Wonderful! Improvement must be considered for highly excessive noise level in dining room. Requires acoustical treatment. Disappointing that meals were not served on outside tables! Missing towel bars or hooks to dry swimwear in rooms. Consider reducing swimming frequency for additional dock time at additional locations such as Havar & Split. All staff were very helpful, considerate and friendly!! Beautiful Ship!!!

Our tour guide Lola was incredible !!! she was easy to talk to and extremely helpful She helped us arrange water taxis and answered all of our questions. Lola was great !! We were extremely disappointed with the ship's itinerary. Had we knew that the daily swim stop was actually more than 1/2 a day of swimming and that most shore excursions were to start after lunch, Starting shore excursions at 3;00 or 4;00 is just too late . we would not have taken this cruise. We did not come to Europe to swim, we came to see and explore towns and sights. For instance we visited Milena which was a waste of a day, Nothing really to see. I wish we could have spent the time in Split which is a wonderful and interesting city.

The ship is very lovely. The mattress a bit soft for my liking and only 1 pillow is provided, which is silly. The company says it provides one beach towel and one bath towel. It also provides one face towel. What it does not say is that they changed your bath and face towel twice during the cruise. They never change your beach towel, and they don’t dry. It’s pretty gross. Beach towels should also be cleaned once or so per week. We use them every day. The daily itinerary should be reversed. We should go out on the islands in the morning and see the sites and have excursions, and come back to the ship in the afternoon for swimming and relaxing. The lunches are big and heavy, and are better suited for dinners. We could have lunch on our own on the island and dinner on the ship. The staff is amazing Truly helpful and accommodating. Coffee/tea/softdrinks should be included in the overall pricing. I would rather you charge a little bit more upfront and include those things

My husband and I loved the yacht and visiting the different locations along the coast. Every location was a little bit different, but all were beautiful. The common areas of the boat were never crowded and the daily swim stops were great. The cabin was spacious enough and remarkably quiet (lower deck). Our representative, Vicko, was so informative and humorous with his daily breifings of our itinerary, some history, and cultural tips. The wait staff/bartenders were so helpful and attentive. While generally, the food was good, I was a bit disappointed in their "accommodation" for our dietary needs. I told the booking agent before we booked about our dietary needs and she assured me it would be no problem. We verified this again shortly before the trip. We felt like our request was not fully conveyed to the chef and people supplying provisions on the boat, so it seemed like our alternative meals were kind of afterthoughts. The food did not measure up to the price of the trip.

This was a beautiful cruise with wonderful swim stops and interesting ports every day. The breakfasts and lunches were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the boat was kept very clean. There is not a lot of storage in the cabin, given the underbed area is taken up with life jackets. But after a day we had our storage needs figured out. They supply only basic bath amenities so bring your own, including washcloths. The shower was very weak and marginally warm a couple of days, other days it was cool. There were don't enough lines or hooks to hang wet swimwear to dry. The boat is not metal so bringing magnetic hooks doesn't help. This is only one of the very few ways to get to these small island ports. It's well worth the minor foibles on the boat.

The crew and our tour guide were great and very helpful. It would be helpful if they published better details about the daily flow of their cruises to help manage expectations about time on the boat vs exploring the various port locations. For example you dock in each port overnight and the yacht moves in the morning to the next location with a swim stop each morning. You dock at the next port during lunch and then explore tge port during the hottest part of the day and into the night. Breakfast Buffett was varied and solid. Lunches were not great and the biggest miss for my group.

The holiday was lovely. I really liked the Esperanza boat, very warm and welcoming with friendly staff. The swim every morning was a highlight, the top deck for sunbathing and visiting the different islands each day. We meet a bunch of great people whom we got on really well with which added to the overall experience. The food was mainly good, but thought the tipping expectation was extreme.

It was very noisy and felt claustrophobic. It was disappointing we could not eat outside. Breakfast was okay, but there was limited choice and the food quality not good. Often the fruit ran out. Coffee not good either. Excursions were terrific with a wide choice. The gratuity advice was incredible. 600 euros per cabin ! Nearly everyone was astonished that we were expected to give that much.

Amazing. Loved all the ports we visited. The ship was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother. The food was good. About what l expected for what we paid. A couple of things. Food was good. Always fresh but l thought at lunch they should have had another option on the set menu. A few people don’t eat seafood but there was no other option. You would only get different menu if you had an allergy.. TVs in room don’t work. ? Why are they there? Overall l enjoyed the cruises. Was a great time on the Queen Jelena -- Vedrun our tour manager was lovely and super informative. Ship was elegant and rooms were a good size, Food was overall very good onboard. The cruise on board the Esperanza was a great cruise. The staff was wonderful. The staff and our group of friends got along wonderfully. The food was delicious. But, I would have loved a cup of real coffee instead of instant coffee from a machine. Dino arranged a fishing expedition for us to enjoy. Ivo and Mio kept the drinks flowing and were always smiling. My cabin was refreshed daily. The comfort on the boat in the social areas was nice but there were a few issues that I would like to mention. While there was a blow dryer for drying our hair, the blow dryers lacked power. There was an electric outlet in the sleeping area of the cabin but there was no mirror. A mirror would have been nice for makeup application too. Also the closet did not give us the option to hang anything longer than a shirt. My dresses couldn’t hang long. There was not enough drawer storage at all! Towels were treated like a precious commodity and not refreshed unless asked for. Not true luxury

Good but hoped for more time to explore/shop … on the stops. Door stops for bathroom door needed, bathroom re-supply and amenities were poor, toilet was never cleaned in our room. Breakfast window of 8-9 too short when underway by 6-7 each day. A bit more variety in the hot breakfast menu - it was the same fare each day.. More excursions offered with passenger commitment secured before the trip starts - not everyone is into swimming and water sports. Crew and servers were very attentive and friendly. Lunches on board, captain’s dinner and impromptu barbecue dinner on board were excellent. A good sail overall.

