Great crew - waiters Lucy and Geordie were great , always friendly, great attitudes . Chef made some really nice meals ; best gnocchi ever ! There were other crew that assisted us at various times , but did not get their names Guides Borna and Andre took good care of us and were very patient and professional . They regaled us with the history of where we were cycling . Sone of the most beautiful mountains I have ever cycled on - scenery was breathtaking! This trip really tested my stamina . The cabins need updating ; , new mattresses and pillows ;were just not comfortable. I would recommend this bike/boat trip to someone who wants a challenge

Natasa and Mario were excellent guide for our week long cycle and sail cruise. They were both very knowledgeable, providing interesting information and guidance for our travels. Both guides were well organized and skilled at presenting materials in an entertaining fashion. Peter, our server was also very friendly, personable and helpful. First experience of cycling by cruise was a learning experience but mostly positive. Rides & bikes excellent, group & information managed really well by our guides. Unfortunately there was an issue with our boat and appreciate a last minute switch by Sail Croatia to keep holiday moving meant few issues. Ship was smaller so a cabin change, dining space cramped, guides were tired & stressed as unable to stay on boat with us. Food was ok but no lighter choices like salad before an afternoon of cycling.

We had a great time sailing the Croatian islands with Sail Croatia. Our crew was great and able to pivot with fires on one of the islands. Princeza Diana boat was very nice and recently remodeled. Weather was spectacular.

Croatia is a beautiful country, gorgeous clear sea, friendly people. Cycling was great, sometimes a bit longer than expected, the cash bar and cash tips were unexpected, and many small places also only used cash so come prepared! 3 course lunch onboard was nice but we weren’t hungry enough for trying full dinners- loved the air con in the room, but could do with more storage in the bedroom. We had such a wonderful week on the cycle trip. The guides, sailors and bar staff were all terrific. The boat was a little tired in places and the linen really needs and upgrade. However their staff did a brilliant job. We loved it and would recommend.

We had a lovely time sailing the Islands of Croatia. Our biking guide Andre was Croatian and he had a wealth of knowledge about each destination and did a great job keeping us safe and giving us freedom to enjoy the area. Our sail Croatia coordinator Callum was amazing as well. He was very professional and fun and also very knowledgeable about Croatia. The ship staff were fabulous. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety and lunches were always 3 courses and lots of food. Snack were offered in the dining room every day also. Dinners were off the ship at a local restaurant except 2 dinners on the ship. The captain’s dinner and a Bar-b-que. . Both delightful. The only complaint is that the morning coffee was terrible (If you wanted a good coffee you had to buy it), the only portable water was locked up every day at 10pm in the dining room until 7am, and the bedding and towels were only changed once. We showered a lot because of sweating and biking

Wonderful, beautiful scenery ! Marin & Johnny were the perfect pair and excellent guides delivering 5/5 stars! Marin's historical knowledge was impressive; he was a mine of information and great local recommendations, he really took care of everyone! Johnny gave us the best restaurant recommendations or tips of where to go. Some of the bike rides took us up very steep hills and windy roads close to the cliff edges and while the views were beautiful I'm scared of heights, but luckily Johnny was there to support and kindly encourage me down, he was lovely! Kerim our bartender was very attentive & our food was good! Our ship was immaculate but it was older so while we had an upper cabin our bed was positioned up against the wall so I had crawl over the bed to get to my side. It wasn't the end of the world but we felt like we were camping :) which is why I am giving this review 4 stars! I'd highly recommend this trip, all the islands we visited were amazing and we loved Croatia!

First off I want to say that the cycling was fantastic. Having said that, our trip was rated a 2.5/5 which is true but that rating is the average of the intensity of the rides. So some days were 1/5 and some were 4/5. We had an issue in our bathroom that was not resolved until the 4th day. The food was mediocre at best. Very little fruit, everything was cold, croissants that weren't baked through, single ingredient salads, only instant coffee unless you were willing to pay extra, Drinks were expensive, you couldn't get single glasses of wine. Our guide was knowledgeable but he spoke so quickly it was difficult to follow what he was saying. Both he and the other guide were friendly and helpful. I found my bike to be comfortable but there were a number of issues with the bikes in general. Croatia is beautiful and I would recommend exploring it by bike but not with SailCroatia.

Our cruise with Sail Croatia was lovely. The biking was a bit more challenging & athletic than anticipated, so we were happy to have e-bikes. But our tour guides Marin & Natasha were knowledgeable & skilled so we always felt safe. Daily rides lasted 3-6 hours, the latter with added excursions. Some on quiet remote roads, but a few on rather busy thruways. I'd suggest offering a more leisurely bike option with site-seeing stops (we did coffee & beach stops but they were very brief) The boat itself was basic but comfortable (premier class). Our room was adequate & clean, with a large bathroom, plenty of hot water & AC. However there were some lacking amenities such as a comfortable lounge area away from the wind when at sail, with seating enough for everyone on board. We were also expecting sun loungers on the top deck, but there were just a few plastic chairs. Lastly the buffet breakfasts were wonderful, but not the plated lunches. I'd suggest offering buffet instead.

Fantastic, loved the island rides especially in quiet places. Amazing coastline and beautiful views. Great guides and staff. Things that need improvement . 1 needed softer mattress 2. A system to log guests on and off securely so no-one can get left behind. 3. Give all info before getting off to start riding to save confusion. 4. Do not rely on apps as not all can use mb phones when traveling & riding. 5. Self serve Tea and coffee should be available free to guests.6. Meals do not need to be so formal or take up so much time. 7. Bikes need bells for safety and small panier bags to carry items securely.

Loved biking in Croatia and seeing many islands. The guides were great. The boat did not have any comfortable out door lounge chairs, many were broken, no cushions. The bedroom pillows were terrible and the bed was very hard.

We enjoyed the bike rides, the sceneries were beautiful. The e-bikes worked very well. The group was a bit too large, a bit squeezed on the boat. The meals were excellent but we would have liked at time more buffet or picnic type of meal. We enjoyed a lot swimming from the boat, the Adriatic sea is so beautiful . Our guides, Marin and Martin, were excellent. They cared a lot for the security and were extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant peuple, I recommend them to all the groups.

