Ivica and Antonio were terrific. The food was outstanding. The boat was great. The biking seemed to be going from A to B with little sightseeing.

Great crew - waiters Lucy and Geordie were great , always friendly, great attitudes . Chef made some really nice meals ; best gnocchi ever ! There were other crew that assisted us at various times , but did not get their names Guides Borna and Andre took good care of us and were very patient and professional . They regaled us with the history of where we were cycling . Sone of the most beautiful mountains I have ever cycled on - scenery was breathtaking! This trip really tested my stamina . The cabins need updating ; , new mattresses and pillows ;were just not comfortable. I would recommend this bike/boat trip to someone who wants a challenge

Natasa and Mario were excellent guide for our week long cycle and sail cruise. They were both very knowledgeable, providing interesting information and guidance for our travels. Both guides were well organized and skilled at presenting materials in an entertaining fashion. Peter, our server was also very friendly, personable and helpful. Natasa went out of her way to assist me which was greatly appreciated. All three staff members made our week most memorable and enjoyable. Thank you Natasa , Mario and Peter!

First experience of cycling by cruise was a learning experience but mostly positive. Rides & bikes excellent, group & information managed really well by our guides. Unfortunately there was an issue with our boat and appreciate a last minute switch by Sail Croatia to keep holiday moving meant few issues. Ship was smaller so a cabin change, dining space cramped, guides were tired & stressed as unable to stay on boat with us. Food was ok but no lighter choices like salad before an afternoon of cycling.

As a previous customer of Sail Croatia I knew I would enjoy myself and the company of an international gathering. It was enjoyable and the few changes were welcome. E Bikes were better but they should had wider tyres. Guides were very professional. Food was mostly very good. However, I thought that I would upgrade the boat that I had selected but I think this boat was the poorest I have been on in all four previous holidays. Rooms were small, decorations were beginning to feel very dated. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was good. Lounge areas were only adequate but outside spaces were only a little more generous, All Sail Croatia staff were good as were boat’s complement. Excellent Captain. The last day before arriving in Dubrovnik was a poor cycling day and I think that you need to find a more demanding and interesting ride. It really was disappointing In summery, better boat for Premium, more appropriate bikes, final day rethink. Thanks for running the trip.

We had a great time sailing the Croatian islands with Sail Croatia. Our crew was great and able to pivot with fires on one of the islands. Princeza Diana boat was very nice and recently remodeled. Weather was spectacular.

Ship was great. Crew was great. Food was great. Cycling was good. Each day should be a minimum of 40 km. 5 and 10 km days were disappointing. Guide should be prepared to quickly repair a flat tire. One day we spent an hour idling while he dealt with that, since he didn’t have the right tools. He should have sent us down the hill to the beach. Overall the briefs need to clearly and briefly state the aims of the ride and how much time in each stop. Electric and regular bikes do not mix. Too much waiting around for the regular riders. A group of 30 or more cyclists is too big to manage. Group size should be 15 max. Overall a great trip.

Overall we had a good holiday. We were on the Emanuel. The boat was clean.. Biking with guides was very good. We were disappointed in some aspects. The rooms were very tight. We understand this is a boat but our bed was against a wall and the storage was minimal. The bed was very hard and linens/towels were just ok. The room would have felt better if they had used better quality items. It felt more like dorm living or summer camp. No swimming towels provided (which we knew ahead) but this takes a lot of room in a suitcase when traveling. The meals were basic and not of a standard that we expected for a vacation. Bar prices seemed a little high. It was stated not to bring food/drink onboard.. However, there was no food or snacks available other than meals. One day we were sailing 7 hours to avoid a storm and no food provided other than lunch. This meant drinking and no snacking. The upper deck was nice with a shaded area and sun deck but the furniture needs updated.

Overall our holiday was excellent. Great locations and a great crew who went above and beyond to make its success. Only three things I would highlight as opportinited for improvement: 1. Tipping: If the company and the crew have to propose a level for tipping this suggests that the crew wages are insufficient and you are relying ib tips to make them up. I would prefer you set the right wages, adjust the price for guests and leave tipping at the guests' discretion and at a much lower level. 2. The crew asked us to fill out the feedback form in their presence when we settled the bar tab. This wont give you candid feedback. Better to do it afterwards remotely like this. 3. The food was good but not as good as I would expect and most importantly the coffee was way too strong and unfiltered. Get a coffee machine.

Croatia is a beautiful country, gorgeous clear sea, friendly people. Cycling was great, sometimes a bit longer than expected, the cash bar and cash tips were unexpected, and many small places also only used cash so come prepared! 3 course lunch onboard was nice but we weren’t hungry enough for trying full dinners- loved the air con in the room, but could do with more storage in the bedroom. We had such a wonderful week on the cycle trip. The guides, sailors and bar staff were all terrific. The boat was a little tired in places and the linen really needs and upgrade. However their staff did a brilliant job. We loved it and would recommend.

Overall was really good. Many aspect of the trip were perfect. The tour guides really made it amazing, especially Cal. Very friendly and funny, set up fun stuff for us to do as well outside of the rides. The boat is where the problem was. Rooms, AM, pillows, bedding were all extremely subpar for what we paid for. I’ve had better accommodations on camping trips. I would rebook with this company again but not on the same boat.

Very well organised from start to finish. Daily briefings, amazing rides (v easy on electric bike) and plenty of tasty food ! Cabins were quite basic but were en suite and had air-con. Plenty of time to sunbathe on deck or visit the islands. Some extra excursions and meals organised for those who wanted to but no pressure to go. All the staff were great esp our group leader Calum (& Srdan) - who had a great knowledge of the Croatian history as well as sorting any issues out throughout the week such as food preferences and general recommendations. Average age was around 60 on the boat (the Mali Luka) with a lovely bunch mainly from USA and Australia and NZ. Busy week as up early but a great way to explore the lovely islands. Water so clean and refreshing. All the towns well kept. Pebble beaches (not sand). We did Split to Dubrovnik route then had a couple of nights in hotel in Lapad (Dub) to relax. Thanks Sail Croatia for a memorable trip !

