Ivica and Antonio were terrific. The food was outstanding. The boat was great. The biking seemed to be going from A to B with little sightseeing.

Great crew - waiters Lucy and Geordie were great , always friendly, great attitudes . Chef made some really nice meals ; best gnocchi ever ! There were other crew that assisted us at various times , but did not get their names Guides Borna and Andre took good care of us and were very patient and professional . They regaled us with the history of where we were cycling . Sone of the most beautiful mountains I have ever cycled on - scenery was breathtaking! This trip really tested my stamina . The cabins need updating ; , new mattresses and pillows ;were just not comfortable. I would recommend this bike/boat trip to someone who wants a challenge

Natasa and Mario were excellent guide for our week long cycle and sail cruise. They were both very knowledgeable, providing interesting information and guidance for our travels. Both guides were well organized and skilled at presenting materials in an entertaining fashion. Peter, our server was also very friendly, personable and helpful. Natasa went out of her way to assist me which was greatly appreciated. All three staff members made our week most memorable and enjoyable. Thank you Natasa , Mario and Peter!

Croatia was beautiful. Adriatic wonderful to swim in. The week’s scheduling was very regimented. The ports we visited had very strict docking times to enter. Caused us to have some awkward pauses or short swims. Wish our guides had taken time on land ion each to show us around a bit. They made lots of suggestions on what’s app .. but that seemed cold. We could have biked more. Last bike was cut very short because guides did not know roadways closed for clearing and cleaning. They should have found an alternative route. Food was fabulous on board. Crew was very professional and helpful. Ship was much more elegant and updated than I expected. Optional farm lunch tour was dissspointing. No interaction with the farm family .. no tour of farm. Just here’s your food. Heard wine tasting was also very disappointing. Don’t offer and push these options if they are not top notch.. . overall this was ok experience. In Croatia. You can do better.. it was Very touristy . . Make more personal..

The crew and guides for sale Croatia were fantastic. Cal and Sasha, our bike guides, were helpful and fun. The biking was the highlight of the trip. The bikes were high quality. the captain clearly had the safety of the passengers as his top priority. In contrast, simple conveniences were not available. The bathrooms did not contain soap in the shower. Clean towels were only provided once during the week. And storage space and electrical sockets were sparse in the cabin. Also bike bags for carrying personal items like rain jackets… we’re not provided. For the final 24 hours - hot water was not available on the boat. Many extra fees were required during the tour eg bikes through a national forest required additional euros. The food on the boat was average - most of the meats were overcoooked.

Holiday was fantastic. The crew was absolutely 5 star and so amazing as well as our guides. Special shout out to Borna, Andrej, and Jelena! They are stellar. Biking through the islands was trip-of-a-lifetime incredible with amazing vistas and exposure to culture we could not have experienced otherwise. The only disappointment was we paid for a premium ship and due to some issue with our ship Sail Croatia had to contract a smaller ship with less comforts and it was too small for the number of passengers.

The staff, food, and itinerary were wonderful, and Croatia is a beautiful country. We were, however highly disappointed by the size and quality of the lower cabin. We are a couple in our 60’s and we were shocked to be assigned the smallest of rooms with a bunk bed. Nowhere online were photos of this room available or advertised. If we had known the room would be so small, musty smelling, and damp we never would have booked a lower cabin. In fact, we were the first of 22 friends to book and this was the room assigned to us!! We were also quite frustrated by not being told the name of our ship until two days before boarding. It felt like bait and switch being assigned the Mali Luka when it didn’t look anything like the ships advertised on the Sail Croatia website. We absolutely feel that the size and condition of the cabin did not warrant the price we paid, Customers should know exactly what they are paying for!

Overall we had a good holiday. We were on the Emanuel. The boat was clean.. Biking with guides was very good. We were disappointed in some aspects. The rooms were very tight. We understand this is a boat but our bed was against a wall and the storage was minimal. The bed was very hard and linens/towels were just ok. The room would have felt better if they had used better quality items. It felt more like dorm living or summer camp. No swimming towels provided (which we knew ahead) but this takes a lot of room in a suitcase when traveling. The meals were basic and not of a standard that we expected for a vacation. Bar prices seemed a little high. It was stated not to bring food/drink onboard.. However, there was no food or snacks available other than meals. One day we were sailing 7 hours to avoid a storm and no food provided other than lunch. This meant drinking and no snacking. The upper deck was nice with a shaded area and sun deck but the furniture needs updated.

5 stars for the flexibility of the tour (great balance of bike, swimming, city walks and sailing time). Low-quality ship with humongous humidity in cabins. For was just ordinary, with little flavour and no variety. Wine policy (buying entire bottles instead of wine by the glass) is ridiculous. Alcool prices are exorbitant on the ship. Example: house is sells 45 euros for 750ml. Tommy sells same brand for 7,95 euro… Despite poor quality of the ship and meal offering, I had a great vacation!

We had such a wonderful week on the cycle trip. The guides, sailors and bar staff were all terrific. The boat was a little tired in places and the linen really needs and upgrade. However their staff did a brilliant job. We loved it and would recommend.

We had a lovely time sailing the Islands of Croatia. Our biking guide Andre was Croatian and he had a wealth of knowledge about each destination and did a great job keeping us safe and giving us freedom to enjoy the area. Our sail Croatia coordinator Callum was amazing as well. He was very professional and fun and also very knowledgeable about Croatia. The ship staff were fabulous. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety and lunches were always 3 courses and lots of food. Snack were offered in the dining room every day also. Dinners were off the ship at a local restaurant except 2 dinners on the ship. The captain’s dinner and a Bar-b-que. . Both delightful. The only complaint is that the morning coffee was terrible (If you wanted a good coffee you had to buy it), the only portable water was locked up every day at 10pm in the dining room until 7am, and the bedding and towels were only changed once. We showered a lot because of sweating and biking

Overall was really good. Many aspect of the trip were perfect. The tour guides really made it amazing, especially Cal. Very friendly and funny, set up fun stuff for us to do as well outside of the rides. The boat is where the problem was. Rooms, AM, pillows, bedding were all extremely subpar for what we paid for. I’ve had better accommodations on camping trips. I would rebook with this company again but not on the same boat.

