We had a fantastic holiday on a Sail Croatia cycling cruise. It really is the best way to see the islands. The guides are professional and informative. I would advise booking an above deck room. It is also worthwhile knowing that you won’t cycle through/visit Hvar Town due to the island not allowing bike tours in there so consider visiting here before or after your cruise. We loved the whole trip and met some great people.

My husband and I were nervous about trying our first e-bike tour, but this trip completely blew us away! The boat was immaculate, our cabin was comfortable and quiet, and the three-course lunches were spectacular. The crew and guides were incredible—knowledgeable, safe, and exceptionally friendly. The e-bikes made riding up the island hills a breeze. Beyond the beautiful views, the best part was the lifelong friendships we made with the other 33 passengers. If it sounds too good to be true, believe me, it wasn’t. It was perfect.

We had a great experience with Sail Croatia! The boat was very nice with comfortable cabins, larger than we expected. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the company of the other passengers as well. We were very impressed with our guides Ivica and Antonio. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had never ridden e-bikes and they made sure we were safe and enjoyed the experience. The riding was beautiful and we were able to enjoy it all the more with such competent guides. They also shared their love of Croatia with us which truly made this a wonderful trip. We highly recommend seeing the islands this way!

We had such a wonderful time on the Princeza Diana for our one week biking tour. The boat interior was recently refurbished so it was very nice and well appointed throughout. The staff was great with specific shoutouts to our tour managers Ivica and Antonio (they could also have successful careers herding cats), the servers Sanja and Danny (so friendly, kind, and helpful), and chef Marko (the food was sensational). They each really made our trip memorable by going above and beyond in their respective areas. The fellow guests from varied areas were all terrific and everyone got along incredibly well. While a custom cruise for us would have had longer rides and shorter stops, we also heard people say they wanted longer stops or shorter rides so this was a perfect balance for all. Overall it is highly recommended with zero complaints and it exceeded our expectations in every way..

We were fortunate to get on the Princeza Diana for our Sail/bike Croatia trip and she did not disappoint. The boat was spectacular, the rooms were spotless with comfy beds, the food was varied and presented beautifully ( bravo Marco ) and the bar had whatever you desired. Our guides Ivica and Antonio were the best. They were able to keep all 31 of us informed of the routes each day and any areas that may be tricky. No issues with our bike and lots of power to get up the steep climbs. It was so much fun getting to know our guides and Danny and Sanja were just so sweet. This group of people are what made the trip so special from sitting with new people at meals everyday to large happy hours nightly. 20 out of 10.

I would easily rate this as a 10 out of 10 holiday! Princenza Diana ship was very clean and had a real boating vibe. But it was the staff that really made our experience exceptional. All the staff knew us by name and provided personal and professional support to our specific needs. Safety was a priority on the cycling experience and we were always properly prepared for the day’s ride. The cycling routes took us through small villages, olive groves and vineyards, on paved paths with little to no traffic. I am ready to book my next adventure with Sail Croatia 👍

We enjoyed everything about this. Getting to see so many islands and villages on those islands was fantastic. At every port our "hotel" was steps from the village centre. The food was fantastic and everyone from the bike guides to the sailors and ship staff were friendly and very hard working. The bike portion was just right with a 2-3 hour easy ride every day then lots of time to explore each town. The transit from island to island was exciting. We saw dolphins and watching coming into each port was fun. The amount of area we were able to see with the bikes made our entire trip memorable. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

We had a great time.. the staff couldn’t have been more caring. The food was delicious. The tour guides were brilliant, adapting to problems with ease and maturity. They had a great sense of humor, without losing strength in situations that could have been stressful. A real pleasure to be on board for the week and learn so much about the Croatian Culture. Our e-bike experience and cruise aboard the Mali Ante exceeded our expectations. First off, the crew was amazing and first rate in their attentiveness and accommodation. The food was outstanding and I tip my hat to chef Kole and Tonya…. The tour guides Tony and Augustin made every ride a joy and insured we stopped at the best view points, providing history of the area and of course cafe rest stops. Safety was their priority and they took great care of us all. I highly recommend this tour.

