Everything was almost perfect, except the noise in the eating room was painful and the noise in the restaurant that we went to as a group was also excruciatingly loud and the food wasn’t very good. I would not recommend the Olimp boat to anybody else until those problems are fixed.

Our tour guide Lola was incredible !!! she was easy to talk to and extremely helpful She helped us arrange water taxis and answered all of our questions. Lola was great !! We were extremely disappointed with the ship's itinerary. Had we knew that the daily swim stop was actually more than 1/2 a day of swimming and that most shore excursions were to start after lunch, Starting shore excursions at 3;00 or 4;00 is just too late . we would not have taken this cruise. We did not come to Europe to swim, we came to see and explore towns and sights. For instance we visited Milena which was a waste of a day, Nothing really to see. I wish we could have spent the time in Split which is a wonderful and interesting city.

Firstly, the Esperanza is not the most modern in the Sail Croatia fleet - but it it extremely well looked after and is in pristine condiition. The Captain was very friendly and engaging. And all of the 8 crew do an incredible job - they are all very focusing on deliverying outstanding customer service. Our room was very well equiped, comfortable and surprisingly spacious - and the bathroom was a great size. The boat, has plenty of deck space, to sit out in the sun and there are also plenty of shaded areas. The seating areas of the boat and large and comfortable - you never feel there is not enough space. The restaurant was set for 8 people per table. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options. Lunch was a fixed 3 course meal - there was also a small daily salad bar available with lunch. Internet was a. challenge onboard. The only criticism I have is that the tour leader - who was very nice and very helpful - had a focus on cash only tours and cash tips for the crew

As a previous customer of Sail Croatia I knew I would enjoy myself and the company of an international gathering. It was enjoyable and the few changes were welcome. E Bikes were better but they should had wider tyres. Guides were very professional. Food was mostly very good. However, I thought that I would upgrade the boat that I had selected but I think this boat was the poorest I have been on in all four previous holidays. Rooms were small, decorations were beginning to feel very dated. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was good. Lounge areas were only adequate but outside spaces were only a little more generous, All Sail Croatia staff were good as were boat’s complement. Excellent Captain. The last day before arriving in Dubrovnik was a poor cycling day and I think that you need to find a more demanding and interesting ride. It really was disappointing In summery, better boat for Premium, more appropriate bikes, final day rethink. Thanks for running the trip.

Overall we had a good holiday. We were on the Emanuel. The boat was clean.. Biking with guides was very good. We were disappointed in some aspects. The rooms were very tight. We understand this is a boat but our bed was against a wall and the storage was minimal. The bed was very hard and linens/towels were just ok. The room would have felt better if they had used better quality items. It felt more like dorm living or summer camp. No swimming towels provided (which we knew ahead) but this takes a lot of room in a suitcase when traveling. The meals were basic and not of a standard that we expected for a vacation. Bar prices seemed a little high. It was stated not to bring food/drink onboard.. However, there was no food or snacks available other than meals. One day we were sailing 7 hours to avoid a storm and no food provided other than lunch. This meant drinking and no snacking. The upper deck was nice with a shaded area and sun deck but the furniture needs updated.

Good but hoped for more time to explore/shop … on the stops. Door stops for bathroom door needed, bathroom re-supply and amenities were poor, toilet was never cleaned in our room. Breakfast window of 8-9 too short when underway by 6-7 each day. A bit more variety in the hot breakfast menu - it was the same fare each day.. More excursions offered with passenger commitment secured before the trip starts - not everyone is into swimming and water sports. Crew and servers were very attentive and friendly. Lunches on board, captain’s dinner and impromptu barbecue dinner on board were excellent. A good sail overall.

Very good. Mario was a great Skipper. Easy and fun attitude. We were 2 couples, there was plenty of room. The boat was good, although I was surprised there were no solar panels. As a result we were pretty much forced to go to a marina at least every second night. The water and the swim stops in small bays were absolutely beautiful and fun. Sail Croatia was super easy to deal with from start to finish. It would be nice if they had a place to store our bags on embarkation day for a couple of hours. Checkout at most places is 11am , and the boat is only available later. The only option is someone stays with the luggage or pay a private company that charges 6 euros. All in all a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Sail Croatia.

It was awesome we had a lot of fun, swim spots were awesome, the towns/cities were great. The crew were really easy to get along with and served quality tasting food. Only bad thing was the condition of the boat, it was clean don’t get me wrong, but the rooms were twice as hot as it was outside, (yes it was advertised there was no A/C) so there was no way to cool down and most people ending up sleeping outside on the deck during the night not using their rooms. And the shower amenities were pretty rough. We paid extra for an upper deck room thinking it would be cooler and less noisy, but it was the complete opposite, rooms downstairs were cooler and less noisy. I think if we had photos of the amenities and knew the condition of the rooms on the exact boat we were on, we wouldn’t have paid as much or gone at all. But don’t let that distract you from what made it worth while, all the people we met on the boat from guest to crew was definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