Varying (hour by hour) ship schedule made it difficult to fully plan/enjoy. Schedule was blamed on docking constraints which were not immediately apparent unless line was saving on fees. Lack of opportunities to swim off ship was also disappointing. Coffee/tea should’ve been available free during all waking hours. More pillows desperately needed. Staff was appropriate.

My wife and I had a great time on the sailing and biking adventure! The guides, scenery, and bikes were amazing! The routes were challenging at times and very beautiful. We had plenty of free time and made lots of new friends from around the world. We added extra days in Split (before) and Dubrovnik (after) which were both very enjoyable. Really loved this trip!

Only drawback was that there were some people not on ebikes which held up the whole tour several times. Would have liked to ebike longer distances but were not able to because of this issue.

We had a great time on our sail and cycle cruise thanks to Marin and Josip and our crew. Marin was our guide and Josip was our cycling guide and they were a great team-professional and very qualified yet warm and engaging. The support we received from these guys both on and off the bike was really amazing. I feel as though we got really lucky to have them assigned to our group. I took a star away because our boat-the Dionis-was very worn out. There were only 8 plastic loungers strewn about on the top deck and two were broken and there were 27 of us on board. We kept seeing other Sail Croatia boats with a full deck of chairs with cushions and I still can’t understand the disparity. Also, my husband and I ended up with a below deck cabin. It was dark, smelly, and very damp. Even the sheets at night were damp. I feel as though the trip could have been a perfect five stars if Sail Croatia had given more attention to the accommodations on the boat.

Our cruise with Sail Croatia was lovely. The biking was a bit more challenging & athletic than anticipated, so we were happy to have e-bikes. But our tour guides Marin & Natasha were knowledgeable & skilled so we always felt safe. Daily rides lasted 3-6 hours, the latter with added excursions. Some on quiet remote roads, but a few on rather busy thruways. I'd suggest offering a more leisurely bike option with site-seeing stops (we did coffee & beach stops but they were very brief) The boat itself was basic but comfortable (premier class). Our room was adequate & clean, with a large bathroom, plenty of hot water & AC. However there were some lacking amenities such as a comfortable lounge area away from the wind when at sail, with seating enough for everyone on board. We were also expecting sun loungers on the top deck, but there were just a few plastic chairs. Lastly the buffet breakfasts were wonderful, but not the plated lunches. I'd suggest offering buffet instead.

I enjoyed the other people on the tour and the guides (Marin and Martin). I did feel that the boat used was not a proper one for this kind of cruise. Once the bikes were loaded there was little room left. I noted other boats when at dock that were roomier on the stern on the middle. Also, the breakfast buffet was poorly organized. Again, there was a lack of space forcing people into a small table area where only one person could get in and had to come back out into the same line. There should be access in the round and not at one of the eating tables. When parked alongside other boats there was no airflow. This became an issue when the air conditioning was not working. The crew was not very friendly, were smoking near the eating area and on their phones. There were no smokers on the tour so it was somewhat disgusting to have to inhale the crews cigarette smoke. They should go off the boat or to the upper deck if they want to smoke. The food was not of good quality. Needs improvement.

Overall a wonderful experience. The hides were superb, rides were great and scenery unbelievable. A couple of drawbacks - there is a schedule to rides so not as many opportunities to stop and see things or swim etc along the way as I hoped. And did get a little sea sick at times. Also would have preferred a buffet so you could serve yourself the amount of food you could eat. 3 course lunches were sometimes a lot.

Great time away, food was not to my liking and very bland especially the soups. Mash potato was like slop on plate meat stew very tough. Coffee not nice all agreed bought my own and it went missing. Toilet paper should be filled properly at all times as only little was put in and we kept running out along with others. No ware to sit when weather was so bad as only 4 seats by bar all tables were played straight after breakfast. Breakfast: nothing left one morning at 7.45 when breakfast should have been until 8.30. Plates taken when we were still eating at breakfast meats and cheese removed so fast not time to eat, most days they had breakfast cleared down before 8.15 making many of us feeling rushed and not able to eat what we wanted for our breakfast. The crew were very nice . Would have liked the bikes we paid for to have been available when we were not on ride so we could explore. Felt the whole week centred around them not us.

We were 4 people that joined an existing group of 24 people that were all connected with each other. We were fortunate in that we all got along great. They were great cheerleaders for those of us not riding e-bikes. Our ride leaders, Ivica and Mario, did an amazing job of planning our rides each day, adjusting routes for the weather and our group's skill level. The crew on the boat were very friendly and helpful. Extra shout out to Christiana, David and our chef (for adjusting meals to meet my vegetarian dietary needs)

Our tour guides, Ivan and Lucy, were fantastic! Ivan led the bike tours, keeping us safe and informed about the challenges of the daily routes, while never losing his sense of humor. Our group ranged from seasoned cyclists to relative newbies, and we rode a range of bicycles, but Ivan identified routes that were both challenging, but manageable, and incredibly scenic for all. Lucy complemented Ivan with her extensive knowledge of the history of each island we visited, leaving us all al little bit more enriched by the experience. She also gave us daily dining and touring recommendations, which allowed us to explore the islands a little bit on our own. They were the dynamic duo, for sure!

