Our tour guide Lola was incredible !!! she was easy to talk to and extremely helpful She helped us arrange water taxis and answered all of our questions. Lola was great !! We were extremely disappointed with the ship's itinerary. Had we knew that the daily swim stop was actually more than 1/2 a day of swimming and that most shore excursions were to start after lunch, Starting shore excursions at 3;00 or 4;00 is just too late . we would not have taken this cruise. We did not come to Europe to swim, we came to see and explore towns and sights. For instance we visited Milena which was a waste of a day, Nothing really to see. I wish we could have spent the time in Split which is a wonderful and interesting city.

Our group of 20 sailed on Sail Croatia’s Elegance Cruise aboard Katarina in late September/early October & had a wonderful experience overall. Katarina is a beautiful luxury vessel. The food & drinks were excellent, while the captain, crew & Sail Croatia guide were incredibly welcoming & accommodating. The onboard experience exceeded expectations. Our disappointment was specifically with the late-season stop in Vela Luka. We spent an entire afternoon & evening there, but much of the town had already closed for the season. Restaurants & businesses were shut, taxis & boats were unavailable & we couldn’t arrange transportation to nearby beaches. With our travel dates known well in advance, these seasonal limitations should have been considered. Our group of 20 would have gladly welcomed a different stop or extra time in Dubrovnik. Excellent vessel, food, crew & service—just disappointing itinerary planning for the time of year.

We had a fantastic time on the Katarina, the Split South itinerary. Such a nice boat/yacht! Our quarters were spacious and comfortable. The crew was professional, friendly and very accomodating, felt like family. Our cruise director Dino was kind and a great communicator in person and on What's Ap. The food on board food (breakfast buffet) and lunches were gourmet, 3 courses.

Outstanding experience. We were on the Split south cruise. The boat Katarina was first rate in terms of amenities, food, and crew. Very attentive and responsive. Boat was immaculate and well maintained. Our cruise director Dino was outstanding at coordinating all activities and providing valuable updates at meals and via WhatsApp group messaging. Always available and responsive. Very personable. He went above and beyond for passengers on the cruise who were older with some mobility limitations. Good but hoped for more time to explore/shop … on the stops. Door stops for bathroom door needed, bathroom re-supply and amenities were poor, toilet was never cleaned in our room. Breakfast window of 8-9 too short when underway by 6-7 each day. A bit more variety in the hot breakfast menu - it was the same fare each day.. More excursions offered with passenger commitment secured before the trip starts - not everyone is into swimming and water sports. Crew and servers were very attentive and friendly. Lunches on board, captain’s dinner and impromptu barbecue dinner on board were excellent. A good sail overall.

Once we arrived dockside, the experience became something entirely different. We stopped feeling like customers and were treated like guests. The crew of Esperanza, along with Dino, our cruise coordinator, bent over backward to make sure we had the best possible experience. Every day, they seemed to look for some way to make that day even better than the one before—and somehow, they did. One evening, the crew decided to have a dockside cookout. We went into town to a local butcher and picked out an incredible assortment of fresh meats. That evening, the Captain and Dino grilled everything for us while the chef aboard prepared an amazing selection of side dishes. It was an absolute feast. We invited the crew to sit down and eat with us, and they did. We shared a meal, had wonderful conversations, laughed together, and got to know the people who had been taking such good care of us all week. Somewhere along the way, the relationship changed. They became friends. THANK YOU!

