enjoyed a lot swimming from the boat, the Adriatic sea is so beautiful . Our guides were amazing. Crew brilliant. Costs such as port taxes and park fees were a bit of a surprise. Cabin was on the lower deck and was really damp even with the door left ajar. We were not allowed to open the portholes overnight whilst docked. Double bed was way too high to get in and out of comfortably.

It was great overall. Some of the things outside of the biking was that things like port taxes and park fees were not included in the costs. The cabins were also quite damp below deck and our bed you nearly had to take a run and jump to get into it as it was really high. Not great for an older couple.

This trip was incredible from start to finish. So well organised from start to finish, the boat staff were very friendly and obliging, the guides were a delight, the onboard food was delicious and the upstairs cabin was cosy but comfortable. It helped that the weather was perfect every single day. The e-bikes were a joy to ride - even the uphill parts were a breeze. We rode mostly on public roads so you do have to be a bit careful but there isn’t a lot of traffic. The guides always gave excellent briefings to make sure we were prepared for the day. The scenery, the colour of the water and the towns were so beautiful that it is hard to believe it is real. Handy tip - you will need a lot of cash (though there are ATMs everywhere) plus the drinks onboard are relatively expensive. Apart from that, it was an amazing trip and I was so sorry when it ended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our days cycling around the islands. Our guides Marin and Martin were superb! The ship however needs some work. The room was not very clean as well as the ship. The room we were given was right next to the engine which awoke us each morning and also smelt of exhaust.The captain was very nice but his staff seemed uninterested in their jobs and did a lot of sitting around (while the ship needed) cleaning.) The food was not very good.

We had a lovely time on our Sail Croatia Bike Cruise. I will recommend but with these suggestions. The food on our ship was not great. Edible but poorer quality than I expected. The crew tended to be quite surly and mostly smoked or were on their phones. Our guides were phenomenal and did a fantastic job. They really made the trip. The bikes (we all had e-bikes) were very good quality and easy to use. The scenery was fantastic and luckily we had a large (33 passengers) group but everyone was great and got along well. I would strongly suggest upgrading to premier plus or looking at a higher quality company if good food and a nice ship are important to you.

I filled the quick review onboard but understood there would be a more thorough evaluation of our trip. The biggest concern I had was the food. It was not up to standard. You should hire qualified trained chefs. Thousand island salad dressing was over poured on all salads. White bread for the most part. Not alot of citrus fruit. Overcooked tuna at captains dinner and appetizer unappealing. The captain wore a sweatshirt at the captains dinner. You couldn’t order a glass of wine you needed to buy a bottle. .

We arrived in Split during a deluge but the welcome on board Mali Luka from crew & fellow guests was warm. Cabins are sparsely furnished but clean and functional- not a lot of cupboard space so pack a bag that can be opened and accessed from under bed. Comfy bed & cotton bedding. Clean cosy en-suite bathroom. Meals on board plentiful with drinking water available whilst galley open and fruit bowl. Complementary tea and coffee would have been nice. Bikes and cycling was great. Many using e-bikes which were good in the heat & on steeper climbs. Swim stops scheduled for most days. 3 course lunch on board after cycling was a great time to informally chat with other guests. Our guides Ivica and Sassa were next to none with helpful info about the route, local history and things to see, do and eat after The daily ride. We travelled around many islands and mainland small towns during the week as well as the cycling so this type of holiday is just The perfect way to see & experience Croatia.

This bike sail was recommended by my sister who did it two years ago. We are by no means active at home but wanted to challenge ourselves by doing something active and adventurous. I can seriously say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The guides Marin and Olja were just exceptional. They looked after the group like we were precious cargo. The bike rides were amazing, exhilarating and great fun. We chose e-bikes as did most of the group and there was a wide range of experience from very little to very experienced cyclists but we had no problems keeping up. We really enjoyed being part of a group. We got on so well and have made many new friends. I have come home renewed with enthusiasm to get more exercise and have now bought an e bike. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It is not luxury but it is great fun and loads of adventure