How holiday from Split to Dubrovnik cycling at various islands along the way was truely fantastic. The crew were all so helpful and friendly. The group leaders Andro and Sasa were really magnificent always there to help and support. They worked together really well and had excellent rapport. We had a wonderful week boating and biking; note the use of the word boating vs sailing. There were no sails and I was somewhat disappointed and I think the company should make this clear from the onset! That said, it was a great experience. Staff was exceptional, food was really good and we had an exceptional chef who clearly loves what he does. I would have loved to have biked longer routes or maybe a couple of rides offered per day to the overzealous types on board Great way to see the coast, visit some amazing historical sites, all without packing/unpacking frequently. Highly recommend this outfit for cruising, swimming and biking the Dalmatian coast. Weather was beautiful all week !!!

We just had a week on Sail Croatia’s ship Columbus & a biking tour through a small sample of the stunning Dalmatian coasts islands. Although a little apprehensive to start, Marin & Lauren, our fantastic guides, settled us all right in. They shared a load of local knowledge & ensured our bike route was challenging in sections but safe & hugely enjoyable – absolutely recommend an e-bike. The scenery is stunning & photos don’t do it justice. Our group started as 32 strangers but quickly turned to 32 friends, with sooo many laughs. Along with the guides, the crew & chefs were amazing turning our great meals & looking after us along the way. The trip absolutely exceeded our expectations & would thoroughly recommend. Had an excellent time. The guides were professional and friendly and did an excellent job navigating the changes needed due to weather. The crew as well as the captain was friendly and helpful. The rides were challenging since I didn’t have an e-bike but I had lots of support from everyone. Be aware there are many climbs at 10% and a few easy rides with easier hills.

I had a great time on my Sail Croatia bicycle cruise. The rides were all very doable on the e-bikes for all levels of riders. You can make it challenging and taxing or let the bike do most of the work and enjoy the scenery. Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and brought everyone together. The food was good and plentiful, and the boat was comfortable and clean. The rides allow you to visit and experience parts of the islands that you would never see on a standard cruise. From historical sites to out of the way cafes every day brought something new. I’m going to recommend this trip to all my friends, most of whom are seniors, as a must do.

Everything about the cruise and bike riding was five star. Two guides Mario and Natasha were also five star. Food was great although could have had more fish. Captain and boat crew were also great. Getting to know my fellow Canadians, Americans, Aussies and Irish was an hoot. Every one got along great and best part ZERO politics! Only complaint was our lower deck berth as it was very small and stuffy. I ended up coming down with a bad cold and the lower quarters likely made it worse. Book early and pay the up charge for a upper deck berth.

We had the most amazing week aboard the Princesza Diana and were very impressed with both Josip and Simun who were engaging, entertaining and professional, making our comfort and safety a priority. The ship was lovely, our room more spacious than we expected. The e-bikes were comfortable, although not the Fire brand we expected but they did the job and fitted to our size . We would have preferred slightly more cycling and shorter coffee stops but that’s personal preference. The itinerary of the Split southern loop was very beautiful and all the stops were made better by great recommendations from Josip and Simun. We were also very impressed with the food and service on board. Our room was kept clean and fresh . Sanya in the lounge bar was a credit to the ship, very engaged and charming to all the guests. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Whether we just struck gold on this particular boat but this was the most perfect holiday. Our group were all of similar ages & abilities and we'd all opted for e-bikes so the pace didn't stretch anyone and Cal kept us all safe & thoroughly informed. His enthusiasm & friendliness was infectious, Cal you are a credit to the company! Sasha was the other half of the dynamic duo, telling us stories about his beautiful country which he is so knowledgeable and proud of. He was on hand at any time to keep us all happy and certainly performed his role to perfection. The rest of the crew carried out their duties without fuss or drama and the captain was exceptional, even retuning to port at one stage when the weather turned & only set off again when the conditions were safe, thank you. The chef was a magician, the food was better than most restaurant meals that we experienced. Plus we weren't expecting such lavish breakfasts, well done Hope to return in the near future, bravo all

This holiday was wonderful. The crew were fabulous and our tour guides were amazing. There was a fun and friendly vibe amongst everyone from the get go. Avica and Diego were so knowledgeable about each of the islands and so made the rides easy for everybody as well as suggesting and organising great outings and meal options for the evenings on the islands. The whole week was so well organised and nothing was too much trouble for either the crew or tour managers. This holiday was a great balance between activity, relaxation and sightseeing.

Fabulous. Lots of exercise for sure. We are regular cyclists and found some of the hills gruelling as we were on regular bikes. Would actually recommend ebike rental as 80per cent of group had them. The crew was very friendly and food was delicious. If you like to be active this is the vacation for you.