Great ship and crew. I have traveled to Croatia 5 other times and this trip was spectacular. No driving and plenty of time to relax. Cuisine was fabulous Swim stops were a definite plus as well. My wife and i were part of a group of 6 that joined the vessel OLIMP,sailing from Dubrovnik to Split. We soon found ourselves part of a friendly group of 36, Australians, Americans, and UK. The stylish and spacious OLIMP was a joy to travel on, the swimming stops and ports were all different yet enjoyable. Food was excellent and the crew led by captain George and Dino were outstanding. The girl that cleaned my cabin was outstanding as well,and pleasant to talk with and always smiling. The remainder of the crew were less so . Excellent time! Vedran is great tour leader! This boat is Family owned and immaculate! All staff are family and they care deeply about the boat and assuring guests have a great time. The only reason I gave this a 4-star rating is that the air conditioning in the cabins just could not keep up with the boiling outside temperature. Most everyone had issues with the air conditioning. Also, in my opinion, the lighting in the bathrooms is not sufficient. PRO Tip 1: Evidently the cabins below deck stay cooler than those above deck PRO Tip 2: Bring clothing that is quick drying and can be washed in the sink or shower. There are ship bars outside the cabins on the upper deck where you can hang them to dry. Clothes pins are provided. PRO Tip 3: Do not bring anything fancy, cool light weight fabrics are best. PRO Tip 4: A portable travel fan will come in handy. PRO Tip 5: Buy Euro at first island stop for less than getting it at home if not your currency.

Highly recommend Sail Croatia. The people made the experience what it was; all of the crew and cruise director are superb! The crew was attentive, incredibly friendly, and remembered the small details that made interactions extra special. Our cruise director, Vedran, is wonderful. He’s knowledgeable, communicative, always one step ahead. His daily briefings were a welcome start to the day. The ship is family-owned and they take immense pride and care in the upkeep. They are present throughout the journey and even welcomes a few of us into the wheelhouse to talk to us about navigating the ship. Our trip was beautiful in near every way. The crew were especially attentive, flexible, experienced and friendly. Our tour manager Vedran was key to our experience. He was the perfect balance of friendliness, professionalism and competence. The boat was comfortable and well appointed (although the WiFi was challenging outside the salon). The food was good with much variety available although if cuisine is your top priority it was good, not great. Our smaller ship allowed us to visit smaller ports not overrun with 1000s from large vessels. The itinerary introduced us to different experiences at each port, from a small fishing village to the glitzy riviera. A daily briefing allowed us to learn about each port and guided us to see the unique offerings and “must sees.” I was skeptical about the claim we’d have many new friends…. I was wrong, it’s 100% true. We enjoyed this so much we may very well do it again…. And we never do that. If you are on the fence, take this trip. Really.

The holiday was excellent. The boat was splendid, decks and cabins clean and tidy, crew expert and helpful, and food excellent with good variety and not too much local which we could get ashore. The helpful personal human contact from the UK office was much appreciated. Guide Vicko was charming, expert, and very helpful with recommendations and arrangements. He should be a little more aware of those who are less fit and techie; at Mljet to point out that the path had steep steps with dangerously poor surfaces; and in Brac he omitted that the good Navigare restaurant was not 'over there' across the haven, but at the end of it within the boatyard with no notice at the gate but a keep out sign, so we walked a long way looking for it. Some do not have whatsapp: basic arrangements etc could be printed or put on a notice board plus a list of guests and crew to help learn. Many thanks to all.

The sailing holiday was very good, the boat , OLIMP, was great and the size of the cabin brilliant. Service was very good by the staff and Dino was quite good as the co-ordinator. The only issue was with the payment of the bar. tab at the end of the trip and what cards that were accepted. A few things should be made clearer at the start of the trip so as not to have them becoming an issue on the last night. I will be recommending this trip to fiends for sure.

We did the Elegance Dubrovnik-Dubrovnik cruise on Esperanza and had a fantastic time. Dino, our tour guide, was super professional, friendly, and communicative with the entire group and really made our trip memorable. He answered all our questions, gave excellent recommendations for dining & sightseeing, and managed the details of our transportation back to the airport flawlessly. Ivo and Mio also deserve special mention from the crew since they were particularly attentive and friendly throughout the cruise and helped those of us wanting to learn some Serbo-Croatian with patience and humor. Captain Jure was a total professional and clearly a skilled seaman as he guided us through some heavy seas on our return to Dubrovnik. Overall a fantastic visit to some of Croatia’s most beautiful spots with a wonderful ship & crew.