Our guides were amazing. Crew brilliant. Costs such as port taxes and park fees were a bit of a surprise. Cabin was on the lower deck and was really damp even with the door left ajar. We were not allowed to open the portholes overnight whilst docked. Double bed was way too high to get in and out of comfortably.

It was great overall. Some of the things outside of the biking was that things like port taxes and park fees were not included in the costs. The cabins were also quite damp below deck and our bed you nearly had to take a run and jump to get into it as it was really high. Not great for an older couple.

We thoroughly enjoyed our days cycling around the islands. Our guides Marin and Martin were superb! The ship however needs some work. The room was not very clean as well as the ship. The room we were given was right next to the engine which awoke us each morning and also smelt of exhaust.The captain was very nice but his staff seemed uninterested in their jobs and did a lot of sitting around (while the ship needed) cleaning.) The food was not very good.

I filled the quick review onboard but understood there would be a more thorough evaluation of our trip. The biggest concern I had was the food. It was not up to standard. You should hire qualified trained chefs. Thousand island salad dressing was over poured on all salads. White bread for the most part. Not alot of citrus fruit. Overcooked tuna at captains dinner and appetizer unappealing. The captain wore a sweatshirt at the captains dinner. You couldn’t order a glass of wine you needed to buy a bottle. .

Overall a wonderful experience. The hides were superb, rides were great and scenery unbelievable. A couple of drawbacks - there is a schedule to rides so not as many opportunities to stop and see things or swim etc along the way as I hoped. And did get a little sea sick at times. The cycling itself was great! The island cycling routes are challenging (in a good way) with so many epic views. The ship and (some) crew, however, fell short of expectations. The Dionis boat was old and a bad experience from the start, especially compared to the other boats for the same price (which you walk through & see what you are missing out on). I feel ripped off. Even sail Croatia staff commented on Dionis being the worst! A leaking roof in my cabin, leaking shower, significant slant in my room so my head was lower than my feet in bed, uncomfortable common areas compared to other boats. Very basic, not like in the pictures on the website. Some crew members were not very engaging…seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No help offered with carrying luggage across multiple ships on arrival. Had to ask multiple times for things like a room key for example, or to have the chirping smoked detector fixed. The single supplement fee is outrageous. the food is plentiful but just ok.

I had a great time. Guides were outstanding (Josko and Lauren). I felt safe in their hands. Itinerary: I would have preferred more kilometers The bikes were basic and minimal. I expected better quality, especially the non E-bikes. The boat was fine. I did not need anything fancier. More than adequate The food was good but often overcooked. (The captain was a great pilot, he has no business interfering in the kitchen) Portions too big; buffet style may be better. I appreciated breakfast as I could serve myself and the variety was perfect. The portions at lunch were way too big. I dont like wasting food. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Consider other drinks at the bar (juice, lemonade…)

Great time away, food was not to my liking and very bland especially the soups. Mash potato was like slop on plate meat stew very tough. Coffee not nice all agreed bought my own and it went missing. Toilet paper should be filled properly at all times as only little was put in and we kept running out along with others. No ware to sit when weather was so bad as only 4 seats by bar all tables were played straight after breakfast. Breakfast: nothing left one morning at 7.45 when breakfast should have been until 8.30. Plates taken when we were still eating at breakfast meats and cheese removed so fast not time to eat, most days they had breakfast cleared down before 8.15 making many of us feeling rushed and not able to eat what we wanted for our breakfast. The crew were very nice . Would have liked the bikes we paid for to have been available when we were not on ride so we could explore. Felt the whole week centred around them not us.

We were 4 people that joined an existing group of 24 people that were all connected with each other. We were fortunate in that we all got along great. They were great cheerleaders for those of us not riding e-bikes. Our ride leaders, Ivica and Mario, did an amazing job of planning our rides each day, adjusting routes for the weather and our group's skill level. Great staff. Bike routes well laid out and planned with interesting stops for swimming and cafes to get a delicious cup of coffee. Bikes were well maintained and very easy to ride. Any problems that did arise were handled quickly. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of food to choose from. Coffee not so good, needs improvement. Could purchase cappuccino on board which was good. Lunch definitely needs improvement. Most times it was cold. Soup was watery. Desserts were delicious. No on board safety protocols. We didn’t realize until third day into trip that life vests were under our bed. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Great biking- biking guides did a wonderful job with routes. And experiences on the various islands.. However I feel there should be more swimming time at the various locations we biked to ; instead we had to get back for lunch on the boat. It would have been better for sail Croatia to set up a lunch at the location we were at instead of us going back to the boat. Lunches on the boat were too much/That they were full meals, rather than a lunch.

Our bike/cruise was loads of fun & definitely experienced the culture & views that Croatia coastline offered. Loved it. Our guides Jay & Anna were very informative with loads of great humour. I definitely would have liked more info on the degree of difficulty for the bike ride, mayb I just didn’t do enough research…….. unless you are a very experienced bike rider, definitely suggest e-bike. At least you will enjoy the scenery & experience, instead of head down gasping for air to make it up the spicy inclines.

This tour is awesome for those who wish to explore the Croatian Isles. E-Bikes are the way to go due to the hilly terrain and if you want to enjoy the scenery. If you really want a challenge then choose road bikes. Summer months are very hot so choose wisely. The itinerary is very good and the staff are awesome. Thank you to the crew and Miranda and Andro for a great week. Cabins are not cleaned daily, only every third day so plan accordingly as this is not communicated. Food was very good, but very salty. George was awesome and very accommodating to all guests. I would recommend this tour.

Great diversity of cycle routes and port stops. Guides were great! Boat crew also great. Meals lovely but would have preferred dinners rather than lunch as I wanted a swim, shower and nap after my cycle rather than having to sit for two hours in a stuffy fining room in the middle of the day. The bed was so hard that I longed for morning to come.

The guides were well informed, handled the large group well, and never left anyone behind. The views we had were spectacular! So glad for e-bikes!! This was a very challenging ride with lots of hills. The staff on board were always kind and happy to meet any needs. The boat was large enough for us to all spread out and was not cramped. The rooms had lots of storage and the bed was comfortable.

