We had such a wonderful time on the Princeza Diana for our one week biking tour. The boat interior was recently refurbished so it was very nice and well appointed throughout. The staff was great with specific shoutouts to our tour managers Ivica and Antonio (they could also have successful careers herding cats), the servers Sanja and Danny (so friendly, kind, and helpful), and chef Marko (the food was sensational). They each really made our trip memorable by going above and beyond in their respective areas. The fellow guests from varied areas were all terrific and everyone got along incredibly well. While a custom cruise for us would have had longer rides and shorter stops, we also heard people say they wanted longer stops or shorter rides so this was a perfect balance for all. Overall it is highly recommended with zero complaints and it exceeded our expectations in every way..

Fantastic voyage through the many Islands of Croatia. The biking was super fun with exillerating climbs and spectacular views. Our crew aboard the Princess Diana was top notch. Absolutely no complaints.

We enjoyed everything about this. Getting to see so many islands and villages on those islands was fantastic. At every port our "hotel" was steps from the village centre. The food was fantastic and everyone from the bike guides to the sailors and ship staff were friendly and very hard working. The bike portion was just right with a 2-3 hour easy ride every day then lots of time to explore each town. The transit from island to island was exciting. We saw dolphins and watching coming into each port was fun. The amount of area we were able to see with the bikes made our entire trip memorable. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Our e-bike experience and cruise aboard the Mali Ante exceeded our expectations. First off, the crew was amazing and first rate in their attentiveness and accommodation. The food was outstanding and I tip my hat to chef Kole and Tonya…. The tour guides Tony and Augustin made every ride a joy and insured we stopped at the best view points, providing history of the area and of course cafe rest stops. Safety was their priority and they took great care of us all. I highly recommend this tour.

How holiday from Split to Dubrovnik cycling at various islands along the way was truely fantastic. The crew were all so helpful and friendly. The group leaders Andro and Sasa were really magnificent always there to help and support. They worked together really well and had excellent rapport. We just had a week on Sail Croatia’s ship Columbus & a biking tour through a small sample of the stunning Dalmatian coasts islands. Although a little apprehensive to start, Marin & Lauren, our fantastic guides, settled us all right in. They shared a load of local knowledge & ensured our bike route was challenging in sections but safe & hugely enjoyable – absolutely recommend an e-bike. The scenery is stunning & photos don’t do it justice. Our group started as 32 strangers but quickly turned to 32 friends, with sooo many laughs. Along with the guides, the crew & chefs were amazing turning our great meals & looking after us along the way. The trip absolutely exceeded our expectations & would thoroughly recommend. Everything about the cruise and bike riding was five star. Two guides Mario and Natasha were also five star. Food was great although could have had more fish. Captain and boat crew were also great. Getting to know my fellow Canadians, Americans, Aussies and Irish was an hoot. Every one got along great and best part ZERO politics! Only complaint was our lower deck berth as it was very small and stuffy. I ended up coming down with a bad cold and the lower quarters likely made it worse. Book early and pay the up charge for a upper deck berth.

Captain Antonio and his crew of Columbo kept us safe as we navigated between ports and unloaded/loaded bikes. The tuna steak for the Captain’s dinner was fantastic! The views were outstanding. Lauren and Marin were excellent, they kept us safe on the roads and gave us a good idea of what to expect each day and gave us Croatian history lessons - each island was unique and special. Lauren gave us a wide variety of things to do and places to eat on each one. Thanks to Yakov for his great service at the bar - cheers! Special thanks to Mike for his leadership 😀 The highlight of the week was all of our fellow bikers. We had an awesome group that was fun to get to know and enjoy some meals, drinks, swims, and rides. Special shout out to our own Karaoke night and especially Alice and the other new songs! The meals were really good, and they went above and beyond for gluten free pescatarian. The accommodations worked well for us, didn’t spend much time in our cabin except to shower/sleep.

We had a fantastic time on our Sail Croatia cycling tour from Split to Dubrovnic. Our guides, Lauren, Marin and the entire crew made our cycling tour in Croatia an incredible experience! Special thanks to Lauren and Marin for keeping us safe and comfortable on the rides while making each day special with our daily island "storytime with Lauren" as Marin proudly shared his extensive knowledge of the islands and history of Croatia. We did seven nights with sail Croatia on a premium ship - which isn’t really premium. The crew and guides were amazing and the cycling really enjoyable. For the price the boat and the food were not of a standard you would rate anywhere near premium. It’s a great experience but if you’re a couple or a little older (over 50) this probably won’t be what you’re expecting.