We traveled as a group of 16. Anita the tour director was a superstar. Far exceeding any and all expectations I had. I had some health issues while traveling and she made sure I got to medical help in the local village as well as coordinating a ferry ride to the Split hospital. Anita made me feel like family. The boat was very clean and the crew made sure any need that came up was addressed. The food was good. The Captain exuded confidence and made sure the guest knew he was in control of the ship at all times, I highly recommend the Romantic Star. For starters, our guide Ivan was best in class. And the captain and crew were helpful and really good all week. Thoughtful, much attention to detail. We did the wine tour which was lots of fun. Attractions were beautiful. Highly recommend the biking through the national park. On some guided trips you can be programmed to death - this one was just right. Lots of options and guidance on what to do and really good pace for a holiday. There was one moment on the trip when the bus didn't arrive as planned - Ivan had vans show up as a back up plan almost immediately. Felt so comfortable on the trip as he and the crew were just on top of everything. It was my first cruise and it exceeded all expectations from the boat itself to the comfort of the rooms to the food & drink to the quality of service. And Croatia is absolutely stunning. We are not cruise people, but our time on the Queen Jelena far exceeded our expectations. Ivan, our cruise director was very friendly, informative and helpful. Pamela always had a smile on her face and Ella and the Josips were like magic working behind the scenes making everything clean, comfortable while Captain Gordon kept us safe and sound and found the best swim spots. The kitchen was a standout as the meals were delicious and always elegantly presented which was a plus. The swim spots and wine tastings were great but the highlight for us was the professionalism of Ivan, Pamela and the rest of the crew which made this cruise one of the best vacations we have ever had. The sights were incredible, the crew was attentive and kind, the food was delicious. I never felt rushed or crowded on this trip. We had a weather hiccup and Ivan, our incredible guide, made up for it with an additional experience at the end of the trip. I felt safe and comfortable. The MS Katarina was everything and more I would expect from a "Superyacht". The crew were exceptional, friendly, professional and attentive. The breakfast and lunches were amazing. We had one dinner "the Captains Dinner" on board, which I would describe as absolutely amazing. I would have loved to see how the chef prepared such a gourmet delight for all 36 of us. The daily swim spots were amazing with crystal clear waters for swimming. The Katarina was kept immaculate by all the crew. The Captains night will be remembered by all the guests on board. So much laughter dancing and singing. Will be a cruise that will be remembered by all 8 of our friends and all the other guests. Will definitely be back for another cruise. By far our best trip ever and will recommend to all our friends

Martina and Mio were great. The Guide from Sail Croatia was a little tightly wound and confrontational. The food was just okay, and that’s probably generous. The worst part was all the noise on the boat. Spend ten bucks and put felt sliders on the chairs in the saloon. Seriously. The chair sliding noise killed all the cabins right below it. The drink prices were stupid for what you get. The food was very forgettable. But the boat and the crew were good!

Anita was a great tour director who had a lot of good energy, information and history to share with us. That was important to all 14 of us in our group. Dragone, Harry and the rest of the crew were very helpful , friendly and always accommodating. We can’t forget the shoreline of Croatia with its navy blue water is magnificent. The Ship was clean and layed out perfectly with room and space that accommodated sleeping, dining and recreation. The staff and crew were professional, courteous and quite informative. The schedule was easy with adequate time to rest in between excursions, swimming (my favorite), meeting other travelers (this too), dining and relaxing. I can't think of a thing that could have been different to make this experience any better. We are totally satisfied and will cherish our memories thanks to the efforts of the Sail Croatia team.

If you dream of sailing then this trip is for you. To see Croatian islands while sailing is a unique experience. Start with breakfast, Cruise in beautiful clear waters, swim for a couple of hours, eat a 3 course lunch and then explore a beautiful different island each day for 7 days. Plenty of activities to choose from as you go. A family run boat so service is key and they pride themselves on making your journey an exceptional one. I will recommend to all family and friends.

