Wonderful! Improvement must be considered for highly excessive noise level in dining room. Requires acoustical treatment. Disappointing that meals were not served on outside tables! Missing towel bars or hooks to dry swimwear in rooms. Consider reducing swimming frequency for additional dock time at additional locations such as Havar & Split. All staff were very helpful, considerate and friendly!! Beautiful Ship!!!

Mate & Antonia were fantastic guides, the hikes were great and we were blessed with fantastic weather and calm seas. The food onboard was mostly good. My husband and I loved the yacht and visiting the different locations along the coast. Every location was a little bit different, but all were beautiful. The common areas of the boat were never crowded and the daily swim stops were great. The cabin was spacious enough and remarkably quiet (lower deck). Our representative, Vicko, was so informative and humorous with his daily breifings of our itinerary, some history, and cultural tips. The wait staff/bartenders were so helpful and attentive. While generally, the food was good, I was a bit disappointed in their "accommodation" for our dietary needs. I told the booking agent before we booked about our dietary needs and she assured me it would be no problem. We verified this again shortly before the trip. We felt like our request was not fully conveyed to the chef and people supplying provisions on the boat, so it seemed like our alternative meals were kind of afterthoughts. The food did not measure up to the price of the trip.

This was a beautiful cruise with wonderful swim stops and interesting ports every day. The breakfasts and lunches were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the boat was kept very clean. There is not a lot of storage in the cabin, given the underbed area is taken up with life jackets. But after a day we had our storage needs figured out. They supply only basic bath amenities so bring your own, including washcloths. The shower was very weak and marginally warm a couple of days, other days it was cool. There were don't enough lines or hooks to hang wet swimwear to dry. The boat is not metal so bringing magnetic hooks doesn't help. This is only one of the very few ways to get to these small island ports. It's well worth the minor foibles on the boat.

First experience of cycling by cruise was a learning experience but mostly positive. Rides & bikes excellent, group & information managed really well by our guides. Unfortunately there was an issue with our boat and appreciate a last minute switch by Sail Croatia to keep holiday moving meant few issues. Ship was smaller so a cabin change, dining space cramped, guides were tired & stressed as unable to stay on boat with us. Food was ok but no lighter choices like salad before an afternoon of cycling.

The holiday was lovely. I really liked the Esperanza boat, very warm and welcoming with friendly staff. The swim every morning was a highlight, the top deck for sunbathing and visiting the different islands each day. It was very noisy and felt claustrophobic. It was disappointing we could not eat outside. Breakfast was okay, but there was limited choice and the food quality not good. Often the fruit ran out. Coffee not good either. Excursions were terrific with a wide choice. The gratuity advice was incredible. 600 euros per cabin ! Nearly everyone was astonished that we were expected to give that much.

Amazing. Loved all the ports we visited. The ship was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother. The food was good. About what l expected for what we paid. A couple of things. Food was good. Always fresh but l thought at lunch they should have had another option on the set menu. A few people don’t eat seafood but there was no other option. You would only get different menu if you had an allergy.. TVs in room don’t work. ? Why are they there? Overall l enjoyed the cruises. Given that we were there during a terrible heat wave that made all the hikes more difficult but that said, only one or two of the hikes was at all interesting. Most were just up and down very steep rocky trails. Climbing to a summit without a real destination and turning around and going back was and was extremely tedious. Rock shale seems to be the normal path. It was difficult and not pleasant to walk on.. The boat was fine - not great - and the towns were all big tourist stops. I was glad to see the islands but we never escaped the crowds. Crew on the boat was fantastic.

Croatia is beautiful and this is a great way to see it. The Almissa was ok- we had the A/C stop working whenever the room temperature was too far away from the set point. So it would stop working in the middle of the night, which was very inconvenient. Dora was fantastic and always available. The rest of the crew was pretty good. I don't know why but I expected the captain to engage with us more. He was often out on his own. The food was good. But there was often so much of it, that it felt wasteful sometimes. Swim spots were very good. Overall, I would recommend this if you are social and like exploring. If you often like to be alone, you may not have much fun as you are stuck with the same 35 people for a whole week.

Ship was great. Crew was great. Food was great. Cycling was good. Each day should be a minimum of 40 km. 5 and 10 km days were disappointing. Guide should be prepared to quickly repair a flat tire. One day we spent an hour idling while he dealt with that, since he didn’t have the right tools. He should have sent us down the hill to the beach. Overall the briefs need to clearly and briefly state the aims of the ride and how much time in each stop. Electric and regular bikes do not mix. Too much waiting around for the regular riders. A group of 30 or more cyclists is too big to manage. Group size should be 15 max. Overall a great trip.

Overall our holiday was excellent. Great locations and a great crew who went above and beyond to make its success. Only three things I would highlight as opportinited for improvement: 1. Tipping: If the company and the crew have to propose a level for tipping this suggests that the crew wages are insufficient and you are relying ib tips to make them up. I would prefer you set the right wages, adjust the price for guests and leave tipping at the guests' discretion and at a much lower level. 2. The crew asked us to fill out the feedback form in their presence when we settled the bar tab. This wont give you candid feedback. Better to do it afterwards remotely like this. 3. The food was good but not as good as I would expect and most importantly the coffee was way too strong and unfiltered. Get a coffee machine.

Was a great time on the Queen Jelena -- Vedrun our tour manager was lovely and super informative. Ship was elegant and rooms were a good size, Food was overall very good onboard. A great way to relax and see Croatia without the trouble of moving hotels. Would be good if the ship left the coffee machine on all day. Also, Sail Croatia should include a few drinks per meal as part of the package. But definitely worth it -- an amazing vacation!

Croatia is a beautiful country, gorgeous clear sea, friendly people. Cycling was great, sometimes a bit longer than expected, the cash bar and cash tips were unexpected, and many small places also only used cash so come prepared! 3 course lunch onboard was nice but we weren’t hungry enough for trying full dinners- loved the air con in the room, but could do with more storage in the bedroom. We had a great time on the Mlini. The crew was outstanding particularly the food which was much better than expected. Toma was our guide and was a great guide and friend to everyone. They worked hard to make it a great week. They deserve a raise Few areas to improve on: inform passengers if they boat isn’t full. It’s quite disappointing when you arrive to find the boat is half full leaving much to be desired from the social aspect. Also, recommend decreasing the number of excursions and increasing the quality.