The cycling itself was great! The island cycling routes are challenging (in a good way) with so many epic views. The ship and (some) crew, however, fell short of expectations. The Dionis boat was old and a bad experience from the start, especially compared to the other boats for the same price (which you walk through & see what you are missing out on). I feel ripped off. Even sail Croatia staff commented on Dionis being the worst! A leaking roof in my cabin, leaking shower, significant slant in my room so my head was lower than my feet in bed, uncomfortable common areas compared to other boats. Very basic, not like in the pictures on the website. Some crew members were not very engaging…seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No help offered with carrying luggage across multiple ships on arrival. Had to ask multiple times for things like a room key for example, or to have the chirping smoked detector fixed. The single supplement fee is outrageous. the food is plentiful but just ok.

I would recomend Sail Croatia as an amazing way to see the beautiful islands. Our cycling guides Marin and Johnny were great, providing support and informative facts throughout the trip, with our safety as a priority. The staff on the Emmanuel looked after us very well, excellent food and very clean cabins. My only disappointment was the uncomfortable mattress.

I had a great time. Guides were outstanding (Josko and Lauren). I felt safe in their hands. Itinerary: I would have preferred more kilometers The bikes were basic and minimal. I expected better quality, especially the non E-bikes. The boat was fine. I did not need anything fancier. More than adequate The food was good but often overcooked. (The captain was a great pilot, he has no business interfering in the kitchen) Portions too big; buffet style may be better. I appreciated breakfast as I could serve myself and the variety was perfect. The portions at lunch were way too big. I dont like wasting food. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Consider other drinks at the bar (juice, lemonade…)

My husband and I were a little concerned as we hadn't ridden a bike for many years and we are both in our early 60's. We are fit and healthy and adventurous. We were also concerned we may be the eldest in the group and didnt want to hold anyone up on the bike rides. We loved it. The E bikes made it so easy. The guides were fantastic.and just so great at their jobs. We rode everyday and are now going to book another E bike tour. we are hooked. All the other guests were around our age and we all had a ball. The food was excellent. The rooms were great and the beds comfortable each with our own ensuites. The only down side was the alcohol on board was very expensive and you cant take any on board.

I absolutely LOVED this trip the guides were amazing with fun facts on each island we visited and there biking knowledge made me feel at ease at every junction. It was a great experience. The scenery was outstanding - every island had so much to offer. The guides Miran and Johhny were awesome. They kept the group safe and we learned a lot about the history of each island and Croatia in general. They treated everyone like family. The ship, Emanuel, was great- rooms were good, sun deck on the top is nice. We were fed well- breakfast and lunch every day. I enjoyed the authentic Croatian cuisine at lunch. The cooks made outstanding meals.

Fabulous!!!!! This trip for exceeded my expectations. Tonka and Elena were incredible cycle tour guides, balancing fun, safety, great cycling, routes, flexibility for weather conditions …. All to make the needs of the individuals making of our group. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful with a walk-in closet! I did not expect daily housekeeping. Anna was great. The food on this trip was spectacular. Breakfast and lunches were absolutely amazing. We will definitely recommend this trip to others.

The boat, Princeza Diana, was lovely and the crew was outstanding! Our daily lunches were just delicious, way nicer than we anticipated. We experienced great service and were completely satisfied with our trip. The captain and crew did an outstanding job navigating us through the outer islands near Split. Our cycling guides Miranda and Lucy were always cheerful and enthusiastic. The e-bikes are very user friendly and can power up the hills with no problem.. Lucy helped us to learn about Croatian culture and history at our rest stops while riding through the beautiful countryside. Extra add ons like wine tasting, olive oil tasting and a meal on a local farm.added to the experience.