This trip aboard the Mali Luka was amazing. We are big time cruisers and usually sail with big ships like Princess. We've done one Viking cruise but this one was so amazing. There were only 28 total passengers and we all got along great; it's like they hand picked people that all had the same outlook and personality. The rides each day were to the most beautiful areas I've ever been to. The e bikes made even the steep uphill climbs easy. We were given options on some of the days to stop or to continue our rides (some even choose to not go on some at all). Our ride crew Miranda and Matilda were so great; always looking out for us and keeping us safe with perfect pacing. Sitting on the top deck while we cruised along was my favorite part. We choose the bottom deck cabin which was super small and tight. No complaints by anyone on any level about noise from other ships. The crew worked very hard (not super friendly but friendly enough). Captains dinner was nice; very nice guy.

I enjoyed the swim stops. My room was nice, although the last full day the tanks definitely needed to be changed, as I had a room below. It would have been nice to have the names on the back of the bikes. Most people came in groups, We did not come in a group, so, we had to keep asking people their names. The Josic was very professional. I was not sure what Calam's responsibilities. The bar was very expensive for the extremely short wine pour. It was discussed by most passengers on the boat. Lunch was heavy. Maybe better to have dinner? This would allow people to relax a bit after the ride. The last two rides were short. Often I was not quite sure where we were going to stop. It did not follow the brochure. Captain said we needed to stop in different places.

The staff, crew, tour leaders and guests on this boat were a fantastic bunch. Loved every minute. Had an issue with my room. Not what I was expecting for the price and supplement but that wasn’t going to spoil my trip. Boat was great, bar area very social. George n Danilo were great and George’s food was very good. Danny on the bar was the best barman very efficient and fun. Ivancic and Mario were a superb team, we have cycled with Ivancic before. This tour is a great blend of cruising and riding. The guides, Miranda and Ana, were attentive to a fault, doing their best to keep everyone happy., as were the ship's crew. Guides and crew themselves seemed delighted to be there! The ship, the Mali Ante, was beautiful, clean, and well-run. The riding was well-planned, taking us along relatively easy routes in the countryside, and giving us a taste of many towns and villages, The meals were sumptuous and lovingly prepared. Someone considering this tour should know: - the rides are short, on average, so if they want more focus on cycling, this may not be the tour for them - the saddles for the e-bikes are hard and flat, so it might be an idea to bring a gel cover for comfort - the crew does smoke, and the smoke seems to come into some of the rooms at times, through the ventilation system. - the meals were very meat-heavy Altogether, with these caveats, this was a beautiful tour, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Biking the beautiful islands. The landscapes and friendly passengers and crew. Mila and Mario couldn’t do enough for us. They were completely committed to our safety and enjoyment. Daily program was well organized. Bikes were in good condition and riding was great. Could have been longer on some days but dépendant on size of the island. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

Our guide Tonka was fantastic. The boat was clean and the crew was friendly and extremely competent. The group size was too large for me (30) and we ended up having to stop for long periods while we waited for non-e-bike riders to catch up. I found this frustrating and believe the two bike types need to be separated in mountainous terrain. We had a sun deck on our boat but there were no chairs or any way to sit on it. It only had permanent sunbathing pads fixed to the deck. That was a disappointment as there was not seating anywhere outside for the entire group. The boat maintenance needed a bit of improvement as multiple lights in our cabin did not work and the air conditioner never cooled the room. Croatia was gorgeous and the ride routes were fantastic. Food was good and the bikes were very comfortable and well maintained. I would not use Sail Croatia again unless they separate the bike types and have smaller group offerings or split the group with two lead guides.

Beautiful scenery and lovely people. Ebiking was great and bikes were well maintained and worked well. H was very good at keeping us safe and organized. I think some instructions could have been useful on how to use them though. I have 2 e-bikes at home and they are all different. The only thing that would have made the trip better was to have a ‘get to know you’ event on the first night for guests. Also a few optional organized activities on the afternoons and evenings when we were in ports where islands had little to do. For the cabins a few hooks on the walls and bathroom would have been useful.

The itinerary was excellent as was the cycling with great scenic routes that allowed us to see parts of the country we would not otherwise have done. The weather and amazing group of people were the icing on the cake. What was less good was the interstaff bickering which at times bordered on unprofessional and was making some guests feel a little uncomfortable Finally it should be stressed to guests to absolutely not jump from the top deck which is slippy and one guest really badly bruised herself in slipping off

Our guides Miranda and Tonia were the best! They were encouraging and helpful and knowledgeable! The boat was nice however I might mention a few things they could improve. Be more transparent about pricing of drinks. Choices of breakfast food could be better. Like more fruit and better toaster. Squeegee for showers to help with humidity in the rooms. Better WiFi in rooms. The ports were amazing and captain was great at parking the boat! I love Croatia and the people who live there are friendly and kind! We will be back!

Once on board the very comfortable boat, we were well looked after by delightful guides, good chefs, bar staff and boat crew. Good quality e-bikes, excellent guiding around five beautiful Croatian islands, the crew having to adjust the itinerary due to the weather conditions. The other passengers were similar ages to us, loved cycling and the exploring of new places so there were plenty of common interests.

Loved the combination of seeing the islands by land and sea. The biking through the country side on each island was beautiful and so much fun, loved our e-bikes. We had amazing tour guides and boat crew! Unfortunately we had a couple of days of bad weather, but the crew and guides were quick to adjust our course and itinerary to avoid this as best they could and everything turned out great. I enjoyed the sail/cycle cruise immensely and would do it again in a heartbeat if I had the opportunity. Our tour guides, Lola and Dora, were the very best we could have hoped for. The Guides were great. friendly, helpful, knowledgable. The islands were stunning. However, the boat was only standard. The food was quite basic. The cabin was very cramped, the bathroom smelled bad and the bed sheets were a problem. Two single sheets on a double bed! We were in a tangle all night. A double sheet or duvet would have been much better.