We had such a genuinely great time on this trip! Our skipper, Nenad, completely made the experience! He was the heart of the whole week. Our group was a blast, the swim stops were gorgeous, and we loved getting to explore each town along the way. The extra adventures (e-biking, scooters, wine tasting, beach clubs) were some of our favorite memories. The only things that kept this from being a full 5 stars for us: the boat felt smaller than we expected, and honestly 7 days ended up being a lot, the islands started to blend together by the end. That said, this felt more like a "know thyself" thing than anything Sail Croatia did wrong 😂 we're just not sure we're built for that many days on a small sailboat! Would still recommend it, especially if you've got a good skipper and crew like we did.

It was a lovely week. We enjoyed very much going to all the islands as they all have their own special charm. We found the food on the boat to be good but the lunch portions were way too big. We would have appreciated an explanation of the food as we had to keep asking what we were eating….The desserts everyday were the best part! Swim stops were the highlight! The Taste of Croatia tour itself needs lots of work. Olive oil tasting was in a cramped store(we were picturing a trip to an olive grove), oysters and Wine tasting was a miss as well.. There are wineries and oyster farms and Instead we went to a tourist restaurant where we got poured 3 wines and had a plate of oysters. We found a winery on our own on the island of Hvar which was amazing and would have been a welcome addition to this cruise. Foodies who book this expect more and so if we recommended this trip we would say skip the Taste of and just do the explorer or elegance cruises.

We recently boarded the Tempera Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik, and we had such a fantastic experience! Our sail team was incredibly helpful and made us feel so well looked after throughout the trip. Our host, Andro, was honestly the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the islands we visited, and we really appreciated his honesty and recommendations about which excursions were actually worth doing. The only thing we wish had been included on our trip was the rafting experience! The crew did a fantastic job of making sure we had plenty of time at the best swimming spots, and they even adjusted our ports to minimise travel time on days when they felt we needed more time to explore the islands. We also loved the people we met along the way. Our cruise had a great mix of younger and older couples, and everyone got along so well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Tempera Cruise team for an amazing trip and so many great memories!

Dino was a very good tour leader, esp. nominating specific restaurants to eat evening meals at on each island we frequented. The crew were attentive, the cabin cleaning staff were top notch. Swim stops were great. Food was good but there seemed to be an extensive use of puréed vegetables! Music played non stop inside the boat even if no one was there? Still, a good experience.

We absolutely loved this trip on the Almissa. Perfect mix of cruising, swim stops and visits to beautiful islands. Staff were great, food was delicious and we had a great group of people onboard with us. Fun side trip options if you want them. Plenty of sunloungers upstairs for everyone. Only give it 4 stars as cabins are fairly basic but you don’t spend much time in there anyway - they were perfectly fine with plenty of room to store things. So good being able to unpack for a week and enjoy the cruise.

Very well organised from start to finish. Daily briefings, amazing rides (v easy on electric bike) and plenty of tasty food ! Cabins were quite basic but were en suite and had air-con. Plenty of time to sunbathe on deck or visit the islands. Some extra excursions and meals organised for those who wanted to but no pressure to go. All the staff were great esp our group leader Calum (& Srdan) - who had a great knowledge of the Croatian history as well as sorting any issues out throughout the week such as food preferences and general recommendations. Average age was around 60 on the boat (the Mali Luka) with a lovely bunch mainly from USA and Australia and NZ. Busy week as up early but a great way to explore the lovely islands. Water so clean and refreshing. All the towns well kept. Pebble beaches (not sand). We did Split to Dubrovnik route then had a couple of nights in hotel in Lapad (Dub) to relax. Thanks Sail Croatia for a memorable trip !

Overall it was wonderful. The full group of passengers were amazing and Croatia is stunning. Our hikes were beautiful. Our cabin was quite small and very damp. Our clothes and towels never felt dry. We were thankful that it was cool and quieter during the night when parked next to party boats, though it was a bit noisy when the engines started in the morning. We thought the food was quite good. The ship Emanuel is a well renovated 1955 small passenger ship with maximizing passenger carrying at expense of cabin space. The ship is rated standard when the brochure said Premier grade for the hiking cruise. Food was unimaginative but acceptable and drinks overpriced. Tea and coffee should be freely available during the day. The cabin was clean with a hard and lumpy bed, noise from outside was a problem at times as we were on the corridor connecting other ships alongside and music was often loud but finished at 11pm. Crew and guides were friendly and helpful but more info on the history and other information about the places visited would be good. The cruise itself visited some wonderful places and i wouldn't have missed it but things could have been done better.

We loved seeing the Dalmation Islands, the beautiful walks and we enjoyed the public areas of the boat, Emanuel. However in the small cabin the bed was hard and lumpy. The addition of decent mattress toppers would be an easy fix and a big improvement. While I appreciate limited galley space, the food could be easily improved with forethought. For example for vegetarians a homemade lentil and spinach soup would be a simple and massive improvement on powdered mushroom soup. The salads were very basic; lettuce in a bowl and likewise could be upgraded with a few extras and with the addition of, for example, cooked potatoes chick peas with decent bread would have been a nicer main course than fried vege fritters from a packet. One day we had lunch of potato crocquettes with potato and vege fritters and chips, all from a packet, all fried! Breakfasts were good with nice vege choice. Bar a bit pricey. Tea and coffee all day should be included for the price of the holiday.

