Very well organised from start to finish. Daily briefings, amazing rides (v easy on electric bike) and plenty of tasty food ! Cabins were quite basic but were en suite and had air-con. Plenty of time to sunbathe on deck or visit the islands. Some extra excursions and meals organised for those who wanted to but no pressure to go. All the staff were great esp our group leader Calum (& Srdan) - who had a great knowledge of the Croatian history as well as sorting any issues out throughout the week such as food preferences and general recommendations. Average age was around 60 on the boat (the Mali Luka) with a lovely bunch mainly from USA and Australia and NZ. Busy week as up early but a great way to explore the lovely islands. Water so clean and refreshing. All the towns well kept. Pebble beaches (not sand). We did Split to Dubrovnik route then had a couple of nights in hotel in Lapad (Dub) to relax. Thanks Sail Croatia for a memorable trip !

It is hard to imagine how our week on the Emanuel could have been any better. Miranda's leadership and Oola's kindness were a dynamic duo that allowed for memories of a lifetime. The crew was professional, courteous in every way. If you are looking for a holiday that combines activity, exercise, and a taste of the local Croatian culture, Sail Croatia is your best bet.

I signed up for this trip at the last minute and I am so glad I did. It was incredible in every way. Sailing on the Afrodita to all the islands was a truly special experience. If you strive on active and adventurous trips, this trip checks all the boxes, including not only biking and swimming but also enough free time to explore the islands as you want. The guides, Tonka and Natasha, were fabulous. They are knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful, always providing just enough direction but not too much. Since they are Croatians, I got a better sense of the country through them. The trip was extremely well orchestrated. For example, we might depart from one port on an island and then be met by the boat at another port. Never any hiccups, it was like magic! They also would adjust itinary based on weather or port conditions in a seamless way. Another nice thing is that dinners were on our own, so each night, we could do whatever we wanted for the evening.

I was delighted on the service on the ship and quality of our tour guides Cal and Tonka. Due to potentially bad weather they worked with the captain to tour the south of the island instead of the north. As a bonus they took us to a stone sculpting school. They did extensive research on all our stops about things to see and the history of the area. They were always in tune with our needs and went above and beyond. The ship is in excellent condition, the bikes were like new. The food on the ship was delicious and plentiful. Quite often we said the ships food was better than some of the restaurants we visited. I'm looking forward to booking another holiday with Sail Croatia

The boat, cabins, bikes, crew and guides were fantastic. We had a friendly social-able group. The rides and destination's were well planned with a well earned swim after most rides. Would recommend e bikes mainly to help deal with the heat. The crew and guides were all very help full with lots of local knowledge

We had a superb holiday seeing the islands and making new friends. I cycle a lot and came with my wife who used an e-bike. The group catered for all levels with a very sensible first day around Mljet national park. Our reps of Ivan and Lucija were fantastic going the extra mile when needed anfpd were always helpful.

Firstly our crew and tour guides were the best I have experienced. The mix of passengers was great and we all got along with no issues and I have never had so much fun and laughed so much. Became close friends with many and enjoyed everyones stories of where they have been and where we hope to head. Our Captain was a man you wouldnt argue with if you first met him as he looked like a Croatian Pro wrestler, but what a gentle funny man.. our guides Cal and Ja were patient, informative and cared for our safety at all times. tbh, I wasn't really sure what to expect as we've never booked an organised tour before, or anything boat related. But having spent a week on the Mali Luka, I would say this has been one of the most enjoyable & easy holidays I've had (even with a few days of cycling in the midday sun)! Our guides, Callum and Josko, were absolutely fantastic and made the whole trip a delight. All the crew were excellent and the boat is gorgeous - it really felt like home. Waking up every morning to a stunning new seascape or rustic town was fantastic and the weather over late May was perfect. Have gained nearly 2kg from the delicious breakfasts and lunches! Luckily the cycling offset what could have been an extra 3kg. Also, love that Walnut Liqueur - though as Mateo said to me one morning after the night before - "it is the silent killer". Couldn't think of a better way to go!

Great weather, great crew, good that they adapted to suit the weather and the group’s abilities. Everyone had e-bikes, which helped keep the group together, as there is only one lead and one tail guide. We were fortunate that there was a fairly small group, though some bikers were quite inexperienced. Saw some fantastic bays and harbours, and good swims (it was HOT despite being early June). Very enjoyable. Very happy that we had air on. Boat was very well equipped. Only comments are that after long rides, 3 course lunch was very late, a packed lunch might be better option. Also, for experienced bikers, a self guided gps option might be preferable. But still, great group, great guides, 5 stars!