Our 1st trip to Croatia was a rich visit into the regions history and wonderful food. Divers are rewarded the magically clear water and many wrecks (check the depths!). Our yacht was clean, well laid out and comfortable. We’ve chartered numerous yachts and this was my favorite. This charter also included a skipper and hostess. Dora was phenomenal, well organized, engaging and a great cook (quality & variety). The skipper was friendly, professional and impressively skilled boatsman. We expected a charter where we would actually sail - we motored except for a couple hours. We docked on all but 1 night and had no opportunity for the family to momentarily take the helm. My impression is that the captain wanted to go in the straightest line possible (no sailing), dock (no mooring or dinghy needed) and go as fast as possible (no family experience to slow him down, increased fuel use and diesel fumes). Marina fees, bkfst/lunch for 9 and dinner for the 2 crew amounted to 5000 euros.

Excellent holiday and meet some great people from around the world . Cruise manager was excellent with great communication regarding when and what was happening. The girl that cleaned my cabin was outstanding as well,and pleasant to talk with and always smiling. The remainder of the crew were less so . They failed to acknowledge you most times and were not interactive at all. We would have spent more money on bar if the staff had been better trained in the hospitality industry. .

Excellent time! Vedran is great tour leader! This boat is Family owned and immaculate! All staff are family and they care deeply about the boat and assuring guests have a great time. The only reason I gave this a 4-star rating is that the air conditioning in the cabins just could not keep up with the boiling outside temperature. Most everyone had issues with the air conditioning. Also, in my opinion, the lighting in the bathrooms is not sufficient. PRO Tip 1: Evidently the cabins below deck stay cooler than those above deck PRO Tip 2: Bring clothing that is quick drying and can be washed in the sink or shower. There are ship bars outside the cabins on the upper deck where you can hang them to dry. Clothes pins are provided. PRO Tip 3: Do not bring anything fancy, cool light weight fabrics are best. PRO Tip 4: A portable travel fan will come in handy. PRO Tip 5: Buy Euro at first island stop for less than getting it at home if not your currency.

It was a very nice trip overall with very kind crew and well organised, the cabins were nice and clean and the AC worked top. I loved the buoys and the swimstops where we could jump! Special shout out to Toni who organised the trip perfectly. Some things were slightly expensive, especially the BBQ extra charge of 30 euros was unecessary given the amount already paid, and I wish some activities could have been included as part of the original fare. Fellow travellers were very nice and agreeable, but it would be could to market the trip to other nationalities to make sure it is not only Aussies only!

A great time for anyone who loves a party. Meeting lots of new people is fun and everyone on board is very friendly, it’s an extroverts dream and helps bring out introverts. The boat is somewhat comfortable, a little dated but nothing terrible, the bedding is a bit bare bones - take a proper pillow or blanket. Food is okay - nothing amazing, a few good meals during the week. Staff are very great, our guide Lauren was awesome and so were the crew. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a solid party and exploring - bring your wallet, your room is secured with payment but virtually everything on board is charged, except for on board meals. Even transfers from the boat and to events is charged to you, so bring at least a few hundred euros to cover these.

Our week sailing on Spellbound with Ana and Daniel was a wonderful family holiday. They made us feel welcome and at home and showed us some beautiful islands, coves and ports. Daniel did a great job accommodating everyone’s tastes with great breakfasts and lunches and took us to some lovely restaurants for dinner. Our only disappointment was that the only day that it was suitable for sailing, the rigging was faulty and the main sail couldn’t be raised.

Yeah it was a great trip. Excursions were fun and there was a great vibe on the boat. I will make some complaints. The boat itself did not have any sails whatsoever. It was a bit old and rundown and smelled quite bad on the lower deck. Most mornings you don't sleep in from the noise of the motor. I feel like the drinks were a bit steep and especially the bell rings being 128 euros was ridiculous. Felt like exploiting customers for more profit. There is no way serving 30 odd people some shots is worth over 100 euros. Also the bartender used his hands to put ice in the buckets. Not anyones fault but something to be aware of was the whole boat ended up getting sick by the end of it and you would hear loud coughing at night. Having to pay in cash was a let down. Someone had a bar tab of over 1000euro and had to pay $44 in atm fees and call his bank. I would have appreciated being able to top up my tab in advance via card. The port fees being included was obviously just to make sure you

Positives- The food and dining service were excellent throughout the trip. The information shared about the islands, local attractions, and recommended activities was very helpful and enhanced our experience. Hanna was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with restaurant reservations and excursion bookings. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our cruise experience and had a wonderful time. Areas for Improvement- We noticed that some staff members were smoking in or near common guest areas. Relocating smoking to designated staff-only areas would help create a more comfortable environment for guests, especially those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. One bartender, Cesar, came across as less welcoming than the rest of the crew during our interactions. A more friendly and approachable demeanor would further enhance the overall guest experience.