We had a fabulous week on our Sail Cycle cruise. We sailed on the Mali Luka. Our cabin was very comfortable, food was plentiful and varied, the service wonderful, thanks Matao. Thank you to all the staff and Captain of the boat, everyone was bery helpful and upbeat, nothing was to much trouble. Our guides Calum and Sasa were amazing everything ran perfectly, they were a great double act kept us smiling and laughing the whole week. Kept us on schedule and safe every ride, we loved Sasa’s local history stories!! The optional excursions were fun and worth doing , it was great to go out with the group. The electric bikes were high quality, well maintained and easy to operate. Croatia is beautiful, we loved all the Islands we visited. We would certainly travel with sale Croatia again.

Captain Antonio and his crew of Columbo kept us safe as we navigated between ports and unloaded/loaded bikes. The tuna steak for the Captain’s dinner was fantastic! The views were outstanding. Lauren and Marin were excellent, they kept us safe on the roads and gave us a good idea of what to expect each day and gave us Croatian history lessons - each island was unique and special. Lauren gave us a wide variety of things to do and places to eat on each one. Thanks to Yakov for his great service at the bar - cheers! Special thanks to Mike for his leadership 😀 The highlight of the week was all of our fellow bikers. We had an awesome group that was fun to get to know and enjoy some meals, drinks, swims, and rides. Special shout out to our own Karaoke night and especially Alice and the other new songs! The meals were really good, and they went above and beyond for gluten free pescatarian. The accommodations worked well for us, didn’t spend much time in our cabin except to shower/sleep.

This was one of the best vacations we have taken. We did seven nights with sail Croatia on a premium ship - which isn’t really premium. The crew and guides were amazing and the cycling really enjoyable. For the price the boat and the food were not of a standard you would rate anywhere near premium. It’s a great experience but if you’re a couple or a little older (over 50) this probably won’t be what you’re expecting.

First experience of cycling by cruise was a learning experience but mostly positive. Rides & bikes excellent, group & information managed really well by our guides. Unfortunately there was an issue with our boat and appreciate a last minute switch by Sail Croatia to keep holiday moving meant few issues. Ship was smaller so a cabin change, dining space cramped, guides were tired & stressed as unable to stay on boat with us. Food was ok but no lighter choices like salad before an afternoon of cycling.

Our sail and cycle tour was excellent. The tour guides, Cal and Sasa, were well prepared, organized, engaging and a lot of fun. The rides were excellent and very scenic. It was nice when we stopped along the way and we heard a bit about the region which helped us better understand Croatian culture. The captain, Ivan, and his crew were great and very helpful as well. The food was good and there was lots of it. Our server, Matej, was very good and made sure we had lots to eat and drink during our trip. I will say that having no hot water for a shower on the last night and final day was not good, but that would be my only complaint in an other wise fabulous week. Highly recommended!

The trip was outstanding - from check in to completion the service of the crew and the planning and locations visited made it a trip to remember. The tour leaders Josip and Augustin ensured each day was well planned, they supported all the guests and were filled with great historical information on each location that added to the scenery and atmosphere. Our trip experienced a serious accident for one of the guests and the manner in which our guides handled the incident with professionalism and care was tremendous. They showed consideration and urgency to address the situation but also genuine care for everyone involved. On board the boat, all the crew were friendly and professional and the service of Peter behind the bar was great. We anticipated a fun and exciting trip with great locations and experiences - and were well pleased. We'd totally recommend this trip to anyone that wants a great balanced trip to the Croatian Islands

This was our best trip ever. Been to Spain, Italy and Portugal but this sail/cycle trip was more fun than we had expected. Fantastic crew and a great group of passengers made this our best trip ever. The cycling led by 2 fantastic guides provided superb views of the islands which you would not see if only on a cruise. Meals were delicious and on time. We loved the politeness and friendliness of the crew as well as the office staff who helped us with the booking. We would recommend this cruise and may even do it again next year ourselves. As a previous customer of Sail Croatia I knew I would enjoy myself and the company of an international gathering. It was enjoyable and the few changes were welcome. E Bikes were better but they should had wider tyres. Guides were very professional. Food was mostly very good. However, I thought that I would upgrade the boat that I had selected but I think this boat was the poorest I have been on in all four previous holidays. Rooms were small, decorations were beginning to feel very dated. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was good. Lounge areas were only adequate but outside spaces were only a little more generous, All Sail Croatia staff were good as were boat’s complement. Excellent Captain. The last day before arriving in Dubrovnik was a poor cycling day and I think that you need to find a more demanding and interesting ride. It really was disappointing In summery, better boat for Premium, more appropriate bikes, final day rethink. Thanks for running the trip.

