Our tour guide Lola was incredible !!! she was easy to talk to and extremely helpful She helped us arrange water taxis and answered all of our questions. Lola was great !! We were extremely disappointed with the ship's itinerary. Had we knew that the daily swim stop was actually more than 1/2 a day of swimming and that most shore excursions were to start after lunch, Starting shore excursions at 3;00 or 4;00 is just too late . we would not have taken this cruise. We did not come to Europe to swim, we came to see and explore towns and sights. For instance we visited Milena which was a waste of a day, Nothing really to see. I wish we could have spent the time in Split which is a wonderful and interesting city.

Our group of 20 sailed on Sail Croatia’s Elegance Cruise aboard Katarina in late September/early October & had a wonderful experience overall. Katarina is a beautiful luxury vessel. The food & drinks were excellent, while the captain, crew & Sail Croatia guide were incredibly welcoming & accommodating. The onboard experience exceeded expectations. Our disappointment was specifically with the late-season stop in Vela Luka. We spent an entire afternoon & evening there, but much of the town had already closed for the season. Restaurants & businesses were shut, taxis & boats were unavailable & we couldn’t arrange transportation to nearby beaches. With our travel dates known well in advance, these seasonal limitations should have been considered. Our group of 20 would have gladly welcomed a different stop or extra time in Dubrovnik. Excellent vessel, food, crew & service—just disappointing itinerary planning for the time of year.

My wife and I traveled through the islands of Hvar, Brac, Vis, Korkula, and Mljet with Sail Croatia. Our guide was Vicko. Vicko was quite knowledgeable and interesting as regards the individual islands, reviewing their history as far back as the period of Ancient Greek colonization. The entry into Korkula was especially amazing as the boat coursed the Adriatic between the mainland and the island. My wife and I will always remember this trip with great happiness. A beautiful place and a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic time on the Katarina, the Split South itinerary. Such a nice boat/yacht! Our quarters were spacious and comfortable. The crew was professional, friendly and very accomodating, felt like family. Our cruise director Dino was kind and a great communicator in person and on What's Ap. The Katarina yacht, the crew , and destinations was an excellent way to Travel. My wife and I arrived in Dubrovnik 3 days before the cruise. We settled into the local time zone and thoroughly enjoyed the fortified town. We had only been on one previous cruise - on a huge ship. We found the small boat with about 35 guests a lovely size - allowing for some “getting to know” each other that didn’t happen on the big cruise ship. The boat is fantastic. We saw more modern boats but felt no envy. This boat is elegant with its beautiful polished wood. The room was more spacious than we expected, and never jostling for spots to sit/enjoy in the common areas. The stops along the way were delightful, beautiful, interesting. The food was absolutely excellent. Only complaint is about my own lack of restraint!! Our leader, Vedran, was entertaining as all heck. Fun to watch/listen to. Thank you!!

Outstanding experience. We were on the Split south cruise. The boat Katarina was first rate in terms of amenities, food, and crew. Very attentive and responsive. Boat was immaculate and well maintained. Our cruise director Dino was outstanding at coordinating all activities and providing valuable updates at meals and via WhatsApp group messaging. Always available and responsive. Very personable. He went above and beyond for passengers on the cruise who were older with some mobility limitations. I would highly recommend Sail Croatia especially this boat the Katarina to my friends and family.

We chose Sail Croatia’s Elegance trip - Split Return South, in Sept 2026, and it was splendid! The Olimp is a beautiful, spotless ship, and the food and service aboard were both excellent. Anita, our Sail Croatia tour director was awesome, and kept us informed about our ports of call, what to see, available excursions, where to dine, and she even made reservations. First Class service all the way! The Dalmatian Coast from Split to Dubrovnik is magnificent, and they take you to so many wonderful towns and natural oases in between them. The other great part of our trip was the many friends we made with our fellow travelers - so many interesting people from all over the world. We had a marvelous vacation and look forward to our next Sail Croatia adventure!

The trip was very good. The staff was great. I enjoyed the tour. Food was solid, but not phenomenal. I enjoyed the island visits but disappointed to miss Vis (understand that was weather related). I wish we had more opportunities to visit towns earlier in day. I'd rate this probably higher overall, about 4.25.