We had a great time on our sail and cycle cruise thanks to Marin and Josip and our crew. Marin was our guide and Josip was our cycling guide and they were a great team-professional and very qualified yet warm and engaging. The support we received from these guys both on and off the bike was really amazing. I feel as though we got really lucky to have them assigned to our group. I took a star away because our boat-the Dionis-was very worn out. There were only 8 plastic loungers strewn about on the top deck and two were broken and there were 27 of us on board. We kept seeing other Sail Croatia boats with a full deck of chairs with cushions and I still can’t understand the disparity. Also, my husband and I ended up with a below deck cabin. It was dark, smelly, and very damp. Even the sheets at night were damp. I feel as though the trip could have been a perfect five stars if Sail Croatia had given more attention to the accommodations on the boat.

Wonderful, beautiful scenery ! Marin & Johnny were the perfect pair and excellent guides delivering 5/5 stars! Marin's historical knowledge was impressive; he was a mine of information and great local recommendations, he really took care of everyone! Johnny gave us the best restaurant recommendations or tips of where to go. Some of the bike rides took us up very steep hills and windy roads close to the cliff edges and while the views were beautiful I'm scared of heights, but luckily Johnny was there to support and kindly encourage me down, he was lovely! Kerim our bartender was very attentive & our food was good! Our ship was immaculate but it was older so while we had an upper cabin our bed was positioned up against the wall so I had crawl over the bed to get to my side. It wasn't the end of the world but we felt like we were camping :) which is why I am giving this review 4 stars! I'd highly recommend this trip, all the islands we visited were amazing and we loved Croatia!

Fantastic, loved the island rides especially in quiet places. Amazing coastline and beautiful views. Great guides and staff. Things that need improvement . 1 needed softer mattress 2. A system to log guests on and off securely so no-one can get left behind. 3. Give all info before getting off to start riding to save confusion. 4. Do not rely on apps as not all can use mb phones when traveling & riding. 5. Self serve Tea and coffee should be available free to guests.6. Meals do not need to be so formal or take up so much time. 7. Bikes need bells for safety and small panier bags to carry items securely.

Loved biking in Croatia and seeing many islands. The guides were great. The boat did not have any comfortable out door lounge chairs, many were broken, no cushions. The bedroom pillows were terrible and the bed was very hard.

We enjoyed the bike rides, the sceneries were beautiful. The e-bikes worked very well. The group was a bit too large, a bit squeezed on the boat. The meals were excellent but we would have liked at time more buffet or picnic type of meal. We enjoyed a lot swimming from the boat, the Adriatic sea is so beautiful . Our guides, Marin and Martin, were excellent. They cared a lot for the security and were extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant peuple, I recommend them to all the groups.

Our guides were amazing. Crew brilliant. Costs such as port taxes and park fees were a bit of a surprise. Cabin was on the lower deck and was really damp even with the door left ajar. We were not allowed to open the portholes overnight whilst docked. Double bed was way too high to get in and out of comfortably.

It was great overall. Some of the things outside of the biking was that things like port taxes and park fees were not included in the costs. The cabins were also quite damp below deck and our bed you nearly had to take a run and jump to get into it as it was really high. Not great for an older couple.

Great! loved the cycling and the tour guides. Our days out on the bikes were absolutely great. Both Marin and Martin did everything they could to make the trip enjoyable. My concerns were with things that were in the Captains control: 1. Why was air conditioning not on every night? not on for both first and last night which is poor. 2. bedding was sub par at best, poor quality and could have used an extra pillow. 3. Food was not great. I feel an al a carte menu would have been better as this was eat what you get which really was not appealing to me for a trip with this price. Our daughter was with us, she eats vegetarian and her food was absolutely terrible. Boris, the chef, needs to do better! 4. on board bar was poorly stocked. We would have used this service if items were available but it was basically just one wine and draft beer.

I filled the quick review onboard but understood there would be a more thorough evaluation of our trip. The biggest concern I had was the food. It was not up to standard. You should hire qualified trained chefs. Thousand island salad dressing was over poured on all salads. White bread for the most part. Not alot of citrus fruit. Overcooked tuna at captains dinner and appetizer unappealing. The captain wore a sweatshirt at the captains dinner. You couldn’t order a glass of wine you needed to buy a bottle. .

Overall a wonderful experience. The hides were superb, rides were great and scenery unbelievable. A couple of drawbacks - there is a schedule to rides so not as many opportunities to stop and see things or swim etc along the way as I hoped. And did get a little sea sick at times. Also would have preferred a buffet so you could serve yourself the amount of food you could eat. 3 course lunches were sometimes a lot.

I expected better quality, especially the non E-bikes. The boat was fine. I did not need anything fancier. More than adequate The food was good but often overcooked. (The captain was a great pilot, he has no business interfering in the kitchen) Portions too big; buffet style may be better. I appreciated breakfast as I could serve myself and the variety was perfect. The portions at lunch were way too big. I dont like wasting food. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Consider other drinks at the bar (juice, lemonade…)

HOWEVER, we did book and pay for a cabin with double bed. But instead got a single bed on one side and a bunk bed on the other side of the cabin which was dissapointing.

