Outstanding guides, Calum and Srdan were wonderful . Great captain, cook and crew on the Mali Luka . Food was plentiful and delicious. This sail-cycle cruise was such a lovely way to enjoy this beautiful country. Would go again in a heartbeat.

We have just completed cycling sail croatia week. A few recommendations for sail croatia to consider for upcoming trips, and for travellers who are considering this trip. If you are travelling as a couple you need to specify you want a double room. The food on the boat was very tasty however the orange juice in the morning could be greatly improved. They could also increase their variety of wines on board. Miranda our cycling leader was excellent and very supportive. Time spent in some of the villaages I felt was rushed, definitely wished we had a longer duration in Havar. If you enjoy an active holiday this is definitely one to consider as a way to see Croatia.

This holiday exceeded my expectations. Staying on the boat was a luxury, the cabin was very well fitted out and it was great having air-conditioning. The staff on the boat were all very friendly and the food was very good., it was lovely being served local dishes too. Our guides were also very friendly and fun to be with. Our briefings at the start of each day were very helpful and on our cycle routes we discovered beautuful islands taking in some spectacular scenery in Croatia. . I was very impressed with the organisation of the whole trip, we were very well looked after.. We had plenty of time to relax, swim each day and do a little sightseeing too. I would definitely recommend this holiday.

We had an amazing week with Tonka and Callum onboard the Mali Luka. It was a small group of 10 passengers and the experience couldn't have been more wonderful. Tonka and Callum told us many stories and recommended great things to do on each island during our free time. The food was great and the bike was enjoyable. I highly recommend this trip.

Absolutely loved. Would recommend to everyone. Great mix of activity, social, land stops, afternoon relaxing on boat, safety, and meals. Felt well looked after and guided on good routes. Food good. Husband said he thought the boat might have been more upmarket given what we paid. I happy but didn’t know what we paid (haha).

We had a great time cycling sailing socialising and visiting the islands our guides Tonka Natasha and Tony were out to ensure everything went smoothly - their clear instructions, information with a friendliness and sense of humour was exceptional The crew too worked hard to ensure the boat was immaculate and where it should be - peter the barman and waiter was efficient with a great sense of humour A mix of nationalities made the conversations at meal times and whenever we were together more interesting I was worried when I booked this holiday for the 3rd time and it didn’t disappoint - we will be back next year for a 4th 😊 Thankyou to our guides and crew you gave it your all

This was incredible-so much so that I intend to do it again! The scenery and history of the islands can only be experienced in person-pictures can’t begin to tell the story. We loved our bike rides each day-and on an e-bike we were able to enjoy the hills and the heat! We saw historic churches, fortresses, and UNESCO heritage sites in a peaceful and idyllic way. We ended with the city of Dubrovnik-which made us appreciate the quiet beauty of each island even more. The limestone buildings have been so well preserved, and biking through fields of olive groves and lavender gave us an up close view of life in Croatia. Swimming in the Adriatic Sea after a morning of biking was a great way to cool off before heading into a new historic village each night for dinner. Our guides Tonka and Tosha were integral in making sure we had a fun, safe, interesting and unique experience.

Just came back from a wonderful cycling trip. The crew was just excellent....very professional, helpful, organized and fun! The food on the boat was simply outstanding. Every day's itinerary was well organized, with enough rest stops during the daily rides. There was also enough time on each island to do your own exploring. I'm really glad I chose Sail Croatia. I have only positive things to say about them.

I didn’t know what to expect and was a little concerned doing this trip as a solo but it turned out to be beyond fantastic. The only bad thing is that it ended! Calvin and Srdan were amazing guides. The crew was efficient and kind. I needed some extra early morning assistance to get my luggage off the boat for a very early uber ride to the airport, and Iono (?) quickly volunteered and made all my stress go away. The ship was very clean. The food was fantastic. The bikes were easy to use and well maintained. The rides were a fun mix of adventure and sightseeing. I was happy to use my e-bike assist on the longer rides, which made the experience so much pre enjoyable. The swims in the sea were delightful. I easily connected with the other passengers, and I now consider many of them friends. But most of all, it was Calum and Srdan who made the week so special. Thank you!! I hope to return and bring my loved ones with!!