The yacht was beautiful but the crew did not seem happy to be there. There were no smiles from the crew members and very little interaction with the guests. One sailor paid no attention to guests even when spoken to directly. The cruise director was somewhat confusing in discussing the next days itinerary. Swim stops were beautiful. More and newer swim toys would have been appreciated. Noodles were crumbling and breaking. On the plus side, the food was amazing and beautifully presented. Kudos to the chef and sous chef. The ships air conditioning was not adequate for the hot temperatures at night. Many had trouble sleeping as the a/c was turned off. The Captain's dinner could only be described as "sweaty". Transfers were well handled. Overall I had a good time with a great group of travelers.

Excellent time! Vedran is great tour leader! This boat is Family owned and immaculate! All staff are family and they care deeply about the boat and assuring guests have a great time. The only reason I gave this a 4-star rating is that the air conditioning in the cabins just could not keep up with the boiling outside temperature. Most everyone had issues with the air conditioning. Also, in my opinion, the lighting in the bathrooms is not sufficient. PRO Tip 1: Evidently the cabins below deck stay cooler than those above deck PRO Tip 2: Bring clothing that is quick drying and can be washed in the sink or shower. There are ship bars outside the cabins on the upper deck where you can hang them to dry. Clothes pins are provided. PRO Tip 3: Do not bring anything fancy, cool light weight fabrics are best. PRO Tip 4: A portable travel fan will come in handy. PRO Tip 5: Buy Euro at first island stop for less than getting it at home if not your currency.

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Was impressed with the Olimp: impeccably maintained, everything gleaming, spick-and-span, and the whole crew were friendly & helpful, and Vedran is a star organiser! Our lunches were all delicious. .The breakfast buffet was sufficient except for the "orange juice" which neither looked nor tasted as if it had been near a real orange. Breakfast was too short, and too early. Should last until at least 10am, Also I'd have liked the option to eat on the outside deck. When at sea who wants to be in an enclosed space.? The highlight of the trip was swimming. But I wanted more & longer swim stops. Most were only 1 hour - not enough to enjoy repeatedly jumping into that gorgeous turquoise sea! I'd have also appreciated more time actually sailing, not moored in a port. The expeditions were at the hottest time of day, so I mostly opted out and relaxed on the ship's cushions in the breeze - that upper deck lounging area was a perfect touch of luxury!

Our holiday was very relaxing. Dino was 5 stars and so were the rest of the crew. Great way to see the islands. The only reason we rated 4stars instead of 5 is because we would have preferred not to be served a full 3 course meal at lunch. A buffet would have been better. Save the big meal for when we were in the towns. As it was we ate two dinner type meals a day until we decided to just not eat lunch on the ship.

The sailing holiday was very good, the boat , OLIMP, was great and the size of the cabin brilliant. Service was very good by the staff and Dino was quite good as the co-ordinator. The only issue was with the payment of the bar. tab at the end of the trip and what cards that were accepted. A few things should be made clearer at the start of the trip so as not to have them becoming an issue on the last night. I will be recommending this trip to fiends for sure.

Croatia's coastline is simply beautiful and the cities of Dubrovnik and Split were well worth the visit. The smaller islands were interesting and pretty if missing cultural interest, but thanks to our wine-themed cruise, there was always something to see/do. The crew and especially our guide Lola were cheerful, helpful and fun (my husband and I were traveling with a solo friend, so with 3 at our table, we were able to share a lot of meals with Lola). We've done a number of cruises in the past, from 120 passengers up to about 2000, and unfortunately I'm prone to seasickness, so on that front the trip was not great - I definitely appreciated our captain's decision to skip one island due to rough seas! The smaller size ship also meant that our cabin was much smaller than what we've experienced before and there was really nowhere other than the dining area for people to gather together when it was raining which was unfortunate. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

Katerina is owned and crewed by the family. This is a 5 star rating. Ship is spotless and crew are the best. Owner and crew (mostly family and cousins) are so attentive to every detail. Meals: adequate and enjoyable but not outstanding. Captains' dinner was very good. Activities: not memorable. Walking tour in Dubrovnik was boring. Ship provided dinner was not impressive. Should have stayed in port and gone to local restaurant Ioana our tour director was 5 stars' She had to deal with a lot of shifting itinerary and was a truly shing star for the passengers. Overall was a nice experience. Met a lot of good people and that was a big plus; Croatia is very expensive on the street Plan to spend some BIG $$ in local establishments. Overall, a check on our bucket list. Nice but would not do again

We sailed on the Queen Jelena (Split North itinerary). Beautiful boat, really good crew. The food onboard was just OK, often just warm rather than hot. A 3 course lunch is not what most people have day to day at home and the thoughts from fellow passengers were thst this was a bit rigid and maybe a buffet style lighter lunch would be better as it felt you had breakfast and a couple of hours later a large lunch making you lethargic. Trips were ok, village dinner was good, buggy trip was good but not best value. More time needed in Dubrovnik as it beautiful, I would skip the walking tour (pointless) and enjoy more time exploring yourself. All stops on this itinerary were beautiful. One last point; the daily briefing should be carried out using the TV in the saloon as shown on the website content so you can actually get a visual idea of your day ahead. The WhatsApp group is useful when it's set up. Overall a good experience, 7.5/ 10

We had the best vacation on the Olimp with 10 of our friends. The boat is beautiful, cabins are modern and bathrooms are great. There is plenty of space (in the sun or in the shade) to relax and enjoy the passing scenery. Captain George and the Olimp crew were fantastic, making sure we were safe, happy and well feed & ‘watered’! The islands we visited were lovely and we all enjoyed wondering round and exploring them. Daily swim stops were fun and locations were always very picturesque.