Princess Diana is a roomy well maintained boat with warm wood and attentive crew. Andro and Karla helped us explore the history and beauty of the Dalmatian Coast and islands. We loved the bicycle part of the trip and the beautiful stops at night. Some of our itinerary changed due to bad weather and port issues, but the crew and guides worked to make it a good experience, and it was.. However guests got seasick. My only problem was caused by jumping into the water from the top of the boat, and that was due to my poor judgment. Swimming in the sea was fun!

Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend! A few suggestions/tips: - We realize that it’s challenging to prepare food on a boat and to meet different preferences. We would suggest having at least some lunch buffets, where people could choose (e.g., salads, sandwiches) instead of 3-course meals. A buffet would be quicker and enable people to sit on the desk rather than the often very hot and stuffy dining room. - The food was often very heavy (fried meats, limited vegetables/salads). If guests were warned about this, they could request vegetarian or other accommodations. - We were not allowed to bring food on board so snacks should be available (free or not). There was fruit but nothing else and often we were unable to leave the boat. We were often quite hungry after the ride but had to wait to eat. - It would be helpful if the trip leader provided information about the towns further in advance than the afternoon that we arrived so there would be enough time to plan.

Loved the islands and the sea was amazing. Our trip, in August, made for really hot biking but great swimming. The tour ran like a clockwork schedule. The right mix of hard work and down time. Our bike guide could have been a bit more personable. Food was great bur so much was a bit overwhelming. Because boats were anchored together with other boats overnight loud passengers crossing in and out often disturbed our sleep late into the night. A sign for "Quiet hours after 10pm" would have been great. Our room was very comfortable but more hooks on the walls are needed. Our stewardesses, Paula and Olga and our tour coordinator Mila were great as were the whole crew.

It was a lovely trip through the Dalmatian Islands, the cycling was challenging yet worthy, but I do think the bar prices on the boat could have been more competitive. We found ourselves preferring to be gathered in a bar or restaurant when we’d have rathered stay on board and have a drink on the top deck, etc. the dining room was often stiflingly hot, the AC may have been a good idea on some of the particularly hot days. The crew and staff were great, very efficient, and overall this was the best way to see this gorgeous country. Thank you!!

Love the exploration of islands and cycling off a boat . The crew and tour guides Marija and Mila were wonderful as was Andre, the server. They need a battery microphone so guests can hear as the engine was constantly running and it was so difficult to hear. Suggestion : 3 dinner meals and 3 lunch meals , alternate so we would not always be dependent on getting back for lunch instead eat at swim areas on beach without the rush and very early morning breakfasts . Suggest lighter lunches , salads fruit fish …and fresh bread in the mornings with Greek yogurt . Food was very good but too filling . Less food, higher standard . Soups in the heat ? Big salads more appreciated . Suggest eggs be cooked while people sit instead of cold overcooked eggs Also a better way to connect with guests we need name tags… very awkward trying to remember people’s names .

We fully enjoyed our experience with Sail Croatia. The Princeza Diana is a beautiful, spacious ship and the staff were fantastic. Our tour guides Ivica and Tonka kept us very well informed. They were fully engaged with the guests ensuring everyone had a fabulous experience. We were glad we opted for e-bikes. It allowed us to ride easy and soak up the incredible scenery. The cruise is well planned with suitable amount of sight, cycling and sailing. It was of course a pity that due to the weather conditions we couldn’t go to all planned destinations, but all in all the islands and the coastline are incredibly beautiful and we can’t be sorry about the changes made. Food is very good and there is plenty of it! Fresh drinking water is served all the time and the drinks were reasonably priced as well. The cabins are small, but adequate for a week. The best part was the people we traveled with <3. We had the great time and experience and could recommend this to anyone willing to cycle and see more quiet places of Adriatic islands.

seeing all the beautiful sights of Croatia was amazing and the ebike made it all possible. I would have loved a little book/hand out of our bike paths and information about the culture in each area-It's not easy to remember everything the guides tell us. I really enjoyed the Sail Croatia cycling cruise. Andrej and Andro did an amazing job taking us for our cycling tour on each island we stopped at. They shared excellent information and history of each place we visited and having an e-bike made the cycling more enjoyable. The staff on the boat were friendly too. The only complaint I have is regarding the food. I was expecting a higher standard of meal and more variety of vegetables and different meats. There were a lot of fish meals. Sometimes the options for breakfast ran out before everyone had the chance to have some. This could be a particular flavour yoghurt or chocolate croissants. Towards the end of the week, black teabags ran out and were not replenished. This meant we went without. This was particularly disappointing as the cost to buy more would have been minimal. Apart from this, we all had a wonderful adventure.

We enjoyed our cycle-sail experience on Colombo, it was an interesting cruise with relatively easy cycling on e-bikes. Nothing too arduous but a feeling of tiredness at the end of most days. The crew worked hard and the captain keeps a tidy, organised ship. We loved the guide’s knowledge - Marin and Mila had so much Croatian history to share, it was awesome. Tips for improvement: many of the crew smoked which wasn’t an issue until early mornings when the cigarette smoke wafted into our cabin and woke us up (sometimes as early as 5:30am)! The cabins could do with some maintenance on Colombo - leaking showers, freezing cold AC that blow’s directly on the beds.

The main feature of enjoying a venture like this one is the efficiency of the staff. They were first rate. From the crew, kitchen and food prep. ladies, waiters and guides they always went above and beyond. Four stars instead of five is due to some maintenance around the boat. My understanding is that the issues are dealt with in the off season. (bathrooms-floors were always wet. Portholes could not be opened.). It wasn't a game changer. We would go back.

The staff that operated our tour were great. Very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The accommodations were not great, we booked too late and were in below deck rooms with no opportunity for fresh air, waking up at 6 every morning to the surge of the motor, and very steep stairs to climb up and down (moving days were the worst!) Our bike rides were super fun and we pretty much stuck to the planned itinerary. It was a great way to see so much of the Dalmatian coast! I’d do it again but only on the premium boat and with an above deck room. It’s a great trip for the price!