6 of us sailed on the Almissa the first week of July. Right from the start we were greeted with friendly staff members who met all of our needs and answered all of our questions. Hana was our guide/host for the week and she was amazing. She always checked in on passengers daily asking them what they had done the day before and what the plans were. She gave us a play by play of what to expect each day and answered questions and gave suggestions in a timely manner. She was outstanding. The boat was extremely clean and was big enough for all thirty plus passengers to find space if needed. The staff was friendly and assisted whenever needed. The food was also the best food I have had on the trip - even better than the restaurants. The pace of the trip was great. The only reason I did not give five stars, is that I wish drinks were included in the price or that a drink package could be bought. I would definitely suggest bringing snacks on board as they were not provided throughout.

If the age grouping could be fine tuned a little I would def consider another trip with sail Croatia. I was a little out of place with a group who were older than I was. This was are second Sail Croatia cruise. The first was fantastic. Out second was on the Contessa, and it is a new boat. As with some new things, such as homes, boats, there is a pick up list of things that need improvement. In our case there were three issues. The AC was not working well and basically managed the room to 30 degrees Celsius, the boats internet was very limited, only working in the dining area, and that was food quality and taste was average. One of the driving forces besides the beauty of Croatia of our return was exceptional food quality, preparation and value in our first cruise. The chefs were amazing, tantalizing us with great appetizers, main courses and deserts. Although an effort was made it was not near the level of our first cruise. I imagine Sail Croatia will rectify these start up issues but want to present the facts as they were for us to future customers.

We had a great time on our sail and cycle cruise thanks to Marin and Josip and our crew. Marin was our guide and Josip was our cycling guide and they were a great team-professional and very qualified yet warm and engaging. The support we received from these guys both on and off the bike was really amazing. I feel as though we got really lucky to have them assigned to our group. I took a star away because our boat-the Dionis-was very worn out. There were only 8 plastic loungers strewn about on the top deck and two were broken and there were 27 of us on board. We kept seeing other Sail Croatia boats with a full deck of chairs with cushions and I still can’t understand the disparity. Also, my husband and I ended up with a below deck cabin. It was dark, smelly, and very damp. Even the sheets at night were damp. I feel as though the trip could have been a perfect five stars if Sail Croatia had given more attention to the accommodations on the boat.

Sail Croatia, who I have used before were excellent in all areas, keeping us informed, before joining, welcoming us on arrival and making sure we had had a great time, when we returned. Unfortunately, it turns out that the boat that we had chartered, Rookie, was actually owned by another company, Ultra Sailing, and that Sail Croatia, this time, were just the booking agents. Unlike Sail Croatia, the greeting that we received from Ultra, was very cold and we felt immediately unwelcome by the woman, who checked us in, who shouldn’t be in a role, in front of customers. We had the same experience, with the same woman, on our return. Despite this, we had a fantastic week, on the water, in this beautiful part of the world. Shame, we would use Sail Croatia, again, but will never return to ACI Marina in Split, again

I enjoyed the other people on the tour and the guides (Marin and Martin). I did feel that the boat used was not a proper one for this kind of cruise. Once the bikes were loaded there was little room left. I noted other boats when at dock that were roomier on the stern on the middle. Also, the breakfast buffet was poorly organized. Again, there was a lack of space forcing people into a small table area where only one person could get in and had to come back out into the same line. There should be access in the round and not at one of the eating tables. When parked alongside other boats there was no airflow. This became an issue when the air conditioning was not working. The crew was not very friendly, were smoking near the eating area and on their phones. There were no smokers on the tour so it was somewhat disgusting to have to inhale the crews cigarette smoke. They should go off the boat or to the upper deck if they want to smoke. The food was not of good quality. Needs improvement.

The sailing holiday was very good, the boat , OLIMP, was great and the size of the cabin brilliant. Service was very good by the staff and Dino was quite good as the co-ordinator. The only issue was with the payment of the bar. tab at the end of the trip and what cards that were accepted. A few things should be made clearer at the start of the trip so as not to have them becoming an issue on the last night. I will be recommending this trip to fiends for sure.

We had a wonderful week sailing with Sail Croatia and would happily recommend them to others. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Our boat was ready on time and in great condition, and the team provided helpful assistance both before we set off and when we were leaving the dock. Their communication was excellent. Before the trip, any message I sent was answered promptly with all the details we needed. This continued during our journey. When we saw a "bura" wind in the forecast, we messaged them for advice. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and gave us clear steps to take. They also went out of their way to help with a small request, providing an extra coffee machine for the boat when we asked, which was much appreciated. A particular highlight was Karolina, who personally stopped by to check in on us and make sure everything was going well. It was a nice, personal touch that showed they care about their guests. Highly recommend Sail Croatia!

Martina and Mio were great. The Guide from Sail Croatia was a little tightly wound and confrontational. The food was just okay, and that’s probably generous. The worst part was all the noise on the boat. Spend ten bucks and put felt sliders on the chairs in the saloon. Seriously. The chair sliding noise killed all the cabins right below it. The drink prices were stupid for what you get. The food was very forgettable. But the boat and the crew were good!