Martina and Mio were great. The Guide from Sail Croatia was a little tightly wound and confrontational. The food was just okay, and that’s probably generous. The worst part was all the noise on the boat. Spend ten bucks and put felt sliders on the chairs in the saloon. Seriously. The chair sliding noise killed all the cabins right below it. The drink prices were stupid for what you get. The food was very forgettable. But the boat and the crew were good!

We traveled with a group of friends. This cruise perfectly loans itself to a friendly and fun experience. The crew was fantastic, in particular Mio and Martina. They made our experience so much more fun and their attention gave a much higher level of service than expected. The slow progression through the islands felt luxurious and calming. I never felt a moment of motion sickness. The islands and coastline are absolutely stunning. The cabins are good sized, the showers had good water pressure and temperature. The bar was well stocked and available when we wanted it. The only weak area of improvement is the meals. The long lunch is lovely but some of the dishes were not delicious. The daily salad bar was good as was the breakfast. We would have preferred a longer breakfast time. It was early and too short.

Sailing on the Olimp with Sail Croatia was, overall, a very good experience. The boat itself was fantastic, and the crew were excellent. However, a couple of things did take the shine off the trip. Firstly, in the cabins there’s a constant whirring from the extractor fans throughout the night. The air-conditioning is fine, but these bathroom fans never switch off. We asked for them to be turned off, which they kindly did on the first night, but for the rest of the week we had to put up with the noise—such a shame. Secondly, breakfast was always served in the dining area, which is air-conditioned, but with all the doors kept closed the sound of 30 people chatting becomes deafening. It seems such a missed opportunity not to let guests spread out onto the aft deck, where there’s fresh air and space for the noise to dissipate.

our guide, Vedran, combined with the absolutely lovely ship Queen Jelena and it's expert captain/owner (Gordan? sorry), combined for a wonderful experience. Exploring the Dalmatian Coast this way was amazing and everything we hoped it would it be, and was so much more. Vedran informed, educated, coddled and tolerated all of us crazy tourists with grace, humor, and bottomless patience. The captain found us the most beautiful swimming spots each day, and navigated through the islands so smoothly, especially during the few rough waters we had. The boat is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and relatively brand new (2018)! My only quibbles would be with the kitchen. The Captain's dinner was one of the best meals we had in our 2 weeks in Croatia (and probably the most fun!), and all the lunches were lovely (though the chef could have used a lighter touch with the tuna steaks and racks of lamb to better represent his skills). We just wish the breakfast window was longer and less rigid.

The itinerary. Mio & the lovely cleaning lady who cleaned our cabins. Only having 14 guests on board. Room for improvement:: The staff could be more friendly (except Mio and the cleaning lady - they couldn’t do enough for you); there should be more fish served as part of our lunches as we are out at sea and in the Adriatic! The lunches were lovely but certainly could be improved; the breakfasts and fresh fruit needed to be replenished as you were scared of having too much and not leaving enough for other passengers. It was not clear that you could have more. The chief female waitress in my opinion didn’t want to be there and that was more than obvious at times. As there was only 14 guests on board, it felt like most of the crew were ‘on a jolly’ and did not make enough effort to satisfy.

We really enjoyed the itinerary and The Esperanza was very well maintained. However some issues need addressing. The staff don’t appear to be very happy in their work place. Deck hands rarely smiled, the waitress in the salon was at times most inappropriate and borderline rude. It’s not every day you hear the F word or gestures using an arms whilst talking to passengers. So totally unprofessional and disrespectful to the Captain.. We appreciate that crew are able to go ashore for free time but please don’t tell the passengers that drinking of alcohol was consumed whilst ashore and then come onto deck to work; Safely for guests and crew surely should be paramount. The salon steward Mio went above and beyond to make every moment a pleasurable experience. The food lacked any wow factor, breakfast tepid, cold ravioli not nice, lettuce leaves as a salad, fruit bowl not replenished until we complained Only 14 guests in total and that shouldn’t mean less effort.. Representive did his job.

The ship was immaculately fitted out, crew were friendly, helpful and courteous. Food was substantial and generally good standard. But not gourmet as photography on brochures suggested. The islands were interesting and great to explore, however, a couple had very little to keep us occupied and exploring( notably Brac). Sail Croatia events coordinator was always helpful and available to help and plan for each stopover.. We felt that more entertainment in evenings even one more early on in cruise would have brought guests and crew together . The evening dinner on one of the islands was extremely disappointing, both for location and the meal itself.

The weather was very good, the boat was very clean, the Captain & crew were hard-working, friendly, helpful and professional. And our fellow passengers were great. The variety of tours on offer was good. We would have liked one night at anchor in a sheltered bay. And we would have preferred longer breakfast time from, say, 8am to 10am. The bed in our cabin wasn’t very comfortable, too hard a mattress for us. However all-in-all we had a great trip and we would recommend it to others.

The boat, the crew, the swim stops and overnight stops and excursions made this a trip to remember. The only down side that let the cruise down and the reason we didnt give it 5 stars was the food was not what we had hoped. There were good days like the first day and the Captains Dinner but sadly some of the lunches were not of the standard we would expect from a cruise at this price point. Most days the protein offered was well overcooked and given their were only 14 passengers this was disappointing

Romantic Star Cruise (June 21-29, 2025) Pros: -Ship was new and clean. -Swim stops were perfect. Cons: -Staff, except guide, looked unhappy (no smile). -Cleaning day didn't do a good job cleaning. Towel were not changed in the 7 days' stay. -Food was OK, not interesting. -Coffee and juices were charged if consumed outside the 1 hour for a meal time - outrageously cheap!! -Captain's dinner (lame) and dinner in town were had in Hvar, so we didn't get to eat out in beautiful Hvar. They should have been held in Dubrovnic (where we stayed 2 nights) and Planikovak (which didn't have good restaurants).