Wonderful holiday from start to finish. The entire crew was very attentive to every need. The Princeze Diana was like new, clean and spacious. The room and beds and linens were very comfortable. The cycling with e-bikes was the way to go, making the long uphills quite effortless. All the rides on the different islands were beautiful. Our guides Lucija and Dora were top notch with daily briefings, and stories of local history along the way. I would 100% recommend the Sail Croatia sail and cycle to anyone.

We had a great time sailing the Croatian islands with Sail Croatia. Our crew was great and able to pivot with fires on one of the islands. Princeza Diana boat was very nice and recently remodeled. Weather was spectacular.

Ship was great. Crew was great. Food was great. Cycling was good. Each day should be a minimum of 40 km. 5 and 10 km days were disappointing. Guide should be prepared to quickly repair a flat tire. One day we spent an hour idling while he dealt with that, since he didn’t have the right tools. He should have sent us down the hill to the beach. Overall the briefs need to clearly and briefly state the aims of the ride and how much time in each stop. Electric and regular bikes do not mix. Too much waiting around for the regular riders. A group of 30 or more cyclists is too big to manage. Group size should be 15 max. Overall a great trip.

It was absolutely delightful. A shoutout to Agustin where this was his first cycle cruise that he led and he did awesome. I think you guys are underselling what you offer - we went to Marco Polo center and Mamma Mia island, and these were barely even mentioned in the write up. Truly remarkable. The only suggestion is with varied abilities on riding bikes it could be good to have a longer intro session on bike safety. Even the basic things that some people may not be aware of. But overall, absolutely a stunning holiday !

Overall our holiday was excellent. Great locations and a great crew who went above and beyond to make its success. Only three things I would highlight as opportinited for improvement: 1. Tipping: If the company and the crew have to propose a level for tipping this suggests that the crew wages are insufficient and you are relying ib tips to make them up. I would prefer you set the right wages, adjust the price for guests and leave tipping at the guests' discretion and at a much lower level. 2. The crew asked us to fill out the feedback form in their presence when we settled the bar tab. This wont give you candid feedback. Better to do it afterwards remotely like this. 3. The food was good but not as good as I would expect and most importantly the coffee was way too strong and unfiltered. Get a coffee machine.

We had a fantastic time on the Columbo with Captain Antonio and his crew. Tonca and Lauren kept us well informed and accommodated the broad range of personalities and people. Breakfast and lunch plentiful and enjoyable. Islands were magical and riding was very comfortable. I am a cyclist for 50 years back in Australia, but I was very happy to have taken an E-bike for some of the hills to be able to enjoy the ride and views. There is also a wide range of dinner options in every place we stayed. Highly recommended.

Croatia is a beautiful country, gorgeous clear sea, friendly people. Cycling was great, sometimes a bit longer than expected, the cash bar and cash tips were unexpected, and many small places also only used cash so come prepared! 3 course lunch onboard was nice but we weren’t hungry enough for trying full dinners- loved the air con in the room, but could do with more storage in the bedroom. Our Sail Croatia Cycling Tour was absolutely wonderful! The Princeza Diana is a very beautiful boat! Our cabin & the common areas on the boat were very comfortable & clean. The entire crew was so awesome! Borna & Ana were excellent tour guides, for our cycling & area adventures. The chef on our boat prepared absolutely delicious meals. The coast of Croatia, & the Dalmatian Islands that we cycled on, were gorgeous. This was definitely a trip of a lifetime for us!

Ana and Borno, our guides, made the experience unforgettable. They put everyone at ease, provided practical and historical information, and made each ride fun. I throughly enjoyed my cruise from Split return of the northern islands of Croatia. Last year I travelled the Southern islands from Dubrovnik to Split . It was so enjoyable I booked this years trip as soon as I came home I am also going to book again for 2027 The cycle tour guide was extremely good , knew routes exceptionally well and explained the route every morning in great detail . We also had a lady who cycled with us who had detailed local and historical knowledge of each location , village and town we visited The boat I was on was attractive , nice size cabin - great shower . A wardrobe and bedside cabinets . The crew were really helpful , we had lovely breakfasts and lunches every day . The captains evening dinner was great too . The boat had a bar and you could have drinks when you want If you want a relaxing cruise , with fun cycling , history and beautiful locations in Croatia - all thrown in together then I strongly recommend one of the trips Sail Croatia run .