The captain and crew were great. The boat was clean and well kept. We did have some difficulty with enough hot water for showers, but resolved with timing. The guides were excellent. Cheerful, enthusiastic and professional. The food was the reason for the four stars, and maybe I’m being unfair. The cook prepared meals for 31 guests in a broom closet size space and the budget was probably pretty tight. The food was plentiful and had good variety. The only complaint I had, was that the meat was consistently overcooked, especially the fish. It certainly wouldn’t discourage me from booking another trip with this company, or this crew.

Evan and Ilona took good care of us and shared necessary safety tips in addition to some great stories and history. We had lots of fun. Provide daily written out itinerary for people to actually read what times and where things were going on. Have an intercom (overhead speaker) so people can be alerted of pertinent info for all passengers. Verbal daily communication from guide was poor on daily activities. Cycle times need to be longer with less “coffee” breaks (30 min ride, 45 min stop) Our guide, was rude. Our other guide, Mario, was great. Overall, first impression of accommodations found that a bed overhead light was broken with wires exposed, safe didn’t work, tight quarters and air conditioning was poor, Reported broken light immediately and it was repaired.. Safe reported not working, told how to use by crew, but those instructions didn’t work….finally found written safe instructions on top shelf (which we couldn’t see beforehand) and was able to get the safe working on our own.. Food was ok. Bikes were outstanding quality….so good, I’m considering purchasing that brand. Swim stops were great.

Great staff. Bike routes well laid out and planned with interesting stops for swimming and cafes to get a delicious cup of coffee. Bikes were well maintained and very easy to ride. Any problems that did arise were handled quickly. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of food to choose from. Coffee not so good, needs improvement. Could purchase cappuccino on board which was good. Lunch definitely needs improvement. Most times it was cold. Soup was watery. Desserts were delicious. No on board safety protocols. We didn’t realize until third day into trip that life vests were under our bed. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Croatia is scenic and the cycling was good. The crew of the Princeza Diana was terrific- they worked very hard and were friendly and happy to interact with guests. The food was absolutely top notch- I'd recommend this trip for the food alone. Our guides were only average based on multiple previous cycling trips in Europe. They were pleasant enough but seemed disconnected from their jobs. Perhaps it was late in the season and they had mentally moved on.

The guides Ivan and Lucija were very knowledgeable and organized. We alway knew the plan and they provided great local info and recommendations. The food was well prepared and tastey. The coffee was good but cold. Maybe replace the coffee maker with a better style that keeps the urn warmer. The only downside was our ship was charged after all our travel plans were made. The upper bunk mattress was small and uncomfortable.

Great biking- biking guides did a wonderful job with routes. And experiences on the various islands.. However I feel there should be more swimming time at the various locations we biked to ; instead we had to get back for lunch on the boat. It would have been better for sail Croatia to set up a lunch at the location we were at instead of us going back to the boat. Lunches on the boat were too much/That they were full meals, rather than a lunch.

Lola was excellent as our tail end guide with good history comments along the way. For constructive criticism I would recommend that the up front lead guide (Srdan) go a bit slower so that we did not spread out into seperate pelotons with the later groups missing turns that Srdan made without stopping to allow the later groups to catch up.

This tour is awesome for those who wish to explore the Croatian Isles. E-Bikes are the way to go due to the hilly terrain and if you want to enjoy the scenery. If you really want a challenge then choose road bikes. Summer months are very hot so choose wisely. The itinerary is very good and the staff are awesome. Thank you to the crew and Miranda and Andro for a great week. Cabins are not cleaned daily, only every third day so plan accordingly as this is not communicated. Food was very good, but very salty. George was awesome and very accommodating to all guests. I would recommend this tour.

The guides were well informed, handled the large group well, and never left anyone behind. The views we had were spectacular! So glad for e-bikes!! This was a very challenging ride with lots of hills. The staff on board were always kind and happy to meet any needs. The boat was large enough for us to all spread out and was not cramped. Our time on board the ship and during the cycling cruise was fantastic. The ship's crew was friendly and professional. Our cycling guides, Tonka and Sanja, were excellent, fun, and took us to many wonderful places. They also made numerous recommendations that were very helpful and enjoyable. My only criticism was for communication with the Sail Croatia personnel. It was difficult to find out which boat you were assigned to because that information was buried in a specific email link. I also asked about storage on the bicycles since they had racks and was told there was none. There were panniers provided and I did not need the backpack I had bought based on the misinformation.

The staff, crew, tour leaders and guests on this boat were a fantastic bunch. Loved every minute. Had an issue with my room. Not what I was expecting for the price and supplement but that wasn’t going to spoil my trip. Boat was great, bar area very social. George n Danilo were great and George’s food was very good. Danny on the bar was the best barman very efficient and fun. Ivancic and Mario were a superb team, we have cycled with Ivancic before. He will never let you down he’s a very focussed customer driven guide. Very trustworthy. This tour is a great blend of cruising and riding. The guides, Miranda and Ana, were attentive to a fault, doing their best to keep everyone happy., as were the ship's crew. Guides and crew themselves seemed delighted to be there! The ship, the Mali Ante, was beautiful, clean, and well-run. The riding was well-planned, taking us along relatively easy routes in the countryside, and giving us a taste of many towns and villages, The meals were sumptuous and lovingly prepared. Someone considering this tour should know: - the rides are short, on average, so if they want more focus on cycling, this may not be the tour for them - the saddles for the e-bikes are hard and flat, so it might be an idea to bring a gel cover for comfort - the crew does smoke, and the smoke seems to come into some of the rooms at times, through the ventilation system. - the meals were very meat-heavy Altogether, with these caveats, this was a beautiful tour, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

The locations and crew were outstanding. Our guides Mario and Marin were full of knowledge and stressed safe riding. The crew on the boat were also very good. The booking process was less than stellar. My son and I were assigned a room with one double bed, not two singles. Since are large people, it did not work. He slept under the bed. Booking knew the assignment but would not/could not change it. Serious screw up by the office staff.