The experience from the day we arrived at the wharf in Dubrovnik to the time we departed in Split was truly unforgettable. The crew from Ivan the captain down to Ivana and Andela who looked after everyone were extremely professional, polite and helpful. Nicko the cruise guide was simply the best you could hope for. He was informative, friendly and went out of his way to make sure things ran smoothly for everyone. I would recommend Sail Croatia and the Katarina to anyone

We did the trip with family for our mother's 80th birthday. The vessel was excellently equipped, the food high quality and the service excellent. We had swim stops that were my favourite parts...Towns along the way were busy but retiring to the vessel was like a little oasis. The Queen Jelena parked in the center of all the towns which gave us prime access to the towns and sites to visit. It was like having a hotel in the best location in every town that we went to, with luxury transport included. Staff were professional and friendly and our host Nickos was always available to provide advice or answer questions. For someone who enjoys more solitude and time away from the crowds, this trip represented a 'happy medium' between the busy towns of Europe in summer and the solitude provided by the vessel and sailing. The beautiful ship. The amazing swim stops. The clean and spacious cabins. The ‘welcome on board’ canapés. The opportunity to experience some beautiful, picturesque islands. The Captains dinner. The itinerary. Mio & the lovely cleaning lady who cleaned our cabins. Only having 14 guests on board. Room for improvement:: The staff could be more friendly (except Mio and the cleaning lady - they couldn’t do enough for you); there should be more fish served as part of our lunches as we are out at sea and in the Adriatic! The lunches were lovely but certainly could be improved; the breakfasts and fresh fruit needed to be replenished as you were scared of having too much and not leaving enough for other passengers. It was not clear that you could have more. The chief female waitress in my opinion didn’t want to be there and that was more than obvious at times. As there was only 14 guests on board, it felt like most of the crew were ‘on a jolly’ and did not make enough effort to satisfy.

We really enjoyed the itinerary and The Esperanza was very well maintained. However some issues need addressing. The staff don’t appear to be very happy in their work place. Deck hands rarely smiled, the waitress in the salon was at times most inappropriate and borderline rude. It’s not every day you hear the F word or gestures using an arms whilst talking to passengers. So totally unprofessional and disrespectful to the Captain.. We appreciate that crew are able to go ashore for free time but please don’t tell the passengers that drinking of alcohol was consumed whilst ashore and then come onto deck to work; Safely for guests and crew surely should be paramount. The salon steward Mio went above and beyond to make every moment a pleasurable experience. The food lacked any wow factor, breakfast tepid, cold ravioli not nice, lettuce leaves as a salad, fruit bowl not replenished until we complained Only 14 guests in total and that shouldn’t mean less effort.. Representive did his job.

We arrived at the boat in Dubrovnik and met the very welcoming host Vedran. We were made to feel at home instantly and explored the boat which had all the facilities you would expect and a splendid hot tub on the sun deck. To say we had a blast is probably a bit of an understatement. We all got on very well as a group, and the staff were excellent – including Mio, Martina, Sylvie and the captain Vlado. We were lucky with a very hot & sunny week so the daily swim stops in coves were always welcome. And then there was the wine….. Whilst by no means experts we can now distinguish our Grk from our Vugava and discuss the styles of Posip! And for red, the ubiquitous Plavac Mali (literally ‘little blue’) was made in all sorts of styles. We visited family wineries in various locations including a fun jeep safari on the island of Brac and a local Peka dinner on Hvar. Thanks Vedran for your knowledge, unflappability and company during the week. Keep on singing those songs!!! živjeli!

From the minute we boarded our vessel, Esperanza we knew it would be a great holiday. The service from all of the crew was exceptional, with Dino, our tour guide providing us with valuable information and he had very sound knowledge of every destination we visited. I would place Dino as one of the best tour guides I have ever had. Martina, our front of house hostess, did an amazing job of keeping all of the guests happy in every possible way. Nothing was too difficult for her and made everyone feel happy. I would highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking for an educational and fun holiday in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Thank you Sail Croatia for the wonderful experience.

Our tour director, Vedran, and Esperanza's crew provided us with a great experience both on board and on shore. Their hospitality was exceptional, as they made every effort to ensure our experience was outstanding. Passengers from 4 different countries made the trip even more delightful. The weather was perfect for exploring the islands. Food was excellent both on the ship and at our ports of call. Although the May water temperature was cool, swimming off the back of the Esperanza was a daily ritual that made our trip even more memorable. I can't remember the last time I had so much fun. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; I highly recommend it!