What a wonderful week travelling on the Mali Luka from island to island to cycle in beautiful Croatia. We appreciated the emphasis on safety and fun at the same time. Our guides Ivica and Sasha treated everyone equally and made us all feel very comfortable. The routes are a mix of lengths with varied scenery keeping it interesting. Historical facts were shared about each location. The staff work around the clock making sure that the experience for clients is sensational. Excellent communication with WhatsApp throughout. Just about everything!!! This was the most enjoyable vacation I have ever taken because the Sail Croatia staff - tour director Sasa and Ivica (cyling guide) made it all so easy and fun. We had one raiiny cool day and they even made that fun - there was no way I was missing out on the ride. I also loved how they recommended or organized things to do on the various islands after the ride - like learn about stone masonary, going to a local winery for a wine tasting and even a local live play. After I had a little fall (not on the bike) they came to my rescue immediately and made me feel safe. I will always love Croatia and I hope to return next year to try another route --I will ask for Sasa and Ivica and I would follow them anywhere. I already miss them and this amazing holiday and it has only been three days since our tour ended. .

Great time away, food was not to my liking and very bland especially the soups. Mash potato was like slop on plate meat stew very tough. Coffee not nice all agreed bought my own and it went missing. Toilet paper should be filled properly at all times as only little was put in and we kept running out along with others. No ware to sit when weather was so bad as only 4 seats by bar all tables were played straight after breakfast. Breakfast: nothing left one morning at 7.45 when breakfast should have been until 8.30. Plates taken when we were still eating at breakfast meats and cheese removed so fast not time to eat, most days they had breakfast cleared down before 8.15 making many of us feeling rushed and not able to eat what we wanted for our breakfast. The crew were very nice . Would have liked the bikes we paid for to have been available when we were not on ride so we could explore. Felt the whole week centred around them not us.

This was our first visit to Croatia and we loved every minute of it! We had regular bikes and found the rides challenging at times with the 'rolling hills' but so worth it for the views! Beautiful villages, coastline and crystal clear water! The tour guides, Tonka, Matilda and Elena were superb and the crew on board The Emanuel were very attentive and kind, especially Christina! Everything ran so smoothly, and for the first cruise of the season, the weather was fantastic! Made lots of new friends and had a good laugh with like-minded travellers from across the globe! From our cycling guides to the boat's crew to the food everything couldn't have been better. Our daily cycling had enough flexibility for those who wanted to go from point A to point B quickly could do so and those who wanted to stop and take photos could. The rides were broken up with coffee/rest stops such that there was a relaxed rather than hurry-up feeling I'd experienced on other cycling vacations. I wasn't sure how I felt about cycling in the morning rather than part morning, part afternoon with a lunch stop but I actually preferred it to other schedules. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options and I never expected a 3 course lunch each day. The late April water was too cold for me to do more than a quick jump in and out but having the streets and small villages to ourselves was preferable to later in the season and having to avoid crowds. It was a wonderful experience.

Holiday of a lifetime on a cycling cruise on board the ship Princeza Diana doing the Split return South route. Stunning boat. Very large cabins , spotless en suite , cleaned daily. Fantastic cycling guides Ana and Srjan who looked after us and talked about the history of each island. Took in amazing views, great for photo opportunities. The daily swim stops were incredible , highlight of the trip for me. Beautiful crystal clear water. Swam off the boat. Excellent food and top class hospitality from the whole crew. Good value for money. I am booking again for next year to do a hiking cruise. This is a must do trip for anyone wanting to see Croatia !!!

It was a great trip. Food was great, scenery, bikes were comfortable. Weather was fantastic for 6 out of the 7days Confirm your checkout time before you make your travel plans after your cruise. We understood checkout was 10am, therefore booked our bus to Dubrovnik for 1230pm then were told checkout was 8am. Cost us extra money for late rescheduling of our bus times to an earlier time. Our only complaint though

We had an incredible experience with Sail Croatia! The cycle guides (Andro and Lovre) and boat crew (Lucia, Valentina, and all cooks and staff) were helpful, attentive to detail, and made us all feel right at home in a new country. We had a few weather shifts that meant we had to pivot the original itinerary a bit and I couldn't be more impressed with how they made that feel seamless for us passengers. We enjoyed the daily cycling routes and the food provided on the boat was outstanding, too. My only feedback would be to provide swimming towels (those are a pain to pack, let's be honest) and shower soap in the bathrooms! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Everything about the e-cycling/sailing trip was a wow. The sights, the bike, the people, the food. It was all fantastic. Croatia is a stunning country-and very hilly. The e-bikes worked perfectly, for an occasional cycler, I had no problems and didn't mind the hills at all. We had some weather to contend with and the crew pivoted quickly and very professionally. Finding last minute ports, bike rides and great experiences and places to dine. We stayed above deck and would recommend that. Also got bike shorts and glad we did, we were comfy all week long. If you are thinking about this, just do it. It was an unforgettable experience.