Although the entire experience was outstanding I do have a couple of points: 1.) As an experienced cyclist, I had no issues but I did see some areas of saftey that could be improved. There was confusion throughout the day as directions were, at times, incomplete and vague. 2.) Food was another issue as items at breakfast would run out and the main course lunches were mediocre. 3.) Coffee is always an issue for me and yours was the worst. (Sorry) 4.) I didn't understand why we couldn't pay our bar tab with a credit card. Many were short on cash and had to rush to an ATM. 5.) Whatsapp feature was great, would of been nice to get the days briefing in advance of actual briefing at 8:30 so we could follow along and have questions prepared. All in all our tour guides were friendly and well informed about the areas we visited and I would recommend this tour to friends The boat was immaculate and comfortable. Great way to see Croatia for the first time.

They were great cheerleaders for those of us not riding e-bikes. Our tour guides, Ivan and Lucy, were fantastic! Ivan led the bike tours, keeping us safe and informed about the challenges of the daily routes, while never losing his sense of humor. Our group ranged from seasoned cyclists to relative newbies, and we rode a range of bicycles, but Ivan identified routes that were both challenging, but manageable, and incredibly scenic for all. Lucy complemented Ivan with her extensive knowledge of the history of each island we visited, leaving us all al little bit more enriched by the experience. She also gave us daily dining and touring recommendations, which allowed us to explore the islands a little bit on our own. They were the dynamic duo, for sure!

The food variety/cooking quality. While the rides were spectacular and the guides entertaining and informed, I found the meat and fish generally overcooked and bland. The fresh fruit and salads were enjoyed - but more of the soups would be good as well The breakfasts could be improved with less repetition. I was also surprised at the minimal seafood offerings, given the location.

The captain and crew were great. The boat was clean and well kept. We did have some difficulty with enough hot water for showers, but resolved with timing. The guides were excellent. Cheerful, enthusiastic and professional. The food was the reason for the four stars, and maybe I’m being unfair. The cook prepared meals for 31 guests in a broom closet size space and the budget was probably pretty tight. The food was plentiful and had good variety. The only complaint I had, was that the meat was consistently overcooked, especially the fish. It certainly wouldn’t discourage me from booking another trip with this company, or this crew.

Evan and Ilona took good care of us and shared necessary safety tips in addition to some great stories and history. We had lots of fun. Suggestions to make the experience better: Soap / shampoo in the showers. Towels for boat swims (These are items that don’t work in carryon luggage. Include cycle jerseys in the pkg rate.

Croatia is scenic and the cycling was good. The crew of the Princeza Diana was terrific- they worked very hard and were friendly and happy to interact with guests. The food was absolutely top notch- I'd recommend this trip for the food alone. Our guides were only average based on multiple previous cycling trips in Europe. They were pleasant enough but seemed disconnected from their jobs. Perhaps it was late in the season and they had mentally moved on.

The coffee was good but cold. Maybe replace the coffee maker with a better style that keeps the urn warmer. The only downside was our ship was charged after all our travel plans were made. The upper bunk mattress was small and uncomfortable.

Great biking- biking guides did a wonderful job with routes. And experiences on the various islands.. However I feel there should be more swimming time at the various locations we biked to ; instead we had to get back for lunch on the boat. It would have been better for sail Croatia to set up a lunch at the location we were at instead of us going back to the boat. The cycling was fantastic, unfortunately due to air conditioning issues, the cabin experience was awful. It was hillier than expected, so unless you are a seasoned hill climber, opt for e bike.

Lola was excellent as our tail end guide with good history comments along the way. For constructive criticism I would recommend that the up front lead guide (Srdan) go a bit slower so that we did not spread out into seperate pelotons with the later groups missing turns that Srdan made without stopping to allow the later groups to catch up.

This tour is awesome for those who wish to explore the Croatian Isles. E-Bikes are the way to go due to the hilly terrain and if you want to enjoy the scenery. If you really want a challenge then choose road bikes. Summer months are very hot so choose wisely. The itinerary is very good and the staff are awesome. Thank you to the crew and Miranda and Andro for a great week. Cabins are not cleaned daily, only every third day so plan accordingly as this is not communicated. Food was very good, but very salty. George was awesome and very accommodating to all guests. I would recommend this tour.

Great diversity of cycle routes and port stops. Guides were great! Boat crew also great. Meals lovely but would have preferred dinners rather than lunch as I wanted a swim, shower and nap after my cycle rather than having to sit for two hours in a stuffy fining room in the middle of the day. The bed was so hard that I longed for morning to come.

The guides were well informed, handled the large group well, and never left anyone behind. The views we had were spectacular! So glad for e-bikes!! This was a very challenging ride with lots of hills. The staff on board were always kind and happy to meet any needs. The boat was large enough for us to all spread out and was not cramped. The rooms had lots of storage and the bed was comfortable.

My second Sail Croatia holiday and just as good as the first. I chose the Split Northern Cycle Tour to explore some new places and more of some of the places I'd visited previously, It was a great trip with an excellent multi national bunch of people on board. We were well looked after and the rides were excellent, scenic, varied, interesting and challenging but do go for the e-bike option unless you are a serious bike rider!

Our time on board the ship and during the cycling cruise was fantastic. The ship's crew was friendly and professional. Our cycling guides, Tonka and Sanja, were excellent, fun, and took us to many wonderful places. They also made numerous recommendations that were very helpful and enjoyable. My only criticism was for communication with the Sail Croatia personnel. It was difficult to find out which boat you were assigned to because that information was buried in a specific email link. I also asked about storage on the bicycles since they had racks and was told there was none. There were panniers provided and I did not need the backpack I had bought based on the misinformation.