Can't decided what made this holiday so special. Was it? The beautiful boat, amazing food, excellent cycling routes, knowledgeable guides, friendly crew or were we just lucky to be with 28 fun holidaymakers that made us laugh from dawn to dusk. A holiday we will never forget. Thanks to all the crew on the Mali Luka and a specail mention to the captian who one morning presented me with a coffee on deck at 6.30 a.m while I was taking in the views. Calum and Srdan our guides, were always there to help, kept us updated, shared their knowledge and organised extra trips that enhanced our experience. It was just fantastic. I think the main reason was the organisation and beauty of Croatia but I can hand on heart say that our tour guide Calum made it so that it went from great to excellent . He was truly amazing. What an asset he is to your company … he was interesting endearing articulate and just a fantastic guide I know that it’s his job to be knowledgable etc but he went above and beyond and was just amazing. The whole crew were fantastic as was Serdjen Calum was next level though. We had fun saw beauty and learnt about each place we visited -

Enjoyed the biking and guides. Crew was great.Views were spectacular. The cabin left a lot to be desired. Terrible mattress, bathroom was a mess, couldn’t shower without wetting the whole room, AC was subpar.. The food was mostly good, with several poor mains and sides. fruit cocktail from a can should not be served for dessert. drink prices on board were extremely high, five euros for a small Coke..

We were a group of 4 siblings, plus spouses, traveling on the Split to Dubrovnik sail/cycle route. We loved everything about the trip. I highly recommend an e-bike which helps on the long hills. Our daily guides were very knowledgeable about the islands we cycled. Each morning before we cycled, the Guide would explain some history of the island, and what to look out for on the upcoming day's ride. One Guide led and the other followed the group. The scenery was spectacular. The food was very good, and the accommodations were comfortable. We stayed in a different port each night so between cycling and walking around the different ports, we got a flavor of each individual island.

A really enjoyable all round holiday experience . our sail croatia guides Tonka and Callum , set the bar high with fabulous well chosen locations and clear explanations on hazards to look out for, sights to see and stops for the best ice cream, coffee, swimming or my favourite; ‘story time . Which was a joint effort by both guides to relay useful historical or geographical information . We had a super group of guests and the crew of the boat were helpful, The Boat Captain and our SC guides used their local knowledge to alter our harbour destination due to changing sea conditions. On day 3 a storm hit us in the calmest of harbours, and apart from strong wind through the port hole we slept and awoke for breakfast. We cycled a different route and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It takes quiet skill and knowledge and years of working with locals to select the best positions in the harbour. Ours was a real holiday , exercise, sunshine, friends, good food, lovely staff. Thank you.

I’ve had an amazing time and a wonderful experience that I will never forget. Not only were our guides Ivan and Lucy were amazing during the bike tours, they also provided amazing suggestions on things to do and where to eat. They were very well organized and took care of everything even reservation reservations, or booking tours. Lucy also provided us with so much history and information on every island we were at. It was such an amazing trip and an adventure of a lifetime. They made sure everyone was included and had something to do that, giving many alternatives incase some groups wanted to do their own thing. We made so many unforgettable memories as well as friends. I definitely would recommend and would totally do it again! Lucy and Ivan are the best people, friends, and guides ever!

Tonka and Callum were amazing and we loved all of their story times, where we learned do much about Croatia and the unique Dalmatian islands. Every island was different as was every ride, all enjoyed thoroughly. This was the first time we have done a trip like this , as we have always done all of our planning ourselves. Fantastic! I traveled with my sister & friends. We shared both Northern/May 30, Mali Ante, & Southern/June 6, Afrodita on the 2 different yachts. After top notch dining, lodging, & exceptional friendly service on the Mali Ante, our second week on Afrodita yacht/crew was a bit of a let down. The towns, e-bike touring & special time shared with family/friends learning about Croatia was great! Again the crew on Mali Ante were professional, fun, & top notch! It also made a huge difference that Mali Ante crew were respectful of guests with cigarette smoking. It’s not fashionable & or healthy to most people.

No words can describe how amazing this trip was. Everything was wonderful. The rides were breathtaking. The bikes were top notch. The crew onboard were kind, professional and attended to all our needs. The food was incredible and the attention to detail and presentation did not go unnoticed. Our guides, Matilda and Miranda were incredible. They navigated our cycles with expertise , explaining each ride and keeping safety at the forefront. Matilda had great stories for us on about all the places we visited. Cannot recommend this trip enough.

The guides were great, very informative and knowledgeable throughout the trip. The food was good, and we had the opportunity to see many stunning places. Croatia is a truly beautiful country. One area for improvement would be the towel service, as towels were only changed once a week. I also felt that the recommended gratuity of €105 per guide was quite expensive. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, with plenty of beautiful sights and memorable moments.