Croatia is scenic and the cycling was good. The crew of the Princeza Diana was terrific- they worked very hard and were friendly and happy to interact with guests. The food was absolutely top notch- I'd recommend this trip for the food alone. Our guides were only average based on multiple previous cycling trips in Europe. The guides Ivan and Lucija were very knowledgeable and organized. We alway knew the plan and they provided great local info and recommendations. The food was well prepared and tastey. The coffee was good but cold. Maybe replace the coffee maker with a better style that keeps the urn warmer. The only downside was our ship was charged after all our travel plans were made. The upper bunk mattress was small and uncomfortable.

Lola was excellent as our tail end guide with good history comments along the way. For constructive criticism I would recommend that the up front lead guide (Srdan) go a bit slower so that we did not spread out into seperate pelotons with the later groups missing turns that Srdan made without stopping to allow the later groups to catch up.

On our recently completed trip from Dabrovnic to Split for 7 days, Although the "Tempera" ship requires some strong maintenance repairs and surface repairs, the experience beyond that was incredible for a first time cruise guest on that size and style of a ship. Our Cruise Manager Sasha was the most friendly, knowledgeable management team member that leads the way in customer relations and makes all guests feel like a family member. The Captain and crew provide a constant team effort of providing services of any nature while at sea or when at dock daily. We were fortunate to have a dining room / bar drink service leader in "Max", his efforts exemplify professionalism customer service. The most valuable aspect of this specific cruise trip was the personal relationships built in a very short order of time (from day 1) of the other guests. This size of a ship and the areas of common use created an experience like no other, for the friendships that were created, we thank you.

Forgive my spelling of names but Jospina and Skipper Ante where the best. Every meal was perfect and they were attentive to all our needs, especially some of our party that were less sure footed getting on and off board. Bottom line only complaint was who sends a charter out with only 1 towel per guest for a week( this was not the crews fault) . Had a great time overall and our Crew were very knowledgeable of all the ports which made getting to and from any adventures/tours we went on super easy and added to our fun!!!!

This was our second Sail Croatia experience, and it was just as fantastic as the first. The crew was exemplary, and special thanks must go to our wonderful Cruise Director, Ana. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm ensured every aspect of our trip was a memorable adventure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sail Croatia to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable holiday. The only minor issue we encountered was with the cabin allocation. While this didn't detract significantly from our overall enjoyment, a more thoughtful approach to cabin assignments could have elevated the experience from a four-star cruise to a truly exceptional one.

The beautiful ship. The amazing swim stops. The clean and spacious cabins. The ‘welcome on board’ canapés. The opportunity to experience some beautiful, picturesque islands. The Captains dinner. The itinerary. Mio & the lovely cleaning lady who cleaned our cabins. Only having 14 guests on board. Room for improvement:: The staff could be more friendly (except Mio and the cleaning lady - they couldn’t do enough for you); there should be more fish served as part of our lunches as we are out at sea and in the Adriatic! The lunches were lovely but certainly could be improved; the breakfasts and fresh fruit needed to be replenished as you were scared of having too much and not leaving enough for other passengers. It was not clear that you could have more. The chief female waitress in my opinion didn’t want to be there and that was more than obvious at times. As there was only 14 guests on board, it felt like most of the crew were ‘on a jolly’ and did not make enough effort to satisfy.

We really enjoyed the itinerary and The Esperanza was very well maintained. However some issues need addressing. The staff don’t appear to be very happy in their work place. Deck hands rarely smiled, the waitress in the salon was at times most inappropriate and borderline rude. It’s not every day you hear the F word or gestures using an arms whilst talking to passengers. So totally unprofessional and disrespectful to the Captain.. We appreciate that crew are able to go ashore for free time but please don’t tell the passengers that drinking of alcohol was consumed whilst ashore and then come onto deck to work; Safely for guests and crew surely should be paramount. The salon steward Mio went above and beyond to make every moment a pleasurable experience. The food lacked any wow factor, breakfast tepid, cold ravioli not nice, lettuce leaves as a salad, fruit bowl not replenished until we complained Only 14 guests in total and that shouldn’t mean less effort.. Representive did his job.

My second Sail Croatia holiday and just as good as the first. I chose the Split Northern Cycle Tour to explore some new places and more of some of the places I'd visited previously, It was a great trip with an excellent multi national bunch of people on board. We were well looked after and the rides were excellent, scenic, varied, interesting and challenging but do go for the e-bike option unless you are a serious bike rider!

Our time on board the ship and during the cycling cruise was fantastic. The ship's crew was friendly and professional. Our cycling guides, Tonka and Sanja, were excellent, fun, and took us to many wonderful places. They also made numerous recommendations that were very helpful and enjoyable. My only criticism was for communication with the Sail Croatia personnel. It was difficult to find out which boat you were assigned to because that information was buried in a specific email link. I also asked about storage on the bicycles since they had racks and was told there was none. There were panniers provided and I did not need the backpack I had bought based on the misinformation.

