The cycling was incredible. Hats off to the tour leaders with differents cycling levels of comfort cycling amongst the group. They were amazing, Tonka and Lauren! I would do another in a heartbeat.

The holiday was excellent. Well organized and efficiently executed. Great communication both orally and through What’s App! The plans for each day were clear with a good description of what to expect on the ride ( maps, swim stops, road hazards, coffee/lunch stops) and also many suggestions of sites to see during free time. Great staff on the barge as well.. Plenty of food! Accomodations were as expected. Small but each room had its own washroom.😁 Croatia is a gorgeous country , and what a beautiful way to see it by bike and barge..

The holiday on the Princeza Diana was very enjoyable. The wood work in the salon really made you feel that you were on a sailboat. The crew were friendly and attentive, Chef made some delicious meals while we were on board. Our biking guides Ivica and Antonio helped us make so many memories over the 7 days of riding. My bike/sail holiday with Sail Croatia was fabulous. My room was perfect- spacious, attractive, enough storage and very comfortable. Staff on board were wonderful and always helpful. We had a fantastic bike and sail week aboard the Princenza Diana travelling from Split to Dubrovnik. The cabins were nice and always clean, the food was delicious but the most importantly, the staff were outstanding. Everyone including sales team, the captain, the chef, servers, cabin crew and sailors were helpful, friendly and fun. But Antonio and Ivici who were our cruise director/ bike guides were awesome. They helped us really enjoy 7 fabulous rides. There were 13 in our group from Canada out of 31 on the boat and at one point we considered chartering the whole boat but we are so glad that we didn’t because we got to meet so many lovely people from the UK, , Australia , Ireland, Scotland and the US. This was a week we will truly remember and it didn’t hurt that we had 7 days of sunshine 😎

We were a group of 15 and we had a blast. I was nervous to be in a small boat, I get sea sick easy, and that was not the case. The whole crew was amazing! Our ride leaders and coordinators did a fantastic job. Andro organizing the rides, routes and logistics was phenomenal. Saša, was a huge help sweeping us that were falling behind, he made my rides super enjoyable, even singing to me when I was ready to quit when the ride got harder (I was on a regular bike, not an e-bike). He had a great knowledge of Croatia’s history and he was magnificent in telling stories. Both did a terrific job. The rest of the crew shined as well, specially Matej our waiter/bartender, he kept me hydrated and did a phenomenal job attending to all during our meals. The food on board was amazing! Tomo, our chef did a fantastic job. Our Captain, Ivan was super funny and friendly, he gave me and my husband a tour of the bridge. Croatia was beautiful. Adriatic wonderful to swim in. The week’s scheduling was very regimented. The ports we visited had very strict docking times to enter. Caused us to have some awkward pauses or short swims. Wish our guides had taken time on land ion each to show us around a bit. They made lots of suggestions on what’s app .. but that seemed cold. We could have biked more. Last bike was cut very short because guides did not know roadways closed for clearing and cleaning. They should have found an alternative route. Food was fabulous on board. Crew was very professional and helpful. Ship was much more elegant and updated than I expected. Optional farm lunch tour was dissspointing. No interaction with the farm family .. no tour of farm. Just here’s your food. Heard wine tasting was also very disappointing. Don’t offer and push these options if they are not top notch.. . overall this was ok experience. In Croatia. You can do better.. it was Very touristy . . Make more personal..

The crew and guides for sale Croatia were fantastic. Cal and Sasha, our bike guides, were helpful and fun. The biking was the highlight of the trip. The bikes were high quality. the captain clearly had the safety of the passengers as his top priority. In contrast, simple conveniences were not available. The bathrooms did not contain soap in the shower. Clean towels were only provided once during the week. And storage space and electrical sockets were sparse in the cabin. Also bike bags for carrying personal items like rain jackets… we’re not provided. For the final 24 hours - hot water was not available on the boat. Many extra fees were required during the tour eg bikes through a national forest required additional euros. The food on the boat was average - most of the meats were overcoooked.