Miran and Yossib were great. They quickly became friends as well as our guides. Each were very knowledgeable with all of the islands as well as the Biking adventure. I would recommend this trip to anyone. They definitely would need to be ready for a couple challenging bike rides.

We had an excellent trip from Split North (cycling cruise, it was well organised. The crew were excellent and the Tour managers Tonka and Lucija were outstanding. The biking was easy and manageble by all (exspecially if on a E bike). Plenty of swimming stops in warm and clear water. There were so many highlights, Split, Krka National park, Zadar and many small islands and delightful villages. I recommend this trip.

We would like to give a big thanks to Sail Croatia and to our 2 guides— Tonka and Lucija who took very good care of us while we were boating and cycling on the Sail Croatia Split Return Northern trip. Their professionalism, mixed with an easygoing, approachable manner, made for a wonderful vacation that had us feeling in good hands cycling through unfamiliar roads. During stops along the routes, we would take in the stunning scenery and be told stories about the Croatian culture and its rich history, which just added to the enjoyment factor. My wife and I have been on a few cycling tours and would rate this as one of the best— thanks to Tonka and Lucija and the crew of the “Mali Ante”.

The holiday was more than excellent. The boat was very clean and comfortable. The crew were exceptional being very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and our chef was great. Our tour managers Tonka and Lucija were wonderful. I really liked story time with history of Croatia etc. They regularly updated us on the group Whatsup. I was pleased I changed to an E-bike a month before leaving as there were some long hills to climb. We had a great very friendly group. I would def recommend this bike boat trip with Sail Croatia to anyone. I love Croatia.

Our bike and boat tour was fantastic….we will definitely recommend Sail Croatia to friends. We loved the ship, the crew, our cabin (above deck), and the daily itinerary. We booked the trip with a large group of friends and the other guests on the boat were lovely to travel with as well. Great food, coffee, drinks, islands, sight-seeing and cycling! Only 6 of us on the ship chose non-electric bikes, so the hilly terrain was challenging and rewarding for us….but hard-core riders love that anyway! And the e-bikers had a great time too, with options of course on how much pedal-assist they needed/wanted. Our tour guides Calum and Jasko were superb! Fun, knowledgeable, entertaining and flexible. And the entire crew of the Mali Luka was superb. Bravo!

An outstanding experience from start to finish. The Mali Luka was comfortable and well run, the crew was friendly and attentive, and our guide, Jay, did an excellent job balancing cycling, local history, and fun. The routes were challenging but rewarding, with spectacular scenery, great food, beautiful islands, and plenty of opportunities to swim, relax, and explore. Highly recommended.

Great! loved the cycling and the tour guides. Our days out on the bikes were absolutely great. Both Marin and Martin did everything they could to make the trip enjoyable. My concerns were with things that were in the Captains control: 1. Why was air conditioning not on every night? not on for both first and last night which is poor. 2. bedding was sub par at best, poor quality and could have used an extra pillow. 3. Food was not great. I feel an al a carte menu would have been better as this was eat what you get which really was not appealing to me for a trip with this price. Our daughter was with us, she eats vegetarian and her food was absolutely terrible. Boris, the chef, needs to do better! 4. on board bar was poorly stocked. We would have used this service if items were available but it was basically just one wine and draft beer.

Great holiday, the staff were excellent and the ship was fantastic. There is room for improvement. More ventilation in the lower cabins, aircon wasn’t effective. The coffee was very bad and there could be more fruit at breakfast and some soap included would be helpful. Also if beach towels are not provided it would be good to know that before we left Australia. Apart from that it was a great part of our trip

This was our second time island hopping and cycling with Sail Croatia. We had a wonderful time. The accomodations was super and we were well looked after by the boat crew and our tour guides Sasa and Ivica. Sasa and Ivica were very friendly and personable, We were comprehensively briefed each morning about the upcoming ride and any social arrangements. The rides were a good mix of easy rides with only a few challenging rides. Well done again. We are thinking of booking our third trip.