This trip aboard the Mali Luka was amazing. We are big time cruisers and usually sail with big ships like Princess. We've done one Viking cruise but this one was so amazing. There were only 28 total passengers and we all got along great; it's like they hand picked people that all had the same outlook and personality. The rides each day were to the most beautiful areas I've ever been to. The e bikes made even the steep uphill climbs easy. We were given options on some of the days to stop or to continue our rides (some even choose to not go on some at all). Our ride crew Miranda and Matilda were so great; always looking out for us and keeping us safe with perfect pacing. Sitting on the top deck while we cruised along was my favorite part. We choose the bottom deck cabin which was super small and tight. No complaints by anyone on any level about noise from other ships. The crew worked very hard (not super friendly but friendly enough). Captains dinner was nice; very nice guy.

The tour guides Ivan and Lucija made the trips wonderful and unforgettable. Thank you.. It would have been a 5-stars tour if the breakfast varies daily, the ship is stocked with shampoo and the bed mattress is thicker. The staff on board were wonderful. The tour was well organized and the bikes were fantastic. Beach towels were not provided either.. It would have been very nice if these are provided as well.

I enjoyed the swim stops. My room was nice, although the last full day the tanks definitely needed to be changed, as I had a room below. It would have been nice to have the names on the back of the bikes. Most people came in groups, We did not come in a group, so, we had to keep asking people their names. The Josic was very professional. I was not sure what Calam's responsibilities. The bar was very expensive for the extremely short wine pour. It was discussed by most passengers on the boat. Lunch was heavy. Maybe better to have dinner? This would allow people to relax a bit after the ride. The last two rides were short. Often I was not quite sure where we were going to stop. It did not follow the brochure. Captain said we needed to stop in different places.

The staff, crew, tour leaders and guests on this boat were a fantastic bunch. Loved every minute. Had an issue with my room. Not what I was expecting for the price and supplement but that wasn’t going to spoil my trip. Boat was great, bar area very social. George n Danilo were great and George’s food was very good. Danny on the bar was the best barman very efficient and fun. Ivancic and Mario were a superb team, we have cycled with Ivancic before. He will never let you down he’s a very focussed customer driven guide. Very trustworthy. We’d like to return but we have visited most of the islands on your itinerary’s… any chance you could mix it up abit? Thanks again. Great holiday x

This tour is a great blend of cruising and riding. The guides, Miranda and Ana, were attentive to a fault, doing their best to keep everyone happy., as were the ship's crew. Guides and crew themselves seemed delighted to be there! The ship, the Mali Ante, was beautiful, clean, and well-run. The riding was well-planned, taking us along relatively easy routes in the countryside, and giving us a taste of many towns and villages, The meals were sumptuous and lovingly prepared. Someone considering this tour should know: - the rides are short, on average, so if they want more focus on cycling, this may not be the tour for them - the saddles for the e-bikes are hard and flat, so it might be an idea to bring a gel cover for comfort - the crew does smoke, and the smoke seems to come into some of the rooms at times, through the ventilation system. - the meals were very meat-heavy Altogether, with these caveats, this was a beautiful tour, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Biking the beautiful islands. The landscapes and friendly passengers and crew. Mila and Mario couldn’t do enough for us. They were completely committed to our safety and enjoyment. Daily program was well organized. Bikes were in good condition and riding was great. Could have been longer on some days but dépendant on size of the island. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful trip on our bike-boat trip in May 2025. The guides were very good and kept us well informed. The bikes were very good quality and easy to ride. My only criticism is that my wife and I slept in separate small beds in our cabin. We would’ve clearly preferred to be in a single bed together at night as we have been for 40 years. All in all, this was a very successful vacation for my wife and myself.

Our guide Tonka was fantastic. The boat was clean and the crew was friendly and extremely competent. The group size was too large for me (30) and we ended up having to stop for long periods while we waited for non-e-bike riders to catch up. I found this frustrating and believe the two bike types need to be separated in mountainous terrain. We had a sun deck on our boat but there were no chairs or any way to sit on it. It only had permanent sunbathing pads fixed to the deck. That was a disappointment as there was not seating anywhere outside for the entire group. The boat maintenance needed a bit of improvement as multiple lights in our cabin did not work and the air conditioner never cooled the room. Croatia was gorgeous and the ride routes were fantastic. Food was good and the bikes were very comfortable and well maintained. I would not use Sail Croatia again unless they separate the bike types and have smaller group offerings or split the group with two lead guides.

Beautiful scenery and lovely people. Ebiking was great and bikes were well maintained and worked well. H was very good at keeping us safe and organized. I think some instructions could have been useful on how to use them though. I have 2 e-bikes at home and they are all different. The only thing that would have made the trip better was to have a ‘get to know you’ event on the first night for guests. Also a few optional organized activities on the afternoons and evenings when we were in ports where islands had little to do. For the cabins a few hooks on the walls and bathroom would have been useful.

The cycle experience was amazing. Great bikes, easy to use, even for late 60 year olds relatively new to ebikes. Each day was another 'wow' experience. The itinerary was excellent as was the cycling with great scenic routes that allowed us to see parts of the country we would not otherwise have done. The weather and amazing group of people were the icing on the cake. What was less good was the interstaff bickering which at times bordered on unprofessional and was making some guests feel a little uncomfortable Finally it should be stressed to guests to absolutely not jump from the top deck which is slippy and one guest really badly bruised herself in slipping off

Our guides Miranda and Tonia were the best! They were encouraging and helpful and knowledgeable! The boat was nice however I might mention a few things they could improve. Be more transparent about pricing of drinks. Choices of breakfast food could be better. Like more fruit and better toaster. Squeegee for showers to help with humidity in the rooms. Better WiFi in rooms. The ports were amazing and captain was great at parking the boat! I love Croatia and the people who live there are friendly and kind! We will be back!