We enjoyed the cruise/cycle package very much. From the start to finish, everything was well organized and we were looked after well especially by our guides Tonka and Ema on board and whilst riding. They were exceptional in looking after all 32 passengers on board. The ships crew were very hard working and always polite and helpful. The food got better as we went along. Would have been good to have some non-alcoholic drinks variety on board and with the very hot weather, access to ice would have been very much appreciated. The cycle rides were great in spite of the high temperatures and the bikes were great too. A great tour!

It was a great time with a great group of people. The staff on board were great but the main comments from us and other travellers was that the boat was a bit run down, specifically the linen was ripped and marked and the showers were smelly. Hope this helps

Our Sail Croatia Cycle Cruise was fabulous !! Cycling on the islands provides an opportunity to see more than just the ports and who better to show you the culture, history and sights than local Croatian guides. Tonka and Ema were fun, patient and informative, making our cruise a very memorable trip !! The amount of cycling and free time to explore each island was a perfect mix. The small boat group was just the right size to get to know others with simimlar interests of cycling and traveling.

It was great. The food was fantastic. Ana and Natasha were fantastic. The Princess Diana was beautiful. Our room was great however the bed was not comfortable (Cabin 4). Also the price of the wine and beer was way too expensive. I could step off the boat and purchase a drink for 1/2 the price. Also a Latte coffee or cappuccino should not be an extra fee. Our boat was the premier. That should all be included with the price we paid.

My Croatia Sailing and Bicycling with Sail Croatia was over the top! The Princeza Diana was a marvel and worked with the limestone aesthetics of Croatia. Captain Mate and his Mates were not just sailors,, they assisted with the bikes and small special requests. The Cycling was pure perfection including the routes, the bikes and our guides. Special mention: Ivan guaranteed ease of ride by communicating daily routes and I must not forget Mario’s story time. One of the group’s favorites! “The Chef”s meals were a curated bonus! His meals Includied tuna steaks, silver fish, shrimp risotto and other Croatian specialties. I could hardly wait for that next meal. This trip far and away exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were excellent. The food was great, and the ship’s staff was very professional and organized. Can’t express enough how great the cruise directors were; Andro and Mario. Our Sail Croatia trip aboard the *Princeza Diana* exceeded every expectation. The guides were knowledgeable and funny, the crew was warm and attentive, and the meals were delicious and incredibly generous. Each stop along the Dalmatian Coast was more beautiful than the last, yet even in high season, the destinations never felt overly crowded. The e-bikes were essentially brand new, and the Sail Croatia team made time ashore effortless with excellent restaurant recommendations and reservation help. We also had a great group of fellow passengers and especially enjoyed the live band evenings in Hvar and Korčula, which we lucked upon - but it might be that way every night! This was our second visit to the Dalmatian Coast—and we know it will not be our last. When we have the chance to travel with Sail Croatia again, there is really only one answer: **“Idemo!”** (Croatian for “Let’s go!”)

I had a fantastic time on this cruise and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable and easy way to travel through Croatia. Everything was extremely well organised and professionally run which made the experience relaxed, enjoyable and a lot of fun. The guides were excellent and complemented each other perfectly Lucy with her knowledge of local history and culture and Ivan with directions and bike safety and their enthusiasm and personalities added to the great atmosphere. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sail Croatia. It was the perfect way to see and explore the islands of Croatia for first time visitors. Our cycling exposed us to coastlines, stunning views from mountain tops, family farms and scenic swimming spots. The Sail Croatia guides created a nice mix of active cycling and time on our own to relax or explore the port community. This holiday exceeded all expectations! We sailed on the Princenza Diana which was an absolutely beautiful ship with very comfortable accommodations. We felt so lucky to have Ivan and Lucy as our guides because they worked so well together to make the cruise and the cycling so special. They truly cared for everyone on board and made sure that we stayed safe while e-biking through so many beautiful destinations along the Dalmatian Coast. It seemed like every turn provided another picture perfect view! We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast and three course lunches on board the ship. The Chef and the staff provided great meals and service, but we also were happy to enjoy dinner in port and experience the hospitality of the Croatian people. This is a fabulous holiday for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Croatia while staying active with fun and like minded travelers.