The guide, Anita, was excellent. Charming, efficient and most helpful. It was a joy to have such service. I cannot recommend her too much. The crew were very helpful. Food not so good- too much overcooked meat, just one fish dish in 7 days.. Good bar service. Most enjoyable party after the captain',s dinner- lots of dancing ! We were a group of friends (8) who joined Sail Croatia for the Dubrovnik to Split 7 day cruise. The cabins were comfortable, the bathroom more spacious than the normal cruise ship. With only 40 people onboard I was concerned that we would be in each others pockets. There is more than enough space onboard to ensure you can read a book quietly if you want. The staff on our cruise (Salve de Mere) were supurb, from the maid throufg to the Captain, we were all in excellent hands. I loved the fact that we docked in small ports each night so we could enjoy local restaurants and bars. Each morning we stopped for a swim...as it was late season a few of us decamped to the jaquizzi where we had pre lunch cocktails...great fun! Each afternoon we were given options of excursions we could take, from walking and exploring, to bike rides and wine tasting. I would probably give the Buggies a miss as you travel in convoy at about 20kms per hour...very boring and a waste of money..

Staff was great. Especially Klara and Pamela. We enjoyed the swim stops and island stops. The meals were so so too much fish for my liking. They’ve in our room didn’t work for 1/2 the week. The tours were great, Capains dinner/dance and wine tours as well I would include gratuity in the price and/or arrange for credit card payments for on board liquor purchases for some people I spoke to were surprised they needed so much euros at the end of the trip which may have an effect on gratuity’s We would highly recommend Sail Croatia to anyone that asks us

Lots of great people on this trip including two great guides and the ships crew. The biking was challenging and fun though 32 people are rather a lot to organize. I was very happy with the tour. The crew was happy going and all operations were smooth, The guides were well qualified, engaged and expressed kindness towards the the guests every day of the tour. Indeed a very good experienced, the second time I go with Sail Croatia in the beautiful area. My suggestions are: 1) Slow down the bike tours, make more brief stops to enjoy the splendor of nature. 2) Make the diet more in accordance with environmental and dietary recommendation (less meat, more vegetables and fruits). Furthermore, take measures to reduce food wast. As a first step, measure the food waste on board and calculate how much it costs. 3) Express your concern for nature in the selections of all materials and operation; including detergents, sorting of waste, motor efficiency; even the use of sails when possible. 4) Improve considerably the quality of the coffee you serve. For many people a good cup of coffee makes even a rainy day bright and sunny.

Boat was pretty good, weather was rubbish, staff were very good but organisation needs some work! Lots of defects on the boat. Rain, thunder and lightning almost every day. The check in, shopping and hand over was utterly chaotic. Sail Croatia need to do a deal with the supermarket to take an order and deliver. There were hundreds of people, traffic chaos and no trolleys to be had.

With Sail Croatia it is really for those aged between 18-28. Anyone above 30 and you feel a little out of place. These days everyone is traveling in groups of 2-6. Gone of the days of solo travellers from my recent sail where there was only 4 of us solo travellers. It does make it a little harder to meet people but I guess at the end of the day it really is a luck of the draw. It definitely is a good experience. Just prepare to be oboard with a bucket load of aussies haha

The crew was amazing. From Andre our server to Matek and Christiana the sailors, everyone was friendly, helpful and competent. The cabins were small and cramped. Not much storage space. But we were only in our cabins to sleep or shower. Katarina and Mila were excellent cycling guides. Meals were substantial- no need to ever go hungry! It would be great if there was some decent coffee at breakfast. The coffee was terrible! The cycling was made easier with the e-assist bikes. One suggestions is to divide the cycling groups. Those on e bikes and those on standard bikes. Those on e bikes were always waiting for the standard cyclists to catch up. It felt like we were constantly interrupting our ride.

We had a nice trip on kingfisher. Our captain and hostess were nice and helpful on making our trip enjoyable. Thank you for a fun trip. A few recommendations yo improve the experience: 1. Please tell the guests to bring more cash for mooring fees and dinners. 2. It would be nice to spend the last night on an island vs split. You can just move check out to 10 am and that would really be a nice way to end the trip. 3. The 42 Lagoon catamaran only has 3 cabins if you use a skipper so that is an important description item as the skipper takes one of the cabins. When they sold us the catamaran they sold it to us as if it could sleep 8 people which is incorrect. It can only sleep 6 guests with a skipper.

I was lucky enough to get the best group of people and best crew. But all I can say is that booking the ensuite boat for navigator is definitely all you’ll need for a week. You’ll have more fun on this boat if you’re solo or with one or two mates. If you’re travelling with a bigger group of friends you should think about selecting a nicer boat.