Once on board the very comfortable boat, we were well looked after by delightful guides, good chefs, bar staff and boat crew. Good quality e-bikes, excellent guiding around five beautiful Croatian islands, the crew having to adjust the itinerary due to the weather conditions. The other passengers were similar ages to us, loved cycling and the exploring of new places so there were plenty of common interests.

Loved the combination of seeing the islands by land and sea. The biking through the country side on each island was beautiful and so much fun, loved our e-bikes. We had amazing tour guides and boat crew! Unfortunately we had a couple of days of bad weather, but the crew and guides were quick to adjust our course and itinerary to avoid this as best they could and everything turned out great. I enjoyed the sail/cycle cruise immensely and would do it again in a heartbeat if I had the opportunity. Our tour guides, Lola and Dora, were the very best we could have hoped for. Lots of great people on this trip including two great guides and the ships crew. The biking was challenging and fun though 32 people are rather a lot to organize. The boat was not as good as we hoped, but probably our fault as we thought we had gone premium plus rather than premium. Cabins were very small and the food was OK but not great.

The Croatian islands are so beautiful to see when biking. The EOS ship was not as nice as other pictures on the website. The staff were all pleasant. Vegetarian options were limited. Despite rain, the staff worked very hard to reroute us and gave us a wonderful experience.

The cabin was very cramped, the bathroom smelled bad and the bed sheets were a problem. Two single sheets on a double bed! We were in a tangle all night. A double sheet or duvet would have been much better.

Anton and Karla our cruise / bike leaders did well with the large group of cyclists that were on-board the Princez Diana. Delaying a couple of rides due to weather and adding an additional ride for the island that we missed due to the weather. However, some of the riders did not like the fact that the additional 20km added for this additional ride were not given the option of missing it as it was stated before the start of the ride the group was told the additional ride would be optional. The kitchen staff were outstanding with excellent choices made for B / L and Dinners that we were given on the boat. I would've appreciated coffee included with lunch or dinner though not just breakfast. As for the room (Cabin #5) it was adequate as we did not have a working safe - staff said someone would fix it but that was never done. The venting in the bathroom was not good and the annoying relay pump sound was pretty bad when anyone was using water on the boat. I would recommend the cruise.

Best way to see Croatia by Boat and Bike. Biking tge islands on ebikes is the only way to go!!! Fantastic. Staff and Crew were awesome. Food was Great. Chef was awesome and full of exuberance. I was very happy with the tour. The crew was happy going and all operations were smooth, The guides were well qualified, engaged and expressed kindness towards the the guests every day of the tour. Indeed a very good experienced, the second time I go with Sail Croatia in the beautiful area. My suggestions are: 1) Slow down the bike tours, make more brief stops to enjoy the splendor of nature. 2) Make the diet more in accordance with environmental and dietary recommendation (less meat, more vegetables and fruits). Furthermore, take measures to reduce food wast. As a first step, measure the food waste on board and calculate how much it costs. 3) Express your concern for nature in the selections of all materials and operation; including detergents, sorting of waste, motor efficiency; even the use of sails when possible. 4) Improve considerably the quality of the coffee you serve. For many people a good cup of coffee makes even a rainy day bright and sunny.

We loved the bicycle part of the trip and the beautiful stops at night. Some of our itinerary changed due to bad weather and port issues, but the crew and guides worked to make it a good experience, and it was.. However guests got seasick. My only problem was caused by jumping into the water from the top of the boat, and that was due to my poor judgment. Swimming in the sea was fun!

Fabulous trip great meeting people worldwide the islands we stopped at were amazing tour was well a organised food was ok drinks were very expensive on the boat I think a lot more drinks would be served if this was not so excessive also hidden costs should be told up front paying for national parks and also the city tax was a lot more expensive than hotels city tax ?why ? we paid 3 times more than normal city tax when i questioned this I was told this was for staff for lifting bikes on and off ? is that not part of the holiday fees? need to be up front to people with all these charges shame only thing that put dampner on an exciting holiday

We had a great time, all 28 people from all over the world, got on fantastically well. The bikes were of a good quality and everyone managed to get on really well with the e-bike I would have liked some longer rides, the longest ride was only about 50 kms, I would have liked to do this every day. The sail Croatia jersey, should be free to all and a day set aside when everyone wears it. I was the only person that bought a jersey and it certainly was not worth the £50 paid. We only swam off the boat twice and this was something we were looking forward to, This trip is not cheap and I realise we had one of the better boats, but with payment of food when off the boat and more expensive drinks when on the boat, our limit of spending was soon exceeded, to be then expected to pay for tips and what was an expensive payment was above what we could afford. The crew should not have to rely on tips and should be covered on the initial spend. I would be happy to talk more if requested.

Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend! A few suggestions/tips: - We realize that it’s challenging to prepare food on a boat and to meet different preferences. We would suggest having at least some lunch buffets, where people could choose (e.g., salads, sandwiches) instead of 3-course meals. A buffet would be quicker and enable people to sit on the desk rather than the often very hot and stuffy dining room. - The food was often very heavy (fried meats, limited vegetables/salads). If guests were warned about this, they could request vegetarian or other accommodations. - We were not allowed to bring food on board so snacks should be available (free or not). There was fruit but nothing else and often we were unable to leave the boat. We were often quite hungry after the ride but had to wait to eat. - It would be helpful if the trip leader provided information about the towns further in advance than the afternoon that we arrived so there would be enough time to plan.

Loved the islands and the sea was amazing. Our trip, in August, made for really hot biking but great swimming. The tour ran like a clockwork schedule. The right mix of hard work and down time. Our bike guide could have been a bit more personable. Food was great bur so much was a bit overwhelming. Because boats were anchored together with other boats overnight loud passengers crossing in and out often disturbed our sleep late into the night. A sign for "Quiet hours after 10pm" would have been great. Our room was very comfortable but more hooks on the walls are needed. Our stewardesses, Paula and Olga and our tour coordinator Mila were great as were the whole crew.