Just a really great way to see coastal Croatia. The boat gave us a clean and comfortable base for bicycling. The roads were consistently hilly, but the e bikes were up to the task. I had mine on high power for most of the rides and never ran out of juice. We agreed that we might have handled the hills without e bikes, but it would have been way less fun! Our weather in October was cool for swimming, but worked well for biking, even though the Borro winds were blowing. The staff was professional, the on board food was delicious, and the villages we visited were clean and interesting.

We had an incredible week sailing and cycling from Dubrovnik to Split with Sail Croatia! The route was stunning, the e-biking experiences were well-organized, and the landscapes were unforgettable. The Sail Croatia team overall was professional and ensured everything ran smoothly — big thanks to the guides and crew who made the adventure memorable. That said, we felt the dining crew could have been a bit more friendly and approachable. While everything was handled efficiently, a warmer, more engaging attitude would have made mealtimes even more enjoyable. We just finished our 8 day ride Sail Croatia trip & it was fabulous……on so many levels!. Firstly the staff were fantastic, They looked after us all superbly whether sailing our boat in rough seas, serving up endless delicious meals & keeping us safe on the bikes …….they were nothing short of superb. We loved our “active time” with Tonka & Ana, seeing the various villages & landscapes, hearing the history of Croatia & challenging our fitness levels & then some “down time” before exploring the villages. It was a great mix of activity & relaxation. From 2 very recreational riders we loved the cycling. And lastly, our group! Our trip started in Dubrovnik where we joined our Sail Croatia boat. Communication about the departure information was clear. We’d arrive a couple of days early to explore the Old city which was a good move as there’s plenty to see. We found it very clean and the locals friendly. A lot of cruise ships arrive into major cities which does lead to a lot of other tourists about. Once we joined our boat and sailed off to our first island with our friendly adventurers, calm resumed. Croatia is surprisingly mountainous but with most of us on sturdy e-bikes that wasn’t a problem. Five of the 32 guests were using regular bikes but all were strong cyclists and powered up the inclines. Cycling through olive groves and vineyards as well as through ancient villages was a real pleasure to complement grinding up a mountainous road to the lookout at the top. Early Oct weather was a little chilly but the sun shone several days and no rain. I did get a few mossie bites. Food on board was good.

The staff! Ivica and Sonja, our guides, were fabulous! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!! Couldn’t have asked for better. Clearly they love their jobs and love people! They gave wonderful recommendations. Excursions they offered were amazing, being immersed in their culture. The food was excellent. Just trouble keeping food warm, which is understandable on a boat. Chef was top notch. Food allergies were handled nicely. Wait staff and sailor and other staff couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. On the biking tours, I recommended that no photo taking while biking should be a strict rule. Very dangerous for biker taking photos as well as other bikers in the group!! Boat needed some updating. Cabins were clean but very small. We would totally book another tour, maybe on another bigger boat. Thank you to everyone who made our tour so wonderful!!

The trip was very well organized. We were updated daily on how the day would go and than also sent all the info on Whatsapp. Everything was above and beyond my expectations even though we had to change plans a few times. Our bike guide Marin was amazing. He is so very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe riding in some dangerous locations. It felt like We all respected him right from the moment we heard him speak. Ilona was the back guide and she is a sweet, caring girl who was always so helpful and supportive. She was always making sure everyone was doing ok and she was great to hang with the group and get to know everyone. This was a trip i won’t forget and i will definitely be recommending to friends.