Our sail and cycle tour was excellent. The tour guides, Cal and Sasa, were well prepared, organized, engaging and a lot of fun. The rides were excellent and very scenic. It was nice when we stopped along the way and we heard a bit about the region which helped us better understand Croatian culture. The captain, Ivan, and his crew were great and very helpful as well. The food was good and there was lots of it. Our server, Matej, was very good and made sure we had lots to eat and drink during our trip. I will say that having no hot water for a shower on the last night and final day was not good, but that would be my only complaint in an other wise fabulous week. Highly recommended!

The trip was outstanding - from check in to completion the service of the crew and the planning and locations visited made it a trip to remember. The tour leaders Josip and Augustin ensured each day was well planned, they supported all the guests and were filled with great historical information on each location that added to the scenery and atmosphere. Our trip experienced a serious accident for one of the guests and the manner in which our guides handled the incident with professionalism and care was tremendous. They showed consideration and urgency to address the situation but also genuine care for everyone involved. On board the boat, all the crew were friendly and professional and the service of Peter behind the bar was great. We anticipated a fun and exciting trip with great locations and experiences - and were well pleased. We'd totally recommend this trip to anyone that wants a great balanced trip to the Croatian Islands

This was our best trip ever. Been to Spain, Italy and Portugal but this sail/cycle trip was more fun than we had expected. Fantastic crew and a great group of passengers made this our best trip ever. The cycling led by 2 fantastic guides provided superb views of the islands which you would not see if only on a cruise. Meals were delicious and on time. We loved the politeness and friendliness of the crew as well as the office staff who helped us with the booking. We would recommend this cruise and may even do it again next year ourselves. Wonderful holiday from start to finish. The entire crew was very attentive to every need. The Princeze Diana was like new, clean and spacious. The room and beds and linens were very comfortable. The cycling with e-bikes was the way to go, making the long uphills quite effortless. All the rides on the different islands were beautiful. Our guides Lucija and Dora were top notch with daily briefings, and stories of local history along the way. I would 100% recommend the Sail Croatia sail and cycle to anyone.

Ship was great. Crew was great. Food was great. Cycling was good. Each day should be a minimum of 40 km. 5 and 10 km days were disappointing. Guide should be prepared to quickly repair a flat tire. One day we spent an hour idling while he dealt with that, since he didn’t have the right tools. He should have sent us down the hill to the beach. Overall the briefs need to clearly and briefly state the aims of the ride and how much time in each stop. Electric and regular bikes do not mix. Too much waiting around for the regular riders. A group of 30 or more cyclists is too big to manage. Group size should be 15 max. Overall a great trip.

It was absolutely delightful. A shoutout to Agustin where this was his first cycle cruise that he led and he did awesome. I think you guys are underselling what you offer - we went to Marco Polo center and Mamma Mia island, and these were barely even mentioned in the write up. Truly remarkable. The only suggestion is with varied abilities on riding bikes it could be good to have a longer intro session on bike safety. Even the basic things that some people may not be aware of. But overall, absolutely a stunning holiday !

Overall our holiday was excellent. Great locations and a great crew who went above and beyond to make its success. Only three things I would highlight as opportinited for improvement: 1. Tipping: If the company and the crew have to propose a level for tipping this suggests that the crew wages are insufficient and you are relying ib tips to make them up. I would prefer you set the right wages, adjust the price for guests and leave tipping at the guests' discretion and at a much lower level. 2. The crew asked us to fill out the feedback form in their presence when we settled the bar tab. This wont give you candid feedback. Better to do it afterwards remotely like this. 3. The food was good but not as good as I would expect and most importantly the coffee was way too strong and unfiltered. Get a coffee machine.

We had a fantastic time on the Columbo with Captain Antonio and his crew. Tonca and Lauren kept us well informed and accommodated the broad range of personalities and people. Breakfast and lunch plentiful and enjoyable. Islands were magical and riding was very comfortable. I am a cyclist for 50 years back in Australia, but I was very happy to have taken an E-bike for some of the hills to be able to enjoy the ride and views. There is also a wide range of dinner options in every place we stayed. Highly recommended.