I had a great time aboard the Afrodita while being a solo traveler. I met tons of friends and shared great memories. The food and on board entertainment were great, but the bar prices were not competitive at all. Drinks were €10-12 and happy hour was only 10% off. Bell ring shots were also €120 at the start of the trip and usually mostly juice unless you were watching the bartender and telling him to pour more alcohol. When comparing with passengers in other boats, their drinks were only €4 (didn't have to pay for mixers) and bell rings on their boat were only €80. If our boat had cheaper drinks, more drinks would have been purchased on board, but our group was considered fairly tame because people didn't end up buying many drinks on board. More money could have been made by this boat on alcohol, but they were stingy with prices and portions and wondered why they didn't make much money. The trip overall was great, but the bar was their biggest downfall.

We had a lovely time on board the Morpheus from 15th of July till 22nd. The holiday started a bit unfortunate due to a delay of our flight and as a consequence our luggage arrived a day later than expected. Our skipper Marco suggested an alternative route which made we could easily collect our luggage the following day from Trogir. We had a lovely trip, enjoyed the islands, Marco suggested a nice itinerary which suited our family needs. He was discrete when we wanted it and available when we needed it. if you have a group of bikers and non-bikers, and want enough biking and cruising and hiking and walking for everyone, the cycle cruise is just the right mix. Overall the trip was excellent. However if you look into the fine details then you can find major issues. For example tipping policy is terrible ad should be scrapped. Company say one figure staff say a different figure and service you receive is not worth either amount. Some staff’s appearance could improve especially first thing in the morning at breakfast. Sail Croatia and crew of Jelena, have forgotten who the customer is, in respect of, a customer works hard to save money to go on holiday and we are all suffering with cost of living being expensive no different to the crew. First up, Ana, our guide, was top notch and probably the best guide I've had on any trip. She provided comprehensive maps at each stop of good restaurants, museums, attractions and bars, carried herself very professionally, and was always polite and informative. She is an asset for Sail Croatia. The staff, were also brilliant. Particularly Branko on the bar. You want your bar staff to be funny, eccentric and great to have a conversation with, and Branko exceeded expectations on all three! The food was also impeccable. The Explorer cruise was also a very good crowd. Perhaps slightly older and more couples than I expected, but it suited me well. The only parts where Sail Croatia fell short for me was some of the experiences. Not having an alternative option instead of rafting (which was unavailable in Makarska on my trip) was disappointing. Even a short walk along the Cetina would have been OK. The Korcula buggy tour was also short and expensive for what it was.

What we liked about Sail Croatia: The boat was beautiful and the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the overnight stays, and the optional UNESCO dinner. What we did not like about Sail Croatia:: The hot tub was not hot, lukewarm at best. Meals choices were limited if you did not like the day’s meals you were out of luck as there were no other choice. No activities or music on board other than a swim stop (weather permitting). The included traditional dinner venue was nice but the food was too bland for our taste. The bar staff charged our account for a bottle of wine and several drinks that we did not order. They need a better accounting system for the onboard liquor. This cruise is better suited for people who want it quiet and with minimum people. For people who enjoy lounging in the sun reading books as there is little else to do when you are onboard. This type of cruise is not for us.

Great staff, beautiful boat. Our cabin was unusually small compared to others on our cruise - even single person cabins were significantly larger, notably the shower. Cabins need more hooks or places to dry things. Food on the cruise was great - though breakfast could have had more variety. Itinerary took us to fantastic locations. Wish we could have spent more time exploring the locales on our own. Our cruise director Mia was spectacular! The two group events on the boat needed some help. The cocktail hour on the top deck was lit with horrible emergency lighting and not conducive to a party atmosphere. The captain's dinner concept was nice, but we would have preferred to eat in a local village restaurant, The entertainment at the captain's dinner was clearly skewed to an older audience and half the room left before the music was finished. But overall we really enjoyed our experience.

The assortment of food on the boat for breakfast and lunch was excellent. The variety of terrain and vistas was equally as satisfying. Our accommodations were perfect for our needs. The only negative for the journey was the smell of cigarette smoke at times on the boat, especially at meal times. It was a second-hand, drifting issue but bothersome none the less. Would absolutely recommend a trip of this type to others.

Stephanie was amazing. She cooked, cleaned and made us feel very spoilt. She went shopping and always took care of our needs. This really made the trip very comfortable and an easy holiday. Tony was a great skipper with excellent knowledge of the country and coast. Great tips and locations with lots of flexibility and opportunities for spare of the moment activities. The boat is brand new and everything works well. Good layout and lots of space to sprawl out on the 7 day trip.

Our Crew Leader Nikola went above and beyond on so many occasions for not only our boat (Big Blue) but for passengers on other boats. There were two times that some of the girls on the other boats were in a distressful situation from locals or other unrelated tourists. He got them back to the boat safely in a seamless and timely manner, His attentiveness to safety for everyone was incredible. The only fault was we had 3 lounge chairs on the top deck of the boat to share between 25.