This was my first time in Croatia traveling with my husband and another couple from the US. The cruise was above and beyond my expectations. The food was outstanding. We had hot breakfasts and 3 courses for lunch every day. Our guides Jasco and Ana were both amazing. The bike rides were all well planned but there were some changes due to weather, which they improvised very well.. Both of the guides emphasized safety first . This was a wonderful balance of exercise, educational experiences and relaxation. The guides were wonderful with providing an experience that was enjoyed by all and were able to adapt to the changing weather conditions and keep us informed. Our 14 year old enjoyed the trip too. The ride was harder than what we expected, but we enjoyed the challenge of the hills and there was an option to upgrade to the E-bike.

We planned an entire European holiday (from Australia) around this trip. From the moment we boarded Emanuel to the time we disembarked we were having the time of our lives. The boat is immaculate and has everything we needed for the week of sailing. Its crew are exceptional and ensured every need of every passenger was met. A special shout out to George, the chef. Every meal someone else cooks for me is hugely appreciated, but George went above and beyond to serve delicious 3 and 4 course meals, tailored to our dietary requirements. Every day (except our boarding day ex-Dubrovnik) we cycled a new and exciting place. All routes were suitable for all levels of experience, scenic and fun. We opted for e-bikes, which proved to be a great idea. I mean, we were on holidays after all. The cycling guides are knowledgeable and careful, without spoiling the fun. If you’re thinking about booking this, take our advice and go for it. You won’t regret it and we may see you there! J & J September 25

Provide daily written out itinerary for people to actually read what times and where things were going on. Have an intercom (overhead speaker) so people can be alerted of pertinent info for all passengers. Verbal daily communication from guide was poor on daily activities. Cycle times need to be longer with less “coffee” breaks (30 min ride, 45 min stop) Our guide, was rude. Our other guide, Mario, was great. Overall, first impression of accommodations found that a bed overhead light was broken with wires exposed, safe didn’t work, tight quarters and air conditioning was poor, Reported broken light immediately and it was repaired.. Safe reported not working, told how to use by crew, but those instructions didn’t work….finally found written safe instructions on top shelf (which we couldn’t see beforehand) and was able to get the safe working on our own.. Food was ok. Bikes were outstanding quality….so good, I’m considering purchasing that brand. Swim stops were great.

I knew this trip would be great but it exceeded my expectations. I never rode an E bike before just mountain biked but felt very comfortable on both dirt roads and roads with cars. A wonderful way to enjoy the scenery which was exquisite. Could have rode a little further on some days but did appreciate having a day to explore on our own. Both Andro and Tony and the rest of the staff were so nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. The weather was perfect and sailing between the islands was smooth and very relaxing. The boat was nice and clean and room accommodations were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to come back from our ride half way through the trip and bedding and towels were changed out. I will without a doubt recommend this trip to friends. We also had a great group of other passengers that we enjoyed meeting.

The staff and guides were lovely and kind. The wait staff Valentina and Lucy were so friendly and obliging. It was a pleasure to talk with them. The guides Toni and Andre were fun and informative and it was nice that they sat and ate with the guests.

This is a must do trip,a great way to combine abit of exercise and to explore Croatia. The two guides Marin and Josip were excellent very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. Everyday they explained the plan for the next day so you always knew what was happening. They also gave recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing at the port stops. So stop thinking about it and book as sometimes life and circumstances can change. Thanks for a great week.

The cycling guides were great and very informative. The islands visited were beautiful and steeped in history. The staff were attentive and met all our needs, very hard working. Kudos to all the staff.

Great staff. Bike routes well laid out and planned with interesting stops for swimming and cafes to get a delicious cup of coffee. Bikes were well maintained and very easy to ride. Any problems that did arise were handled quickly. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of food to choose from. Coffee not so good, needs improvement. Could purchase cappuccino on board which was good. Lunch definitely needs improvement. Most times it was cold. Soup was watery. Desserts were delicious. No on board safety protocols. We didn’t realize until third day into trip that life vests were under our bed. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Our guides, Marin and Josip, were outstanding! They provided detailed information about each day's cycling route and the history about each island we visited. They were always available to answer any questions/address any concerns. Both guys were so passionate about their job, and they had such a great sense of humor. In addition, the rest of the crew was fabulous, also. We mainly interacted with Bruno, the bartender, dining room host, and server. He also did an outstanding job taking care of all of us. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an active vacation!