1) Smaller group! With that many riders (32) the faster riders, some of whom would have ridden even faster if allowed, spent way too much time waiting for the slower riders. This was the case on the uphills, the downhills, and the level rides. People ride at different speeds, regardless of terrain or type of bike. 2) Longer, full-day rides. One day was only 10 km, which is ridiculous.

The ship was in great shape and the Captain very skilled. the crew worked hard to make our week a fun/safe time and they succeeded. However, meals are a big part of our annual boat and bike trips. Here they failed. The meals were far too heave generally and the BBQ night was substandard with much meat and few veggies...and they were buried under all that meat. The meal was awful. Equally as bad was the captains dinner of steak that was unchewable...oh, the coffee was worse than any I had in the Navy and I didnt thimk that woukd ever be possible...undrinkable sludge..this boat & bike towr tour 7th as a group. It was the also the first to not put out a nice happy hour food spread...only pretzels and biscuits. All in all, I won't recommend this trip .

Our guide Tonka was fantastic. The boat was clean and the crew was friendly and extremely competent. The group size was too large for me (30) and we ended up having to stop for long periods while we waited for non-e-bike riders to catch up. I found this frustrating and believe the two bike types need to be separated in mountainous terrain. We had a sun deck on our boat but there were no chairs or any way to sit on it. It only had permanent sunbathing pads fixed to the deck. That was a disappointment as there was not seating anywhere outside for the entire group. The boat maintenance needed a bit of improvement as multiple lights in our cabin did not work and the air conditioner never cooled the room. Croatia was gorgeous and the ride routes were fantastic. Food was good and the bikes were very comfortable and well maintained. I would not use Sail Croatia again unless they separate the bike types and have smaller group offerings or split the group with two lead guides.

I felt that while the guides did an exemplary job. The large number of cyclists (29) in the group was dangerous. The group should have been split into two. Complimentary tea and coffee while on board would have been appreciated. Other cycling tours we’ve been on gave out water bottles which are fun to have and a source of advertising for the company.

Our guides Miranda and Tonia were the best! They were encouraging and helpful and knowledgeable! The boat was nice however I might mention a few things they could improve. Be more transparent about pricing of drinks. Choices of breakfast food could be better. Like more fruit and better toaster. Squeegee for showers to help with humidity in the rooms. Better WiFi in rooms. The ports were amazing and captain was great at parking the boat! I love Croatia and the people who live there are friendly and kind! We will be back!

I enjoyed the sail/cycle cruise immensely and would do it again in a heartbeat if I had the opportunity. Our tour guides, Lola and Dora, were the very best we could have hoped for. Lots of great people on this trip including two great guides and the ships crew. The biking was challenging and fun though 32 people are rather a lot to organize. The boat was not as good as we hoped, but probably our fault as we thought we had gone premium plus rather than premium. Cabins were very small and the food was OK but not great.

Travelled with a group of 12. Overall a great experience,. Although, we all felt rushed when riding , I can appreciate that when on a boat there are things we don’t know that may cause the riding time to be rushed, like having to deal with weather and docking times. These things should be taken in to consideration when choosing routes and times of riding. More time for sightseeing and swimming would have made my experience a lot better. The crew and guides did an amazing job. Would definitely refer friends to Sail Croatia.

The cabins were cold and the first nigt on board the boat we could hardly sleep due to the chill in the cabin. We could not control the tempreture in the cabin. The cabin had lower standard than we expected. The food served on board was not good.Breakfast was good but lunch and grill could have been better.. I had the feeling during the trip that we were alwayes in a hurry. and the cykling tours not relaxed.Not much time for fotos or to observe the scenery etc. Nevertheless we enjoyed the trip.The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

I was very happy with the tour. The crew was happy going and all operations were smooth, The guides were well qualified, engaged and expressed kindness towards the the guests every day of the tour. Indeed a very good experienced, the second time I go with Sail Croatia in the beautiful area. My suggestions are: 1) Slow down the bike tours, make more brief stops to enjoy the splendor of nature. 2) Make the diet more in accordance with environmental and dietary recommendation (less meat, more vegetables and fruits). Furthermore, take measures to reduce food wast. As a first step, measure the food waste on board and calculate how much it costs. 3) Express your concern for nature in the selections of all materials and operation; including detergents, sorting of waste, motor efficiency; even the use of sails when possible. 4) Improve considerably the quality of the coffee you serve. For many people a good cup of coffee makes even a rainy day bright and sunny.

We loved the bicycle part of the trip and the beautiful stops at night. Some of our itinerary changed due to bad weather and port issues, but the crew and guides worked to make it a good experience, and it was.. However guests got seasick. More info ahead of time about boarding place and process. Better communication about the agenda, activities etc. Maybe a "white board" with cycling distances, times, degree of difficulty, planned stops etc. Also, more info ahead for non cyclists and which stops we were having dinner on our own. Announcements were not made ahead of time and were difficult to hear with engines running. More time to explore port towns. Especially Brac....no time after the ride to see the port. Loved the islands and the sea was amazing. Our trip, in August, made for really hot biking but great swimming. The tour ran like a clockwork schedule. The right mix of hard work and down time. Our bike guide could have been a bit more personable. Food was great bur so much was a bit overwhelming. Because boats were anchored together with other boats overnight loud passengers crossing in and out often disturbed our sleep late into the night. A sign for "Quiet hours after 10pm" would have been great. Our room was very comfortable but more hooks on the walls are needed. Our stewardesses, Paula and Olga and our tour coordinator Mila were great as were the whole crew.