The boat was comfortable, the food beautifully prepared the shore stops were very interesting and we had a very organised cruise director. We were lucky to only have a small group of 18 on a boat that caters for 36.. The spoilers were the boat crew did their job efficiently but nothing more. There was never a smile or any other pleasantries. Only Dragon ever engaged with anyone. It often felt awkward. It was the first time we have encountered this on our many cruises. Also, it was pretty savings to only have coffee available from 7.30am and only instant coffee available for free at morning tea. If we wanted an express it cost €5 which is exploitation when on sure we had many coffees for less than half that price.

We enjoyed having a relatively small group of fellow travellers being 36 in total from Australia, Canada, South Africa, UK and USA. Our cabin was comfortable although the quality in pillows and towels was poor. The chef and catering staff did a magnificent job with meal preparation it’s was always delicious The dining saloon however was very noisy during meal times and made conversation difficult The islands/towns visited all had something different to enjoy and we soon chose our favourites. The staff were all friendly and courteous and the boat comfortable and in good condition .We were disappointed that smoking was allowed in the inside deck area which was enclosed with plastic coverings. and attached to the dining saloon. This was especially unpleasant and meant many of us could not utilise this area. This issue was reported to the staff however we felt the resolution unsatisfactory. Regardless of these issues we did enjoy the experience and had a lot of laughs.

Overall, a very good experience. We both enjoyed our week on the Olimp, it is a beautiful ship. Our rep was amazing, he worked hard to ensure we had a good week. The food , especially lunch, was beyond exceptional. Breakfast wasn't bad but I expected some good fresh fruit options instead of canned peaches and unripe pineapple every morning. Included in the cruise price we had two really excellent wine tastings and two that were average. Having said that, we would still recommend cruising with Sail Croatia. The team really went above and beyond

Our cruise was very relaxing with the right balance of activities and interaction with other guests. We really loved the swim stops each day and the meals were of premium quality and presentation. The tours were great, Capains dinner/dance and wine tours as well I would include gratuity in the price and/or arrange for credit card payments for on board liquor purchases for some people I spoke to were surprised they needed so much euros at the end of the trip which may have an effect on gratuity’s We would highly recommend Sail Croatia to anyone that asks us

Great crew all round. Extremely professional and courteous. Very high standards of comfort and cleanliness. Very professional Tour guide , perfect touch and interaction with all passengers. Only complaint is breakfast is too early to close at 9.00am, also it was a direct shut down at that time. Even at 9.o5 am the coffee and tea was closed, leaving the only option was to purchase. Tea and coffee. That station should be available all day subject to cruising condition.

We reserved a few years ago but then the COVID Pandemic landed. We had to cancel and Sail Croatia were so great to deal with. A full refund no hassle. We rebooked six months ago and just returned home. We were on the ESperanza Dubrovnik return. Boarding was easy. We met with Mia the cruise director. Such a lovely warm kind person. She was so organised . We got great information and recommendations where to go when ashore. The food was very good . Anna and Antonio were our servers and bar tenders. Nothing was too much trouble to them. The weather was not the best but the captain and the sailors had to rearrange the itinerary to avoid the rough seas at times. We felt safe at all times and managed swim stops in secluded bays every day. Overall we loved it. We made new friends who we will keep in contact with. Two small areas that could improve. The hairdryer in the room wasn't great so I'm told. Also the ladders for getting back onboard after swimming need to be longer. Excellent.

Not so good - tour of Vis, Verdan sold it to us as a scenic tour. I didn't expect most of it to be going through military bunkers. I wanted to see the island, not the inside of some old military thing. Dinner at Korcula was not good or tour of Korcula - that woman was painful in her terrible attempts to be humorous.

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary . It was a trip of a lifetime. All and all the itinerary was good. I would skip Mijet. There was not enough to do on the island.

Our tour/customer representative, Barbra, was great. The islands were good with a couple of things. We didn't get to explore Vis much since we stayed korcula.. Korcula was great. We stayed in Mijet which was not worth the stop. As for the food. Breakfast was good but could have had more options instead of eggs. Lunch was over the top each day. The food was good. The night before and the day of decorating, we felt rushed off the boat. We had to be off by 9am. Jacuzzi was emptied the night before and could not be used. Did not understand why decorating time could not have been around 11.. The staff was great and the swim stops we a pleasure.

On arrival we were greeted by Ioana who welcomed us in a very professional and courteous manner. The ship Olimp was amazing. Very modern and clean. The crew were equally professional and a special mention must go to our housekeeper. She was the BEST. Our cabin was always cleaned with fresh towels which made our experience even more enjoyable knowing that everything was clean. Ioana who was in charge of cruise went over and above to ensure everything was perfect for all the guests on board. Overall the trip was excellent. However if you look into the fine details then you can find major issues. For example tipping policy is terrible ad should be scrapped. Company say one figure staff say a different figure and service you receive is not worth either amount. Some staff’s appearance could improve especially first thing in the morning at breakfast. Sail Croatia and crew of Jelena, have forgotten who the customer is, in respect of, a customer works hard to save money to go on holiday and we are all suffering with cost of living being expensive no different to the crew. What we liked about Sail Croatia: The boat was beautiful and the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the overnight stays, and the optional UNESCO dinner. What we did not like about Sail Croatia:: The hot tub was not hot, lukewarm at best. Meals choices were limited if you did not like the day’s meals you were out of luck as there were no other choice. No activities or music on board other than a swim stop (weather permitting). The included traditional dinner venue was nice but the food was too bland for our taste. The bar staff charged our account for a bottle of wine and several drinks that we did not order. They need a better accounting system for the onboard liquor. This cruise is better suited for people who want it quiet and with minimum people. For people who enjoy lounging in the sun reading books as there is little else to do when you are onboard. This type of cruise is not for us.