Thank you to the entire crew with Katrina. Captain Ivan was fantastic and had a 3 piece band during the Captain’s dinner . They had everyone singing and dancing. Karlo , Ivana and the rest of the crew made us feel relaxed and at home right from the beginning. They always seemed to be there when we wanted something or had a question. The swimming stops along the way were fantastic and beautiful. Last but not least our tour guide Klara who was personable and knowledgeable concerning everything that came up. You could not ask for anything better out of a tour guide. Thank you Klara for sharing your knowledge and wisdom of your beautiful country. Was a great time on the Queen Jelena -- Vedrun our tour manager was lovely and super informative. Ship was elegant and rooms were a good size, Food was overall very good onboard. A great way to relax and see Croatia without the trouble of moving hotels. Would be good if the ship left the coffee machine on all day. Also, Sail Croatia should include a few drinks per meal as part of the package. But definitely worth it -- an amazing vacation!

Fantastic cruise from Split to Dubrovnik. Crew were excellent and provided seamless service throughout. Swim stops before docking at each island were a highlight. Additionally we really enjoyed the wine tour on Korcula and the bike trip on Mjet. Food was excellent, although lunches were a bit heavy - maybe consider lighter options, particularly where evening meals are planned. Cabin was very comfortable and clean.

Good but hoped for more time to explore/shop … on the stops. Door stops for bathroom door needed, bathroom re-supply and amenities were poor, toilet was never cleaned in our room. Breakfast window of 8-9 too short when underway by 6-7 each day. A bit more variety in the hot breakfast menu - it was the same fare each day.. More excursions offered with passenger commitment secured before the trip starts - not everyone is into swimming and water sports. Crew and servers were very attentive and friendly. Lunches on board, captain’s dinner and impromptu barbecue dinner on board were excellent. A good sail overall.

Once we arrived dockside, the experience became something entirely different. We stopped feeling like customers and were treated like guests. The crew of Esperanza, along with Dino, our cruise coordinator, bent over backward to make sure we had the best possible experience. Every day, they seemed to look for some way to make that day even better than the one before—and somehow, they did. One evening, the crew decided to have a dockside cookout. We went into town to a local butcher and picked out an incredible assortment of fresh meats. That evening, the Captain and Dino grilled everything for us while the chef aboard prepared an amazing selection of side dishes. It was an absolute feast. We invited the crew to sit down and eat with us, and they did. We shared a meal, had wonderful conversations, laughed together, and got to know the people who had been taking such good care of us all week. Somewhere along the way, the relationship changed. They became friends. THANK YOU!

Having just 20 passengers on board compared to the thousands on those floating cities was the perfect, relaxing holiday that allowed us to actually experience the coast and islands of Croatia. The crew of the Romantic Star cannot be complimented enough. From the serving staff to the chef and sous chef to the captain and deckhands. And especially our cruise director, Lola, who managed to keep us all entertained and on time, fielding texts and calls at all hours. Some of our fellow passengers enjoyed the cruise so much they cancelled other plans and took another cruise with Sail Croatia a couple of weeks later!

My wife and i were part of a group of 6 that joined the vessel OLIMP,sailing from Dubrovnik to Split. We soon found ourselves part of a friendly group of 36, Australians, Americans, and UK. The stylish and spacious OLIMP was a joy to travel on, the swimming stops and ports were all different yet enjoyable. Food was excellent and the crew led by captain George and Dino were outstanding. The girl that cleaned my cabin was outstanding as well,and pleasant to talk with and always smiling. The remainder of the crew were less so . Excellent time! Vedran is great tour leader! This boat is Family owned and immaculate! All staff are family and they care deeply about the boat and assuring guests have a great time. The only reason I gave this a 4-star rating is that the air conditioning in the cabins just could not keep up with the boiling outside temperature. Most everyone had issues with the air conditioning. Also, in my opinion, the lighting in the bathrooms is not sufficient. PRO Tip 1: Evidently the cabins below deck stay cooler than those above deck PRO Tip 2: Bring clothing that is quick drying and can be washed in the sink or shower. There are ship bars outside the cabins on the upper deck where you can hang them to dry. Clothes pins are provided. PRO Tip 3: Do not bring anything fancy, cool light weight fabrics are best. PRO Tip 4: A portable travel fan will come in handy. PRO Tip 5: Buy Euro at first island stop for less than getting it at home if not your currency.