The guides, Borna and Eva were great guides. They would give us a morning review of each daily ride and Borna also would give a brief of history of every island. The vessel was wonderful. The food prepared on board were awesome and the whole bike ride was great.

We enjoyed the cruise/cycle package very much. From the start to finish, everything was well organized and we were looked after well especially by our guides Tonka and Ema on board and whilst riding. They were exceptional in looking after all 32 passengers on board. The ships crew were very hard working and always polite and helpful. The food got better as we went along. Would have been good to have some non-alcoholic drinks variety on board and with the very hot weather, access to ice would have been very much appreciated. The cycle rides were great in spite of the high temperatures and the bikes were great too. A great tour!

It was a great time with a great group of people. The staff on board were great but the main comments from us and other travellers was that the boat was a bit run down, specifically the linen was ripped and marked and the showers were smelly. Hope this helps

It was great. The food was fantastic. Ana and Natasha were fantastic. The Princess Diana was beautiful. Our room was great however the bed was not comfortable (Cabin 4). Also the price of the wine and beer was way too expensive. I could step off the boat and purchase a drink for 1/2 the price. Also a Latte coffee or cappuccino should not be an extra fee. Our boat was the premier. That should all be included with the price we paid.

We had an absolutely incredible time on our Cycle Sail Croatia trip — truly one of those experiences you remember long after you’re home. Every day offered something special, and we loved every minute of it. Each day was better than the last!, Ivan was great with the bike routes! I want to give a huge shout out to the Sail Croatia cycle team Ivan and Lucie, who were fantastic and a big part of why this trip was so exceptional. Our Sail Croatia trip aboard the *Princeza Diana* exceeded every expectation. The guides were knowledgeable and funny, the crew was warm and attentive, and the meals were delicious and incredibly generous. Each stop along the Dalmatian Coast was more beautiful than the last, yet even in high season, the destinations never felt overly crowded. The e-bikes were essentially brand new, and the Sail Croatia team made time ashore effortless with excellent restaurant recommendations and reservation help. We also had a great group of fellow passengers and especially enjoyed the live band evenings in Hvar and Korčula, which we lucked upon - but it might be that way every night! This was our second visit to the Dalmatian Coast—and we know it will not be our last. When we have the chance to travel with Sail Croatia again, there is really only one answer: **“Idemo!”** (Croatian for “Let’s go!”)

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sail Croatia. It was the perfect way to see and explore the islands of Croatia for first time visitors. Our cycling exposed us to coastlines, stunning views from mountain tops, family farms and scenic swimming spots. The Sail Croatia guides created a nice mix of active cycling and time on our own to relax or explore the port community. The food on board was fantastic and gave us a taste of a variety of local dishes. A trip that we will remember forever!

Overall, was very nice. Even though the guides were nice, there are some details that need to be tweaked. Your website is not user friendly and we need a pdf of complete itinerary with (of course changes allowable due to docking weather conditions all) BUT a basic written itinerary with islands, activities possible there etc would have been nice as we were always trying to figure out our next day itinerary..plus to get a talk every day is good but we need time after breakfast to get ready...meanwhile we have to wait for a basic talk that could have been sent via whats app

Very well organised from start to finish. Daily briefings, amazing rides (v easy on electric bike) and plenty of tasty food ! Cabins were quite basic but were en suite and had air-con. Plenty of time to sunbathe on deck or visit the islands. Some extra excursions and meals organised for those who wanted to but no pressure to go. All the staff were great esp our group leader Calum (& Srdan) - who had a great knowledge of the Croatian history as well as sorting any issues out throughout the week such as food preferences and general recommendations. Average age was around 60 on the boat (the Mali Luka) with a lovely bunch mainly from USA and Australia and NZ. Busy week as up early but a great way to explore the lovely islands. Water so clean and refreshing. All the towns well kept. Pebble beaches (not sand). We did Split to Dubrovnik route then had a couple of nights in hotel in Lapad (Dub) to relax. Thanks Sail Croatia for a memorable trip !

It is hard to imagine how our week on the Emanuel could have been any better. Miranda's leadership and Oola's kindness were a dynamic duo that allowed for memories of a lifetime. Would recommend e bikes mainly to help deal with the heat. The crew and guides were all very help full with lots of local knowledge

We had a superb holiday seeing the islands and making new friends. I cycle a lot and came with my wife who used an e-bike. The group catered for all levels with a very sensible first day around Mljet national park. Our reps of Ivan and Lucija were fantastic going the extra mile when needed anfpd were always helpful.