1. The staff and crew (The captain, Loana, Thomas, Phillip and all others) were so friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up to all of them. 2. The personalities of all quests and their traveling tales were so interesting to hear. 3. The organization that Loana showed us throughout the cruise was top notch. You could tell she spent many an hour with the preparation of the trip's details. 4. The timing updates from Loan of each day's activities created a stress-free atmosphere. 5. The cabin's interior was very relaxing and spacious, and the room's comforting decor for the size of the ship was a Level 5. 6. The added activities (village farmhouse wine tasting and authentic Croatia dinner and serenading musicians) were wonderful. They made the cruise so special. 7. The navigational skills that the captain exhibited were very reassuring. The negatives that the cruise company could approve upon: 1. The air quality in the cabin's created some health issues with a few quests.

I love having such a small ship. Crew was wonderful. Mostly meals were delicious. Our Mia was wonderful and full of valuable information. She was very approachable and responsive. She is a lovely lady. The bar prices were high and the pours were small. There seemed to be difficulty having the hot tub hot at night for coming home before bed. I also wish we had access to coffee earlier in the morning. 8 am is a bit late for early risers. Towels never dried . So second day we had to use wet towels.

We loved Croatia! Sail Croatia made it easy to travel and explore each Stop. We sailed the Queen Jelena in October with beautiful weather all week. Our lower deck cabin was roomy and comfortable. We got to see so many of the islands with little effort. My only criticism is that we were told we would disembark 10.00, and, at the last minute it was changed to 8.00, which made it very difficult for many of us who had ongoing plans booked for later, and had two hours to kill in between, having to store luggage and try to alter plans. Also, it would have been good to have more time in Dubrovnik. By the time we did the History tour it was a scramble to manage the walls before they closed.

Sail Croatia is a customer oriented company and we are glad we sailed with them. The ports we visited were fantastic. The ability to select from a number of organized tours at each port or just do your own thing was much appreciated. Croatia is a beautiful country and we felt safe and welcomed everywhere we went. However, there are a few things you should consider. You don’t get to most ports until mid afternoon each day so might have less exploration time than you anticipated. The breakfast selections were great but lunches and dinners are at set times and set menus. We loved it but be aware you get what they serve. Our lower level room was very nice, but it was only serviced a couple times in the whole week and twice we had to ask for things like toilet paper, garbage to be emptied and dry towels. Oddly enough other rooms had the same issues while others were tended to daily which was weird. No idea why the discrepancy, but the final assessment is we had fun and would do it again.

After four weeks of independent traveling through major cities, the pace of the seven day cruise was very welcome and needed. The daily routine of a generous buffet breakfast, relaxing on the deck before a swim and then a three course lunch before departing for shore for the afternoon, was very pleasant in the beautiful weather we had. The cruise offered a glimpse of the beautiful cities and islands Croatia has to offer, which I would now like to explore further. We had two evening meals and a lavish wine and cheese night on board too. Daily activities are offered at an extra cost, with some requiring minimum numbers to go ahead. Most people on our cruise were retired or nearing retirement and shared many common interests, (particularly travel) which created a great atmosphere. Staff were terrific.

Great staff, beautiful boat. Our cabin was unusually small compared to others on our cruise - even single person cabins were significantly larger, notably the shower. Cabins need more hooks or places to dry things. Food on the cruise was great - though breakfast could have had more variety. Itinerary took us to fantastic locations. Wish we could have spent more time exploring the locales on our own. Our cruise director Mia was spectacular! The two group events on the boat needed some help. The cocktail hour on the top deck was lit with horrible emergency lighting and not conducive to a party atmosphere. The captain's dinner concept was nice, but we would have preferred to eat in a local village restaurant, The entertainment at the captain's dinner was clearly skewed to an older audience and half the room left before the music was finished. But overall we really enjoyed our experience.

We loved our trip with Sail Croatia on the Olimp. Wonderful ports, beautiful swim stops, lovely food, pleasant hard working staff. However, our trip was spoilt but poor communication prior to us leaving home as we did not know that all payments once on board were to be in cash. For a cruise of this luxury status, we find this unbelievable, but prior knowledge would have enabled us to better prepared and not worry every day about what we were spending.

The ship was very nicely appointed. It was clean and comfortable. The cruise destinations were all very special and memorable. I really enjoyed my time with Sail Croatia. Our tour guide, Mia, was excellent. Pamela and Toemo stood out amongst the crew. They worked diligently and were very pleasant. There were a few areas of opportunity for improvement. The crew (Sailors) could have been much more friendlier. A simple smile and hello when passing guest would make a big difference. They would not even acknowledge you. The food presentation and service was very good. The food quality and taste needs a lot of improvement. The food was either very bland (no flavor) or very salty. The desserts were good, but the meals (lunches/dinner) were not. The coffee on the boat was terrible! This is such a simple offering that goes a long way. It was instant coffee and it was only offered until noon everyday. Thank you

This is a rather presumptuous title. There were many good things about the cruise but some improvements could be made. The scenery was wonderful and historic towns very interesting; food on the boat was very good; food onshore was overpriced and variable quality. Service on boat was very good. There could have been more attention to safety during swim stops eg ensuring safety rope was always in the water and life belt available at all times.. Additional to information given by tour manager, Boris. It would also be good to know about cultural events taking place onshore eg concerts, traditional events. We happened by chance to see the changing of the guard in Dubrovnik and discovered quite a few music events by chance. A disappointing welcome reception for one non-alcohol drinker who was given water in a plastic cup while everyone else was sipping Prosecco from a glass flute. I should have been offered juice, tonic, sparkling water etc not just some water in a plastic cup!