Had a great week on Sail on the boat Afrodita! Great way to see beautiful parts of Croatia and meet people from all walks of life. The crew and tour manager were all excellent. We were travelling with 7 friends on a boat of 30. The crew and staff were wonderful and the itinerary was amazing. If you plan on spending a relaxing 7 days this Sail isn’t for you, it’s a more of a 7 day bender with no let up. Our fellow sail mates were great fun and people on other boats also made the trip one to remember. However, the rooms and bathrooms were tiny, the free breakfast is irrelevant as no one is ever awake for it and the lunches were what I would describe as a 3rd world counties school camp. I would definitely recommend trying a KJU while you’re in Croatia!

The bike/ sail cruise was great overall, what made the trip was our tour leaders Marija and Andrej. They were extremely friendly, outgoing and easy to connect with, they provided local recommendations of what to do and where to go. Also, the group of people on the boat were great, a slightly older crowd that knew how to have fun and connect with each other. The food on the boat was average which I expected it would be, definitely needs more attention. The bikes were in great condition without any faults, exceeded my expectation. The room was okay however bathroom needs a detailed clean and the shower curtain had mould. A little disappointed that our first day riding got cancelled due to rain and also advised it was a public holiday, so we stayed in spilt for the night. The public holiday should have been worked around in advance for an alternative, understand about the rain issue. Paying for drinks in cash was annoying, I would have bought more if able to pay on credit card.

It was a great 7 days on the Queen Jelena and the schedule saw us visit fantastic islands from Split to Dubrovnik. We had a great crowd of people on our trip, and swim stops were amazing. Cabin was better than we anticipated. Food was bland and lacking vegetables and salads of any kind, soup on a 35 degree day is not ideal. There is an opportunity in this area. Our tour guide was pretty absent, apart from his lunch time speech, although he was humorous. Would recommend doing this trip.

Swimming in beautifully clear water, making friends with a bunch of amazing people and partying in some of the coolest clubs and locations you’ll find in the world. I had a great time doing Sail Croatia but it’s something I’d only do once. Be prepared to be a shell of yourself when you get off the boat. Four stars because our first tour guide got fired half way through (thankfully because he was completely useless) and because he/the boat tried to scam us into paying for the air conditioning even though it was advertised as being included in the price.

Had an awesome time, our boat crew and tour rep were incredible! They took really good care of us and helped us navigate the terrible weather we had for the first 4 days of Sail. Would honestly do it again it was so much fun, the group we had was amazing. I just wouldn't do it in May so the weather would be better. We could only do 3 out of 12 of our optional activities because of weather and a lot of bars/clubs were closed still. The passenger coordinator, Ioana, was amazing - great communication regarding what was ahead and very responsive to any passenger needs. There was food aplenty; we joked about getting three dinners every day. Best of all were the stops - every island is rich in history and allowed for easy access to the key sites. Guides were outstanding. Tailored each day's rides to the group. Gave options. Knew the terrain. The food needs work. Portions were huge. Occasionally, as they tried to serve 32 people at once, they plated and waited for all 32, resulting in cold food for everyone. When dinner is at 7, serve at 7, no matter who is there. And the food quality was not great. Breakfasts were okay. But fresh vegetables were scarce and overcooked. Salads consisted of a small bowl of tomatoes and cucumbers every night. I would suggest that when the boat is docked in a town with restaurants available, give people the option of not eating on the boat but in town, and adjust the prices accordingly. Rooms were cleaned/serviced only once in the week, which was fine but would have been nice to know. No bathroom toiletries, despite being told there would be. And front cabins with twin beds have very limited access to the underbed storage--bad design.

Great cruise, fantastic host in Stjepan, a bit disappointed that we had to spend 2 days in Dubrovnik. A little irritated that you would not accept Credit cards on board. In Croatia ALL ATMs are a rip off and as you accpet payment for the cruise on a credit card, why not onboard? No doubt you dont want the charges to your account but the inconvenience and extra cost we had to bear spoiled a little what was otherwise a great trip

The staff were wonderful and Stephanie took great care of keeping us informed and organized for port calls. The food was great with the minor exception of too much olive oil use for me on some dishes. The tuna steak was perfect! I would suggest shorter swim times to allow earlier port stops. Some excursions were not enough time to do them well. Some activities for poor weather days would be nice also.

26 friends and family sailed on the Emanuel from Split to Dubrovnik. Nina from Sail Croatia was a great guide the food on the Emanuel was delicious and each port was somehow nicer than the last. I only wish was spending more time on the bikes exploring the islands. The schedule keep us fairly tied to the A To B trip with little time for side trips. Also, much of the biking day was spent waiting for slower riders which would have made my trip even better…..

Such a relaxing way to see a lot of Croatia. Everyday new villages to explore, new restaurants to try, sampling new drinks in hidden bars up lanes and alleys. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure you enjoyed your time on aboard, with good food and lots of it. A multinational bunch of travellers who soon become a group of friends to share the trip with and stories of each other’s lives. Improvements:- small things such as padded sun bed covers, stronger aircon in rooms. Daily visible Computerised drinks bill so you know what cash is required, longer stays in port, I would recommend this holiday and will certainly be repeating this format for all future holidays.