Firstly our crew and tour guides were the best I have experienced. The mix of passengers was great and we all got along with no issues and I have never had so much fun and laughed so much. Became close friends with many and enjoyed everyones stories of where they have been and where we hope to head. Our Captain was a man you wouldnt argue with if you first met him as he looked like a Croatian Pro wrestler, but what a gentle funny man.. our guides Cal and Ja were patient, informative and cared for our safety at all times. tbh, I wasn't really sure what to expect as we've never booked an organised tour before, or anything boat related. But having spent a week on the Mali Luka, I would say this has been one of the most enjoyable & easy holidays I've had (even with a few days of cycling in the midday sun)! Our guides, Callum and Josko, were absolutely fantastic and made the whole trip a delight. All the crew were excellent and the boat is gorgeous - it really felt like home. Waking up every morning to a stunning new seascape or rustic town was fantastic and the weather over late May was perfect. Have gained nearly 2kg from the delicious breakfasts and lunches! Luckily the cycling offset what could have been an extra 3kg. Also, love that Walnut Liqueur - though as Mateo said to me one morning after the night before - "it is the silent killer". Couldn't think of a better way to go!

Great weather, great crew, good that they adapted to suit the weather and the group’s abilities. Everyone had e-bikes, which helped keep the group together, as there is only one lead and one tail guide. We were fortunate that there was a fairly small group, though some bikers were quite inexperienced. Saw some fantastic bays and harbours, and good swims (it was HOT despite being early June). Very enjoyable. Very happy that we had air on. Boat was very well equipped. Only comments are that after long rides, 3 course lunch was very late, a packed lunch might be better option. Also, for experienced bikers, a self guided gps option might be preferable. But still, great group, great guides, 5 stars!

We had an excellent trip from Split North (cycling cruise, it was well organised. The crew were excellent and the Tour managers Tonka and Lucija were outstanding. The biking was easy and manageble by all (exspecially if on a E bike). Plenty of swimming stops in warm and clear water. There were so many highlights, Split, Krka National park, Zadar and many small islands and delightful villages. I recommend this trip.

We would like to give a big thanks to Sail Croatia and to our 2 guides— Tonka and Lucija who took very good care of us while we were boating and cycling on the Sail Croatia Split Return Northern trip. Their professionalism, mixed with an easygoing, approachable manner, made for a wonderful vacation that had us feeling in good hands cycling through unfamiliar roads. During stops along the routes, we would take in the stunning scenery and be told stories about the Croatian culture and its rich history, which just added to the enjoyment factor. My wife and I have been on a few cycling tours and would rate this as one of the best— thanks to Tonka and Lucija and the crew of the “Mali Ante”.

Our bike and boat tour was fantastic….we will definitely recommend Sail Croatia to friends. We loved the ship, the crew, our cabin (above deck), and the daily itinerary. We booked the trip with a large group of friends and the other guests on the boat were lovely to travel with as well. Great food, coffee, drinks, islands, sight-seeing and cycling! Only 6 of us on the ship chose non-electric bikes, so the hilly terrain was challenging and rewarding for us….but hard-core riders love that anyway! And the e-bikers had a great time too, with options of course on how much pedal-assist they needed/wanted. Our tour guides Calum and Jasko were superb! Fun, knowledgeable, entertaining and flexible. And the entire crew of the Mali Luka was superb. Bravo!

An outstanding experience from start to finish. Great! loved the cycling and the tour guides. Our days out on the bikes were absolutely great. Both Marin and Martin did everything they could to make the trip enjoyable. My concerns were with things that were in the Captains control: 1. Why was air conditioning not on every night? not on for both first and last night which is poor. 2. bedding was sub par at best, poor quality and could have used an extra pillow. 3. Food was not great. I feel an al a carte menu would have been better as this was eat what you get which really was not appealing to me for a trip with this price. Our daughter was with us, she eats vegetarian and her food was absolutely terrible. Boris, the chef, needs to do better! 4. on board bar was poorly stocked. We would have used this service if items were available but it was basically just one wine and draft beer.