As nonsmokers w tobacco allergies, It was very problematic as it started early in the morning and last into the late evening affecting our sleep. Recommend repurposing that space for 6 more lounges so most passengers can have a lounge. Food: + passionate chef and assistant. Hot food available w breakfast and lunches. Really good quality. Service was great (Mario). Bar: + staff friendly and helpful. — unfortunately wines by the glass were restricted to one brand and were of poor quality and overpriced. You pay € for all beverages, tea, coffee, sodas, juices and again more than what u pay in ports. Coffee,tea,and juices only provided at breakfast. For lunch, only water served. Wonderful, beautiful scenery ! Marin & Johnny were the perfect pair and excellent guides delivering 5/5 stars! Marin's historical knowledge was impressive; he was a mine of information and great local recommendations, he really took care of everyone! Johnny gave us the best restaurant recommendations or tips of where to go. Some of the bike rides took us up very steep hills and windy roads close to the cliff edges and while the views were beautiful I'm scared of heights, but luckily Johnny was there to support and kindly encourage me down, he was lovely! Kerim our bartender was very attentive & our food was good! Our ship was immaculate but it was older so while we had an upper cabin our bed was positioned up against the wall so I had crawl over the bed to get to my side. It wasn't the end of the world but we felt like we were camping :) which is why I am giving this review 4 stars! I'd highly recommend this trip, all the islands we visited were amazing and we loved Croatia!

A system to log guests on and off securely so no-one can get left behind. 3. Give all info before getting off to start riding to save confusion. 4. Do not rely on apps as not all can use mb phones when traveling & riding. 5. Self serve Tea and coffee should be available free to guests.6. We enjoyed the bike rides, the sceneries were beautiful. The e-bikes worked very well. The group was a bit too large, a bit squeezed on the boat. The meals were excellent but we would have liked at time more buffet or picnic type of meal. We enjoyed a lot swimming from the boat, the Adriatic sea is so beautiful . Our guides, Marin and Martin, were excellent. They cared a lot for the security and were extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant peuple, I recommend them to all the groups.

Our guides were amazing. Crew brilliant. Costs such as port taxes and park fees were a bit of a surprise. Cabin was on the lower deck and was really damp even with the door left ajar. We were not allowed to open the portholes overnight whilst docked. Double bed was way too high to get in and out of comfortably.

Great! loved the cycling and the tour guides. Our days out on the bikes were absolutely great. Both Marin and Martin did everything they could to make the trip enjoyable. My concerns were with things that were in the Captains control: 1. Why was air conditioning not on every night? not on for both first and last night which is poor. 2. bedding was sub par at best, poor quality and could have used an extra pillow. 3. Food was not great. I feel an al a carte menu would have been better as this was eat what you get which really was not appealing to me for a trip with this price. Our daughter was with us, she eats vegetarian and her food was absolutely terrible. Boris, the chef, needs to do better! 4. on board bar was poorly stocked. We would have used this service if items were available but it was basically just one wine and draft beer.

Try to get pics of room prior to booking-I think we had the worst room on the boat. Room 2 on Tempera has a large intrusion in the room from the next door curved staircase requiring you to hunch over on far side of bed when getting in or out. That closet opens up ONTO the bed and is almost unuseable. The tiny curved table in the room slants down so things slide off of it. The bed was comfortable and the room size decent. The breakfast was good- sausage, eggs, fruit, pastries…. but I (and many other judging by appearances) found the lunches inedible. greasy rice stuffed pepper served with cold mashed potatoes, a bowl of buttered noidles served with a small thin slice of overcooked meat served with more noodles, Very carb heavy and mostly served warm not hot. Soups and desserts were good.

The only reason we rated 4stars instead of 5 is because we would have preferred not to be served a full 3 course meal at lunch. A buffet would have been better. I filled the quick review onboard but understood there would be a more thorough evaluation of our trip. The biggest concern I had was the food. It was not up to standard. You should hire qualified trained chefs. Thousand island salad dressing was over poured on all salads. White bread for the most part. Not alot of citrus fruit. Overcooked tuna at captains dinner and appetizer unappealing. The captain wore a sweatshirt at the captains dinner. You couldn’t order a glass of wine you needed to buy a bottle. .

I expected better quality, especially the non E-bikes. The boat was fine. I did not need anything fancier. More than adequate The food was good but often overcooked. (The captain was a great pilot, he has no business interfering in the kitchen) Portions too big; buffet style may be better. I appreciated breakfast as I could serve myself and the variety was perfect. The portions at lunch were way too big. I dont like wasting food. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Boat crew were efficient. The two guides were knowledgable and helpful. Overall, the ride was fantastic with very good bikes and very amazing scenery.. HOWEVER, we did book and pay for a cabin with double bed. But instead got a single bed on one side and a bunk bed on the other side of the cabin which was dissapointing.

Although the entire experience was outstanding I do have a couple of points: 1.) As an experienced cyclist, I had no issues but I did see some areas of saftey that could be improved. There was confusion throughout the day as directions were, at times, incomplete and vague. 2.) Food was another issue as items at breakfast would run out and the main course lunches were mediocre. 3.) Coffee is always an issue for me and yours was the worst. (Sorry) 4.) I didn't understand why we couldn't pay our bar tab with a credit card. Many were short on cash and had to rush to an ATM. 5.) Whatsapp feature was great, would of been nice to get the days briefing in advance of actual briefing at 8:30 so we could follow along and have questions prepared. All in all our tour guides were friendly and well informed about the areas we visited and I would recommend this tour to friends The boat was immaculate and comfortable. Great way to see Croatia for the first time.