The ship, Olmp, was immaculate and the crew always helpful. With only 36 passengers the experience was very personal and we were fortunate to have a very interesting and homogenous group . The meals served were all delicious but the service was a little too efficient for me. I prefer a slower pace while eating. The only meal that I would avoid n the future is the so called "BBQ". Definitely not up t the chefs usually high standards. The Sail Croatia cruise is a great way to sample all that Croatia has to offer. Our cruise director, Ioana, added another dimension to our touring experience. We all had a wonderful and educational experience on the cruise

The ship was beautiful and comfortable, the cruise director was very funny and knowledgeable and the crew was very professional, competent, friendly and helpful.. We enjoyed it thoroughly! It was extremely hot during the cruise and the swim stops were a wonderful way to cool off but it was hard to stay cool on the boat. The food was good but lunches were a bit heavy for my tastes and drinks were a bit on the weak side. Stops and excursions were interesting and informative - could have skipped Milna -may be replace with Trogir or a night not in port with 2nd swim stop and simple light dinner on the ship.

We just returned from a 7-night charter of the Queen Jelena. Our group included nine families, including those in age from teens to their 60s. It's a group that has traveled together extensively, but this trip was truly extraordinary. The boat was perfect, the cabins spacious and cool, with great outdoor spaces. The itinerary (Elegance route from Split to Dubrovnik) was wonderful, with each island offering something new. The swim stops, as others have said, are truly magical. Above all else, it was our tour manager, Karolina, that made the week so special, handling our large, boisterous group with aplomb. Our group included a number of hotel and restaurant owners, and I don't think any of us have experienced a more capable and caring hospitality professional. She, Captain Gordan, and the entire crew created a wonderful experience our group of friends will never forget. If you're considering a charter of or cruise on the Queen Jelena, don't hesitate - it's extraordinary.

Overall the trip was excellent. However if you look into the fine details then you can find major issues. For example tipping policy is terrible ad should be scrapped. Company say one figure staff say a different figure and service you receive is not worth either amount. Some staff’s appearance could improve especially first thing in the morning at breakfast. Sail Croatia and crew of Jelena, have forgotten who the customer is, in respect of, a customer works hard to save money to go on holiday and we are all suffering with cost of living being expensive no different to the crew. Karolina, the tour director, made the cruise beyond our expectations on the Esperanza. She was very helpful and accommodating. She would advise us about the restaurants and her favorite ice cream spots in the towns. She and the entire crew were very friendly and efficient. Tomo and Phillipe were great bartender/waiters. The small number of passengers made the cruise very intimate. and one of the most memorable cruises out of more the 50 we have taken over the years.

What we liked about Sail Croatia: The boat was beautiful and the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the overnight stays, and the optional UNESCO dinner. What we did not like about Sail Croatia:: The hot tub was not hot, lukewarm at best. Meals choices were limited if you did not like the day’s meals you were out of luck as there were no other choice. No activities or music on board other than a swim stop (weather permitting). The included traditional dinner venue was nice but the food was too bland for our taste. The bar staff charged our account for a bottle of wine and several drinks that we did not order. They need a better accounting system for the onboard liquor. This cruise is better suited for people who want it quiet and with minimum people. For people who enjoy lounging in the sun reading books as there is little else to do when you are onboard. This type of cruise is not for us.

The Olimp is an eye catching super yacht. Onboard you feel like a celebrity. The cabin we had (1) was amazing and spacious. The crew onboard looked after us well. The food onboard (breakfast & lunch) was good, Breakfast was the same throughout the week. The 3 course lunches were excellent and varied. The locations we visited for wine tasting and sight seeing were great and varied and excellently presented. From family wineries to the large company Black Island winery. Whilst the yacht made you feel like a celebrity it was the people onboard that made it such a special and memorable trip. A special thanks to Stella and Boris who were always there when food and drink was required. The biggest thanks has to go to our cruise director Vedran who brought the humor every day into our vacation. His after lunch talks were informative and a blast. He put up with a lot of banter from our group but held his own well. Thank you to all for making it a truly memorable cruise.