It was a lovely trip through the Dalmatian Islands, the cycling was challenging yet worthy, but I do think the bar prices on the boat could have been more competitive. We found ourselves preferring to be gathered in a bar or restaurant when we’d have rathered stay on board and have a drink on the top deck, etc. the dining room was often stiflingly hot, the AC may have been a good idea on some of the particularly hot days. The crew and staff were great, very efficient, and overall this was the best way to see this gorgeous country. Thank you!!

The crew was amazing. From Andre our server to Matek and Christiana the sailors, everyone was friendly, helpful and competent. The cabins were small and cramped. Not much storage space. But we were only in our cabins to sleep or shower. Katarina and Mila were excellent cycling guides. Meals were substantial- no need to ever go hungry! It would be great if there was some decent coffee at breakfast. The coffee was terrible! The cycling was made easier with the e-assist bikes. One suggestions is to divide the cycling groups. Those on e bikes and those on standard bikes. Those on e bikes were always waiting for the standard cyclists to catch up. It felt like we were constantly interrupting our ride.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Excellent exercise to work off the meals! Our guides were super, well organized, and very hospitable. Met people from all over the world. Comfortable ship, Well organized itinerary. Enjoyed the swimming, particularly on hot August days! One thing to note is that it was not clear on the website nor from the saleswoman with whom we corresponded if the "total ascent/descent" for a day is combined ascent & descent or the amount one ascends and additionally descends. It is the amount one ascends and then descends as well. For example if a day's total ascend/descend is 640 meters (as ours was listed on Day 3), that means you will climb a total of 640m and then descend a total of 640m.

if you have a group of bikers and non-bikers, and want enough biking and cruising and hiking and walking for everyone, the cycle cruise is just the right mix. Love the exploration of islands and cycling off a boat . The crew and tour guides Marija and Mila were wonderful as was Andre, the server. They need a battery microphone so guests can hear as the engine was constantly running and it was so difficult to hear. Suggestion : 3 dinner meals and 3 lunch meals , alternate so we would not always be dependent on getting back for lunch instead eat at swim areas on beach without the rush and very early morning breakfasts . Suggest lighter lunches , salads fruit fish …and fresh bread in the mornings with Greek yogurt . Food was very good but too filling . Less food, higher standard . Soups in the heat ? Big salads more appreciated . Suggest eggs be cooked while people sit instead of cold overcooked eggs Also a better way to connect with guests we need name tags… very awkward trying to remember people’s names .

The boat was very comfortable, the crew were excellent, the food was plentiful, the bikes were well organized and worked well. The rides were good with some challenges. We would of liked to have opportunities to take some more pictures of the country side and some pretty villages. The itinerary was obviously limited by the boats schedule in the harbors by the ports authorities. We really enjoyed the time on board.

We fully enjoyed our experience with Sail Croatia. The Princeza Diana is a beautiful, spacious ship and the staff were fantastic. Our tour guides Ivica and Tonka kept us very well informed. They were fully engaged with the guests ensuring everyone had a fabulous experience. We were glad we opted for e-bikes. It allowed us to ride easy and soak up the incredible scenery. The guests were a very special group of people. We made many new friends we hope to see again. We highly recommend Sail Croatia for your next vacation adventure.

Enjoyed the trip and the other passengers with similar interests. We were all generally the same age group with extensive travel experience. It was a great group of people I rated it 3-1/2 out of 5 because having to keep 34 cyclists together was VERY time consuming. We ended up stopping and waiting often on busy roads or uphills.. which made it difficult for some to start again. . I feel you should break the groups to 16 per. One group slower and one faster. We had traditional cyclist in the group (kudos to them, as there were some steep sections) but it had us waiting often. one time more than 45 minutes.. I feel we could have seen more and done a lot more cycling if it was split out. I think most of the participants felt that way.. I would do another trip based on my experience. If all the cyclists were on e-bikes. The food was delicious and plentiful and the cooks, waiters, seaman and staff were amazing.

We decided to enjoy the bike/sail option from Split to Dubrovnik. Every portion of the trip found beautiful scenery. Our guides and the boat crew were excellent, and were quick to make adjustments as rough sea weather rolled in one day. Even though we do a lot of biking at home, we were very thankful to have gone with the e-bike bike option for this trip. We were disappointed the hot tub on our boat was not available. Having that as an option after biking or swimming would have been nice. The crew did a great job of accommodating individual food requirements. Thanks for a very nice week!

The cruise is well planned with suitable amount of sight, cycling and sailing. It was of course a pity that due to the weather conditions we couldn’t go to all planned destinations, but all in all the islands and the coastline are incredibly beautiful and we can’t be sorry about the changes made. Food is very good and there is plenty of it! Fresh drinking water is served all the time and the drinks were reasonably priced as well. The cabins are small, but adequate for a week. The best part was the people we traveled with <3. We had the great time and experience and could recommend this to anyone willing to cycle and see more quiet places of Adriatic islands.

The trip was good! The food was average! Would have liked to gone on longer bike rides on all seven islands. The boat did not provide blankets for bedding. The Itinerary changed sometimes, just needed to be informed sooner. The two guides were excellent, provided a safe and enjoyable experience. I would like the tip to be included in the price of the trip, it becomes awkward to find a medium price. The bikes were good but longer rides would have been great! I really enjoyed the Sail Croatia cycling cruise. Andrej and Andro did an amazing job taking us for our cycling tour on each island we stopped at. They shared excellent information and history of each place we visited and having an e-bike made the cycling more enjoyable. The staff on the boat were friendly too. The only complaint I have is regarding the food. I was expecting a higher standard of meal and more variety of vegetables and different meats. There were a lot of fish meals. Sometimes the options for breakfast ran out before everyone had the chance to have some. This could be a particular flavour yoghurt or chocolate croissants. Towards the end of the week, black teabags ran out and were not replenished. This meant we went without. This was particularly disappointing as the cost to buy more would have been minimal. Apart from this, we all had a wonderful adventure.