Overall, was very nice. Even though the guides were nice, there are some details that need to be tweaked. Your website is not user friendly and we need a pdf of complete itinerary with (of course changes allowable due to docking weather conditions all) BUT a basic written itinerary with islands, activities possible there etc would have been nice as we were always trying to figure out our next day itinerary..plus to get a talk every day is good but we need time after breakfast to get ready...meanwhile we have to wait for a basic talk that could have been sent via whats app

Very well organised from start to finish. Daily briefings, amazing rides (v easy on electric bike) and plenty of tasty food ! Cabins were quite basic but were en suite and had air-con. Plenty of time to sunbathe on deck or visit the islands. Some extra excursions and meals organised for those who wanted to but no pressure to go. All the staff were great esp our group leader Calum (& Srdan) - who had a great knowledge of the Croatian history as well as sorting any issues out throughout the week such as food preferences and general recommendations. Average age was around 60 on the boat (the Mali Luka) with a lovely bunch mainly from USA and Australia and NZ. Busy week as up early but a great way to explore the lovely islands. Water so clean and refreshing. All the towns well kept. Pebble beaches (not sand). We did Split to Dubrovnik route then had a couple of nights in hotel in Lapad (Dub) to relax. Thanks Sail Croatia for a memorable trip !

We have just completed cycling sail croatia week. A few recommendations for sail croatia to consider for upcoming trips, and for travellers who are considering this trip. If you are travelling as a couple you need to specify you want a double room. The food on the boat was very tasty however the orange juice in the morning could be greatly improved. They could also increase their variety of wines on board. Miranda our cycling leader was excellent and very supportive. Time spent in some of the villaages I felt was rushed, definitely wished we had a longer duration in Havar. If you enjoy an active holiday this is definitely one to consider as a way to see Croatia.

This holiday exceeded my expectations. Staying on the boat was a luxury, the cabin was very well fitted out and it was great having air-conditioning. The staff on the boat were all very friendly and the food was very good., it was lovely being served local dishes too. Our guides were also very friendly and fun to be with. Our briefings at the start of each day were very helpful and on our cycle routes we discovered beautuful islands taking in some spectacular scenery in Croatia. . I was very impressed with the organisation of the whole trip, we were very well looked after.. We had plenty of time to relax, swim each day and do a little sightseeing too. I would definitely recommend this holiday.

I signed up for this trip at the last minute and I am so glad I did. It was incredible in every way. Sailing on the Afrodita to all the islands was a truly special experience. If you strive on active and adventurous trips, this trip checks all the boxes, including not only biking and swimming but also enough free time to explore the islands as you want. The guides, Tonka and Natasha, were fabulous. They are knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful, always providing just enough direction but not too much. Since they are Croatians, I got a better sense of the country through them. The trip was extremely well orchestrated. For example, we might depart from one port on an island and then be met by the boat at another port. Never any hiccups, it was like magic! They also would adjust itinary based on weather or port conditions in a seamless way. Another nice thing is that dinners were on our own, so each night, we could do whatever we wanted for the evening.

I was delighted on the service on the ship and quality of our tour guides Cal and Tonka. Due to potentially bad weather they worked with the captain to tour the south of the island instead of the north. As a bonus they took us to a stone sculpting school. They did extensive research on all our stops about things to see and the history of the area. They were always in tune with our needs and went above and beyond. The ship is in excellent condition, the bikes were like new. The food on the ship was delicious and plentiful. Quite often we said the ships food was better than some of the restaurants we visited. I'm looking forward to booking another holiday with Sail Croatia

This was incredible-so much so that I intend to do it again! The scenery and history of the islands can only be experienced in person-pictures can’t begin to tell the story. We loved our bike rides each day-and on an e-bike we were able to enjoy the hills and the heat! We saw historic churches, fortresses, and UNESCO heritage sites in a peaceful and idyllic way. We ended with the city of Dubrovnik-which made us appreciate the quiet beauty of each island even more. The limestone buildings have been so well preserved, and biking through fields of olive groves and lavender gave us an up close view of life in Croatia. Swimming in the Adriatic Sea after a morning of biking was a great way to cool off before heading into a new historic village each night for dinner. Our guides Tonka and Tosha were integral in making sure we had a fun, safe, interesting and unique experience.