Holiday was fantastic. The crew was absolutely 5 star and so amazing as well as our guides. Special shout out to Borna, Andrej, and Jelena! They are stellar. Biking through the islands was trip-of-a-lifetime incredible with amazing vistas and exposure to culture we could not have experienced otherwise. The only disappointment was we paid for a premium ship and due to some issue with our ship Sail Croatia had to contract a smaller ship with less comforts and it was too small for the number of passengers.

Everything about the trip was fabulous. The only complaint I have is the lack of hot water for a shower on 3 occasions. The first time I blamed it on everyone taking a shower at the same time, but the other two were late in the evening and first thing in the morning. The staff, food, and itinerary were wonderful, and Croatia is a beautiful country. We were, however highly disappointed by the size and quality of the lower cabin. We are a couple in our 60’s and we were shocked to be assigned the smallest of rooms with a bunk bed. Nowhere online were photos of this room available or advertised. If we had known the room would be so small, musty smelling, and damp we never would have booked a lower cabin. In fact, we were the first of 22 friends to book and this was the room assigned to us!! We were also quite frustrated by not being told the name of our ship until two days before boarding. It felt like bait and switch being assigned the Mali Luka when it didn’t look anything like the ships advertised on the Sail Croatia website. We absolutely feel that the size and condition of the cabin did not warrant the price we paid, Customers should know exactly what they are paying for!

The crew and guides were excellent. Had a wonderful cycling week travelling from Split to Dubrovnik. The crew worked hard on the Colombo. The guides were extremely knowledgeable, especially Maron, and focused on our safety. Lots of food, the quality was ok. Trip was fantastic! However the Sail Croatia booking staff were not transparent and quite evasive. My friend and I repeatedly requested a room with twin beds 10 months prior and we were told they were not able to let us know until one week before we sail. We ended up getting a cabin with one double bed. We learned on our trip there were at least 4 cabins with twin and triple beds with only one occupant. No conversations were had with these travellers to see if they were willing to switch or offer compensation. Nothing was done to try and accommodate our request. Ask for a guarantee at the time of booking or you will not get it. We were even willing to upgrade or pay more. Unfortunately we never got an apology.

Great experience. Our lead guide Joska was amazing. Would go again, maybe on the Split Dubrovnik trip - we did Split south return (our ship the Mali Ante was great - the crew were amazing - so friendly and helpful). Very smooth trip overall (cabins are very small but expected for this size ship). Most of us had e-bikes and we were glad for those as there are some steep, long hills - two of our crew had non e-bikes they brought with them, you want a high end bike for those hills, not just the standard rental non e-bike. Would have been good to know that we overnight in Split when we arrived back so we could have flown out the following morning, although we had a great day in Split and stayed at a fantastic hotel (the Hotel SantaLucia in the main square), and Split was worth the visit.

5 stars for the flexibility of the tour (great balance of bike, swimming, city walks and sailing time). Low-quality ship with humongous humidity in cabins. For was just ordinary, with little flavour and no variety. Wine policy (buying entire bottles instead of wine by the glass) is ridiculous. Alcool prices are exorbitant on the ship. Example: house is sells 45 euros for 750ml. Tommy sells same brand for 7,95 euro… Despite poor quality of the ship and meal offering, I had a great vacation!

Fantastic holiday. We sailed on the Mali Ante from Split . Check in was straight forward .Our cabin was nice and clean . Nice welcome from the captain who introduced the crew and bike guides for the week. Great itinerary with variety and well organised. We were fully briefed on what to expect each day .I had chosen to do the trip with a standard hybrid bike . So some of the hill climbs were very challenging but the satisfaction of completing the rides was amazing. Food on board the Mali Ante was so good the chef produced great food every day. Mario our waiter looked after everyone so well he never stopped so attentive and cheerful. The scenery throughout the trip was breathtaking. The captain was always cheerful and would chat with you he took us to some amazing swim stops with crystal seas and landscapes that were awesome . Josko and Martin our cycle guides kept us safe and were very knowledgeable. They were so helpful on places of interest to visit . I would definitely recommend it