It was a lovely trip through the Dalmatian Islands, the cycling was challenging yet worthy, but I do think the bar prices on the boat could have been more competitive. We found ourselves preferring to be gathered in a bar or restaurant when we’d have rathered stay on board and have a drink on the top deck, etc. the dining room was often stiflingly hot, the AC may have been a good idea on some of the particularly hot days. The crew and staff were great, very efficient, and overall this was the best way to see this gorgeous country. Thank you!!

The crew was amazing. From Andre our server to Matek and Christiana the sailors, everyone was friendly, helpful and competent. The cabins were small and cramped. Not much storage space. But we were only in our cabins to sleep or shower. Katarina and Mila were excellent cycling guides. Meals were substantial- no need to ever go hungry! It would be great if there was some decent coffee at breakfast. The coffee was terrible! The cycling was made easier with the e-assist bikes. One suggestions is to divide the cycling groups. Those on e bikes and those on standard bikes. Those on e bikes were always waiting for the standard cyclists to catch up. It felt like we were constantly interrupting our ride.

I really enjoyed the Sail Croatia cycling cruise. Andrej and Andro did an amazing job taking us for our cycling tour on each island we stopped at. They shared excellent information and history of each place we visited and having an e-bike made the cycling more enjoyable. The staff on the boat were friendly too. The only complaint I have is regarding the food. I was expecting a higher standard of meal and more variety of vegetables and different meats. There were a lot of fish meals. Sometimes the options for breakfast ran out before everyone had the chance to have some. This could be a particular flavour yoghurt or chocolate croissants. Towards the end of the week, black teabags ran out and were not replenished. This meant we went without. This was particularly disappointing as the cost to buy more would have been minimal. Apart from this, we all had a wonderful adventure.

I’ve just had a week on Eos … cycling from Split around the islands. Firstly the App wants reviewing because it didn’t accurately match the holiday we were on. Secondly the pre trip advice from you clearly says pack very very light and perhaps pack a track suit for the evening. No!… you will be underdressed ( as I was) you will want to dress up a bit in the evenings and go out to restaurants and also there is plenty of room under your bunk for a big suitcase! The boat was really fun but disappointed that we paid for premier and didn’t get onto the other boat which had a far higher standard of cuisine. Confused also to learn that our travel mates from the states paid around 35 per cent less for the same holiday? 32 in a cycling group was a bit chaotic in places as this is a very big group, but the overall trip was fantastic. Really beautiful islands and fun travel companions so I would highly recommend and will certainly be going again. The e bike was great!

The Sail Croatia team were extremely helpful and intent on making the experience the best that it could be. My one improvement would be a mirror on the bike as traffic was heavy in some places and it was unnerving not to be able to see oncoming traffic. I appreciate that no mirror is standard practice on bike tours but that does does change the need for mirrors.

Rooms could be updated with fresh paint and new beds. Bedding and towels need replacing. The bike tour guide should have more small bike tools that riders could use to adjust to their own bike to suit size rather than waiting for guide to do. When you travel and are doing rigorous exercise everyday in the heat more than a two towel per week seems necessary. Also the towels were all very old. The bedding needs more frequent changing. The bike ride difficulty needs more specific disclosure. Three hours in the saddle is a long time. Provide beach towels, more fresh vegetables. Also snacks for long hard rides, the riders without e bikes could have used it.

The assortment of food on the boat for breakfast and lunch was excellent. The variety of terrain and vistas was equally as satisfying. Our accommodations were perfect for our needs. Great vacation!!! We enjoyed lots of activity. We would have liked to have more time cycling. Many times routes were cut short to get back for meals on the boat. We had to stay together so not an option for independent time. It would have been nice to have the bikes for free time, but because of so many boats in the harbor, they had to put them all back as soon as we were back from the group tours This was a great way to see the Dalmatian Islands. The bike/ sail cruise was great overall, what made the trip was our tour leaders Marija and Andrej. They were extremely friendly, outgoing and easy to connect with, they provided local recommendations of what to do and where to go. Also, the group of people on the boat were great, a slightly older crowd that knew how to have fun and connect with each other. The food on the boat was average which I expected it would be, definitely needs more attention. The bikes were in great condition without any faults, exceeded my expectation. The room was okay however bathroom needs a detailed clean and the shower curtain had mould. A little disappointed that our first day riding got cancelled due to rain and also advised it was a public holiday, so we stayed in spilt for the night. The public holiday should have been worked around in advance for an alternative, understand about the rain issue. Paying for drinks in cash was annoying, I would have bought more if able to pay on credit card.

We had a great time cycling the Dalmatian Islands with the Mali Ante crew. Our guides Mila and Miranda provided great historical information about the towns and were very fun to ride with. The onboard crew was wonderful as well, taking care of our rooms and providing great food. We even got them to dance with us on the night of Captain's dinner. The only recommendation I have is to consider an eBike. I'm a cyclist at home, but was happy to have an eBike to get over those beautiful (but steep!) hills.

This was my 3rd trip with sail Croatia. Split-Dubrovnik. It did not disappoint Travelled with family & friend. After some minor issue at booking with cabin allocation. Swiftly sorted. Despite the bad weather for early part of the week we had a great time. The itinary was changed slightly due to weather conditions & guest safety. Marin & Ivan did their very best to ensure alternative sight seeing trips were available to accommodate this. The cycling was challenging enough for those on hybrid bikes. Captain & crew really friendly. Boat was clean. Food plentiful. If there was anything I would change.. please maybe longer circular cycling routes rather than there & back.. we were a larger group of 30 but safety was second to none. A massive thank you to Marin & Ivan for their friendliness, and showing us some stunning places. And providing us with great laughs. WE made some lovely friends and great memories. The whole tour was fantastic. However, I’m very disappointed that I could not get a riding shirt. You say you were out of stock. Very disappointing. How can I order a medium cycling shirt for myself? This was going to be my souvenir from the tour. I also wish you had sales of your hats and shirts on the boat. That would have been great commercial advertising for future friends and family to want to come Sail Croatia. You are missing a great opportunity.