The fresh fruit and salads were enjoyed - but more of the soups would be good as well The breakfasts could be improved with less repetition. We enjoyed our travel of the Croatian islands with Sail Croatia. Ioana made the experience great ! She has given reliable information and realistic expectations of the activities every day. We made so many friends which added value to the experience itself! Food is great ! The cabin was spacious and clean. Katerina is owned and crewed by the family. This is a 5 star rating. Ship is spotless and crew are the best. Owner and crew (mostly family and cousins) are so attentive to every detail. Meals: adequate and enjoyable but not outstanding. Captains' dinner was very good. Activities: not memorable. Walking tour in Dubrovnik was boring. Ship provided dinner was not impressive. Should have stayed in port and gone to local restaurant Ioana our tour director was 5 stars' She had to deal with a lot of shifting itinerary and was a truly shing star for the passengers. Overall was a nice experience. Met a lot of good people and that was a big plus; Croatia is very expensive on the street Plan to spend some BIG $$ in local establishments. Overall, a check on our bucket list. Nice but would not do again

We sailed on the Queen Jelena (Split North itinerary). Beautiful boat, really good crew. The food onboard was just OK, often just warm rather than hot. A 3 course lunch is not what most people have day to day at home and the thoughts from fellow passengers were thst this was a bit rigid and maybe a buffet style lighter lunch would be better as it felt you had breakfast and a couple of hours later a large lunch making you lethargic. Trips were ok, village dinner was good, buggy trip was good but not best value. More time needed in Dubrovnik as it beautiful, I would skip the walking tour (pointless) and enjoy more time exploring yourself. All stops on this itinerary were beautiful. One last point; the daily briefing should be carried out using the TV in the saloon as shown on the website content so you can actually get a visual idea of your day ahead. The WhatsApp group is useful when it's set up. Overall a good experience, 7.5/ 10

The staff were amazing. Mario, the Sail Croatia rep on the boat, was friendly, very knowledgeable and spoke several languages fluently. Matte the walk guide was clearly experienced but also patient and able to adjust to the needs of the group. The crew of the Mali Ante were delightful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. The cabins were small but had plenty of storage and the shower was great. The food was homely, crowd pleasing and generous. We got to know everyone on the trip and enjoyed the multinational vibe..

Swim stops. Port visits. Particularly Korcula and Omiš. Barman ‘Milan’ was a genuine, nice guy. I still believe our room ‘0’ was bigger than others. I asked and was told the rooms were the same size, however when I peeked into a twin room ours was definitely larger! Not so great - Breakfast was monotonous, same every day. Really need a FOC push button coffee machine for use throughout day. The American drip coffee was rubbish and yes paid for the nespresso style coffee from the bar but e3.50 for something not that good. Our window leading outside next to the door required a curtain as well as the twisted Venetian blind there. I had to put up a makeshift curtain to block out the exterior downlights rays coming in. We spoke to a couple who were on a Sail Croatia boat with the same timings as ours and they raved about the food, as prepared by ‘two mamas’ who obviously cooked from the heart. Unlike our chefs!!

Captain, tour guides and front line staff were great. Room was not great with a bed that you could feel the metal springs, lumpy pillows, lights that didn’t work, safe that wasn’t opened, Generator noise was intrusive into the room during the night. In port the boats were often racked together so that you had to pass through multiple boats to get onto shore. This also trapped diesel exhaust fumes on still nights, making staying outside at the back of the boat uncomfortable.

We did the Explorer cruise which was a lot of fun! Dino & crew were great. providing the group with recommendations for things to do, eat & drink each day. There is the chance for relaxation, swimming, paddle boarding etc & you could book to do excursions or go explore for yourself. The food was delicious, but they do forget about dietary requirements. I spoke to the company before arrival about dairy intolerance, again on check in & during service but gave up in the end. Fortunately it isn’t an allergy I suffer with. Excursions were hit & miss. Some were overpriced and discouraged to do which seems odd to advertise them. The evening dinner & local tour was fab but rushed, a little longer was needed during the meal & drinks to relax. We missed out on the bike tour in Mljet National Park due to winds eventhough other Sail Croatia tours were going there, it seemed there was a rush to get to Dubrovnik?? So be aware the itinerary can change but beautiful swim stops as an alternative.

We were on the Esperanza which is an excellent facility. The food and service were outstanding. I think every port stop should include a walking tour. I think it would be good to have the boat docked while we are at lunch so you could walk off immediately after lunch. Our cruise director Mia worked very hard to keep everything organized. Unfortunately she is difficult to understand as her speech is very rapid fire. The guests got to know each and all were friendly. Lovely overall experience!

Sailing on the Olimp with Sail Croatia was, overall, a very good experience. The boat itself was fantastic, and the crew were excellent. However, a couple of things did take the shine off the trip. Firstly, in the cabins there’s a constant whirring from the extractor fans throughout the night. The air-conditioning is fine, but these bathroom fans never switch off. We asked for them to be turned off, which they kindly did on the first night, but for the rest of the week we had to put up with the noise—such a shame. Secondly, breakfast was always served in the dining area, which is air-conditioned, but with all the doors kept closed the sound of 30 people chatting becomes deafening. It seems such a missed opportunity not to let guests spread out onto the aft deck, where there’s fresh air and space for the noise to dissipate.

We really enjoyed our week on the Almissa, all of the crew were very friendly and professional at all times. The breakfast selections were excellent and most lunches delicious and big servings. The boat was kept very clean at all times. Only negative for us was that we would have like clean towels supplied more frequently as they were only changed once. Also a bath mat supplied for the slippery floor in the bathroom. We would recommend the Almissa & Sail Croatia & would love to book again in the future... Kind Regards to the team!

our guide, Vedran, combined with the absolutely lovely ship Queen Jelena and it's expert captain/owner (Gordan? sorry), combined for a wonderful experience. Exploring the Dalmatian Coast this way was amazing and everything we hoped it would it be, and was so much more. Vedran informed, educated, coddled and tolerated all of us crazy tourists with grace, humor, and bottomless patience. The captain found us the most beautiful swimming spots each day, and navigated through the islands so smoothly, especially during the few rough waters we had. The boat is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and relatively brand new (2018)! My only quibbles would be with the kitchen. The Captain's dinner was one of the best meals we had in our 2 weeks in Croatia (and probably the most fun!), and all the lunches were lovely (though the chef could have used a lighter touch with the tuna steaks and racks of lamb to better represent his skills). We just wish the breakfast window was longer and less rigid.