We had to cancel our initial 2020 booking due to Covid so we were lucky to get one of the last cabins on Olimp ( elegance cruise) It certainly was a wonderful way to see some of the Croatian islands in style. The regular swimming stops were a highlight as well as the amazing crew on board ! Vedran our tour manager kept us well informed and was always on hand for any support needed. Our cabin was comfortable, cool and quiet. We also had a friendly and fun group on board which made our trip even better. I would thoroughly recommend a Sail Croatia experience.

The concept is great. The ports we visited were fantastic. I loved the swimming each day and we were very fortunate to have an awesome group on board. The group would mean the difference between a good time and an awesome time. We were lucky. I did find the breakfasts a little tedious with the same items served up every day with almost no variety. The cabins were clean, but the curtains need to be upgraded to block out light. Having a cabin directly under the dining room meant we could hear every chair movement after each meal with the staff cleaning the floors. Ivana the cruise director was sensational. It was a great 7 days on the Queen Jelena and the schedule saw us visit fantastic islands from Split to Dubrovnik. We had a great crowd of people on our trip, and swim stops were amazing. Cabin was better than we anticipated. Food was bland and lacking vegetables and salads of any kind, soup on a 35 degree day is not ideal. There is an opportunity in this area. Our tour guide was pretty absent, apart from his lunch time speech, although he was humorous. Would recommend doing this trip.

We loved our boat trip, we met fabulous people and went to amazing places. The staff were good and our cabin was bigger than expected. A few points to note: More hooks on doors would have been good More fresh towels(especially beach) The food was good but too heavy and hot for lunch time, it was very protein and carbohydrate heavy, who needs a three course meal at lunch time in 36 degree heat???There was a lack of salads and vegetables, some meals were just meat and potatoes, we were expecting more bbq style food with salads and grilled veges, I also found the meals to be very formal, maybe something a little more causal would have been nice, or even eating outside perhaps. Our tour leader was a lovely guy, with a great sense of humour, but we didn’t really see that much of him, and there were occasions when as a group we all felt that he could have done more.

Esperanza is a beautiful boat and passing scenery breathtaking. Douha our host and all crew were wonderful. Swim stops were a favourite of ours and Douha had great knowledge of Croatia and ensured everything ran smoothly for us. Only negative was price of alcohol on board was very expensive and breakfast and lunch although good my expectations were somewhat higher.

The Queen Jelena was a beautiful ship. The rooms are comfortable and the common areas were lovely. Our guide, Mia, made our week extra special; she was so knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful and funny. The places we stopped for swimming each day and overnight were beautiful. We had a fantastic time and it was sad to say goodbye at the end of the week. We had an issue with our bathroom/drainage smell, which the crew attempted to fix as soon as we advised them.

Such a stunningly beautiful journey! The swim stops made the trip! (bring your water shoes so you don't step on sea urchins when you go explore the shore, also the ship doesn't supply any water toys, so pack maybe a blow-up ring/noodle to float around on). The crew, especially our Tour Guide Stjepan (Steven), Petar and Tomo in the dining room/bar and Zrinka, the maid were FANTASTIC! Keep in mind that not all the excursions that are shown for each island are available at the time you go. We were hoping for more excursions, but still enjoyed each island! In our opinion, Queen Jelena is the most beautiful ship in the Sail Croatia fleet... Captain Gordan should be very proud! Thank you, Sail Croatia, for a trip of a lifetime!

Amazing sea coastal island sceneries cruising on a luxury Yatch. Great sunrise each morning, and will remember for ever my Turkish cafe. The best daily swim in theses clear Dalmatian waters with a captain who found great quite safe water spot paradise for us. A fantastic cruise team on board on this week in particular, top front house waiters, doing their best, and always pleasant with the guests..amazing guys Great adventure expedition journey in each town well organized and explained by Slavran. Love his character, and passion for his country Croatia. About the chef, and his delivery product, a very poor results, and a no interest in what he does. The breakfast buffet were fine, and sorry but the lunch menu and food were a shame in relation to the image and the service that your company want to achieve. That would be the issue that you need to work on it. Simple fresh food with care , attention, balance of the menu, and a touch of imagination, this is what the people like.

Our guide, Stefan, was excellent and did his best to make it a great experience - even if we had some very bad weather at the beginning. The boat and the crew were fine and the service excellent. We think there could be more attention paid to safety - a clearer set of instructions what to do in case of emergency and a member of the crew on duty 24 hours per day. The food was fine but at some points they ran out of salad bar and fruit salad. There should MORE than enough of everything like that.

The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make the cruise a great experience. As an example, a guest suffered a family tragedy; and within minutes the staff was already coordinating arrangements for her to get to her family. Our only complaint is that they weren't able to modify the agenda to accommodate weather conditions unsuitable for swimming. We spent a lot of dead time waiting for an afternoon docking slot because the weather wasn't suitable for swimming at the selected swimming locations.