Guides were outstanding. Tailored each day's rides to the group. Gave options. Knew the terrain. The food needs work. Portions were huge. Occasionally, as they tried to serve 32 people at once, they plated and waited for all 32, resulting in cold food for everyone. When dinner is at 7, serve at 7, no matter who is there. And the food quality was not great. Breakfasts were okay. But fresh vegetables were scarce and overcooked. Salads consisted of a small bowl of tomatoes and cucumbers every night. I would suggest that when the boat is docked in a town with restaurants available, give people the option of not eating on the boat but in town, and adjust the prices accordingly. Rooms were cleaned/serviced only once in the week, which was fine but would have been nice to know. No bathroom toiletries, despite being told there would be. And front cabins with twin beds have very limited access to the underbed storage--bad design.

The food on the cruise was terrible. The boat was ok. The crew was awesome but the horrible food turned this from a perfect experience to one where having to eat on board was the low point of each day.

We loved the itinerary and seeing so many islands. The boat was nice and clean and the staff made a great effort in making us feel welcome and cared for. We reserved the whole boat for a group of friends and did a bike ride on each island. The staff was very accommodating and catered to what we wanted to do. The e=bikes were high quality and all worked great on every ride. Internet worked. The food was ok.

Well planned, great service and problem solving contingency plan when weather was bad. Guides were excellent, super friendly and helpful. Food was very good, only thing we missed was whole grain bread for breakfast, not only white. Would have liked to see a wider selection of wine, and measured portions.

Dalmatian islands were amazing. I have to go back. Both guides Ivan and Joseph were fantastic. Food quality on the boat needs to desperately improve. The staff were wonderful and hard working. Biking around the islands is the best way to see lots and get a great feel of the country. The boat we were on (Afrodita) was in desperate need of new carpets on the deck, new beds, sheets etc, although the other Sail Croatia boats looked very nice and updated. But the staff was so great, the other passengers were such fun, and we all got along so well, that the condition of the boat didn’t matter much to us. The bikes that we were supplied with were excellent! Very easy smooth gearing & comfortable ride on both hybrids & e-bikes. The route -Split to Dubrovnik had some challenging hills, but was never too much for anyone, and if you had an e-bike it was never an issue. The

Our guides on the bike tour were fantastic. However, the boat was tired….. poorly fitted bedding didn’t lend to very restful sleeps, wifi quit working after the third day making it difficult to stay in touch with family back home…. Our toilets ran water both into the bowl and outside the tank for the whole trip… asked for it to be fixed but not aware of anything being done to correct problem. The meals were very good though.

26 friends and family sailed on the Emanuel from Split to Dubrovnik. Nina from Sail Croatia was a great guide the food on the Emanuel was delicious and each port was somehow nicer than the last. I only wish was spending more time on the bikes exploring the islands. The schedule keep us fairly tied to the A To B trip with little time for side trips. Also, much of the biking day was spent waiting for slower riders which would have made my trip even better…..

Getting a taste of each Island, weather was amazing and local people very friendly. Cycling was amazing and the group stuck together. Sea is as clear as glass and temperature great for swimming in. Cabins were manageable and expected for a boat of its size. My only criticism was the food served on the boat, it was only ever warm or cold and I was not able to eat it.

1. The Dalmation coast is superb and made the trip worthwhile. The friendly crew and spectacular destinations made up for a lot of daily flaws. 2. Food is 2 out of 5 at best. There were times were we ate mediocre food on the boat while docked at a port with great restaurants. 3. Too many stops for swimming off the boat when there's a beautiful beach in sight, just out of reach. Also, when there was a beach stop, it was usually around 45 minutes - what good is that? 4. When cycled right past many points of spectacular scenery that would have been nice to soak in and maybe take a picture or two. When we did stop, it was usually a baren intersection or a town that wasn't as nice a town we sped thru. 5. The bathrooms below deck smelled of sewage. I know the crew must have know this as there were air fresheners in the bathrooms to mask the smell. 6. The trip really ends a day early, on Friday afternoon when the boat arrives in Split and the crew starts closing up.

Our boat was very cute, only 31 passengers - perfect - lovely to get to know & build friendships with our fellow international guests! It was a cycling cruise - so the itineray was based around cycling rides. We had advised prior that we were going as couples and some of our partners were not cyclists. This was obviously not known to Julia, our cycling tour guide, and she had nothing arranged for non-cyclists to do during the day. Luckily this was sorted with the assitance of the captain on the first day and after that Dora (our other cycling tour guide) would advise us and had great top tips of what/how/why to do. The islands we stopped off at were stunning, waking up every morning to a different view and sailing out to sea was just perfect. I would recommend. I would say the food wasn't up to standard on the boat, but there are a loads of amazing restaurants at every port to go to instead! Croatian wine is a revelation, defo go on a wine tasting in Korcula! Swim stops were lovely!

Great trek leaders - great boat (Afrodita) - great crew - great guests! We were hoping there would be other families with older teens to be with, but there were no age barriers here: the other guests welcomed our kids and they responded with maturity! The cycling was challenging without e-bikes in the extreme heat but everyone was accommodating and encouraging. We swam off the boat a couple of times and found beaches every day which was brilliant. The ship was great- but shade on the sun deck would have made it more useful, as it was too hot to go up there at all. I was surprised that there was no cleaning of bathrooms all week, and no change of towels offered, but the food was abundant and amazing. A drink with main meals (even water!) would have been appreciated. Overall, a wonderful week.