I went on the e-bike/boat 7 day cruise and it far exceeded my expectations! The boat (Princeza Diana) was a beautifully refurbished (in 2026) boat with a lovely covered back deck (with a lot of comfortable seating) for lounging and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The cabins were surprisingly spacious and very tastefully decorated. The open air top deck was my favorite,at nighttime, to enjoy the stunning small port harbour water views. This is a very intimate experience, 30 passengers, and so much fun! What made this whole experience EXTRA special were the Sail Croatia crew. Every single one of them was remarkable! Our bike tour leaders, Anna and Natasha were so fun, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions! From the wait staff, to the chef, and captain/first mates all so friendly and welcoming. Two staff members who really stood out were Sanja (waiter/bartender) and Damir (first mate), they went above and beyond to make you happy! BEST TRIP EVER!

The whole experience was excellent from the crew, bike guides, cycling and breathtaking scenery. We joined the Mali Ante boat in split on 2:9- check in was easy and good information relayed. Cabin was fine and as expected. We had a good intro from the captain and met all the crew and bike guides for the week. Each day was different and well organised. We loved the variety and the food was amazing. Great chef who produced fantastic meals every single day- loved it. We had different cycle days from very tough ( even on an ebike) to more gentle rides near the end but made the most of the islands we visited and scenery spectacular. We had good swim stops from the boat and a good mix of cycle and down time. Josko and Martin were very good guides and informative- they kept us safe and entertained. Mario our waiter and crew member was outstanding in how he looked after us all on board always with a smile . The captain always had a cheery smile and a chat. Thoroughly recommend this trip.

The combination of bike riding and swim stops and free time was all put together perfectly. The crew on the boat moved us from one island to another seamlessly, handled our bikes at every stop, fed us delicious food meal after meal and refreshed our rooms when needed. Our fabulous guides Emma and Tonka met us every morning with their smiling faces and gave us a complete itinerary of our day. They were always calm and organized and answered so many questions every day.. We loved “storytime” at our bike stops and looked forward each day to what they had in store for us. They organized group dinners and small tours for us that took extra effort and always kept us on task in a way that we appreciated and allowed us to make the most of each day . They both are fabulous at what they do and were definitely the icing on the cake! Big thanks to you both❤

Our friends invited my husband and I on the boat-cycle holiday and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the food, cycling, scenery, accommodations, and especially the guides Ana and Tasia. The tour leaders were fun, knowledgeable and professional. The wait staff was impeccable, and made certain that my food allergy was addressed. The meals were top notch with servings that could have fed two. My only slight concern was that rest stops along the cycling routes were sometimes too long. Fabulous trip, would recommend to anyone who likes to e-bike and meet new people. We sailed on the “Princess Diana” which was beautiful and very comfortable. The e-bike’s were easy to ride, rode around islands for seven days under the guidance of Lucy and Ivan who were excellent. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat when we weren’t riding. The food was served fresh and delicious, bar on board too Sonya and Daniel did a great job. Overall, a great trip with friends, meet new friends and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Varying (hour by hour) ship schedule made it difficult to fully plan/enjoy. Schedule was blamed on docking constraints which were not immediately apparent unless line was saving on fees. Lack of opportunities to swim off ship was also disappointing. Coffee/tea should’ve been available free during all waking hours. More pillows desperately needed. Staff was appropriate.

I had an amazing time. Croatia is a beautiful country and what better way to see it than cycling and sailing. We had the best ever tour guides in Callum and Srjan. Callum in particular was very entertaining and made sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. The crew were fantastic. We wanted for nothing. They were all so helpful. My trip to Croatia was incredible.! Lucie and Ivan were our tour guides on the Dionis, and they made the trip terrific. They were very fun, knowledgeable, and patient with us and really helped bring our group together. In addition to guiding us, they helped with all sorts of odd requests from taking photos with views, recommending restaurants and making reservations, nearby laundry services, places to buy souvenirs, places to avoid, best gelato locations, etc. etc. I can't say enough about how they enhanced the experience. Our holiday was wonderful. our guides, Miranda and Matilda did a spectacular job, herding 30 kittens on bikes. Whether it was the view from the bikes or the view from the boats, that part of the world is beautiful and in some cases, untouched. The meals were made with care and perfect attention to produce from the local area. The cabins were spacious enough for 2 people with luggage and the beds were comfortable... a great way to spend a holiday