The week was amazing cruising through the islands, stopping to swim each day and exploring the cute towns. The crew was really friendly/fun (our host was Dino) and the rooms were far more spacious than we expected. One thing to note was that the excursions weren’t included in the booking cost so we ended up spending quite a lot more on doing the activities (30-60 euro pp on each activity). They provided heeeaaaps of food for breakfast and lunch and catered to my dietary requirements (gluten free as I am coeliac) but unfortunately the desserts were pretty sad compared to everyone else’s - usually packet custard/mousse with fruit or just fruit alone :(

We had a really lovely time. We were lucky enough to only have 16 people on our boat which meant we had lots of space and there was no issues getting deckchairs etc. I would imagine that with 40 people on board the boat would feel a little cramped, and getting a deckchair might be something of a challenge. The boat itself is beautiful and well looked after. The staff were really lovely and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the food was not good and certainly didn't math the price point. This was an opinion was shared by many of the other guests. Besides this, everything else on the boat was great. The Itinerary (Split - Dubrovnik) was great. The stops were beautiful and the excursions offered were on the whole really great. Overall it was a great experience and we had a lovely time.

The ship was immaculately fitted out, crew were friendly, helpful and courteous. Food was substantial and generally good standard. But not gourmet as photography on brochures suggested. The islands were interesting and great to explore, however, a couple had very little to keep us occupied and exploring( notably Brac). Sail Croatia events coordinator was always helpful and available to help and plan for each stopover.. We felt that more entertainment in evenings even one more early on in cruise would have brought guests and crew together . The evening dinner on one of the islands was extremely disappointing, both for location and the meal itself.

The weather was very good, the boat was very clean, the Captain & crew were hard-working, friendly, helpful and professional. And our fellow passengers were great. The variety of tours on offer was good. We would have liked one night at anchor in a sheltered bay. And we would have preferred longer breakfast time from, say, 8am to 10am. The bed in our cabin wasn’t very comfortable, too hard a mattress for us. However all-in-all we had a great trip and we would recommend it to others.

The only down side that let the cruise down and the reason we didnt give it 5 stars was the food was not what we had hoped. Our trip was good overall. The boat was fantastic, and the crew did a great job. The swim stops were good fun for the first few days, but it got a bit repetitive after a while, especially when it goes for multiple hours. This however also means we get limited time at each destination. Just enough to have dinner before the sun sets, walk around a little, and then the boat is off by 7 or 8am the next morning. Also, we booked the explorer cruise thinking it wasnt the young party cruise, nor the golden oldies cruise. We were hoping for a mid age crowd with like minded people - this wasn't really the case. I will say though however, the people we did share the boat with were all a pleasure. It delivered what was advertised. But if I knew then what I know now, I'd probably just have booked my own trip through croatia, giving us more time in locations where we want to be and not wasting days at locations with little to offer or waiting to dock.

We had an amazing experience overall and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip! One of the standout highlights was our guide, Nour. She was absolutely fantastic—extremely well-organised, kind, professional, and always went the extra mile to make sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. Her knowledge and calm, friendly presence really made a difference, and we felt very well taken care of throughout. The excursions were varied and really well thought out, offering a great mix of activities to suit everyone. The rooms were also excellent—clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day. If we had to mention anything for improvement, it would be the price of the drinks on board, which felt a bit high, and we would have loved more opportunities for swim stops, as those moments in the water were some of the most enjoyable. This trip aboard the Mali Luka was amazing. We are big time cruisers and usually sail with big ships like Princess. We've done one Viking cruise but this one was so amazing. There were only 28 total passengers and we all got along great; it's like they hand picked people that all had the same outlook and personality. The rides each day were to the most beautiful areas I've ever been to. The e bikes made even the steep uphill climbs easy. We were given options on some of the days to stop or to continue our rides (some even choose to not go on some at all). Our ride crew Miranda and Matilda were so great; always looking out for us and keeping us safe with perfect pacing. Sitting on the top deck while we cruised along was my favorite part. We choose the bottom deck cabin which was super small and tight. No complaints by anyone on any level about noise from other ships. The crew worked very hard (not super friendly but friendly enough). Captains dinner was nice; very nice guy.

Romantic Star Cruise (June 21-29, 2025) Pros: -Ship was new and clean. -Swim stops were perfect. Cons: -Staff, except guide, looked unhappy (no smile). -Cleaning day didn't do a good job cleaning. Towel were not changed in the 7 days' stay. -Food was OK, not interesting. -Coffee and juices were charged if consumed outside the 1 hour for a meal time - outrageously cheap!! -Captain's dinner (lame) and dinner in town were had in Hvar, so we didn't get to eat out in beautiful Hvar. They should have been held in Dubrovnic (where we stayed 2 nights) and Planikovak (which didn't have good restaurants).

The boat was comfortable, the food beautifully prepared the shore stops were very interesting and we had a very organised cruise director. We were lucky to only have a small group of 18 on a boat that caters for 36.. The spoilers were the boat crew did their job efficiently but nothing more. There was never a smile or any other pleasantries. Only Dragon ever engaged with anyone. It often felt awkward. It was the first time we have encountered this on our many cruises. Also, it was pretty savings to only have coffee available from 7.30am and only instant coffee available for free at morning tea. If we wanted an express it cost €5 which is exploitation when on sure we had many coffees for less than half that price.

This cruise was so fun. The group of people on board were incredible and many became friends by the end of the trip. Dino, who was the guide was incredible, very funny, helpful, and gave some great recommendations/suggestions for things. I loved how it was set out - breakfast, then swim stop in the morning, lunch and then exploring the town in the afternoon. The only downside to that is that in the summer months it’s quite hot exploring town in the afternoon and since the boat leaves early next morning you may feel rushed. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because while they were as accomodating to dietary needs as possible, the food was below average for me being a vegetarian. Meals were undercooked and not well balanced. The non vegetarians said their food was great. Overall, I would recommend this boat if you want relaxation, exploration and a great time.

I enjoyed the swim stops. My room was nice, although the last full day the tanks definitely needed to be changed, as I had a room below. It would have been nice to have the names on the back of the bikes. Most people came in groups, We did not come in a group, so, we had to keep asking people their names. The Josic was very professional. I was not sure what Calam's responsibilities. The bar was very expensive for the extremely short wine pour. It was discussed by most passengers on the boat. Lunch was heavy. Maybe better to have dinner? This would allow people to relax a bit after the ride. The last two rides were short. Often I was not quite sure where we were going to stop. It did not follow the brochure. Captain said we needed to stop in different places.