We had the best experience n memories from this cruise ! It’s the first time we have ever done a small cruise like this ! It’s the prefect way to learn more about Croatia ! We loved the fact that we docked in a new town/ island every night where we can discover or do an activity during the day and find a place for dinner ! breakfasts are provided And a 3 course lunch ! The meals were all very nicely Presented and always hot ! In this cruise we also had a very fun captains dinner and a village dinner ! We loved the lamb pekka - still dreaming of how tasty it was ! Our cabin was very comfortable as we were very lucky to get the one in front and we had ample room and very comfortable! 1 thing that can be improved is to put an electrical fan in the cabin as the air con was not strong enough ! kudos must be given to the cleanliness of the Katarina boat ! crew is constantly cleaning and I have not seen a cleaner boat .. and finally the crew ! This was my first-ever cruise and the experience was fantastic! Although we went with a few other couples, we also became friends with almost everyone else on the boat and, along with the excellent crew, it really felt like family. I would absolutely recommend this experience to everyone,

Highly recommend Sail Croatia. The people made the experience what it was; all of the crew and cruise director are superb! The crew was attentive, incredibly friendly, and remembered the small details that made interactions extra special. Our cruise director, Vedran, is wonderful. He’s knowledgeable, communicative, always one step ahead. His daily briefings were a welcome start to the day. The ship is family-owned and they take immense pride and care in the upkeep. They are present throughout the journey and even welcomes a few of us into the wheelhouse to talk to us about navigating the ship. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely travel with Sail Croatia again.

Our trip was beautiful in near every way. The crew were especially attentive, flexible, experienced and friendly. Our tour manager Vedran was key to our experience. He was the perfect balance of friendliness, professionalism and competence. The boat was comfortable and well appointed (although the WiFi was challenging outside the salon). The food was good with much variety available although if cuisine is your top priority it was good, not great. Our smaller ship allowed us to visit smaller ports not overrun with 1000s from large vessels. The itinerary introduced us to different experiences at each port, from a small fishing village to the glitzy riviera. A daily briefing allowed us to learn about each port and guided us to see the unique offerings and “must sees.” I was skeptical about the claim we’d have many new friends…. I was wrong, it’s 100% true. We enjoyed this so much we may very well do it again…. And we never do that. If you are on the fence, take this trip. Really.

Dino was a very good tour leader, esp. nominating specific restaurants to eat evening meals at on each island we frequented. The crew were attentive, the cabin cleaning staff were top notch. Swim stops were great. Food was good but there seemed to be an extensive use of puréed vegetables! Music played non stop inside the boat even if no one was there? Still, a good experience.

The cruise from Split to Dubrovnik on the Romantic Star yacht was wonderful. To take things step by step: a beautiful yacht, a comfortable and cozy cabin, and impeccable cleanliness and order maintained on board. Dino, the tour manager, was exceptionally caring—always ready to help, explain, and go above and beyond for the guests' well-being. The entire crew worked efficiently, seamlessly, and unobtrusively. Everything was simply great. However, it could have reached an even higher standard if not for the food on board. There is definitely room for improvement here. Can what is shown in the photo really be called a salad? Also, given the high price of such a short cruise, the company wouldn't go broke providing a bottle of drinking water in the guests' cabins every day. To repeat, everything was five-star, but it could be truly unforgettable with better food quality and a few extra small touches.

This was an excellent cruise. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary, the daily swims from the boat, the breakfasts and the superb help and guidance in any and all matters from our assigned guide, Dino, The Queen Jelena is an excellent boat. Our only suggestions for improvement would be better ventilation in the bathrooms and the availability of simple laundry service while on board.

We were sailing on Olimp - what a gorgeous, luxurious ship. Everything was amazing-the cabins, the food, the crew. It was a fabulous way to see the islands, and as there were only 14 of us on the boat, we had made some great friends. And Linda deserves a special mention as she makes the best Aperol Spritz! We were thoroughly spoilt for the whole week.

The Split to Dubrovnik experience was one of the best trips I have ever taken. The yacht was exceptional and the group size was perfect. We started and finished our cruise in Split. This was our second time with Sail Croatia and as our previous cruise the whole experience was absolutely superb, Lead by their Captain every member of the crew work so hard to make your trip memorable. The ship is spotlessly clean, food is excellent and every day you have wonderful friendly service. The swim stops and sites are so well selected. The week was orchestrated by our guide Ivan, who kept us so well informed about interests at our destinations and restaurant recommendations. You can’t fail but love your week on Katarina.