Fabulous guides and crew, the itinerary was so diverse with plenty of stops for drinks, swims, and sightseeing of course. The food was sensational and way above expectations. I didn’t give 5 stars as the rooms could do with a bit of a smarten up. The bedding was a bit musty and need new mattresses. A bit of a negative in the last night was payments had to be made between 6 and 8pm. Many of us had planned to go out for a farewell dinner together but with the distance to old town from the boat meant this was not possible. We came back early to pay. We should have been able to fix up bill while we were all on the boat before docking.

The locations visited were beautiful and fascinating. Our guides (Marija and Mila) provided an excellent experience given the challenges of ability/illness across our group. I particularly valued their passion for Croatia and what is has to offer and their insights into their history. Cabins were clean and very comfortable and general boat amenities were excellent. The ebikes could be improved - they worked well for some, I found them cumbersome and the geometry made them uncomfortable but they got us where we needed to go. The food could definitely be improved.

I’ve just had a week on Eos … cycling from Split around the islands. Firstly the App wants reviewing because it didn’t accurately match the holiday we were on. Secondly the pre trip advice from you clearly says pack very very light and perhaps pack a track suit for the evening. No!… you will be underdressed ( as I was) you will want to dress up a bit in the evenings and go out to restaurants and also there is plenty of room under your bunk for a big suitcase! The boat was really fun but disappointed that we paid for premier and didn’t get onto the other boat which had a far higher standard of cuisine. Confused also to learn that our travel mates from the states paid around 35 per cent less for the same holiday? 32 in a cycling group was a bit chaotic in places as this is a very big group, but the overall trip was fantastic. Really beautiful islands and fun travel companions so I would highly recommend and will certainly be going again. The e bike was great!

Great trip and experience and unique way to see all that Croatia and the Islands offer. The food onboard was generous and fresh and satisfying. The routes were gorgeous with views you can't beat. Pros- Kind and knowledgeable guides, beautiful routes, plentiful food Cons- the room was not clean with belongings left in the cabinets from other passengers (staff?). There was a horrendous smell of sewage that made the toilet/shower in the room difficult to use. I've sailed on boats in the past and never experienced an odor like that in the past. There was hair left on the floors in the room and bathroom. Time at night on the islands was limited as one night they said we would be docked too far back which kept us from access to the main port (well over 1 mi walk over rocky and dark terrain). Changed itinerary due to weather prevented advertised bay swims and less time to enjoy ports. I often felt we has a short time to see sights (less than 30 minutes most days).

The Sail Croatia team were extremely helpful and intent on making the experience the best that it could be. My one improvement would be a mirror on the bike as traffic was heavy in some places and it was unnerving not to be able to see oncoming traffic. I appreciate that no mirror is standard practice on bike tours but that does does change the need for mirrors.

We loved our sailing cycling holiday. The staff were friendly and worked so hard. All the other guests were lovely, The only reason I haven’t scored 5 stars is the lack of clear information when booking about the difficulty level of the rides (it was very hilly and the leader went quite fast on her ebike). I might have chosen an ebike if I’d known. However, the cycling was great with plenty of time for swimming and opportunities for enjoying the places we stopped at in our own time. I’d definitely recommend it 😀

Our guides Nina and Marin were so organised and good at organising us. We were well informed of the next day's planned activities and free time outside of the bike ride. We loved the bikes and the rides. Our only suggestion is that all E bikes ride together or all hybrid bikes ride together but there is a lot of time wasted waiting for the hybrid bikes unfortunately. My husband and I, and two other couples, recently sailed on the Melina boat to bike and boat in Croatia. We had a wonderful time! The food, bike routes, guides and fellow bikers were all awesome and helped to make this trip delightful in every way! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that our below deck cabin was very tight and the shower was also small. Otherwise, the boat was lovely. Everything else on the trip compensated for the smallness of the cabin and shower. Also, remember to bring swim suits and beach towels as the swimming is fabulous!

My second year in a row with sail Croatia bike tour. I would have given them a 5/5 if the food was better. After being on the Mali Alta last year and having amazing food. Food on Colombo was mediocre. Fried fish to Dry to eat. Fried pork to dry to eat. Weird starters every day at lunch. Food should be consistent across all boats offering same experience. Tour guides were amazing. Crew on boat super nice. Wish they would do more miles each day and offer a self guided tour. Will definitely do again.

Great vacation!!! We enjoyed lots of activity. We would have liked to have more time cycling. Many times routes were cut short to get back for meals on the boat. We had to stay together so not an option for independent time. It would have been nice to have the bikes for free time, but because of so many boats in the harbor, they had to put them all back as soon as we were back from the group tours This was a great way to see the Dalmatian Islands. The trip was very well organized - the staff very accommodating - Mario the waiter was exceptional and our Chef Antonia prepared amazing meals every day-the tour guides did an excellent job. The whole team made the experience wonderful. Each island offered a unique experience. Many opportunities to swim off and on the boat. I would have given 5 stars but did not like mixing cyclists that were not on e-bikes with our group. We spent a great deal of time waiting in the very hot sun for the other cyclists to catch up from the hill climbs. Would suggest they charge an extra fee for those cyclists so they could have a separate guide or make e-bikes compulsory - every island has many hills to climb. I will return again with the rest of my family. Also finding the boat at port was very difficult and stressful .The directions were embedded in an email. A separate email with that information only would have been very helpful. Overall I would recommend this company. Remember to pack water shoes!

It has been nearly a year since our Croatia trip and if you’re considering, absolutely do it! This is a small company that has a homey vibe with a small close knit staff. Some parts “rustic” but the overall value of the experience was amazing. My husband and I opted for the e-bikes and loved the option to be on autopilot while climbing hills and ascending. We had an amazing group of travelers on our boat (somehow children did become part of our trip, age 10 and 12? which felt a little unsafe with the bikes and climbs). Breakfasts were a great spread of veggies, poached eggs, variety of breads, scones, small pastries, coffee, juices, spreads, etc. Lunches were simple and straightforward (lettuce salad, soup, etc) and dinners were also straight forward and simple. Seemed healthy to a degree and most all dinners came with some dessert. Folks who were veg didn’t get a lot of food choice. Boat was a bit outdated but comfy/clean. If you’re considering just do it! So much fun!