Best way to see and experience Croatia with The Sail Croatia team.From the informative online booking till the actual trip. Tempera was our boat chose with amazing helpfull staff on board. The rooms are very well planned and the bathrooms excellent taking into account the size of the actual boat. The itinerary was fantastic ! Saw so much of the smaller and bigger islands . Our tour guide Ivana Mateja was an absolute gem. She presented everyday a full powerpoint presentation of the daily schedule as well as being very informative about every stop we had. Nothing was too much trouble for her . The food on board exceeded our expectations everyday . Only negative would be the price of drinks . I would recommend this trip and team to anybody considering visiting Croatia

Everyone on the Afrodita works so hard, the ship was very well maintained and the food was great. The hike guides very good and well informed. The trails were not maintained by any standards basically goat paths. I slipped and fell on first hike injured my leg, cuts and bruised on the loose sharp rock. The guides Martin and ILona were great. Martin applied bandages to my leg to stop the bleeding then helped me finish the last kilometer back to the boat. I had to skip the hike the next day and only did 5 of the 7 hikes opting to do the easiest. Looking back I wish I knew the trail conditions, the length and elevations were all that I remember and the hikes were moderate. Next time we will do the elegant cruse. I wish I could give 5 stars.

Biking the beautiful islands. The landscapes and friendly passengers and crew. Mila and Mario couldn’t do enough for us. They were completely committed to our safety and enjoyment. Daily program was well organized. Bikes were in good condition and riding was great. Could have been longer on some days but dépendant on size of the island. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

A big shout out to Captain Franco for his sailing expertise. All the staff and crew were great especially Max who looked after the dining and bar area. The chefs were extraordinary and all the meals were terrific and my weigh scale at home tells me so! If I had one complaint…..maybe some replacement of the duvets and bed pillows.

Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful trip on our bike-boat trip in May 2025. The guides were very good and kept us well informed. The bikes were very good quality and easy to ride. My only criticism is that my wife and I slept in separate small beds in our cabin. We would’ve clearly preferred to be in a single bed together at night as we have been for 40 years. All in all, this was a very successful vacation for my wife and myself.

Salve di mare is a beautiful ship with an amazing and professional crew. They looked after us with attention and care. The food on board was delicious, a big thank you for the chef and his team! Our hiking guide Matte was very knowledgeable and provided full description not only about the hikes but also about the villages visited. Ioana, leading the guests was very approachable and friendly.. Despite the extra charge for the upper cabin booked, we found out that it was on top of the engine making it very noisy and other cabins at a cheaper rate, were way more spacious than ours. Tea and coffee was free of charge only until 1pm, which we did not understand the reason, as it was an average coffee maker, not a barista style at all for the extra charge. We definitely recommend our hiking tour and we will be happy to come back and choose Sail Croatia again!

We enjoyed having a relatively small group of fellow travellers being 36 in total from Australia, Canada, South Africa, UK and USA. Our cabin was comfortable although the quality in pillows and towels was poor. The chef and catering staff did a magnificent job with meal preparation it’s was always delicious The dining saloon however was very noisy during meal times and made conversation difficult The islands/towns visited all had something different to enjoy and we soon chose our favourites. The staff were all friendly and courteous and the boat comfortable and in good condition .We were disappointed that smoking was allowed in the inside deck area which was enclosed with plastic coverings. and attached to the dining saloon. This was especially unpleasant and meant many of us could not utilise this area. This issue was reported to the staff however we felt the resolution unsatisfactory. Regardless of these issues we did enjoy the experience and had a lot of laughs.

Beautiful scenery and lovely people. Ebiking was great and bikes were well maintained and worked well. H was very good at keeping us safe and organized. I think some instructions could have been useful on how to use them though. I have 2 e-bikes at home and they are all different. The only thing that would have made the trip better was to have a ‘get to know you’ event on the first night for guests. Also a few optional organized activities on the afternoons and evenings when we were in ports where islands had little to do. For the cabins a few hooks on the walls and bathroom would have been useful.

Overall, a very good experience. We both enjoyed our week on the Olimp, it is a beautiful ship. Our rep was amazing, he worked hard to ensure we had a good week. The food , especially lunch, was beyond exceptional. Breakfast wasn't bad but I expected some good fresh fruit options instead of canned peaches and unripe pineapple every morning. Included in the cruise price we had two really excellent wine tastings and two that were average. Having said that, we would still recommend cruising with Sail Croatia. The team really went above and beyond

The 10 day cruise was good . Cons: I did find it quite repetitive. For me personally, I have learned a 3-5 day (maximum) sail would suit me it was the same pattern every day & I found some days we got into port too late to explore more. It seemed the emphasis was on the swim stops., another Con was the food . Breakfast was fine . There were no options for lunch . It was a 3 course meal served at 1 pm which made for very late suppers on shore . I wish they would have had 2 options ie chicken or pasta . I don’t eat pasta so was starving 2 of the days . Pros: the staff are fantastic . Considering they work 7 days a week & then repeat with the next tour they were very helpful , upbeat & enjoyable . The tour coordinator Klara was terrific , positive , informed & very helpful . The boat was in excellent condition and clean . I felt very safe on it . The life jackets & muster areas were reviewed however I was never sure if there was an AED on board , which would be Important .

The cycle experience was amazing. Great bikes, easy to use, even for late 60 year olds relatively new to ebikes. Each day was another 'wow' experience. Josko and Ana great tour guides who each day explained what could expect the following day and also during the cycle. The islands were fantastic, not too busy in mid April, weather for us was brilliant..21-33 each day and fine Our negatives were beds not very comfortable. The itinerary was excellent as was the cycling with great scenic routes that allowed us to see parts of the country we would not otherwise have done. The weather and amazing group of people were the icing on the cake. What was less good was the interstaff bickering which at times bordered on unprofessional and was making some guests feel a little uncomfortable Finally it should be stressed to guests to absolutely not jump from the top deck which is slippy and one guest really badly bruised herself in slipping off

Our cruise was very relaxing with the right balance of activities and interaction with other guests. We really loved the swim stops each day and the meals were of premium quality and presentation. There was plenty of space on the boat, Esperanza, to feel like you could have some privacy and then interact when we wanted to. Once on board the very comfortable boat, we were well looked after by delightful guides, good chefs, bar staff and boat crew. Good quality e-bikes, excellent guiding around five beautiful Croatian islands, the crew having to adjust the itinerary due to the weather conditions. The other passengers were similar ages to us, loved cycling and the exploring of new places so there were plenty of common interests.