I enjoyed our cruise with vedran. He was very charming and Knowleagle about the country and the locations we visited. He always had a lot of helpful recommendations. For the most part the ship was good, although we had to change rooms twice during our stay. Once because the original room had a bit of a sewer smell that wasn’t going away and again because the beds in the second room couldn’t be split into twin beds as requested. I did ask sail Croatia to otivii out de a refund for the difference between the upper deck cabin we booked and paid for and lower deck cabin we ended up with. They refused but did offer two separate upper deck rooms, which we declined because we didn’t want to move again with i Oo only 1-2 days rendininv on the cruise. The food was mostly quite good but there could’ve been more variety at breakfast. Free coffee and tea throughout the day was not offered and would’ve been a nice, basic amenity 2 offer. Boat was nice & mostly in good shape but problems w/ hottub

Steve, Bobby, Barbara and the rest of the crew were WONDERFUL. However, I have to COMPLAIN with the MANAGEMENT of SAIL CROATIA!,!! When I purchased my ticket, I specified that I was GLUTEN FREE and was told that the crew would accommodate but they NEVER received the MEMO !!! Because of this, I missed out at every meal and tea time. Because of this, I had a GLUTEN attack and lost a lot of enjoyable times and missed outings. I paid as much as every other guests but received less. Steve, Bobby and even the cook apologized for what happened to me which I greatly appreciated, but I still lost a full day recovering . What’s the point of telling the booking department about your allergies if they don’t pass the message to the crew so they can accommodate the person from day one. This is a DEAL BREAKER to someone with food allergies I had a talk with Steve and made some suggestions on how the service could be improved and I hope he will share those with you . The ship was very clean, well laid out and the staff were excellent. The itinerary was well thought out, visiting the various islands and mainland ports, with well timed swim stops and ports of call. The captain did an excellent job of avoiding inclement weather by switching up the order of island visits. Good choices of excursions and lots of free time to explore. One criticism would be the food-the last lunch wasn’t great and dietary concerns that were listed at booking and assured that would be followed were not relayed to the crew or followed. The captains dinner was lovely, but with wine glasses set on every table, we thought some local wine might be provided by Sail Croatia (a bottle of red at a local winery is only €10)-that would have been a nice “wow” factor. Also, there wasn’t a paddle for the paddleboard, and the only water float toy disappeared, as well as odd masks and one poorly fitting fins. Indoor board games would be a good idea to have on hand for inclement weather.

The comfort of the room, the very professionel and friendly, at the same time, crew, the choice of islands that we visited and excursions offered. Our Sail Croatia representative on board was excellent. She knew her country and good stories. She also listen to her clients. One thing where there will be place for improvement is for a vegetarian or pescatarian diet. We had 3 days of sauté veggies and 4 days of tuna steak. Don't take me wrong It was good but too much the same. Desserts were very good.

The ship itself, MS Olimp, was superb...one of the best on the circuit. Captain Yuri takes immense pride in, and care of his ship, which is genuine luxury. Comfort and safety of his passengers was Yuri's number one priority. All the crew were chilled and attentive. Vedran, our Sail Croatia representative, was always 'on point' and we loved his comedic irony and dry sense of humour. 'V' was also extremely knowledgeable about his country's history. The island ports we visited were just so charming and picturesque. Milna in particular was rustic and authentic in a cosy harbour, and Korcula was just beautiful. We never knew the Croatian Islands had so much charm. If you love small ship cruises, the Elegance Cruise is just for you.

This time we travelled North from Split and the only negative of the trip were the excursions which consisted mostly of walking tours during the hottest part of the day. Nowhere near as much fun as the white water rafting, cycling or buggy driving that you can do when travelling South. At least the village dinner was better than the last one!

It was our first time on a cruise and Sail Croatia team and Ivan made it a very enjoyable and pleasurable experience. The food was absolutely great, the overall staff were very friendly and always approachable and there to assist you if needed. The itinerary for the cruise was a great selection and the cabins are of a good size and always clean too. Ivan our main host was brilliant and very proud of his country and rightly so. I would 100% recommend Sail Croatia and especially the trip we went on. We have made many lovely memories on this cruise and met some lovely people. Ivan gave great info daily about our planned days including history and local details of each of the islands visited. We also thought having a photographer come along to photo the group was a wonderful idea capturing the holiday. We have a 4 instead of a 5 star because there was a limited selection of alcoholic beverages, no nibbles and cabin decor is a little basic, however we loved our holiday and thank you xx

Such a relaxing way to see a lot of Croatia. Everyday new villages to explore, new restaurants to try, sampling new drinks in hidden bars up lanes and alleys. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure you enjoyed your time on aboard, with good food and lots of it. A multinational bunch of travellers who soon become a group of friends to share the trip with and stories of each other’s lives. Improvements:- small things such as padded sun bed covers, stronger aircon in rooms. Daily visible Computerised drinks bill so you know what cash is required, longer stays in port, I would recommend this holiday and will certainly be repeating this format for all future holidays.

This is a well structured sail program with good island tours and there is still time for recreation in the form of swimming off the boat. The tours are well chosen and the guides’ seem dedicated to their country The administration of the bar service with sometimes extremely rigid closing times- 11pm - on shore an early closure time - renders the service unsatisfactory I presume the extremely small amounts of bathroom amenities- soap shampoo - is intended to be a green effort. It just caused us to buy our own which constitutes “penny pinching”

We gve this only 4 Stars due to the fact that it was advertised as a 5 STAR cruise and it didn;t live up to our expectations. We had an absolutley fabulous time but some amenities were lacking. The crew was great, personable and helpful -- but a few addiions would have made it a 5 star experince. Upon arrival for Welcome on Board at 11:30 AM after a long walk to the port, (PORT LOCATION WAS CHANGED AND WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED NOR WERE THE PORT PEOPLE HELPFUL) it would have been nice to have been offered a cold towel & water. Instead we were directed to bar to purchase water/drinks. Our Welcome w/ canopes & champage was to be at 12 -we were greeted at 12:40 with champage - and no appetizers or canapes. No food available unless you are at breakfast between 8 & 9 and Lunch between 1-2 and we were forbidden to bring snacks/drinks on board. No refrig in room - need to go to water cooler to get cold water in middle of nite. But we would recommend to other cruisers as a fun experience.