Your sail Croatia staff Andre and Especially Jo were very helpful and really lovely. Jo did everything possible to make sure we had a great holiday. Stephan the bar man was excellent. Ship was lovely but the only criticism I would have was the food. The quality and choice was very poor - too much salt was used and food not particularly well cooked. Soups were tasteless. Too many fish dishes. This would definitely put us off booking another cruise.

Great company travelling in a group of 16 friends.Others on board the boat were also great and everyone got on well. Staff great, organised and supportive. Would have liked longer bike rides and less time in the villages. Also to have a meal on board at night 2-3 nights a week to enable more group interaction at a social level. Lunches I would have preferred to be while out in the village and then ride more, rather than having to come back to the boat for lunch sometimes late in the day (for lunch)

The holiday itself was very enjoyable and the crew and guides were very helpful and friendly as usual and we had lots of fun as a group. However the cycle rides were too short in distance which was very disappointing. I am aware that the journey from Split to Dubrovnik and the return journey took some hours of travelling, so more emphasis should have been placed on actual distance covered by bike when not travelling. Due to bad weather forecast around Omis on the Thursday it was agreed after travelling for 6 hours that we should carry on to Split (Thurs) for safety reasons. However, there were no alternative arrangements for cycling on the Friday morning which again was disappointing and we wondered if we could have gone to one of the other islands nearer to Split on the Thurs. I will be travelling with Sail Croatia again next year with the same group of friends and hope that normal service will be resumed as far as the cycling is concerned.

The organisation of the cruise/cycle was first class and we werr blessed to have such a fine guide in Daniel and his assistant H. The crew of the Tuna were also most helpful, especially our barman Marko, our chef Marko (also) who provided great food under difficult conditions, and our captain who was always most obliging in arranging for timely swims. The bikes were of a high standard. I would have no hesitation on recommending this holiday to others. Thank you, Sail Croatia.

I booked Sail Croatia expecting a full on cycling tour. I had hoped to be cycling a fair distance everyday and for most of the day. I was disappointed as the week went on that the cycling seem to lessen rather than increase and by the last day we did a mere 11k. With the longest day being around 40K. To me this is not a cycle holiday. I was also disappointed with the standard of the boat which was very old and tired. My cabin was in the basement and was very tatty and rather grubby. The water would not drain from the floor area around the toilet and the smells which came from the bathroom were revolting. These were fixed quickly whenever pointed out but there was a definite problem with the plumbing. The general state of the boat was similar, there was insufficient seating outside and only deckchairs for 10 holding a boat of 22 so nowhere to relax. As it stands I would not book with Sail Croatia again as I feel the standard of accomodation and cycling rather poor.

I thought Ivana and Andrei were outstanding hosts during our 7 day bike sail trip. We did Dubrovnik- Split , a new route which Andrei personally checked out suitability to bike before leading it. Both hosts were interesting, had good stories and knowledge and showed an interest in their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. The Staff on the Navigator boat were amazingly slick at loading bikes and docking the boat in tight spaces..The food was well presented and varied, The hostesses kept the galley spic nd span and were fun to be with...all the staff were friendly and very helpful...great trip

I have done 4other cycling trips. This was my least favorite for 3 reasons:. The very hot uncomfortable bunk room, the short uneventful cycle trips, and the amount of smoking from the crew. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. The person on the top bunk did not get any sleep. We have never been given 1 towel,for a week,trip. The smoking was excessive. Because the room was so uncomfortable, you had no choice but to be on deck.. because the cycling time was so short, there was an excessive amount of time on the boat. Smoke came in our front porthole even though smoking was limited to the back. It made my throat burn. I think only 1 other passenger smoked occasionally. On other trips we left after breakfast, packed a lunch and returned some time before dinner. There were places to visit along the bike route. The guides gave tours of the loactions we passed. We had one rain day with no rain, and they cut our last day in 1/2 due other people messed up travel pl

Staff hangs around community areas and smokes cigarettes. Extremely offensive to passengers. All cruises should be smoke free. This is ridiculous in this day and age. Also, more time should be dedicated to biking and less on “boat time”.

Boat is not owned by sail Croatia. Its sub contracted. We asked for our 2 rooms with our daughter s to be next to each Other . The boat never got the request. The grey water tank overflowed into our bathroom. It was really gross The roof leaked from the ice machine above and soaked our mattresses The shower floor leaked and the bathroom floor was entirely flooded. The beds had broken springs and uncomfortable No ventilation in the lower cabins . Dank musty and moldy. No portholes to open. Sealed shut. After 3 days crew finally turned in air conditioning. Captain did this not sail Croatia. The crew were awesome and apologetic. Lead guide /Sail Croatia did not offer to compensate for these issues at all. Gordana the 2nd guide was very nice. Food was excellent. Great views and cycling for the most part very good. We would like to see a partial refund for the accommodations. The 20" wheel ebikes are wrong for the terrain. The newer 26" mobiles we saw for next cruise were correct.

The ship needed some TLC, especially the bathroom, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. The crew were attentive and always happy. Our two guides were magnificent. They become integral parts of the group. The food was basic but perfectly fine. Cannot fault the countryside and sea views, Croatia was amazing. A bit more warning online of the heat you're riding in may allow more people to choose an electric bike. Good crew, great guides, magnificent cruise. Thank you

Our trip was amazing! Touring by sea & bike was an incredible way to see Croatia. The views were incredible, the rides great, and the taste of towns small & large great! The crew was great and the captain did an amazing job navigating the ports (for smooth loading/unloading of bikes) and optimal porting position,. I do have suggestions for improvement. Our cabin was below deck. While we didn’t pay for air conditioning we did not realize the portholes would be sealed shut and the airflow VERY limited. As the upper deck didn’t experience this it took some time, but we are grateful the crew resolved this after a few days. It was necessary to breathe & sleep. Also, there were several changes to the advertised rides. While we appreciate the difficulty tailoring rides to a mixed group, Discussion with the group about changes would have been much appreciated. Perhaps have an extra e-bike or 2 on board for those who find the rides are too difficult & want to upgrade would allow all to ride