Wonderful, beautiful scenery ! Marin & Johnny were the perfect pair and excellent guides delivering 5/5 stars! Marin's historical knowledge was impressive; he was a mine of information and great local recommendations, he really took care of everyone! Johnny gave us the best restaurant recommendations or tips of where to go. Some of the bike rides took us up very steep hills and windy roads close to the cliff edges and while the views were beautiful I'm scared of heights, but luckily Johnny was there to support and kindly encourage me down, he was lovely! Kerim our bartender was very attentive & our food was good! Our ship was immaculate but it was older so while we had an upper cabin our bed was positioned up against the wall so I had crawl over the bed to get to my side. It wasn't the end of the world but we felt like we were camping :) which is why I am giving this review 4 stars! I'd highly recommend this trip, all the islands we visited were amazing and we loved Croatia!

We had a wonderful time on the Mali Luka with Josko and Calum. They ensured our safety and took us on some of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The Mali Luka crew also took such great care of us and the good on the boat was delicious! We all wondered if we were gaining weight vs losing it with our rides the food was so good. All in all it was a perfect experience. I highly recommend this experience for anyone traveling to Croatia as it was simply amazing.

The Captain and crew of the Mali Luka took great care of us while the Sail Croatia host and cycle guide Callum and Josko went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, looked after and enjoying every moment of the trip!

First off I want to say that the cycling was fantastic. Having said that, our trip was rated a 2.5/5 which is true but that rating is the average of the intensity of the rides. So some days were 1/5 and some were 4/5. We had an issue in our bathroom that was not resolved until the 4th day. The food was mediocre at best. Very little fruit, everything was cold, croissants that weren't baked through, single ingredient salads, only instant coffee unless you were willing to pay extra, Drinks were expensive, you couldn't get single glasses of wine. Our guide was knowledgeable but he spoke so quickly it was difficult to follow what he was saying. Both he and the other guide were friendly and helpful. I found my bike to be comfortable but there were a number of issues with the bikes in general. Croatia is beautiful and I would recommend exploring it by bike but not with SailCroatia.

Our cruise with Sail Croatia was lovely. The biking was a bit more challenging & athletic than anticipated, so we were happy to have e-bikes. But our tour guides Marin & Natasha were knowledgeable & skilled so we always felt safe. Daily rides lasted 3-6 hours, the latter with added excursions. Some on quiet remote roads, but a few on rather busy thruways. I'd suggest offering a more leisurely bike option with site-seeing stops (we did coffee & beach stops but they were very brief) The boat itself was basic but comfortable (premier class). Our room was adequate & clean, with a large bathroom, plenty of hot water & AC. However there were some lacking amenities such as a comfortable lounge area away from the wind when at sail, with seating enough for everyone on board. We were also expecting sun loungers on the top deck, but there were just a few plastic chairs. Lastly the buffet breakfasts were wonderful, but not the plated lunches. I'd suggest offering buffet instead.

Fantastic, loved the island rides especially in quiet places. Amazing coastline and beautiful views. Great guides and staff. Things that need improvement . 1 needed softer mattress 2. A system to log guests on and off securely so no-one can get left behind. 3. Give all info before getting off to start riding to save confusion. 4. Do not rely on apps as not all can use mb phones when traveling & riding. 5. Self serve Tea and coffee should be available free to guests.6. Meals do not need to be so formal or take up so much time. 7. Bikes need bells for safety and small panier bags to carry items securely.

We really enjoyed our recent cycling trip with Sail Croatia. We cycled during the mornings which were cooler. And a daily swim in the beautiful Adriatic Sea was a nice, welcome complement to the cycling. We particularly appreciated how attentive our guides, Marin and Natasa, were. They ensured that all cyclists stayed together, were safe on the roads and knew how to operate their ebikes safely. In addition, they provided the group with a fairly detailed description of the day’s ride as well as some history of the area. Marin and Natasa were very welcoming and engaging hosts. We have already recommended this trip to friends!

Fabulous holiday, great fun aboard the Afrodita, Josip and Sasa our terrific guides kept us well informed of history of the island, safe along our cycle routes and it was obvious to see how much they enjoyed the job. Sail, cycle and swim north from Split on various islands and the mainland. A holiday different from others and a wonderful experience!