I cannot say enough just how much I enjoyed my time on the cycling cruise! It was such a great way to really see a lot of Croatia by e-bike in between the stops on the island towns. Being my first time on a boat for any extended period, I was a bit nervous how I’d like it, but the crew and the guides made it a fantastic experience all around! We were on board the Mali Luka and Captain Ivan and his crew were amazing. He and Ilija always made you feel safe and welcomed. The food by chef Josip was fantastic and you could not have found a kinder server than Mateo if you tried. They were always willing to go above and beyond if you needed anything at all. We lucked up because we had the absolute BEST guides you could ever ask for. Calum and Josko took us around on the bikes and always made sure we had the full itinerary and what to expect each day. Our bike cruise aboard the Mali Luka exceeded our expectations. Our tour guides Calum and Yosko were excellent in every way. They were very knowledgeable about the islands and Croatian history, and it was inspiring to see the passion they have for their country and its beauty. Every morning they gave us an overview of our ride after breakfast, and it was a joy following them across beautiful landscapes and small, charming villages, with some incredibly breathtaking views. Fabulous! Our entire trip was magical. We sailed between multiple Croatian islands, and were able to see multiple sections of each by our daily morning cycling excursions. An enjoyable way to cruise the dalmatian Islands with some local exploring by bike. The guides were fantastic, nothing too much trouble, and the e-bikes made for easy riding on these hilly islands. The boat provided comfortable communal areas but I recommend booking an upstairs cabin as the below deck ones are damp and poorly ventilated. I have special dietary requirements ( vegan) and the food provided was inadequate - vegans need protein too! I had to supplement the meals with my own provisions

It's hard to put into words just how amazing our Sail Croatia adventure was. We started the trip with 19 friends celebrating milestones together, but one of the highlights was connecting with the other travelers on board. This trip was so much fun. I went with a large group of friends which made it even more special, but I got to know most everyone on the boat and everyone was so nice. I originally picked a normal bike, but quickly switched to an e-bike as the routes were a little beyond my abilities. The switch was seamless. The tour guides (Callum and Josko) were absolutely the best. They were so great, I honestly hope we cross paths again someday. The boat crew for Mali Luka was amazing as well, and the food was on another level. EPIC trip!

With the support of a great crew and our extremely knowledgeable and conscientious guides, Andre and Ana, I had a truly special time biking on a different island every day. Learning about the history and culture of each island gave great context to a wonderful trip. The food was generous, and the crew were personable, engaging, and eager to be of service. The only drawback was having to share port a couple of nights with a party boat that disturbed our special peace. It would be helpful if Sail Croatia could better organize with the harbor master to separate boats for partying from those looking to wake early each morning.

This one week cycling/sailing trip in Croatia surpassed my expectations on so many levels. Starting from the warm welcome by the crew that extended to the whole week, their attention to detail, the food we were served every day, the surprisingly spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We had the most fantastic holiday with our group of 12 friends. The cycling was challenging for the 3 blokes who didn’t go on an ebike, and occasionally challenging for those of us who did! A group of 14 of us just got off the Mali Ante after the most memorable, idyllic and enjoyable week ever! We were exceptionally lucky with the weather which certainly helped. It was 28-32°C everyday with gorgeous sunshine and smooth waters. The southern island Cycle Split Return itinerary offers the most cycling and each day offered a fun and new experience! The scenery is truly jaw dropping! It is the ideal choice for a group of easy-going and active couples/friends. The cabins were small but efficiently laid out and air-conditioned, and the beds were comfortable, If you are super sensitive to noise, you will want to prepare yourself as the boats often daisy-chain together while in port. Also note that the Croatian-style meals on board are very tasty but they tend to be much higher in salt than you might expect. The crew, led by Captain “Chapa” were absolutely wonderful! And as for the booking experience with Sail Croatia… service was friendly and professional! :)