We cruised on the Roko in June 2022. We enjoyed the concept of that cruise, a good alternation of resting and fun time on boat and discovery of the islands. Food was great, cabin confortable, staff friendly and professionnal. The boat itself is amazing, we appreciated the private balcony! We would have appreciate a transfert from boat to Dubrovnik on day 7 like others cruises lines were doingm instead of taking public transportation. It was a Elegance Cruise, after all!! Also, the stop at Vela Luka is totally useless, a waste of time since there is nothing to see or do at that place. Please review the itinérary. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

The destinations were ideal for a mature couple and the ships facilities made relaxing in between a pleasure. Our on board guide was the best! And the crew were so friendly and helpful. We loved the personal aspect. The food was excellent and the staff made it special and looked after us really well. Our original cruise was cancelled 2 weeks before we were due to leave and we swapped onto a different one but the staff were most helpful with changing details, and arranging for our transfer to a different port. Our one issue was that in some ports, we didn't have much time to explore, due to the late docking of the ship which limited arranging any excursions prior to nightfall. We were concerned we wouldn't enjoy this cruise so much, but we loved it and would recommend to others. Special thanks to Boris and Tomo who both excelled and made the whole experience very special.

Well appointed, comfortable new Roko ship with lovely staff. The swim stops were beautiful and it was nice to enjoy each island’s sites and restaurants, Representative Boris was wonderful with knowledge and tips for every port. Head waiter Bojan was charming and attentive. Dule and Marijana served excellent meals and desserts and Lorena kept everything tidy. I would skip the included village visit and meal. Only wish is that Sail Croatio would have smoke free ships, smoking from the staff was disturbing particularly in the early mornings.

On arrival we were at once impressed by the beautiful lines of the Ship for intents a luxury yacht. The location on Split dock alongside a number of other similar vessels added to the scene. As the group met for the first time we were introduced to crew and of course the Captain. The roles for each were clearly stated and very quickly we were underway to our first port of call. But before that there was swimming in the refreshing ad sparkling Adriatic. Lunch followed and we were quickly into the rhythm of what was seven fabulous days. The island we visited and the spots where we swam all had unique attributes impossible to reach in any other fashion One of the highlights was the visit to Dubrovnik a magnificent location with so much to offer, We were also fortunate to avoid be coincident with the arrival of the monster cruise ships and enjoyed an excellent tour. Cruising the Adriatic Sea aboard the Queen Jelena was a memorable week. The scenery is breathtaking! The boat is very comfortable and the staff was outstanding! The places we visited doing a back to back boat cruise on the Esperanza were beautiful but the six of us (friends) thought our food was very average.for the money we paid. Our Chef seemed to overcook our dishes particularly the main courses. Another gripe we had was there should be shampoo or soap left in our bathroom everyday but the only time shampoo was left was when we had to ask for it. Several noodles would help for our swim stops but everything else was fine and the staff very obliging.

On arrival the Olipm was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. The lower cabins are by far the best choice. The food on boards was excellent. Lara and the Captain were very good hosts. The bar/ waiter staff looked pretty miserable for the duration of the trip offering hardly any hospitality or smiles. It appeared that the job was a chore to them. I cannot understand why customers cannot pay for their drinks at the end of each evening. What is the reason for this? Also the boat ran out of Jack Daniels and despite going to other islands this was never replenished, why? It seems ridiculous and the boat is losing money! The bar staff were not interested. Other than that we had a fantastic holiday.

We arrived and were put in a room with a shower that did not work. The crew knew about the issue with the shower. They put us in the room anyway. I had to change rooms so I could have a room with a working shower. The new room was smaller and had 2 beds. The original room had a full size bed and was larger. That was a bit upsetting since they knew about the issue. I also paid for a larger room. We did not have enough time on land on any of the stops especially in Dubrovnik. We arrived in Dubrovnik very late in the afternoon and left early in the morning. This town was the highlight of the trip with very little time there.

Highly recommend Great accommodation, good size of ship and well maintained Great crew great hostess Beautiful country If you are a “foodie” you will be disappointed Captains Dinner as an event was overrated Two islands on originally booked itinerary were dropped and substituted with Split which we had already visited

The boat was beautiful and had great amenities. The ability to see so much of Croatia and visit a variety of cities and islands was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful and had a sincere desire to make our trip memorable and comfortable. The only area that could have used some improvement was the lunches. It would have been nice to have the Sail Croatian representative give his spiel about the history and adventure options while we were eating rather than waiting until the end of the lunch and thus detaining us from getting on land and exploring earlier.

Great passengers and staff Scenery Would be 5 star with less salty better food and more facilitation to do non scheduled activity

It was flexible, small party made it easy to engage with rest of travelers. Not to long between each island. Tour guide Matteo was very informative about each next destination all things of interest to see and view he was very informative about each places of interest, very good at his job as well as being great host. The ship was very clean. All staff were very good at their jobs, keeping the ship in pristine condition.

Esperanza is a beautiful ship maintained to an extremely high standard with helpful and attentive crew. The cabin was spacious and well appointed. The whole cruise was well organised and every port of call was fascinating. The only criticism would be the food which although it was wholesome and well presented would have been much better if hot breakfasts had been warmer than lukewarm and main dishes had not been overcooked.