My family and I, all adults, enjoyed a fabulous time aboard the Mali Ante just recently during the week of September 13 - 20th, 2025. The captain and his crew took exceptional care of us throughout the week. Ivica and Sasa were our terrific personable and gracious cycling and social convenors. The chef made delicious meals and offered non-meat food options for me, Mario provided excellent service in the dining room and salon. I can't thank them all enough for providing an incredible sailing and cycling adventure for us all! I hope to return for another trip with Sail Croatia and would love to see this crew again! We enjoyed our experience on this cycle cruise. The small ship of 32 passengers made for a warm friendly gathering where strangers quickly became friends. The crew was attentive and the food was great and very abundant. No one will go hungry on this cruise. A special shout out to our Sail Croatia guides DORA and LOLA. Dora was super human and led the group up the hills without breaking a sweat. Sweet Lola was the sweeper making sure everyone was safe and gave interesting history at our stops. I rate them 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this adventure to anyone who enjoys cycling. Note - I am just a recreational rider and didn’t feel overwhelmed on an e-bike. Classic cyclers will find this to be more challenging on Split to Split Soutern route. A trip that will be a lifetime memory.

Lola and Dora were our guides. They complimented each other so well and made the week a lot of fun for us! Very friendly and informative guides with a good sense of humour! Cycling the islands allowed us to see so much! Loved everything about this trip. My only suggestion…perhaps a smaller group would be better .

Our cycling and Croatia storytelling leaders (Miranda and Borna) were extremely passionate, positive and personable with each of us on the ship. They had a wonderful touch to make us enjoy each day - from challenging cycling to amazing views and recommendations on what to visit in each island. They worked collaboratively with the ship crew and the crew mutually so with them and us on the ship - thanks also to Marco, the sailing crew and amazing chef and cooks in the cuisine. I would consider doing this again and recommending this to my friends.

We visited some amazing places around Croatia on the sail cycle cruise! Everything was perfect! From delicious meals, great service and perfect coordination of bikes on and off the boat. The guides were truely outstanding and informative. They were flexible and accommodated to everyone’s needs. They were fun, easy going and became our good friends! The meals on the ship were the best I have ever had. Every day the lunch or dinner was outstanding. The crew was great and I would give them 5 stars. However, information from the guides about possible activities in the towns often wasn’t sent to me in time to do anything with the information, We also needed more help from them than we received in arranging our transportation extremely early on the morning of departure.

Our Sail Croatia cycle cruise was fantastic! Every day a beautiful ride, beautiful scenery and learning and laughter with the two best guides you could ever hope for - Dora and Lola the “Dynamic Duo”! These ladies took great care of us and made us feel like a team. Our group bonded very well and Lola and Dora were a big part of that. The ship crew was also great dealing with food and bar service, moving bikes every day, Dimur constantly cleaning and caring for the ship and the captain’s steady hand. All in all, one of the best things we’ve ever done. Croatia is beautiful!

The Premier Plus ship was fabulous. Loved our large below deck cabin. The crew were amazing, food fabulous and our Biking Tour Guides, Dora and Lola, Awesome. Sail Croatia managed to create a guest list on the Princeza Diana that just ‘worked’ from Day 1. We all commented on how well we all seemed to ‘fit’. We enjoyed each other’s company from Day 1. We highly recommend this cruise - Go Premier Plus!!

Had a great week with Sail Croatia on the sail and cycle from Dubrovnik to Split. The boat crew were absolutely fantastic, food was amazing and plentiful. Tour managers were knowledgeable about Croatian history and managed our group very well. Would highly recommend this trip

We have just finished our Ride Croatia . Our guides Toni and Andro were amazing . So helpful and informative . The bikes were very easy to use and in excellent condition . We loved stopping at each port and exploring the islands. The boat was well maintained and our rooms very comfortable too . Absolutely loved it .