The holiday was excellent. The boat was splendid, decks and cabins clean and tidy, crew expert and helpful, and food excellent with good variety and not too much local which we could get ashore. The helpful personal human contact from the UK office was much appreciated. Guide Vicko was charming, expert, and very helpful with recommendations and arrangements. He should be a little more aware of those who are less fit and techie; at Mljet to point out that the path had steep steps with dangerously poor surfaces; and in Brac he omitted that the good Navigare restaurant was not 'over there' across the haven, but at the end of it within the boatyard with no notice at the gate but a keep out sign, so we walked a long way looking for it. Some do not have whatsapp: basic arrangements etc could be printed or put on a notice board plus a list of guests and crew to help learn. Many thanks to all.

We had an amazing time. The yacht exceeded all our expectations. It was beautiful. Well laid out, plenty of room for everyone. The swim platform was the perfect way to ensure everyone could be included with our daily swim stops. The staff were all very friendly. Food was fantastic. Our rep, Vic, was so helpful and knowledgeable including an additional history talk in addition to the daily location information sessions and recommendations. Captain George was phenomenal - diverted the yacht to enable us to get a trip to a Blue Cave, and I really appreciated that he warned us ahead of time of some rough seas enabling timely medications! Thank you Sail Croatia for a fabulous holiday.

It was very fair, the weather was excellent and the staff on the ship were very good. Friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. The food on board were excellent and both the chef and his helper did an exception job. Considering with a small kitchen and serve 29 people daily. Your manager did a excellent job. The biggest issues is the itinerary. Way too much idle time. I am a veteran of river cruises and this is certainly no comparison to those programs. May I suggest that perhaps add some more activities to each island that we visited. Alternate lunch and dinner on board. On the final stop, Dubrovnik, sail pass with the view of the old town must be added. For the life of me, I can't believe we didn't do it. Instead we had a swim just outside for an hour just to wait for docking, is the fuel that expensive?

We’ve just disembarked from Sail Croatia’s vessel Olimp and their “Elegance Cruise”. Island hopping between Split and Dubrovnik. It was the most relaxing and interesting week in the company of a crew devouted to our every need and a Sail Croatia rep who made the whole week so enjoyable. Our fellow guests were a super bunch of people from diverse backgrounds but all with the same passion for enjoying the Olimp’s luxurious facilities and the culture of Croatia’s fabulous people. Leaving the super ship was like leaving a “home from home”. We will keep memories of Sail Croatia and our fellow guests as fond memories for years to come!

We’ve just had one of the best holidays of our lives with Sail Croatia onboard the Katarina. The above deck cabin was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff were warm, friendly and always attentive. The trip from Split to Dubrovnik return over seven days was made even more enjoyable by our Tour Manager Nicos. He arranged the activities, offered advice and guidance on each location and always had a list of superb restaurants for us to try. Every day we stopped at an idyllic location for a swim before heading to another beautiful island stopover. We’re aleady considering our next trip with Sail Croatia.

We landed in Dubrovnik only to discover our trip on another line cancelled. Stunned and scrambling for other options we came across Sail Croatia and reached their UK office on a Saturday morning regarding their Sunday sail date. They couldn’t be kinder or more accommodating to us. They had a few room options available on the Esplenade and suggested we come to the port to see for ourselves. The boat was great… we signed up and set sail. Given our previously planned trip was part of a group, we really hadn’t thought about what might or might not be included with the Sail Croatia cruise, but my wife and I could not have been more pleased. The crew was fantastic, the food was exceptional, the care for the boat was immaculate, and the trip guide Klara was a surprise beyond any expectation - she was sweet, funny, informative and helpful, We fell in love with the islands, the Dalmatian people, the culture and Sail Croatia. Our cruise on the Esperanza with Sail Croatia from Split to Dubrovnik was an unforgettable experience. The itinerary was fantastic, taking us to beautiful destinations including Vis, the Blue Cave, Brač, Hvar, Mljet and Korčula. A particular highlight was cycling through Mljet National Park with our newly made friends from the cruise, as well as visiting a remote village and enjoying authentic local dishes. The sailing holiday was very good, the boat , OLIMP, was great and the size of the cabin brilliant. Service was very good by the staff and Dino was quite good as the co-ordinator. The only issue was with the payment of the bar. tab at the end of the trip and what cards that were accepted. A few things should be made clearer at the start of the trip so as not to have them becoming an issue on the last night. I will be recommending this trip to fiends for sure.