We had a great time cycling the Dalmatian Islands with the Mali Ante crew. Our guides Mila and Miranda provided great historical information about the towns and were very fun to ride with. The onboard crew was wonderful as well, taking care of our rooms and providing great food. We even got them to dance with us on the night of Captain's dinner. The only recommendation I have is to consider an eBike. I'm a cyclist at home, but was happy to have an eBike to get over those beautiful (but steep!) hills.

The cycle portion of the cruise led by Marin and supported by Andros was good. Our group was large with a few hybrid bikes mixed in with the electric…this made for lots of stops and waiting. I enjoyed the longer bike ride days much more than the shorter ones. I loved when we got to take the bikes on our own, away from the large group. I have never experienced such beautiful and scenic rides. I loved our coffee/beer and shop breaks. I especially enjoyed Marin’s extensive knowledge of Croatia and the Dalmatian Islands. He is engaging and informative.

The crew were outstanding they worked tirelessly to ensure that all our needs were met with a smile and time for a chat patiently helping us with our very bad Croatian!! Our guides and the crew were just tip-top. We had some challenging weather, and there were some schedule changes that needed to be addressed, but they could always find the silver lining. Our room was on the main deck, and while we don’t expect beds, etc to be like home, we could never get all the moisture out of linens, and always felt as if we were sleeping in the damp. Outside of that, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

The tour guides Ivan and Lola and the captain and crew aboard Milena were fab. Sailing from Split to Dubrovnik via different islands meant we got to see a lot of Croatia. Our guides knowledge was great. We had e-bikes and for us this meant that each cycle ride was really pleasant (there were some really steep climbs).! We had some meals on board and others out meaning we could explore ourselves. The cabins were a little dated. Our fellow passengers were so friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the holiday

This was my 3rd trip with sail Croatia. Split-Dubrovnik. It did not disappoint Travelled with family & friend. After some minor issue at booking with cabin allocation. Swiftly sorted. Despite the bad weather for early part of the week we had a great time. The itinary was changed slightly due to weather conditions & guest safety. Marin & Ivan did their very best to ensure alternative sight seeing trips were available to accommodate this. The cycling was challenging enough for those on hybrid bikes. Captain & crew really friendly. Boat was clean. Food plentiful. If there was anything I would change.. please maybe longer circular cycling routes rather than there & back.. we were a larger group of 30 but safety was second to none. A massive thank you to Marin & Ivan for their friendliness, and showing us some stunning places. And providing us with great laughs. WE made some lovely friends and great memories. Would highly recommend sail Croatia 🙂

Crew and guides great, so were fellow travellers. No complaints about the people. But we had dreadful weather for a few days, and while that was no one’s fault - Maybe more consideration could go into what to do in these circumstances. Eg drying clothes, where to dock (close to towns -where possible) and see if anything could be organised to fill the time. We were lucky that some days were ok- but if not - we would just have been sitting staring at each other!! Just something to consider.

I’d definitely recommend this route. I’m not a lover of boats, but for me, this is the only way to travel. A floating hotel, gotta love it. The crew welcomed us on board and kept us well fed. The weather was terrible to begin with but ended in Sunshine Our guides worked hard to give us alternative activities on the worst days . Some of the tides could have been a bit longer overall the trip was excellent.

This was going to be my souvenir from the tour. I also wish you had sales of your hats and shirts on the boat. We loved the itinerary and seeing so many islands. The boat was nice and clean and the staff made a great effort in making us feel welcome and cared for. We reserved the whole boat for a group of friends and did a bike ride on each island. The staff was very accommodating and catered to what we wanted to do. Marin and Bruno on the Emanuel were top notch..always kept us informed safe and updated. Patiently kept us on track and shared just the right amount of history and culture. The rides were well planned safe and had beautiful vistas and fun stops…beekeeper stop was great.. While mostly staying together or waiting for others to catch up, there were a few nice opportunities to return at your own pace or go off on your own once back to port. The e-bikes were great easy to use but padded shorts were appreciated, especially on the few graveled trails. Breakfast and lunch were plentiful and tasty….but due to tightly scheduled port stops there wasn’t time to grab a local coffee or pastry before the ride…or time to linger at one port because the ship was relocating to our biking destination.. You were on your own checking in or out with a lot of luggage, often having to walk through several ships to get on and off ours. Bathroom choice on the ship was your own cabin. The staff were wonderful and hard working. Biking around the islands is the best way to see lots and get a great feel of the country. The boat we were on (Afrodita) was in desperate need of new carpets on the deck, new beds, sheets etc, although the other Sail Croatia boats looked very nice and updated. But the staff was so great, the other passengers were such fun, and we all got along so well, that the condition of the boat didn’t matter much to us. The bikes that we were supplied with were excellent! Very easy smooth gearing & comfortable ride on both hybrids & e-bikes. The route -Split to Dubrovnik had some challenging hills, but was never too much for anyone, and if you had an e-bike it was never an issue. The

Our guides on the bike tour were fantastic. However, the boat was tired….. poorly fitted bedding didn’t lend to very restful sleeps, wifi quit working after the third day making it difficult to stay in touch with family back home…. Our toilets ran water both into the bowl and outside the tank for the whole trip… asked for it to be fixed but not aware of anything being done to correct problem. The meals were very good though.

We were very pleased with this sail/cycle cruise. The boat was great, a lot of details had been addressed, and the crew was always on hand to help out. We only wish we could have cycled longer distances, or have the option to cycle more. There were 29 people in our group, and only two guides. Some people were on classic bicycles, so there was a lot of waiting around for the people on classic bikes to make it up the hills. It would be better to separate such a large group in levels of ability, speed, or bicycle type, with more guides at hand. More stops along the way to visit would also have been better. But all in all, it was a great experience, and I would whole-heartedly recommend it.

Getting a taste of each Island, weather was amazing and local people very friendly. Cycling was amazing and the group stuck together. Sea is as clear as glass and temperature great for swimming in. Cabins were manageable and expected for a boat of its size. My only criticism was the food served on the boat, it was only ever warm or cold and I was not able to eat it.