Loved the week on the ship. Met some great people. Mostly from Australia, UK and USA. Particularly enjoyed the swim stops. Great food too. Be aware though that the ship docks late afternoon in each location so some of the advertised shore excursions will not happen. We found this disappointing and would recommend Sail Croatia only promote those excursions that have a realistic chance of going ahead.

Great crew all round. Extremely professional and courteous. Very high standards of comfort and cleanliness. Very professional Tour guide , perfect touch and interaction with all passengers. Only complaint is breakfast is too early to close at 9.00am, also it was a direct shut down at that time. Even at 9.o5 am the coffee and tea was closed, leaving the only option was to purchase. Tea and coffee. That station should be available all day subject to cruising condition.

Loved the combination of seeing the islands by land and sea. The biking through the country side on each island was beautiful and so much fun, loved our e-bikes. We had amazing tour guides and boat crew! Unfortunately we had a couple of days of bad weather, but the crew and guides were quick to adjust our course and itinerary to avoid this as best they could and everything turned out great. This was a spectacular sailing experience. Our captain sailed the boat to wonderful swim spots and our cruise director Klara was charming, fun, and very energetic with interesting information of each Croatian Island we visited. The bar and food servers did a prompt, friendly, and outstanding job! And the cooks(Chefs)presented beautiful and delicious dishes! This experience was amazing. The only thing I would recommend is that we get an earlier email on what to bring and that it was a CASH only for your drinks and tips at the end of trip. A lot of people travel ahead of the sailing trip and don’t check on their emails. That info would have been better to know if it had been received at least 4 weeks before actual cruise date.

The Croatian islands are so beautiful to see when biking. The EOS ship was not as nice as other pictures on the website. The staff were all pleasant. Vegetarian options were limited. Despite rain, the staff worked very hard to reroute us and gave us a wonderful experience.

The Guides were great. friendly, helpful, knowledgable. The islands were stunning. However, the boat was only standard. The food was quite basic. The cabin was very cramped, the bathroom smelled bad and the bed sheets were a problem. Two single sheets on a double bed! We were in a tangle all night. A double sheet or duvet would have been much better.

My partner and I had a great week on Sail Croatia thanks to Lauren, Mateo and the other crew members. The weather was average but Lauren went above and beyond to maintain morale and organise alternative activities. The crew were very easy-going and friendly and we enjoyed learning about Croatia from them. Our only suggestion is to Sail Croatia directly - we think the itinerary could be improved. The Sail Croatia website states the white water rafting is available on the Split to Dubrovnik tour (which was not the case). We also would have appreciated more time exploring the towns as opposed to spending hours at swim spots.

Anton and Karla our cruise / bike leaders did well with the large group of cyclists that were on-board the Princez Diana. Delaying a couple of rides due to weather and adding an additional ride for the island that we missed due to the weather. However, some of the riders did not like the fact that the additional 20km added for this additional ride were not given the option of missing it as it was stated before the start of the ride the group was told the additional ride would be optional. The kitchen staff were outstanding with excellent choices made for B / L and Dinners that we were given on the boat. I would've appreciated coffee included with lunch or dinner though not just breakfast. As for the room (Cabin #5) it was adequate as we did not have a working safe - staff said someone would fix it but that was never done. The venting in the bathroom was not good and the annoying relay pump sound was pretty bad when anyone was using water on the boat. I would recommend the cruise.

We reserved a few years ago but then the COVID Pandemic landed. We had to cancel and Sail Croatia were so great to deal with. A full refund no hassle. We rebooked six months ago and just returned home. We were on the ESperanza Dubrovnik return. Boarding was easy. We met with Mia the cruise director. Such a lovely warm kind person. She was so organised . We got great information and recommendations where to go when ashore. The food was very good . Anna and Antonio were our servers and bar tenders. Nothing was too much trouble to them. The weather was not the best but the captain and the sailors had to rearrange the itinerary to avoid the rough seas at times. We felt safe at all times and managed swim stops in secluded bays every day. Overall we loved it. We made new friends who we will keep in contact with. Two small areas that could improve. The hairdryer in the room wasn't great so I'm told. Also the ladders for getting back onboard after swimming need to be longer. Excellent.

Not so good - tour of Vis, Verdan sold it to us as a scenic tour. I didn't expect most of it to be going through military bunkers. I wanted to see the island, not the inside of some old military thing. Dinner at Korcula was not good or tour of Korcula - that woman was painful in her terrible attempts to be humorous.

We had a great time, all 28 people from all over the world, got on fantastically well. The bikes were of a good quality and everyone managed to get on really well with the e-bike I would have liked some longer rides, the longest ride was only about 50 kms, I would have liked to do this every day. The sail Croatia jersey, should be free to all and a day set aside when everyone wears it. I was the only person that bought a jersey and it certainly was not worth the £50 paid. We only swam off the boat twice and this was something we were looking forward to, This trip is not cheap and I realise we had one of the better boats, but with payment of food when off the boat and more expensive drinks when on the boat, our limit of spending was soon exceeded, to be then expected to pay for tips and what was an expensive payment was above what we could afford. The crew should not have to rely on tips and should be covered on the initial spend. I would be happy to talk more if requested.

Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend! A few suggestions/tips: - We realize that it’s challenging to prepare food on a boat and to meet different preferences. We would suggest having at least some lunch buffets, where people could choose (e.g., salads, sandwiches) instead of 3-course meals. A buffet would be quicker and enable people to sit on the desk rather than the often very hot and stuffy dining room. - The food was often very heavy (fried meats, limited vegetables/salads). If guests were warned about this, they could request vegetarian or other accommodations. - We were not allowed to bring food on board so snacks should be available (free or not). There was fruit but nothing else and often we were unable to leave the boat. We were often quite hungry after the ride but had to wait to eat. - It would be helpful if the trip leader provided information about the towns further in advance than the afternoon that we arrived so there would be enough time to plan.

Comfortable ship, Well organized itinerary. Enjoyed the swimming, particularly on hot August days! One thing to note is that it was not clear on the website nor from the saleswoman with whom we corresponded if the "total ascent/descent" for a day is combined ascent & descent or the amount one ascends and additionally descends. It is the amount one ascends and then descends as well. For example if a day's total ascend/descend is 640 meters (as ours was listed on Day 3), that means you will climb a total of 640m and then descend a total of 640m.

The boat has everything from under 18 to 65 year Olds plus. Given we spend most of the time on the boat it's frustrating that you put people who have limited interest groups or different stages of life. We were told this was suited to 30 to 40 year Olds. The experiences and tours were all for old people and the boat has very limited toys or experiences so all you can do is eat bad food, sunbake and drink to put up with the small talk - give more information to people prior to joining as Croatia is lovely but this isn't a great way to do it

Wonderful crew and an amazing Sail Croatia representative ( Barbara 😊) The boat (Esperanza) was beautiful, and perfectly maintained. The food was delicious. The drinks were fairly priced. My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary . It was a trip of a lifetime. All and all the itinerary was good. I would skip Mijet. There was not enough to do on the island.

Our tour/customer representative, Barbra, was great. The islands were good with a couple of things. We didn't get to explore Vis much since we stayed korcula.. Korcula was great. We stayed in Mijet which was not worth the stop. As for the food. Breakfast was good but could have had more options instead of eggs. Lunch was over the top each day. The food was good. The night before and the day of decorating, we felt rushed off the boat. We had to be off by 9am. Jacuzzi was emptied the night before and could not be used. Did not understand why decorating time could not have been around 11.. The staff was great and the swim stops we a pleasure.

The crew were equally professional and a special mention must go to our housekeeper. She was the BEST. The crew on board couldn’t have been any better they were honestly the nicest hardest workers you will meet always smiling and helping out in any way they could. My wife and I had a wonderful experience sailing on Olimp. Beautiful vessel with everything being first class. Couple of minor things they could improve the experience with but overall wonderful. Excellent food, beautiful clean cabins, excellent staff/crew and stopped in fantastic swimming locations.

The cycle crew (Miranda and Andro) were friendly and knowledgeable giving us history and insight into all the islands we visited. We started off as strangers and left as friends - each person on board cheering on others in the group To ride through the villages was a real treat. The crew onboard the ship Emanuel were also friendly and accommodating

Sail Croatia was good. To make it better I would suggest more effort is put into the socialising of everyone on board e.g group drinking games, getting to know people etc. guided by the host. Also more time at each destination would be good! Not sooo long at swimming spots. Our host Clara did a good job for her first ever Sail!

We had a wonderful week on the Katarina from Dubrovnik to Split. The crew were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the boat was immaculate and Visko our tour manager was very approachable and helpful. Our only negative would be the inability to pay using card for some of the excursions and in particular the bar tab. It would have been nice to know in advance. We would definitely recommend travelling with Sail Croatia, you won’t regret it!!!

The stunning coastline and scenery provided the backdrop for a very pleasant and relaxing cruise amongst the islands between Split and Dubrovnik. The crew were excellent and looked after us very well. Food quality was excellent. Fellow passengers became friends and added to the convivial atmosphere. The only negative we experienced was excessive noise at the berths in two of the ports where we were unfortunately berthed beside boats with raucous Americans who stayed up way beyond the general curfew. Some noise is always a risk and indeed, this was flagged. However when it comes from another boat it’s profoundly irritating and detracts from the cruising experience. We would recommend Sail Croatia products, with the advisory about noise.

Love the exploration of islands and cycling off a boat . The crew and tour guides Marija and Mila were wonderful as was Andre, the server. They need a battery microphone so guests can hear as the engine was constantly running and it was so difficult to hear. Suggestion : 3 dinner meals and 3 lunch meals , alternate so we would not always be dependent on getting back for lunch instead eat at swim areas on beach without the rush and very early morning breakfasts . Suggest lighter lunches , salads fruit fish …and fresh bread in the mornings with Greek yogurt . Food was very good but too filling . Less food, higher standard . Soups in the heat ? Big salads more appreciated . Suggest eggs be cooked while people sit instead of cold overcooked eggs Also a better way to connect with guests we need name tags… very awkward trying to remember people’s names .

You don’t have enough characters to accurately describe my disappointment. My partner has a deadly allergy to peanuts and this was not taken seriously by the crew or comply. Was served a meal with peanuts in it and after only a small bite had an immediate reaction. Upon medicating herself other guest sort her out to ask her if her if she had eaten the meal since they could taste and see peanut chunks. The chef lied and said no nuts only to confirm to myself and another guest that the stuff that was in peanut was in the meal but he “only put a little bit in” so thought it would be okay. After being informed my partner could have died then changed his story again to say there was no nuts. This company did not follow any precautions to make sure the safety of my girlfriend’s life and then has gone on to say she is at fault and can not blame them since she didn’t need the hospital. We had an ED nurse on board and multiple epipens so we were able to assess and monitor the situation ourselfs

The people on board, Klara our on board tour director & the Island stops. Croatia is a fantastic destination & the islands are the icing on the cake. Easiest way to see them is an island hoping small boat cruise. Different destination each day with a swim stop in the beautiful Adriatic along the way.

The ship is lovely and the meals were great. It would have been better if we could have spent more time in port. We could have done without the stop in Vela Luka since there was nothing there. We thought the tour manager could have provided more timely updates on what to do in each port and spent more time with the group rather than just dropping us off and leaving. We are used to tour manager being more involved that what he was.