Our experience on the Queen Jelena from Split to Split, was wonderful and went above and beyond our expectations. Captain Gordan, his crew and staff made our trip one of our most memorable.The ship was very clean, the meals excellent and the swim spots perfect. Stjepan our guide was well organized, very knowledgeable on the history of Croatia and had a great sense of humour., always putting a smile on our faces with his stories and notes on the itineraries. We met some wonderful people and made friends in our group, which made the cruise so much more enjoyable. Croatia is a beautiful country and we’ll always look back at this trip with fondest memories. Ioana, Our lovely and attentive Tour guide. Gordon our Captain who adjusted sailings to suit weather, Safety was as it should be always Number q.1. The Queen Jelena, a beautiful classic style boat. The crew who looked after every detail from mooring to serving, always cleaning, always there. Great food beautiful Islands, wonderful people, options always options at every stop.. We were slso blessed with amazing sailing companions. And of course the food, as a Ceoliac ( Gluten Free) I was superbly looked after. Thank you Ioana, Sail Croatia and Captain Gordon and the crew of the Elegant Queen Jelena. Thank you also for making such an effort to ensure my wife's 60th was a most memorable occasion..

After 3 years' delay due to C-19, our group of close couples & friends finally experienced the luxury, relaxation and being part of the family provided by the team of Sail Croatia's MY Olimp. Capt. Rakuljic and his entire crew were professional, warmly welcoming and keenly interested in explaining their heritage(s), roles and helping us wring the most out of our all too-short week aboard. Meals were of highest quality, perfectly prepared and presented. Servers and sailors alike made us feel at once as if MY Olimp was our personal yacht. I learned much nautical and cultural info from the crew, and they helped me hone my (very) limited Croatian vocabulary! Tour Director Ioana informed us on local culture, potential activities and generally herded us cats in a friendly, humorous and professional manner. She could seamlessly solve any issue brought to her. Leaving the ship, we said goodbye to many new friends. We'll be back, but can't imagine choosing another ship/crew/company.

This was the 2nd time I took a cruise on Queen Jelena. I brought 6 friends with me this time. Over all I love the ship and casual lifestyle. The highlight was the daily swim and staying overnight in the different towns. Some suggestions: The breakfast every morning was nice but they served the same eggs either scramble or sun side up. They need to give more variety for breakfast such as pancakes which everyone wanted or different kind of eggs. I thought that for the captain's dinner the cruise company should have picked up the drinks. Not all of the crew spoke English which made it more difficult like asking for a martini or lemon twist. Before sailing passenger should get a schedule regarding dinners each night. We didn't know what nights were dinners or on our own and it helps to plan in advance. The chef was great. A few of the towns were not interesting or did not have much to do. It would have been nice to have an extra night in Hvar or Korcula. I would do it again. Thank you.

My group of 31 thoroughly enjoyed our Elegance Cruise on Esperanza! - Cruise Director (Boris) & crew were very attentive - Ship in great shape & well maintained by crew; - Dubrovnik to Split itinerary was very good; -Food was great; - Drink prices reasonable; - Cruise director & crew responsive when medical emergency developed. - Cruise Director & crew were flexible adapting to our tastes and desires (more dinner and winetasting, less tours); - Great times at Village Dinner & especially Captain's Dinner. Live entertainment at latter excellent! Areas for Improvement: - Having a consistent account manager would be preferable for consistent info. As organize I felt I was doing Sail Croatia's job. No discount for me - Incurred cnx charges when could not fill 6 spaces that were ultimately sold. - Dissemination of embarkation and debarkation locations/schedules needs to improve - Vis Tour did not include sub tunnel as advertised. Tito's Cave and Winery good - Better/more swim call equipment

The entire crew of the Queen Jelena did an outstanding job. The vessel railings and windows cleaned down daily and our room cabins always cleaned and tidy. The skipper and crew expertly placed the Jelena close to shore at idyllic swim spots daily, frequently without any vessels nearby. Meals were well prepared and table service timely and pleasant. Guide Mia did an excellent job explaining the daily activities and helping guest sort out concerns. Will highly recommend the Queen Jelena and her outstanding crew to our friends and family.