Match made in heaven: beautiful Croatian Islands, crystal clear waters & epic cycle rides with sweeping views - once you get over the top! An unforgettable experience which my entire family thoroughly enjoyed. Amazing people of all nationalities, age groups and mindsets came together, for an active week of cycling, swimming and exploring. There was room and time for all of us & our individual interests, be it dancing at Hula Bar on Hvar Island or learning new card games! The e-bikes were such an incredible leveller, enabling the youngest & oldest guests (11 & 70+ years old), to enjoy the same experience as that of the seriously fit guests, scaling the steep hills on normal hybrid bikes. Our guides, Hrvoje & Bruno, were knowledgeable, kind, patient & fun, whatever the occasion & challenge. Our only concern were the cabins on the Milena Jedan: whilst clean & functional they need to be refurbished. But, we hardly spent any time in them, so easy to ignore. Fantastic experience - loved it!

Great trek leaders - great boat (Afrodita) - great crew - great guests! We were hoping there would be other families with older teens to be with, but there were no age barriers here: the other guests welcomed our kids and they responded with maturity! The cycling was challenging without e-bikes in the extreme heat but everyone was accommodating and encouraging. We swam off the boat a couple of times and found beaches every day which was brilliant. The ship was great- but shade on the sun deck would have made it more useful, as it was too hot to go up there at all. I was surprised that there was no cleaning of bathrooms all week, and no change of towels offered, but the food was abundant and amazing. A drink with main meals (even water!) would have been appreciated. Overall, a wonderful week.

What luck to be in a small group for the week. With just 11 of us it felt very exclusive with plenty of room on board. Sail Croatia communication and organisation was excellent The scenery will stay in my memory for ever and I have fallen in love with Croatia. Our guide loved sharing his knowledge of everything Croatian at every opportunity. The rides were well planned and interesting but could have been longer. e.g. more time on Mljet to enjoy the national park. The food on board was amazing - freshly cooked every day and always different. Would have liked a different e-bike, more hybrid style than shopper but very impressed with their performance. Wish I had chosen an upper cabin - below deck was noisy from engine and kitchen and often dark when moored up due to other ships alongside or fender in the way. Free tea and coffee and better towels would be good. However these are niggles and overall it was one of the best holidays ever.

The staff were great. Especially the girl leading the bike ride. Mici I think and Daniel. Enjoyed trip bit was disappointed the ship was full of such a older crowd.. I was one of the younger ones at 53. I think there was one younger at 48. I think the average age was about 70 yrs old. There was even a 91 yr old lady who was very inspirational but overall I would have liked it if the boast had a. Age of 40-60 yr olds. I loved the islands bike riding a bit challenging but good. May prefer not so many hills. I would only go again if I was guaranteed to be on a boat with younger people . The trip is good value for money so can't complain . I was lucky I had a above deck cabin . The people down below didn't enjoy it much. Allot of people would have liked to be able to buy the cycle shirts on board .

PROS: The biking and scenery was wonderful. The cook did a nice job specifically with the lunches we had on board. NEUTRAL: As advertised the berths were very small. CONS: There was no WIFI in the lower berths.The crew smoked everywhere on the boat, so you were subjected to secondhand smoke. We had two bike accidents and there was limited access to medical attention. The lack of medical attention is not the fault of Sail Croatia, but it would be good to have this known. The crew should be asked to wear Sail Croatia shirts. On one day a crew member was wearing an offensive T-shirt.Unless you were the first in line for breakfast there was never enough breakfast cereal, coffee or yogurt. And, the crew member responsible for setting out breakfast food did not see it as his job to replenish any of the items.Last, Sail Croatia does their employees a disservice by not giving travelers some idea on the customary range for tipping.

I thought Ivana and Andrei were outstanding hosts during our 7 day bike sail trip. We did Dubrovnik- Split , a new route which Andrei personally checked out suitability to bike before leading it. Both hosts were interesting, had good stories and knowledge and showed an interest in their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. The Staff on the Navigator boat were amazingly slick at loading bikes and docking the boat in tight spaces..The food was well presented and varied, The hostesses kept the galley spic nd span and were fun to be with...all the staff were friendly and very helpful...great trip

My husband and I joined the Cycle cruise from Split to Dubrovnik on the Milena boat (Premier Ship). We stayed in a below deck cabin - which was OK, however I will choose the above deck next time as it would be nice walking onto the deck from your room. Everything was clean and neat. The food was average and really cannot complain. The cycling was tough and would suggest that everyone in the group take either an e-bike OR normal bike, not mixed - as everyone had a different level of fitness which the guys on e-bikes ended up waiting for the rest which were time consuming to some. I enjoyed the cycling and it is definitely the best way of seeing the islands. The crew were all very friendly and helpful and our cycling guides - Ivanna and Sergio were great. They took precaution where necessary and were very knowledgeable on the routes and tourist attractions/ history of Croatia. Thank you for a great experience!

The ship needed some TLC, especially the bathroom, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. The crew were attentive and always happy. Our two guides were magnificent. They become integral parts of the group. The food was basic but perfectly fine. Cannot fault the countryside and sea views, Croatia was amazing. Captain and crew were great. Could do with more support on ride as it got very hot and the group was to big ..some people were holding up the group as it was to hot for them and needed transportation. The guide he was very good and very helpful and funny... he could do with more help... After that ride 11 E bikes were ordered... I also feel the billing at the end for bar extra could be done better at the end of each day so people could see what they are spending ...so not to put a dampener at the end of the week ...

What a fabulous way to get to know a country! The tracks are not super hard (except for 2) and the views are unbelievable. The crew at Tuna was very attentive and friendly. The food, well... The staff were amazing though we got the impression their hands were tied somewhat and feel dinner on a few days would have been better than lunch and then we could have had a bit more freedom as it was a really mixed ability group. Our bike ride leader was a delight and with a few tweaks the holiday would have been perfect. The staff were so good, bar, deck, captain and cook, our only thing was not being able to access coffee as we woke, as we had to wait till 8, very annoying as the staff had their coffee. The BBQ would have been better as part of the deal, omitting lunch but on the whole it was a really good holiday thanks to staff who get paid a pittance!!!!