We did the sailing cycling trip aboard Marija Magdelena. I thought the route was great and the food on board was hearty and homely. The cabins were sufficiently spacious and clean. I wouldn't recommend the below deck ones on this ship. Although they have portholes, they cannot be opened, which means there is no airflow and the cabins get very hot and stuffy, especially those right next to the engine room, The average age of our group worked out to about 50 years old, which was lowered significantly by a group of 4 friends in their early 30's. The riding itself was more tour bus touring by bicycle. It felt like we were always waiting. This was partly due to our group makeup and partly due the our main cycle guide who was conducting his fist tour and could speak very limited English. That said, the crew in general really were great and always on hand to do what they can to improve your trip. I would recommend Sail Croatia to others, Next time I'd skip the organised cycling.

I suggest more freecycling, Hand out a map and give a time to be back on the boat. It was nice to have a guide, but really not necessary, the islands are small and not much chance of getting too lost. It would be different if the guide was giving tourist/historical information along the way, but that wasn't the case. Lunches would be better had in the villages or a picnic giving Time to explore the villages & countryside. Dinner would be better on the boat, giving time to get to know other passengers over a beer or 2 and would up the bar takings.! I suggest dedicating one smoking zone away from the meals area. (which we did manage to negotiate) but that should be automatic practice. We had an amazing Captain, Vedran, He could get that boat in and out of anywhere and was Always open to sharing information with us if we visited him. Lara did a great job with her briefings before rides. And Tamara, super pleasant, was faultless in the meals and bar area. All in all a fun week.

Rides need to be more flexible with maybe dinner not lunch each day to include more cycling and island exploring. I’m gluten free and food was very average. Captain, bar staff and guides were awesome and very friendly. Rooms were average and a little uncomfortable. Overall I had a great cruise but would maybe do different next time. Also I’d preferred an upper room and where told no, put whilst on board others book much later with above cabins...

Everything about our sail cycle croatia trip from Dubrovnik to split was amazing The guides Miranda and Ana kept us informed with useful information and guided us through some wonderful locations Our ship almissa was only 2 years old and all the crew and facilities were fantastic. The food was delicious and it must be the first time I have done a cycling adventure and put weight on We were really fortunate to have a wonderful group of people and the cycling routes were challenging with rolling hills and beautiful views. However provision of electric or hybrid bikes meant that it was achievable for all. I would love to try another trip with cycle croatia and hope to to do split northern route next time as this trip has encouraged me to see more of this beautiful country and sail cycle croatia again

The cycling is challenging and if you are not used to cycling on steep hills, in the heat, then I would recommend an e-bike. The islands are all very different and stunning in their own way. Sail Croatia staff and crew very friendly and helpful. The food was simple and really good.

The fellow passengers were great and the stunning Croatian scenary. However with a few tweaks the trip could have been better especially re the food - cold vegetable and bland soups and salads. Communication from the guides could have been better also e.g. not everyone heard about fresh towels and sheet changes and there were also changes of plan for reasons outside the organisers control. I felt that a few decisions were made without enough consultation e..g. changing the route/pick up point to avoid going back up a steep hill.

Enjoyed the beautiful Islands and environment. Stunning part of the world and it was so special to have this opportunity. Great crew and a wonderful bunch of friendly people. Ports were very noisy. First night we docked next to a cafe with music until 2 am. Several other nights music or noise didn't stop until midnight. Need to dock in quiet areas. Need to have 2 bike knowledgeable Bike guides. Although we had 2 guides, only one was familiar with bikes and routes.

We had a great crew and ship. The bikes they provided were good and the cycling was challenging but rewarding. Be prepared to climb and do yourself a favour and train a bit before heading out. The food was good, My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. The ports are very noisy. I had to sleep with the door open because it was way too hot to sleep without Air Con with the door shut, therefore no sound barrier from the parties. There were Air Con units in each room but they don't work. Otherwise, a memorable, extremely scenic and fun time. Croatia is a beautiful country and seeing it by bike and boat is great!

The only thing that let it down was the company themselves, sail Croatia. We had an issue on the boat and they could have handled it better and supported their guides. Especially for a company with so much experience. Shame really. Otherwise a fantastic cruise.

Everything was very good, except the food might have been better. Breakfast was very good except for instant coffee. You could improve the choice of lunch and dinner. The crew was excellent and so were the guides (Damir and Lara) and maybe this was a difficult group but some people got lost a couple of times at intersections where the guides were not at hand. The ship, Magellan, was good and cabins were clean. Thank you.

We had been advised by the office and brochure that the meals were breakfast/dinner (and confirmed again on later email) but were disappointed that we only had one dinner on ship and all else were lunch, cutting the ride day short and making it a more expensive holiday than expected.

The other people on the cruise were great. The tour leaders and crew were really fantastic and attentive. They tried their absolute best to ensure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves.

I was supposed to go as a companion with my sister who did not want to be the only novice in her group. She unfortunately did not end up going, but for me, a non cyclist it was an excellent tour. You get to see so much more of Croatia and the Islands, which is usually not explored. Korcula was my favourite.

Lots of delays while waiting for people to get organised. Believe two small cycling groups would have been better rather than keeping such a big group together. Apart from breakfast, which was great, food was generally of a very poor standard compared to what was being served on other sail and cycle boats. An onboard bbq would have been a nice touch. Tinned soup, stewed meat (not sure what sort most of the time), mashed potatoes and either tinned fruit or very thin slices of cake as dessert not the best end to a very energetic day of cycling. Guides were lovely and our steward was great. The ebikes were an absolute must and made the very steep hills a pleasure to ride on.