Best vacation ever! The right mix of structured activities and free time. The guides Borna and Ivan were informative and fun, and patient. Food on the boat was great! Josef the waiter/ bartender was smiling, happy and good at telling us to relax, that it is his job to remove plates etc from the table not ours- “ you are on vacation- just relax”! How nice is that? Cabins ( I was in the upper deck) had lots of room to store your suitcase under the bed. Overall I would recommend this trip to anyone. The bike riding was not all that hard with an e-bike, and was not pressured to ride at any level, other than ride at a speed that is comfortable for you!

We had a great bike and sail trip on the Aphrodite in May 2026 with a great crew and guides. Food was ok and efforts to meet my GF issues was taken care of very well. Lots of history shared by guides and a few extra bike rides in afternoons was appreciated and interesting too. E-bikes were very good to ride and thankful we had them on some big uphill climbs. Everyone in our group of eight had a fantastic holiday. Miranda & Natasha, our guides were so friendly & enthusiastic, always with a smile on their faces. The cycle routes were great too & the electric bikes meant the Croatian hills were easily dealt with. Wake up, eat a simple breakfast, cycle through the most amazing ports, towns, vineyards, stop for a coffee with sweat pouring down our faces, cycle some more, get back to the boat, eat a delicious hearty homestyle lunch, cruise an hour or two to the next location, freetime in the new town to explore and grab dinner, sleep, and repeat! It was the perfect vacation for us, two good friends with kids and a busy household at home - exercise, food, and a top notch itinerary. The lower cabins are stuffy and hot (windows dont open, ventilation is weak) and some of the ports are very noisy (docked next to the party boats) so our sleeps were often poor. Everything else was well beyond our expectations. I'm not sure why more people in their 40-50s don't do this trip! They have set a very high bar!

I can't think of a better way to explore the islands of Croatia! We spent days cycling through the scenic countryside with super competent and fun guides, and evenings docked in pretty little port towns on our beautiful ship. This was such a great trip - each day was so well planned and the accommodations and food on the Emanuel were wonderful! Tonka, Matilda and Elena, our guides, were fun to ride with and had everything covered. We had lots of laughs with them and thoroughly enjoyed their company and their stories about each place we visited. The electric bikes made the tougher rides up the mountains to the spectacular viewpoints accessible to all and the rides through the towns fun. All the bikers on the trip got along so well and were a pleasure to travel with! Christina, the crew manager, was very attentive to everyone’s on-board dining and bar requests - she was truly delightful! The cabins were just the right size for 2 people and there were many different areas on the decks to hang out either with the other travelers or individually between ports. The meals were wonderful and had a good variety of foods. It was fun to sit with different folks at the 6 person dining tables and get to know everyone!

I had never done such an active trip. Communication pre travel was excellent as i did email several times before trip for specifics. . the Guides were fun and knowledgable, the bike (ebike) worked well and was comfortable . Agenda was active and things were on time. no “waiting “ around. Croatia is a beautiful country and the islands were fun to bike. especially diring the mid of April before major tourist season. This was my first European vacation and I couldn't have picked a more beautiful or enjoyable way to see Europe, especially Croatia. The trip was affordable, accommodations very comfortable, ship clean, food excellent. I enjoyed having a smaller ship. Staff was very accommodating. Marin and Anna did an excellent job organizing, communicating the day's events, continuing to text to keep us informed, and keeping us safe. I appreciated that the last day of the trip, our captain ensured we were not caught in the middle of the sea in the middle of a storm. Everyone ensured we could get our final rides in yet get into port in ample time prior to the storm. The first day was a bit confusing. Maybe a bit more time could have been spent explaining the ebikes and test riding more prior to going on the ride. Also, some of the ports had limited restaurants. Communication could have been a bit clearer that restaurants had limited seating. This was a most enjoyable trip. Thank you to the entire staff