Queen Jelena is one of the best within sail Croatia. We have just spent a week sailing the Dalmatian coast. The Croatian islands were beautiful, with picturesque bays to swim each morning, lunch onboard then a trip to new towns each day. Towns such as Korcula are breathtaking with stunning places to visit and great local food. The host onboard was really helpful and friendly and the Captain and crew done a wonderful job. The boat was Beautiful, clean and a shame not to have another week onboard. Thank you

7 friends (that’s us) came together for a week’s cruise onf Queen Jelena. We were a little skeptical of the non-traditional schedule of breakfast- swim-lunch and late afternoon port dockage. This schedule allowed everyone to wake up at their own schedule. Guests can have or skip breakfast. The Captain was able to find calm anchorages that were great for enjoying the water or sun deck or both! The late afternoon docking gave us plenty of time to see the port when the Uber large cruise ships soon departed (present at only 2 ports) . So instead of weaving our way around swarms of people we were able to shop, have dinner or whatever in a much quieter setting that even the restaurant staff appreciated. If you wanted to enjoy the other nighttime activities, you had be back by 5am. The food was great. Mia, our “Cruise Director”, gave us insight and suggestions on the port. Needless to say, I have no hesitation recommending Sail Croatia and specifically the Queen Jelena.

Croatia is an amazing place to visit however it was Sail Croatia and its staff that made it a trip of a lifetime to remember. We are not big cruise people with the large crowds, short stops, and buffet lines. Sail Croatia was the perfect size vessel, nicely appointed cabins, great food, and fantastic staff. We loved that most days included a swim stop in the beautiful Adriatic waters. Boris who led the cruise was incredible and caring, making sure that guests felt special and well informed. Thank you to Boris, Anna, Phillip, Igor, and the others.

Great staff, beautiful boat. Our cabin was unusually small compared to others on our cruise - even single person cabins were significantly larger, notably the shower. Cabins need more hooks or places to dry things. Food on the cruise was great - though breakfast could have had more variety. Itinerary took us to fantastic locations. Wish we could have spent more time exploring the locales on our own. Our cruise director Mia was spectacular! The two group events on the boat needed some help. The cocktail hour on the top deck was lit with horrible emergency lighting and not conducive to a party atmosphere. The captain's dinner concept was nice, but we would have preferred to eat in a local village restaurant, The entertainment at the captain's dinner was clearly skewed to an older audience and half the room left before the music was finished. But overall we really enjoyed our experience.

Our group reserved the entire cruise. We had a great time and Mia kept us on track and well informed. Enjoyed the schedule with daily swim stops, lunch, and a new town to explore each afternoon. The captain, sailors, and interior staff were excellent as well, and went above and beyond staying up with our late-night group. Special thanks to Tomo and Pamela! Highly recommend this cruise, and we'll be back.

Mia managed to keep our friend group organized as 35 of us sailed. Since we all knew it other there were times where we were all talking at once. Mia was able to herd the cats and make sure we didn’t miss anything. Everything went off like clockwork! The entire crew of the Queen Helena made for a memorable vacation that I would do again!

We though sail Croatia was good value for money but later found better boats for way cheaper. Disappointed in the service, cleanliness and food . Room floor was not washed once, luckily small and washed ourself. , The shower not cleaned once. Had to ask to change the linen, when we were informed that it will be changed on the Wednesday. It was eventually done on Thursday. Food quality of an old age home. Asked for double bed slept on two single beds. Later found that owner of ship children work on the boat. Thats maybe why! Stops on islands was however amazing and Boris / tour operator working for the boat was very helpful and assisting us with places to visit and Restaurants suggestions on the islands. The boat was way more expensive that a big cruise liner and does not justify the cost of this small boat travelling. When we got of the boat there was no farewell greeting by the staff or someone helping with the luggage. 😪😢.