We enjoyed our cycle-sail experience on Colombo, it was an interesting cruise with relatively easy cycling on e-bikes. Nothing too arduous but a feeling of tiredness at the end of most days. The crew worked hard and the captain keeps a tidy, organised ship. We loved the guide’s knowledge - Marin and Mila had so much Croatian history to share, it was awesome. Tips for improvement: many of the crew smoked which wasn’t an issue until early mornings when the cigarette smoke wafted into our cabin and woke us up (sometimes as early as 5:30am)! The cabins could do with some maintenance on Colombo - leaking showers, freezing cold AC that blow’s directly on the beds.

What was disappointing was the meals deteriorated as we got close to the end. We ran out of black tea bags 2 days before the end. The main feature of enjoying a venture like this one is the efficiency of the staff. They were first rate. From the crew, kitchen and food prep. ladies, waiters and guides they always went above and beyond. Four stars instead of five is due to some maintenance around the boat. My understanding is that the issues are dealt with in the off season. (bathrooms-floors were always wet. Portholes could not be opened.). It wasn't a game changer. We would go back.

The trip was an excellent value. The guides were good and the bikes were in great shape. Next time I do this trip it will not be in a below-deck cabin. My only other complaint is the dining salon is small and very noisy when full. It was much better when we could expand to the tables outside.

Fabulous guides and crew, the itinerary was so diverse with plenty of stops for drinks, swims, and sightseeing of course. The food was sensational and way above expectations. I didn’t give 5 stars as the rooms could do with a bit of a smarten up. The bedding was a bit musty and need new mattresses. A bit of a negative in the last night was payments had to be made between 6 and 8pm. Many of us had planned to go out for a farewell dinner together but with the distance to old town from the boat meant this was not possible. We came back early to pay. We should have been able to fix up bill while we were all on the boat before docking.

The locations visited were beautiful and fascinating. Our guides (Marija and Mila) provided an excellent experience given the challenges of ability/illness across our group. I particularly valued their passion for Croatia and what is has to offer and their insights into their history. Cabins were clean and very comfortable and general boat amenities were excellent. The ebikes could be improved - they worked well for some, I found them cumbersome and the geometry made them uncomfortable but they got us where we needed to go. The food could definitely be improved.

I’ve just had a week on Eos … cycling from Split around the islands. Firstly the App wants reviewing because it didn’t accurately match the holiday we were on. Secondly the pre trip advice from you clearly says pack very very light and perhaps pack a track suit for the evening. No!… you will be underdressed ( as I was) you will want to dress up a bit in the evenings and go out to restaurants and also there is plenty of room under your bunk for a big suitcase! The boat was really fun but disappointed that we paid for premier and didn’t get onto the other boat which had a far higher standard of cuisine. Confused also to learn that our travel mates from the states paid around 35 per cent less for the same holiday? 32 in a cycling group was a bit chaotic in places as this is a very big group, but the overall trip was fantastic. Really beautiful islands and fun travel companions so I would highly recommend and will certainly be going again. The e bike was great!

Great trip and experience and unique way to see all that Croatia and the Islands offer. The food onboard was generous and fresh and satisfying. The routes were gorgeous with views you can't beat. Pros- Kind and knowledgeable guides, beautiful routes, plentiful food Cons- the room was not clean with belongings left in the cabinets from other passengers (staff?). There was a horrendous smell of sewage that made the toilet/shower in the room difficult to use. I've sailed on boats in the past and never experienced an odor like that in the past. There was hair left on the floors in the room and bathroom. Time at night on the islands was limited as one night they said we would be docked too far back which kept us from access to the main port (well over 1 mi walk over rocky and dark terrain). Changed itinerary due to weather prevented advertised bay swims and less time to enjoy ports. I often felt we has a short time to see sights (less than 30 minutes most days).

The Sail Croatia team were extremely helpful and intent on making the experience the best that it could be. My one improvement would be a mirror on the bike as traffic was heavy in some places and it was unnerving not to be able to see oncoming traffic. I appreciate that no mirror is standard practice on bike tours but that does does change the need for mirrors.

At times felt rushed to get back for lunch. More swimming options. Not super happy with the way the bar tab was provided. Just given a $amount. No details of purchases during the cruise. Wanted an invoice so we could check it. Would suggest that this be an e-bike only tour.

Our guides Nina and Marin were so organised and good at organising us. We were well informed of the next day's planned activities and free time outside of the bike ride. We loved the bikes and the rides. Our only suggestion is that all E bikes ride together or all hybrid bikes ride together but there is a lot of time wasted waiting for the hybrid bikes unfortunately. We had 28 E bike riders and 4 hybrid riders. The boat, the people, the experience will stay with us for a lifetime. Thanks

The meals on the ship were ok, but not great. Certainly, there was plenty of food. Our cabin was not great. It was always damp even with the A/C running. Attentiveness of the entire crew and guides. Enjoyrd the planned stops, options to explore solo or with our cycling guide Mila. Food prepared by the chef was top notch and covered a wide range of mediterranian fare. The cabin my gf and i had was much bigger than expected and very comfortable. I do wish the rides had been a little longer but as discussed with our guides, not all groups are avid cyclists. Other than that the routes were pleasant. Coming from the states, getting used to a heavy smoking culuture did detract a bit.