Touring the Croatian Islands on bikes was such a fantastic way to see the gorgeous landscape and historic towns. The e-bikes are what made this vacation so special because they allow everyone to enjoy the ride without too much exertion. I did not use one but I would recommend them for most people. Everything made this trip! Starting with signing up with Sail Croatia.. My girl friends sister had done the trip last year. Being boaters and bikers. We made our decision to do it. It was far beyond my expectations! At first I was hesitant to do it as my travels have never included an organized tour. This trip I was proven wrong. The boat was the perfect size, spanking clean and organized, the crew and bike guides were beyond personable, friendly and professional, the food outstanding! By the end of the trip they all were like family. The group, a mixture from different countries, also became like family, many we will keep in touch with after this trip I do not say these words lightly,. I truly amazed myself with this admittance. I say again, I have never been a fan of tours nor large groups of unknown people. I have been on many world adventures but none quite like this one!

The crew, which is responsible for the sailing/transportation of our group from destination to destination, were very good - trying to avoid rough waters, offering good meals (always a breakfast and usually a lunch and the occasional dinner). The cycling component was handled by a lead that planned the routes. Our lead tried to anticipate the abilities of our group, as we had a few non-electric bikers, and I appreciated him factoring the weather, cycling ability, terrain, topography and the ships ability with regards to docking/port authority schedules. By the end of our trip we ended up cycling: distance and total accumulated altitude climb, exceeded most trips of the season.. I believe that accommodations could have been made if our group was either over or under challenged.. Overall cycling Croatia was a great experience for us. We got to see Croatia in a unique way safely guided and well hosted.

Our Sail Croatia guides, Lucy and Ivan are super people, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. They addressed every question and issue with ease. The boat, the Colombo, is well laid out and well maintained for our 30 guests, 2 guides and 5 crew. I have no complaints about the boat. The crew was friendly and efficient. The food was average/as expected for a boat with a limited galley. We did the bicycle tour, which gave us something to do each day when we got off the boat in a port . I think this was an ideal way to spend seven days visiting the Croatian Islands. The E Bike made Cycling accessible to anyone of any fitness. Overall I highly recommend this trip

Excited about the boat Aphrodite, it did not disappoint. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Plenty of room. Great introduction with the staff. Any fears of sharing our holiday with a number of unknown people were soon dismissed. We were so fortunate that we had such a good group. The cycling guides, helpful , informative and entered into the spirit of holiday. WhatsApp group for passing information and morning meetings worked well. The bicycles are good quality and surprisingly no punctures.. At times the group seemed to large and we seemed rushed and to be cycling to a schedule. Thoroughly recommend the combination of travelling by boat and cycling the best way to enjoy the Dalmatian coast. The scenery was stunning, weather was perfect for us in mid September. Opportunities to swim from beaches and of the boat was perfect, enjoyed the food on the boat and we all came together to eat at meal times. They were the true highlight of this trip and the main reason our cycling adventure was such a success. The boat Dionis was functional and served its purpose as our floating base for the week. While it’s not the most luxurious vessel in the fleet, it provided what we needed for a comfortable journey between islands. The crew was generally accommodating, though the captain’s early departure push on the final morning — moving the checkout time from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. — felt a bit rushed and left us scrambling to wrap things up. The Sail Croatia trip is small enough (about 30 people) to be personal. The organsiation has the experience to know what works for a group. We had 7 nights on board. We were cycling every day in a range of beautiful islands with time also to relax and explore the environment and local treats. The tour guides were friendly, organised and professional. It was fabulous having 7 nights without having to transfer accommodation as we hopped from island to island. We had fun with everyone on board and received fresh meals. At night we could eat locally on shore and there were options like wine tasting easily accessible to the boat. We had seven weeks holiday and this week was a highlight.

Our cycling guides, Josko and Anita were outstanding. Each day’s itinerary was meticulously planned and when weather didn’t cooperate, J did a great job of changing on the fly, The crew on the boat were also absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. That is what made the trip so special. That, and the amazing scenery and sights on the islands of Croatia.