Was a good mix of people on our boat and had a great time. Food was good and plenty of it. The only downfall would be all the extra costs that I incurred. Was very expensive to eat and drink off board and the extra costs onboard you don’t hear about (unless your into reading the fine print). You have to pay for AC, port taxes, etc. would recommend to a friend but letting them know you will need to be prepared to spend.

I loved every moment of my week on the Nerezine. I has the best group of people that made me as a solo traveller feel welcomed. The crew were also amazing! I did however feel some of the extra add on were not presented to us, for example the canoeing. There were also some issues below deck in my room that I thought were not up to scratch. These include leaking water from the ceiling, out ensuing door not closing and latching. The toilet was an issue as I couldn't use it properly, but I was able to make do. These issue however did not make my time on the boat bad, for me they are just amenities, the people and places you visit is what matter and makes the trip what it is. As I said before it was one of the best weeks of my life and I have you, Sail Croatia and Ioana and crew to thank for that.

Our boat captains took care of a lot of the behind the scenes stuff like docking Reservations, dinner Reservations (when needed), and Diving Reservations for the divers in the group. The places we visited doing a back to back boat cruise on the Esperanza were beautiful but the six of us (friends) thought our food was very average.for the money we paid. Our Chef seemed to overcook our dishes particularly the main courses. Another gripe we had was there should be shampoo or soap left in our bathroom everyday but the only time shampoo was left was when we had to ask for it. Several noodles would help for our swim stops but everything else was fine and the staff very obliging.

We were fortunate to be amongst a great crowd of guests who all enjoyed each other's company and the excellent dining on board and ashore. We all shared great confidence in the Captain and crew who inobtrusivly went out of their way to make out holiday a comfortable and memorable one. I understand it was the end of the season but I feel Ela could have done a better job of making sure everyone was informed and involved in the week. Communication wasn’t great and I really felt there was a missed opportunity to bring everyone together and create a real family atmosphere. Crew were awesome and worked really hard to ensure we were having a good time. Were a couple of incidence with things going missing and finding loose clothes in the crew cabin. Great company travelling in a group of 16 friends.Others on board the boat were also great and everyone got on well. Staff great, organised and supportive. Would have liked longer bike rides and less time in the villages. Also to have a meal on board at night 2-3 nights a week to enable more group interaction at a social level. Lunches I would have preferred to be while out in the village and then ride more, rather than having to come back to the boat for lunch sometimes late in the day (for lunch)

The organisation of the cruise/cycle was first class and we werr blessed to have such a fine guide in Daniel and his assistant H. Ship was great, especially the size of the cabin, bathroom & shower. Highlight was the daily swims. Not enough storage in the cabin especially for 2 people, or in the bathroom. Suggest adding more shelves in the cabin and bathroom. First 2 days of the cruise the employees were not very friendly. Comment by a lot of passengers. They need to smile more and say good morning. It got better by day 3. They need to have a place where we can get coffee early in the morning so we don't have to wait for breakfast. Meals were just ok and not a lot of food except for buffet breakfast. They need to have snacks available like we saw on other cruise ships for afternoon. Top deck was only open for a short time and then closed the rest of the day, It needs to stay open longer. Several commented that there was not enough help or employees on the ship. No one liked the military Island nor the stop before. Everyone would liked to have 2 days in Hvar. Nick was the best worker and did almost everything.

Group leader Tea was great- quite fun and informative on each place we stopped at whilst also making the effort to mingle with us and make our trip the best possible. Only downside was my lower deck cabin among with other people’s being very hot at night and the fan didn’t work with also not much ventilation down there but other then that I would recommend the sail to others.

Overall we were very happy with the cruise however the following may bear consideration: . The tour guide could have been better prepared in that we were directed to some sites that were closed and given inaccurate/ambiguous information regarding pick up points; . our boat, Esperanza, was never anchored within an easy swim to the shore but always in a deep channel; . we were required to pay for tea/coffee when docked but not otherwise; and . our transfer from the airport to our accommodation was deficient in that the driver couldn't find the location and ended up leaving us with directions to walk 100 metres. However his directions were completely wrong, in fact opposite to how we eventually got there....lugging 3 large suitcases

Ana the onboard rep took the worry out of every decision (places to go, dining, problems, transfers etc), and was absolutely outstanding. Her dedication was exemplary. Amongst the guests, a community spirit developed & we all had a ball, whatever the event. Boat was kept spotlessly clean throughout. Lunches were nicely presented and although a little simple, they were always imaginative and enjoyable. While relaxing, felt you were on your own boat! Breakfasts were lacking and as they were buffet style, if you were not first in you often missed out! Cabin had all amenities but the wardrobe was very small & problematic. Hooks on walls needed. Bed & linens comfy but needed extra pillows. The swim stops would have benefited by having some “toys” and canoes would have been welcome. Main disappointment was I specifically asked not to be allocated the noisy cabin (upper deck!) next to the engine as it was wife's special birthday — and that’s where we were put! All in all - a fantastic time!