Great holiday, the staff were excellent and the ship was fantastic. There is room for improvement. More ventilation in the lower cabins, aircon wasn’t effective. The coffee was very bad and there could be more fruit at breakfast and some soap included would be helpful. Also if beach towels are not provided it would be good to know that before we left Australia. Apart from that it was a great part of our trip

This was our second time island hopping and cycling with Sail Croatia. We had a wonderful time. The accomodations was super and we were well looked after by the boat crew and our tour guides Sasa and Ivica. Sasa and Ivica were very friendly and personable, We were comprehensively briefed each morning about the upcoming ride and any social arrangements. The rides were a good mix of easy rides with only a few challenging rides. Well done again. We are thinking of booking our third trip.

Boat crew were efficient. The two guides were knowledgable and helpful. Overall, the ride was fantastic with very good bikes and very amazing scenery.. HOWEVER, we did book and pay for a cabin with double bed. But instead got a single bed on one side and a bunk bed on the other side of the cabin which was dissapointing.

We joined the crew of the Princezza Diana in beautiful Split, Croatia and over the next 7 days, made our way to Dubrovnik. Our amazing hosts and guides, Tonka and Elena, assisted by the ship's Captain and crew, made our journey memorable in a very positive way. We saw spectacular scenery and did some challenging and fun rides each day. Tonka and Elena made sure everyone was safe and that we learned about what we were seeing. The bicycles provided were high-quality and in great condition. Flyer was the brand of the e-bikes we used. We met some wonderful people from all over the world on our trip, It's a vacation experience I suspect we will do again. A word of caution: Unless you're an avid (perhaps even hardcore) cyclist, plan on renting the e-bikes. The hills you will climb are both long and steep - but beautiful!

This was one of the best travel experiences of our lives. The boat was beautiful, the others travellers were great, the biking and scenery was spectacular and the guides and crew made every effort to make sure everything was excellent. Ivica was an excellent tour guide and made sure that we were all together and had exciting, enjoyable and safe bike rides. Ana made sure that no one was left behind and provided excellent information on the places we visited along with a few myths, legends and ghost stories😀. Ana and Dan (sp) were excellent bartenders and servers and made sure we stayed hydrated and were well fed. The food was excellent and we were served some traditional croatian food that was better than we had in restaurants on shore after our trip. My compliments to the chef!! We would definitely recommend this trip. Once you have tried a small boat experience you will not want to go back to the big cruise lines

We were not 100 percent confident that we would be fit enough or enjoy the experience but we absolutely enjoyed the trip. The tour guides, 2 of them, treated us like family and protected on the roads. The boat, Emanuel, with their captain and crew were a well tuned group. The food on board was excellent! The ebike made the fitness level almost irrelevant, as we watched our 72 year old female group mate keep up with the front guide.

Had a great trip…the guide staff were experienced and knowledgeable…always ready to help, lead, inform, suggest alternatives and more. The boat’s crew including the captain, the sailors, the cook and the other staff provided a smooth boating experience and wonderful meals. The bikes were well maintained and easy to use. Although the entire experience was outstanding I do have a couple of points: 1.) As an experienced cyclist, I had no issues but I did see some areas of saftey that could be improved. There was confusion throughout the day as directions were, at times, incomplete and vague. 2.) Food was another issue as items at breakfast would run out and the main course lunches were mediocre. 3.) Coffee is always an issue for me and yours was the worst. (Sorry) 4.) I didn't understand why we couldn't pay our bar tab with a credit card. Many were short on cash and had to rush to an ATM. 5.) Whatsapp feature was great, would of been nice to get the days briefing in advance of actual briefing at 8:30 so we could follow along and have questions prepared. All in all our tour guides were friendly and well informed about the areas we visited and I would recommend this tour to friends The boat was immaculate and comfortable. Great way to see Croatia for the first time.

Better quality ship. Emmanuel was old but clean and very middle of the road for overall amenities, a boat not a yacht; lunches were very good, breakfasts mediocre Cycling guides and routes were very good but too short ( advertise this as a leisurely cycling if e bikes being used) and the regular bycyles should not be allowed as we were constantly waiting for them to catch up. Also entrance fees to parks and historical sites should be included in the overall package. Similar to Viking make tipping a part of the trip package.

Our guides Josko and Anita were awesome. There were several obstacles put in their way due to weather and they did a great job to adjust when needed. The crew on the boat was also great. The captain had to also make changes when obstacles were presented. The food was excellent! The only issue was the wifi on the boat, Princess Diana. The wifi was rarely available. Luckily, boats park side by side at the ports, so we could hop on the wifi of other boats. Cycling through the Croatian islands was excellent, a great way to see the country. I'd do the tour again anyday.