It was a great 7 days on the Queen Jelena and the schedule saw us visit fantastic islands from Split to Dubrovnik. We had a great crowd of people on our trip, and swim stops were amazing. Cabin was better than we anticipated. Food was bland and lacking vegetables and salads of any kind, soup on a 35 degree day is not ideal. There is an opportunity in this area. Our tour guide was pretty absent, apart from his lunch time speech, although he was humorous. Would recommend doing this trip.

What an amazing week aboard the Olimp. This is the best way to see Croatia and it's stunning coastline. Picture postcard harbour towns steeped in history. The crew and guide are all so friendly and really looked after us. The food and service aboard is restaurant quality and the cabins are well equipped. We will definitely be back!! Was my first boat experience, was a wonderful fun holiday. Boris and his crew went out of their way to make us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Just the best. Beautiful ship, excellent service, great food, very pleasant and professional crew, nice excursions, very clean ship. Nothing but positive comments. The Cruze director was on top of everything. Anything you needed help with he either fixed it or already was working in it. Very good at getting things planned and informing you in detail with daily briefings. All the crew worked extremely well to make the trip the best we’ve had. Captain ran a tight ship and the crew made comments on the side how much they liked working for him. Could go on and on but we will certainly book another trip with this company again.

Esperanza was a joy to sail in. The ship was spotlessly clean and the cabins very good apart from the proximity to the engine room. Crew was seriously competent and always willing to be available for food and drink service. Only let down was the visit to the village for substandard virtually inedible food and second rate drinks followed by an obligatory visit to a souvenir shop. Would sail again with Sail Croatia assuming other port options.

Compared to recent cruises in the region, the food quality and choice offered was poor and repetitive. Bar closed too early in the evening. Pillows in the room were substandard and uncomfortable. Often had bad drain smell in cabin. The Tour Guide, Stjephan, was outstanding and the rest of the crew very good.

Everything went well from collection by taxi at Dubrovnick airport until return coach to same . Our on board rep Stjepan was brilliant - very knowledgeable, helpful and charming. A real credit to Sail Croatia. His daily maps and guided walks at our stops were great, as were his evening talks about the history of the region. Frankly the entire crew were extremely good and efficient, headed by Captain Mate, with Ana and Bobby in the bar, Barbara the maid, Ante and Marina in the kitchen, who produced great meals, and who produced a special cake ( with candles) for my wife's birthday ! Also Dino and Igor who secured our swimming stops and kept the ship, and sunbeds etc clean and tidy. The cabins are surprisingly spacious and the bathroom and shower excellent. About the actual cruise, everything was planned and arranged so well that we did not have to concern ourselves with any detail. Our captain found excellent moorings at all locations. The ship was very comfortable, the cabin and bathroom were considerably bigger than any other we have sailed on. The crew were terrific, friendly, smart, efficient and helpful, smiling all the time, they made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, the dining lounge spacious, being able to help yourself to tea/coffee/fruit at any time was much appreciated. The tour rep Stjepan was a great character and made everything so easy.

The Sail Croatia people!!!! Cruise Director, Captain of the Queen Jelena (beautiful ship) and each and every member of the crew (always helpful, very attentive. The weather was unfavorable at the beginning of our cruise. The entire staff pivoted to safe alternative cruise plan without a glitch. “V” kept us well informed throughout, provided excellent recommendations & suggestions, and skillfully handled a minor injury event of one of our group (skillful, empathetic & with precision). Can’t say enough! We will be back again!!

I would like to suggest that you don’t start your cruise season while the islands are still closed and not much open. The bar staff should also understand how to make drinks if have them on the list of drinks. May yea and coffee should be free all day ( not a big cost to you )We had a good cruise besides these minor things.

Everything on the boat was amazing from the staff, food, cabins and excursions. It all ran so smoothly. Timing of time on the boat and time off the boat was just right. The fellow passengers all made for a memorable trip.. Would highly recommend this trip with Sail Croatia to anyone who asks. Mia our tour leader was excellent at her job. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always followed up on any issues that occurred. Thank you to all the crew on the Olimp.