The assortment of food on the boat for breakfast and lunch was excellent. The variety of terrain and vistas was equally as satisfying. Our accommodations were perfect for our needs. The only negative for the journey was the smell of cigarette smoke at times on the boat, especially at meal times. It was a second-hand, drifting issue but bothersome none the less. Would absolutely recommend a trip of this type to others.

My second year in a row with sail Croatia bike tour. I would have given them a 5/5 if the food was better. After being on the Mali Alta last year and having amazing food. Food on Colombo was mediocre. Fried fish to Dry to eat. Fried pork to dry to eat. Weird starters every day at lunch. Food should be consistent across all boats offering same experience. Tour guides were amazing. Crew on boat super nice. Wish they would do more miles each day and offer a self guided tour. Will definitely do again.

Great vacation!!! We enjoyed lots of activity. We would have liked to have more time cycling. Many times routes were cut short to get back for meals on the boat. We had to stay together so not an option for independent time. It would have been nice to have the bikes for free time, but because of so many boats in the harbor, they had to put them all back as soon as we were back from the group tours This was a great way to see the Dalmatian Islands. The trip was great, we had a very good time. The cycling hosts were good and informative. Crew were ok but not so customer friendly. Lunch was generally good but breakfast became sparse and always only luke warm at best, from the middle of the week only fruit and specialist teas were available as run out of 'normal' breakfast tea. rooms were adequate but toilet smells were constant plus could not understand why single people were given a double room+single bed to share when married couples had single beds?

The trip was very well organized - the staff very accommodating - Mario the waiter was exceptional and our Chef Antonia prepared amazing meals every day-the tour guides did an excellent job. The whole team made the experience wonderful. Each island offered a unique experience. Many opportunities to swim off and on the boat. I would have given 5 stars but did not like mixing cyclists that were not on e-bikes with our group. We spent a great deal of time waiting in the very hot sun for the other cyclists to catch up from the hill climbs. Would suggest they charge an extra fee for those cyclists so they could have a separate guide or make e-bikes compulsory - every island has many hills to climb. I will return again with the rest of my family. Also finding the boat at port was very difficult and stressful .The directions were embedded in an email. A separate email with that information only would have been very helpful. Overall I would recommend this company. Remember to pack water shoes!

The bike/ sail cruise was great overall, what made the trip was our tour leaders Marija and Andrej. They were extremely friendly, outgoing and easy to connect with, they provided local recommendations of what to do and where to go. Also, the group of people on the boat were great, a slightly older crowd that knew how to have fun and connect with each other. The food on the boat was average which I expected it would be, definitely needs more attention. The bikes were in great condition without any faults, exceeded my expectation. The room was okay however bathroom needs a detailed clean and the shower curtain had mould. A little disappointed that our first day riding got cancelled due to rain and also advised it was a public holiday, so we stayed in spilt for the night. The public holiday should have been worked around in advance for an alternative, understand about the rain issue. Paying for drinks in cash was annoying, I would have bought more if able to pay on credit card.

It has been nearly a year since our Croatia trip and if you’re considering, absolutely do it! This is a small company that has a homey vibe with a small close knit staff. Some parts “rustic” but the overall value of the experience was amazing. My husband and I opted for the e-bikes and loved the option to be on autopilot while climbing hills and ascending. We had an amazing group of travelers on our boat (somehow children did become part of our trip, age 10 and 12? which felt a little unsafe with the bikes and climbs). Breakfasts were a great spread of veggies, poached eggs, variety of breads, scones, small pastries, coffee, juices, spreads, etc. Lunches were simple and straightforward (lettuce salad, soup, etc) and dinners were also straight forward and simple. Seemed healthy to a degree and most all dinners came with some dessert. Folks who were veg didn’t get a lot of food choice. Boat was a bit outdated but comfy/clean. If you’re considering just do it! So much fun!

We absolutely loved our cycle Sail Croatia. The crew were outstanding they worked tirelessly to ensure that all our needs were met with a smile and time for a chat patiently helping us with our very bad Croatian!! The food was delicious and plentiful a three course lunch every day!! Our guides Bart and Miranda were outstanding not only did they patiently take us on stunning bike rides every day but shared lots of history, loads of local recommendations and friendship just perfect. Our fellow passengers were so much fun, despite a varied age group and different backgrounds all were of a similar mindset and everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed the cycling routes and our guides Marin and Andro. The ships crew were nice and friendly, the food was fairly good. However we stayed in a lower cabin and it had a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. It would come and go but at times it was terrible. I believe most people would not put up with it and complain heavily. The ship was full so we thought there is no other room to go to so why bother complaining. This problem needs to be addressed because we probably wouldn’t book another trip on this ship again. Other passengers we talked to said how they had black mold in their bathrooms which is even worse. It’s unfortunate because it did put a damper on our trip.

Our guides and the crew were just tip-top. We had some challenging weather, and there were some schedule changes that needed to be addressed, but they could always find the silver lining. Our room was on the main deck, and while we don’t expect beds, etc to be like home, we could never get all the moisture out of linens, and always felt as if we were sleeping in the damp. Our guides knowledge was great. We had e-bikes and for us this meant that each cycle ride was really pleasant (there were some really steep climbs).! We had some meals on board and others out meaning we could explore ourselves. The cabins were a little dated. Our fellow passengers were so friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the holiday

But we had dreadful weather for a few days, and while that was no one’s fault - Maybe more consideration could go into what to do in these circumstances. Eg drying clothes, where to dock (close to towns -where possible) and see if anything could be organised to fill the time. We were lucky that some days were ok- but if not - we would just have been sitting staring at each other!! Just something to consider.

Our guides Marin and Ivan were very knowledgeable and attentive. The boat Milena was a great base allowing us to explore the Dalmatian islands by bike.