We did a sail and cycle from Slit to Dubrovnik. There were several things that made the trip great: The crew, the 2 guides, the new friends we traveled with, and the gorgeous islands we cycled. My wife rode an e-bike that worked out great for her, and I chose a regular bike that gave me a great workout on the hills. The trip was extremely well organized, the food was very good, and our guides went above and beyond. A truly beautiful week!

The cruise / bike tour was awesome. The other guests and the crew of the Mali Anti for the 4 Oct to 11 Oct 2025 Split to Dubrovnik tour were exceptional. The cruise was made special by the staff onboard. Lola, Dora and all the crew were fantastic and made each day fun. The islands we visited were all different and it was great to see the Croatian countryside away from the cities and at a slow pace, The only thing I would criticise is that the Mali. Luka is looking a bit tired more at the end of the season and needs a makeover. That didn’t stop us from having a great holiday, but the boat itself could do with a spruce up.

Every aspect of this trip was unbelievable. The ship and crew were top notch. The food was fantastic! But probably the most exciting part was the bike tours of the islands. My wife and I sailed on the Princeza Diana and were absolutely thrilled with everything about the cruise. The cabins were well appointed, clean and up-to-date. The food was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from at breakfast. The lunches went above and beyond and were much more like a full dinner. The crew were always friendly and helpful and Miranda and Sanya were outstanding guides. Few of the reviews said much about the cycling, so we wanted to give a more detailed review. We're both 60 and trained for 6 months prior, riding over 900 miles. If you plan to ride a regular bike, you will need to train: the hills on Hvar and Vis are no joke, with climbs of 6 mi on Hvar and two climbs of 4 mi on Vis. While very difficult, they were very rewarding and the views were spectacular. The other 5 days were much easier in comparison. In total for the week we rode 102 miles with 8,000 ft of elevation. The bikes were excellent, the seats were comfortable, but bring a bag for the rack.

Excellent biking guides kept our group well informed and entertained while exploring six of the Croatian islands over seven days of rides. They also provided good restaurant recommendations for dinner at various ports. One day was stormy and our ride cut short but we sheltered safely and rode back to the boat after the rain subsided, all good…. Our group of 30 riders turned out to be very compatible and fun loving, no complainers!! The Captain’s dinner and subsequent party on board was a lot of fun. The crew was vey pleasant and helpful during the entire voyage.

Great trip, nice way to see the coast and islands of Croatia. I am avid cyclist and in great shape. The mileage distances are deceiving very short distance but every where is up from the boat where you start cycling. The climbs are steep and not so short. The E Bike is a much better way to go. The guides do an excellent job of helping the entire groups on the rides. Staff of the boats are amazing and they work very hard to keep everybody happy. I would recommend this trip.

The boat was very old and really it did fall short of expectations. Light didn't work. No key for safe. Old and slippery tiles in shower. Old shower. It needs to be better. Communication between guides and passengers was minimal. Half the time we were never really sure of what was going on. Rides were spread out. You probably need 2 groups. One to do a longer ride, and one to do a shorter ride. We also needed to stop at a private bay here and there for a swim. We rode past so many secluded rocky beaches with crystal clear water, but never stopped

the staff was excellent! Sonya, Miranda, Lubicza and Carlo all had excellent interpersonal people skills and language skills. Sonya and Miranda were very helpful to me because I was a new rider. They explained things multiple times and never lost their patience. These are excellent instructors because they had to manage a group of riders who had different abilities. I would do it again. Food, chefs and cabin were also excellent. Air conditioning at night did not always go on. That is my only criticism.

We did the boat/bike from Dubrovnik to Split and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! Our accomodation on board Colombo was very comfortable and our breakfast and lunch each day provides the fuel we needed to ride. No complaints about the food, although the tuna served at the Captain’s Dinner was overcooked for our preference. The crew of Colombo were all friendly and helpful if anything, I could have done a little more cycling most days, but that is not a complaint. We were very impressed with Andro and Mario. The itinerary was well plannned with excellent leaders. I especially enjoyed the bike routes and swim spots! The food was good but the coffee was not acceptable! I would use Sail Croatia again!