We did the Elegance Dubrovnik-Dubrovnik cruise on Esperanza and had a fantastic time. Dino, our tour guide, was super professional, friendly, and communicative with the entire group and really made our trip memorable. He answered all our questions, gave excellent recommendations for dining & sightseeing, and managed the details of our transportation back to the airport flawlessly. Ivo and Mio also deserve special mention from the crew since they were particularly attentive and friendly throughout the cruise and helped those of us wanting to learn some Serbo-Croatian with patience and humor. Captain Jure was a total professional and clearly a skilled seaman as he guided us through some heavy seas on our return to Dubrovnik. We traveled as a group of 16. Anita the tour director was a superstar. Far exceeding any and all expectations I had. I had some health issues while traveling and she made sure I got to medical help in the local village as well as coordinating a ferry ride to the Split hospital. Anita made me feel like family. The boat was very clean and the crew made sure any need that came up was addressed. The food was good. The Captain exuded confidence and made sure the guest knew he was in control of the ship at all times, I highly recommend the Romantic Star. I so many things made this Cruise incredible. Let me start with the tour director Dino who is a constant source of energy, smiles, good humour and professionalism. The rest of the crew were very thorough, friendly and expert in their different fields. The captain "Gorgeous" George is truly a Master Mariner and no surprise that he comes from generations of seafarers. The food was outstanding. Drink selection was okay and locations that we visited were excellent and the daily highlight was the swim stops. I thoroughly recommend the "Olimp" vessel cruise through Sail Croatia to anybody looking for a 7 day five-star Croatian cruise experience.

Big shout out to Dino (Tour Rep) and the entire crew fr making the week so enjoyable. Dino couldn’t do enough for us and was always on hand to help us out no matter what the ask. The quality of the boat and the crew especially the Dining room and bar team, such an efficient and friendly service. Would definitely recommend this as a great way to spend a week in Croatia.

What an amazing journey. Great host, boat and sailing staff. Our host made sure all details were addressed. We were kept appraised of any changes and the schedule. The food was great. The staff attended to every need. We would definitely recommend Sail Croatia to anyone!

The meals on board were excellent. We loved the swim stops each day. The crew made our trip a pleasant experience - especially the lady who serviced our cabin each day. The below deck cabin itself exceeded our expectations. We look forward to travelling the south route in the future!

WOW! what a wonderful experience on this beautiful boat the OlIMP. I’ve never been on a boat before and perhaps a little nervous but let me assure you. It was the most amazing experience. The staff were fabulous and as for Ivan he made our time trouble free,so informative of Croatia and the coastline with its history which was stunning. Having perfect weather was so nice sitting out on the deck meeting new people and looking out of that wonderful coastline with the most glorious coloured sea thank you very much. I have certainly recommend you and your company and the boat to many of my friends back in Australia. forgot to mention the gorgeous captain! Thank you again, Gladys Harley

After friends recommendation we booked the Wine Cruise Dubrovnik to Split and it was an amazing trip and we made some new friends from all over the world. The cruise, boat crew, food on board and the trips were amazing.

This was a great experience. Vin did a great job coordinating all of the wine tastings and providing excellent background to each destination. Also, Tony and Henry did a great job with the bar service and meal service. The food was excellent and the chef did a great job. The only issue was one of the wine tasting destinations had a problem with the bus not being available for returning us to the marina. Several vans were ordered to accommodate everyone's return trip. Thank you for a wonderful expeience.

It was amazing from start to finish, staff were so friendly, the food that came out the small kitchen was absolutely delicious , our tour guide was so informative, he booked restaurants for us , bars, knew everything about every area we stopped he couldn’t have been any better , we had daily swim stops which were beautiful, full breakfasts, 3 course lunches , tea and biscuits, I was really sceptical when booking , but it is one of the best holidays I have been one , anyone debating on going with sail Croatia , please don’t it was amazing and I will definitely be doing another one

We travelled on the OLIMP. The only weakness of this trip was the arrival into Dubrovnik. This was a special week made so by the boat crew, staff Sail Croatia and the other guests. Would I do this again - YES. The islands, swimming spots were beautiful.