Boat crew were efficient. The two guides were knowledgable and helpful. Overall, the ride was fantastic with very good bikes and very amazing scenery.. HOWEVER, we did book and pay for a cabin with double bed. But instead got a single bed on one side and a bunk bed on the other side of the cabin which was dissapointing.

I travelled as a solo passenger but needn't have worried. From the offset it was the friendliest group of passengers, staff and crew i have ever met. The 2 Sail Croatia leaders, josko and Lauren , were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, managing to change my picky carnivorous diet to a vegetarian one after 2 days. It was exactly the same with the crew of our boat, the "Dionis"- a very comfortable and ideally sized boat for the holiday- bigger boats around seemed too big and cold compared to the smaller boats. The excursions and cycle routes were absolutely ideal. Most of our 15 passengers opted for the E-bikes but 4 of us had the normal calf powered versions, which didn’t detract from the enjoyment. We had the chance to have a swim stop most days and after a chilly 10 minutes swim, the scorching onboard showers were a very pleasurable welcome experience. This was my first time as a solo traveller on a group trip but i now see it as the only way forward in future

We joined the crew of the Princezza Diana in beautiful Split, Croatia and over the next 7 days, made our way to Dubrovnik. Our amazing hosts and guides, Tonka and Elena, assisted by the ship's Captain and crew, made our journey memorable in a very positive way. We saw spectacular scenery and did some challenging and fun rides each day. Tonka and Elena made sure everyone was safe and that we learned about what we were seeing. The bicycles provided were high-quality and in great condition. Flyer was the brand of the e-bikes we used. We met some wonderful people from all over the world on our trip, It's a vacation experience I suspect we will do again. A word of caution: Unless you're an avid (perhaps even hardcore) cyclist, plan on renting the e-bikes. The hills you will climb are both long and steep - but beautiful!

Great crew, great fellow tourers! The itinerary was excellent. The bikes were garbage. You should not offer a tour where cycling is a feature and then provide bikes that were selected on cost only. Our tour leader spent far too much time trying to keep the bikes operational.

This was one of the best travel experiences of our lives. The boat was beautiful, the others travellers were great, the biking and scenery was spectacular and the guides and crew made every effort to make sure everything was excellent. Ivica was an excellent tour guide and made sure that we were all together and had exciting, enjoyable and safe bike rides. Ana made sure that no one was left behind and provided excellent information on the places we visited along with a few myths, legends and ghost stories😀. Ana and Dan (sp) were excellent bartenders and servers and made sure we stayed hydrated and were well fed. The food was excellent and we were served some traditional croatian food that was better than we had in restaurants on shore after our trip. My compliments to the chef!! We would definitely recommend this trip. Once you have tried a small boat experience you will not want to go back to the big cruise lines

We were not 100 percent confident that we would be fit enough or enjoy the experience but we absolutely enjoyed the trip. The tour guides, 2 of them, treated us like family and protected on the roads. The boat, Emanuel, with their captain and crew were a well tuned group. The food on board was excellent! The ebike made the fitness level almost irrelevant, as we watched our 72 year old female group mate keep up with the front guide.

Had a great trip…the guide staff were experienced and knowledgeable…always ready to help, lead, inform, suggest alternatives and more. The boat’s crew including the captain, the sailors, the cook and the other staff provided a smooth boating experience and wonderful meals. The bikes were well maintained and easy to use. Convinced us it’ll soon be time to buy an “e” bike at home.” We have no reservations in recommending Sail Croatia!

Although the entire experience was outstanding I do have a couple of points: 1.) As an experienced cyclist, I had no issues but I did see some areas of saftey that could be improved. There was confusion throughout the day as directions were, at times, incomplete and vague. 2.) Food was another issue as items at breakfast would run out and the main course lunches were mediocre. 3.) Coffee is always an issue for me and yours was the worst. (Sorry) 4.) I didn't understand why we couldn't pay our bar tab with a credit card. Many were short on cash and had to rush to an ATM. 5.) Whatsapp feature was great, would of been nice to get the days briefing in advance of actual briefing at 8:30 so we could follow along and have questions prepared. All in all our tour guides were friendly and well informed about the areas we visited and I would recommend this tour to friends The boat was immaculate and comfortable. Great way to see Croatia for the first time.

The location, accommodation, the Sail Croatia team and the organisation was all really good. My only comment would be the servicing of our cabin. I had to ask for toilet paper on two occasions and it would of been good to have new bedding half way through the week.