Cannot say enough about this bike/cruise we took with Sail Croatia. Perfect weather, excellent staff & crew on our ship (the COLUMBO), small sized passenger group (twenty four in all, making for relaxed, easy mingling, creative and delicious use of food on board, and just wonderful stops all along the Southern Route, SPLIT to DUBROVNIK. I wish we'd had more time to double back and do the Northern route as well, as some of our fellow passengers had done. Perhaps we'll get back soon! Truly, the trip of a Lifetime.

This trip was absolutely outstanding and I would recommend this to everybody. . The team from Sail Croatia our guides (Ivica & Mario) did an outstanding job looking after the 29 people on the boat & riding. Everyone one on this trip got on really well. The boat Emanuel whilst built in the mid 50's was in outstanding condition and their crew looked after the boat like it was brand new. The riding pace was generally easy with an e/bike and we covered more km's than advertised which was great.. Ivica & Mario stoped and gave great information several times during each ride. Would love to do another Sail Croatia bike trip.

Beautiful cycling trip through the Adriatic Sea and Croatian coast and islands, including refreshing swims. Cycling was challenging but good fun. 1) Omit overnight on day 7 of trip. End the trip after lunch on day 6. This eliminates unreasonably early check out on day 7 and also makes it easier for a guest to check in to their hotel in DBV without having to wait until 12:00 or 13:00 check in time. 2) Onshore excursion options need clear explanation in pretrip communication. Example: I was not told that a scenic bus tour and a walking tour of DBV was available, so I booked them in advance with Viator. If I had known I would have gone on the onshore excursion instead. 3) Include the use of one pannier on the bike. 4) Include written instructions for charging the bike battery and operating the ebike. 5) There were three outlets in the cabin. That is insufficient to charge two bike batteries plus two phones plus hearing aids, etc. A simple multi-plug adapter can fix this issue. 6) Guide must not make promises he doesn't keep. Example: A military tour was promised on one island (Vis?) but was never delivered.

A superb way of seeing a beautiful country. The Split Northern route is, as advertised, comparatively gentle. The scenery is stunning (Krka National Park and Trogir are highlights) and our guides (Lola and Tonka) were friendly, helpful and professional. Our cabin was comfortable, food on board variable (but you won't starve), fresh water available at all times. We didn't feel the need for ebikes but the "ordinary" ones certainly are very ordinary! Inevitably different people want different things from a trip. For us, we would have preferred longer in Trogir - it's SO beautiful, second only to Korcula in our opinion. We would have liked tea and coffee available at all times on board. If Sail Croatia added a few pounds to each booking (to cover the cost) no-one would know - or care. This was our third Sail Croatia trip which speaks volumes. We highly recommend both the company, their staff and the whole concept.

What a great experience, best way to see parts of Croatia that a lot of people would see on conventional tours. The ship (Columbo), the captain and the crew were awesome, they went out of their way to make the trip a memorable one. The tour team and ship crew were A1. on all accounts. We had some weather to navigate through and again the captain and crew made it all work. We did wish the ship was a tad more updated. Beds were too hard and hot water was not reliable (only a 400 liter tank for all 40 of us). All part of the adventure. Marin and Mario were great tour leaders and kept us all safe. The Croatian food was first rate and plentiful each day. A great time had by all.

Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful trip on our bike-boat trip in May 2025. The guides were very good and kept us well informed. The bikes were very good quality and easy to ride. My only criticism is that my wife and I slept in separate small beds in our cabin. We would’ve clearly preferred to be in a single bed together at night as we have been for 40 years. All in all, this was a very successful vacation for my wife and myself.

This was a fantastic holiday from the beautiful islands we cycled across to the great guides and friendly professional crew of the Mali Luka. The chef produced amazing food for us every day with great verity, accommodating all tastes and requirements. The cycling guides were knowledgeable of the areas we went to, this meant they could remain flexible on routes we took so always managed to cycle in great weather. They also provided lots of interesting history of the islands as we cycled around them.

The information supplied by Sail Croatia before our trip was excellent, letting us know everything we needed to know. The Tour guides were very helpful right from the beginning of the trip. Miranda was an excellent cycle tour leader and explained the routes and stops well. Lola gave great history and location talks throughout the tour. Even though Matilda was observing on this trip, she was also very helpful. The three made a good leading and supporting team. The crew of the Dionis were fantastic and worked hard to make the cruise a wonderful experience. The chefs were amazing and went above and beyond to provide very good vegan meals. The barman was a star, always polite and ready to give good service. The bikes we rode were very good and well maintained. Gears worked smoothly, and the range was right for the hills and routes. The places we visited were beautiful and full of history. We enjoyed swimming at different locations every day. There was always plenty of time to explore.