The boat needs to be a higher standard the accommodation and food were disappointing. The staff need to recognize that they cyclist were of differing ability, working to the lowest was very frustrating for experienced cyclists. Everything about our sail cycle croatia trip from Dubrovnik to split was amazing The guides Miranda and Ana kept us informed with useful information and guided us through some wonderful locations Our ship almissa was only 2 years old and all the crew and facilities were fantastic. The food was delicious and it must be the first time I have done a cycling adventure and put weight on We were really fortunate to have a wonderful group of people and the cycling routes were challenging with rolling hills and beautiful views. However provision of electric or hybrid bikes meant that it was achievable for all. I would love to try another trip with cycle croatia and hope to to do split northern route next time as this trip has encouraged me to see more of this beautiful country and sail cycle croatia again

The cycling for us enthusiasts was incredible. Lovely flat easy routes and then a choice to do some hectic hills with awesome views every day. The bikes were very comfortable with great gear ratios. I would take my cleat shoes and pedals next time to be fitted to the bike. The islands were lovely and the water amazingly warm. Couldn't believe how clear the Adriatic is! Boat was clean and food good and cabins very comfortable. Expect noise when you dock in the harbours.

The fellow passengers were great and the stunning Croatian scenary. However with a few tweaks the trip could have been better especially re the food - cold vegetable and bland soups and salads. Communication from the guides could have been better also e.g. not everyone heard about fresh towels and sheet changes and there were also changes of plan for reasons outside the organisers control. I felt that a few decisions were made without enough consultation e..g. changing the route/pick up point to avoid going back up a steep hill.

We had a great crew and ship. The bikes they provided were good and the cycling was challenging but rewarding. Be prepared to climb and do yourself a favour and train a bit before heading out. The food was good, My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. The ports are very noisy. I had to sleep with the door open because it was way too hot to sleep without Air Con with the door shut, therefore no sound barrier from the parties. There were Air Con units in each room but they don't work. Otherwise, a memorable, extremely scenic and fun time. Croatia is a beautiful country and seeing it by bike and boat is great!

The bikes were a good quality and well maintained and the e-bikes were perfect for the kids. The guides were very experienced, cheerful and always helpful. Cabins were hot in the middle of the heat wave and the ports noisy, but regardless we had a great family adventure!

My partner and i thoroughly enjoyed our cruise. Everythingcwas terrific but in particular, our guides miranda and anna were amazing... funny enthusiastic and very professional. They made us all feel so welcome and like one big happy family.

Active - cycling around beautiful Croatian islands, a brilliant way to see and explore a variety of destinations in a week. Our first time in Croatia and we loved it. The guides were great & informative & endlessly patient as for some customers the process to getting organised for the ride resembled herding cats. Food, not gourmet but tasty and abundant. The down side was the accommodation, we were not expecting or wanting "boutique" hotel but this was "camping" on a boat. Tiny sweat box! Air con unit on the wall but ship was apparently " non a/c" so not allowed to be activated. Some ports VERY noisy and it would have been perfect to escape to cool cabin & shut the door but this was not an option in the heat, so sleep was sorely lacking for whole trip. Many complaints but it seemed the no A/C was a HQ decision which could not be reversed, very short sighted as was fundamental to achieving perfection. Could have done with a towel change & a quick service of the cabin mid-week.

The cruise was great . The guides, ana,Miranda and Hugo really looked after us . The food was really good and the crew were really helpful. The only thing that let it down was the company themselves, sail Croatia. We had an issue on the boat and they could have handled it better and supported their guides. Especially for a company with so much experience. Shame really. Otherwise a fantastic cruise.

Everything was very good, except the food might have been better. Breakfast was very good except for instant coffee. You could improve the choice of lunch and dinner. The crew was excellent and so were the guides (Damir and Lara) and maybe this was a difficult group but some people got lost a couple of times at intersections where the guides were not at hand. The ship, Magellan, was good and cabins were clean. Thank you.

The leaders the company on board, the organisation, the biking. I thought the food was plentiful but could have been.more varied. I would definitely recommend to friends.

An amazing experience cycling around some of Croatia's beautiful islands. We were part of a large group (35) and whilst some of the rides were very challenging our guides, Miranda and Anna, did an absolutely fabulous job of making sure that the whole group was looked after and enjoyed themselves, no matter what their individual fitness levels.

The Cruise was beautiful and the staff on board very accommodating. We had been advised by the office and brochure that the meals were breakfast/dinner (and confirmed again on later email) but were disappointed that we only had one dinner on ship and all else were lunch, cutting the ride day short and making it a more expensive holiday than expected.

I loved travelling by boat. Our on deck cabin was spacious and comfortable. The crew were friendly, and the food was good. However several people had stomach upsets in the second half of the holiday. I wonder if the use of antibacterial hand wipe on board would help this risk? The Croatian coastal scenery was beautiful, and cycling in it was pure joy. However I felt that our group of 35 was far too big to all cycle together. A group of that size is dangerous, and is far more difficult for the leaders to manage. Dividing the group into 2 with one leader at the front and a reliable volunteer to be at the back would have been a more sensible option. It also meant that we weren't able to do longer routes if some people weren't up to it. Electric bikes were great for less fit people to enjoy the rides, but that meant excluding the longer gravel road routes that I had looked forward to. Our two friendly guides Miranda and Ana, did a great job in rather difficult circumstances.

The other people on the cruise were great. The tour leaders and crew were really fantastic and attentive. They tried their absolute best to ensure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves.

The routes were beautiful and being so well led made them very relaxing. I felt a sense of accomplishment when I had finished because there was a lot of climbing. Our guides Miranda and Ana were so lovely and friendly they made it great fun and created a happy at,osphere together. I particularly enjoyed the company because I came on my own and that worked out very well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the food. It was not good. More fresh produce would have been better particularly local fish. The food was never hot, sometimes downright cold. The lasagne was dry, cold and tasteless. One day the salad was just pickles not fresh stuff. Sometimes the bread was dry. The desserts we sometimes made wIth packet mixes. There was an issue with the fridge - it would not stay closed - the people in the cabin next to it were constantly woken by it beeping. One day the yoghurts were frozen, another warm. This is a food safety issue! The coffee machine did not work so no coffee