The group of people were all unknowns when we started but soon clicked. We met so many great people and all got on so well together. The cruise was well planned and despite a day or two of windy conditions it went off without a hitch. The staff were were always friendly and happy and willing to help whenever possible.

For starters, our guide Ivan was best in class. And the captain and crew were helpful and really good all week. Thoughtful, much attention to detail. We did the wine tour which was lots of fun. Attractions were beautiful. Highly recommend the biking through the national park. On some guided trips you can be programmed to death - this one was just right. Lots of options and guidance on what to do and really good pace for a holiday. There was one moment on the trip when the bus didn't arrive as planned - Ivan had vans show up as a back up plan almost immediately. Felt so comfortable on the trip as he and the crew were just on top of everything. It was my first cruise and it exceeded all expectations from the boat itself to the comfort of the rooms to the food & drink to the quality of service. And Croatia is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend. Thank you Ivan, Captain, and crew on the Queen Jelena!

We are not cruise people, but our time on the Queen Jelena far exceeded our expectations. Ivan, our cruise director was very friendly, informative and helpful. Pamela always had a smile on her face and Ella and the Josips were like magic working behind the scenes making everything clean, comfortable while Captain Gordon kept us safe and sound and found the best swim spots. The kitchen was a standout as the meals were delicious and always elegantly presented which was a plus. The swim spots and wine tastings were great but the highlight for us was the professionalism of Ivan, Pamela and the rest of the crew which made this cruise one of the best vacations we have ever had. The sights were incredible, the crew was attentive and kind, the food was delicious. I never felt rushed or crowded on this trip. We had a weather hiccup and Ivan, our incredible guide, made up for it with an additional experience at the end of the trip. I felt safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this trip and company to anyone looking for a way to see Croatia. Big thanks to Ivan and Pamila and the entire team on the Queen J!

The MS Katarina was everything and more I would expect from a "Superyacht". The crew were exceptional, friendly, professional and attentive. The breakfast and lunches were amazing. We had one dinner "the Captains Dinner" on board, which I would describe as absolutely amazing. I would have loved to see how the chef prepared such a gourmet delight for all 36 of us. The daily swim spots were amazing with crystal clear waters for swimming. The Katarina was kept immaculate by all the crew. The Captains night will be remembered by all the guests on board. So much laughter dancing and singing. Will be a cruise that will be remembered by all 8 of our friends and all the other guests. Will definitely be back for another cruise. By far our best trip ever and will recommend to all our friends

Katerina is owned and crewed by the family. This is a 5 star rating. Ship is spotless and crew are the best. Owner and crew (mostly family and cousins) are so attentive to every detail. Meals: adequate and enjoyable but not outstanding. Captains' dinner was very good. Activities: not memorable. Walking tour in Dubrovnik was boring. Ship provided dinner was not impressive. Should have stayed in port and gone to local restaurant Ioana our tour director was 5 stars' She had to deal with a lot of shifting itinerary and was a truly shing star for the passengers. Overall was a nice experience. Met a lot of good people and that was a big plus; Croatia is very expensive on the street Plan to spend some BIG $$ in local establishments. Overall, a check on our bucket list. Nice but would not do again

It was evident from the start that this was a cruise on a well maintained ship that was in family ownership - with family serving as captain and bar tender. The whole crew were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were treated to great food and swim stops were arranged in a safe environment. Tours were expertly arranged. It was a very memorable experience

We sailed on the Queen Jelena (Split North itinerary). Beautiful boat, really good crew. The food onboard was just OK, often just warm rather than hot. A 3 course lunch is not what most people have day to day at home and the thoughts from fellow passengers were thst this was a bit rigid and maybe a buffet style lighter lunch would be better as it felt you had breakfast and a couple of hours later a large lunch making you lethargic. Trips were ok, village dinner was good, buggy trip was good but not best value. More time needed in Dubrovnik as it beautiful, I would skip the walking tour (pointless) and enjoy more time exploring yourself. All stops on this itinerary were beautiful. One last point; the daily briefing should be carried out using the TV in the saloon as shown on the website content so you can actually get a visual idea of your day ahead. The WhatsApp group is useful when it's set up. Overall a good experience, 7.5/ 10

This trip was organised by my wife,Tracy, having never cruised before my expectations were low, however from the time we arrived on the boat to the time we left the experience was exceeded. We meet 36 people who we had never met before from America, Canada, Barbados and the UK, we had so much fun. The ship’s crew were fun and worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our time onboard. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people we have met have been fantastic. Would we do it again -YES.