The size of the group and ship was perfect for meeting new people and manageable for cycling and other activities. Our guides Ivica and Anita were outstanding and very helpful as well as very safety conscious during our rides. The Mali Ante was a comfortable ship. In general, in good shape with a little bit of wear and tear evident and could use an inside salon space for playing cards, etc., when the outside evening weather was cool and windy but this might be expected for our price range. The boat crew were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. We definitely had plenty of good quality tasty food for our breakfasts and lunches. Personally, I felt the price beverages were too expensive, being higher than restaurants. It encouraged going off the boat while lower prices would allow people to stay on board to relax and socialize. Hopefully, I don't come across as too negative as the whole experience was fantastic, that I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our daily cycling trips on e-bikes on the major islands from Split to Dubrovnik. Miranda, Matilda and Lola took good care of our group while cycling and provided good info about each location. Any equipment issues were handled promptly. The water was a spectacular shade of blue but a little cold in mid May for swimming. We sailed on Dionis and appreciated the hard working crew and spacious cabin.

The ship was beautiful, very well maintained and safe. Ante is an accomplished captain, very proud of his family’s ship and had us on the edge of our seats as we learned its history. He anchored up 3 times en route to let us jump in for a refreshing and relaxing swim. Our guides were awesome! Tonka and Lucija lead us all week, were fun and very knowledgeable, and kept us informed and organized. Their ‘stories’ of the islands and Croatian history were captivating! The group chat info was timely and a nice momento. Our crew were always prepared and ready to take care of us with cold drinks, hot coffee, meals, and wonderful friendly attitudes. Benjamin and Damir are a great team! And a special thanks to George, our chef. How he prepared what he did in his galley is a marvel to all! A great way to see so much of the islands and ports at a leisurely pace. A wonderful blend of activity, moderate exercise, (if on an e-bike!), and relaxation. Plenty of opportunity to explore places on your own and enjoy dining at local restaurants. Ship’s crew and tour guides were very professional, friendly and really helped maximise the whole experience. The ship’s cabins are compact so don’t bring too much stuff. Everything on board was clean and well maintained with really good food. The crew and guides take great pride in the ship and country. Can’t wait to do another trip.

The cycling was challenging in parts ( get an e-bike if you’re not a strong cyclist) but exhilarating on some of the long descents. The tour is NOT suitable if you’re not comfortable on long descents! Views were stunning and the guides were excellent and caring. The cabins were clean and comfortable, although LIGHTING is definitely needed in the dark cavernous wardrobe. Two comments on pre-tour notes : There was plenty of space for LARGE suitcases under our beds. We’d packed in medium size cases with no room for thicker clothes which were actually NEEDED as it was cool and windy on some evenings. Everyone else ( US and CANADA guests) had ignored this and brought large cases. Also, the TIPPING notes could be clearer; eg state explicitly “between 40-105 euros for the captain & crew and a similar tip shared between the 2 guides. “ We talked to a number of other guests who were confused by the guidance given. Plus it’s 40 euros port fees - not 30 as in the notes.

First was the team supporting us. Sonja and Hrvoje did a great job leading (and following) the bike ride. They provided a nice route and lots of information about each island. Plus good suggestions for where to get dinner and explore. Andrea made each meal a real pleasure. His attention to our needs was top notch. He and our cook provide food that tastes great, was got and freshly served. Our crew was friendly, curtious and always helpful. They worked so hard and made our ship clean and beautiful. Finally, the captain shows us amazing skill as he parked the so or took of for our next destination. A true master! Sail Croatia is a fantastic your organization and everything from our state rooms to our food to our last day party provided memories to be charged. I highly recommend you sail with them on your next Adriatic vacation.

Our guide Ivica and Martin were exceptional! Ivica went out of his way to ensure everyone on board had a great experience at all times. He set up an extra bus tour in Dubrovnik and also got up early in the morning to accompany two passengers to the ferry and to ensure they got to were they needed to go! Martin, for his first trip was also great. He told several stories and shared many facts about the history of Croatia. Both men made the trip fantastic. The entire crew aboard the Mali Ante made each and every one of feel at home. The food was great and the two chefs were amazing!