The boat, Romantic Star was fantastic! Beautiful rooms with lots of light and wonderful staff that took care of everything. I loved that we were able to tie up each evening and find dinner in different restaurants after having great breakfast and lunches on board each day. It was an incredible trip.

We booked sail Croatia cruise for our 30th wedding anniversary and have never cruised before. We were a little skeptical in the beginning if this would be right for us. But we absolutely LOVED this small group setting the swim stops, the food, the ship and rooms were absolutely great.. We had wished that there were pool noodles as my husband isn't a big swimmer. The pillows in the rooms were not very supportive - but all in all we would absolutely come back for a Sail Croatia cruise! We also want to give a huge shout out to our director and guide Vicko was amazing! informative and full of so much knowledge.

Martina and Mio were great. The Guide from Sail Croatia was a little tightly wound and confrontational. The food was just okay, and that’s probably generous. The worst part was all the noise on the boat. Spend ten bucks and put felt sliders on the chairs in the saloon. Seriously. The chair sliding noise killed all the cabins right below it. The drink prices were stupid for what you get. The food was very forgettable. But the boat and the crew were good!

First of all the added costs. Quite a few of the added activities were charged. The prices when converted to Australian dollars were quite expensive. Recommended tipping at the end was very high and this was noted by other passengers as well. We were looking at around AU$700 for the service. Considering how much we paid for the cruise wevconsidered it unreasonable to expect extra charges like this on top. Meals. Breakfasts were very nice. However, some of the lunches were variable in quality. Generally, the entree and deserts were fine but some of the main courses were not to liking. Captains dinner was disappointing. The Entertainment was noisy: not allowing any kind of conversation between the passengers. As an older couple, we found the loud music and tactic singing and dancing to be a bit disconcerting. Nikos and Ivanka were both friendly and always helpful. 5 stars to both of them. Also, the cabin was comfortable and clean and about was beautifully presented.

The bay stop swims each day were so lovely as were the island stops. Our tour guide Ivan was informative, friendly and funny which made the trip.. All in all, a fabulous week!!

All was excellent. Staff were all wonderful--personable, helpful, and really good at their jobs. The 2 women serving us were terrific. Food was excellent. Captain clearly had tremendous expertise and also found great spots for swim stops. Finally, I figure that you in general select really good people, but I can t believe anyone is as good as Vicko. He is simply outstanding: personable, knowledgeable, informative, and entertaining. Gave him a 5 only because the scale didn't go higher. A couple of very minor things: some things like "noodles" to float in the water would be nice, and recycling for paper and cans on the ship would be a good idea. All in all, just great.

Online research indicated our week with Sail Croatia would be a top experience, and it wasn't wrong. From the very start our dealings with all the crew and tour director Nikos were warm, caring and professional. The boat was immaculate, the onboard dining was well executed and nicely proportioned and the ports of call were pretty and pleasant. The week was suitably paced and all arrangements related to the trip went like clockwork..

First, the small ship concept is what sets Sail Croatia apart from other cruises. We saided on the Romantic Star in cabin #1. This may have been the best cabin on the ship. It was roomy and the bathroom was bigger than our bathroom on the Discovery Princess. Where Sail Croatia excels is the cruise director. Anita was absolutely amazing. We would sail with her anywhere. The cruise itinerary was perfect and Anita always gave us a pre-arrival briefing with tips for a great outing. It rained one day so Anita switched our activity to a winery, which was a hit with the passengers. A cruise director who can think on their feet and fix problems is worth their weight in gold. The chef staff did a great job. It was irritating that the coffee machines were only available during breakfast. They need to be available all day with newer, higher-capacity machines. Finally, the toilet seat was broken in cabin #1 before we arrived and needs to be replaced.

Wonderfull captain and crew. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and crew. Our hostess with the mostess Ionia was an absolute sweetie. Can totally recommend this cruise and the beautiful islands we visited.