I didn’t know what to expect and was a little concerned doing this trip as a solo but it turned out to be beyond fantastic. The only bad thing is that it ended! Calvin and Srdan were amazing guides. The crew was efficient and kind. I needed some extra early morning assistance to get my luggage off the boat for a very early uber ride to the airport, and Iono (?) quickly volunteered and made all my stress go away. The ship was very clean. The food was fantastic. The bikes were easy to use and well maintained. The rides were a fun mix of adventure and sightseeing. I was happy to use my e-bike assist on the longer rides, which made the experience so much pre enjoyable. The swims in the sea were delightful. I easily connected with the other passengers, and I now consider many of them friends. But most of all, it was Calum and Srdan who made the week so special. Thank you!! Can't decided what made this holiday so special. Was it? The beautiful boat, amazing food, excellent cycling routes, knowledgeable guides, friendly crew or were we just lucky to be with 28 fun holidaymakers that made us laugh from dawn to dusk. Enjoyed the biking and guides. Crew was great.Views were spectacular. The cabin left a lot to be desired. Terrible mattress, bathroom was a mess, couldn’t shower without wetting the whole room, AC was subpar.. The food was mostly good, with several poor mains and sides. fruit cocktail from a can should not be served for dessert. drink prices on board were extremely high, five euros for a small Coke..

A really enjoyable all round holiday experience . our sail croatia guides Tonka and Callum , set the bar high with fabulous well chosen locations and clear explanations on hazards to look out for, sights to see and stops for the best ice cream, coffee, swimming or my favourite; ‘story time . Which was a joint effort by both guides to relay useful historical or geographical information . We had a super group of guests and the crew of the boat were helpful, The Boat Captain and our SC guides used their local knowledge to alter our harbour destination due to changing sea conditions. On day 3 a storm hit us in the calmest of harbours, and apart from strong wind through the port hole we slept and awoke for breakfast. We cycled a different route and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It takes quiet skill and knowledge and years of working with locals to select the best positions in the harbour. Ours was a real holiday , exercise, sunshine, friends, good food, lovely staff. Thank you.

tbh, I wasn't really sure what to expect as we've never booked an organised tour before, or anything boat related. But having spent a week on the Mali Luka, I would say this has been one of the most enjoyable & easy holidays I've had (even with a few days of cycling in the midday sun)! Our guides, Callum and Josko, were absolutely fantastic and made the whole trip a delight. All the crew were excellent and the boat is gorgeous - it really felt like home. Waking up every morning to a stunning new seascape or rustic town was fantastic and the weather over late May was perfect. Have gained nearly 2kg from the delicious breakfasts and lunches! Luckily the cycling offset what could have been an extra 3kg. Also, love that Walnut Liqueur - though as Mateo said to me one morning after the night before - "it is the silent killer". Couldn't think of a better way to go!

We had a wonderful time with a wonderful crew and guides. We were a small group which only made it more special. Tonka and Callum were amazing and we loved all of their story times, where we learned do much about Croatia and the unique Dalmatian islands. Every island was different as was every ride, all enjoyed thoroughly. This was the first time we have done a trip like this , as we have always done all of our planning ourselves. Great weather, great crew, good that they adapted to suit the weather and the group’s abilities. Everyone had e-bikes, which helped keep the group together, as there is only one lead and one tail guide. We were fortunate that there was a fairly small group, though some bikers were quite inexperienced. Saw some fantastic bays and harbours, and good swims (it was HOT despite being early June). Very enjoyable. Very happy that we had air on. Boat was very well equipped. Only comments are that after long rides, 3 course lunch was very late, a packed lunch might be better option. Also, for experienced bikers, a self guided gps option might be preferable. But still, great group, great guides, 5 stars!

No words can describe how amazing this trip was. Everything was wonderful. The rides were breathtaking. The bikes were top notch. The crew onboard were kind, professional and attended to all our needs. The food was incredible and the attention to detail and presentation did not go unnoticed. Our guides, Matilda and Miranda were incredible. They navigated our cycles with expertise , explaining each ride and keeping safety at the forefront. The guides were great, very informative and knowledgeable throughout the trip. The food was good, and we had the opportunity to see many stunning places. Croatia is a truly beautiful country. One area for improvement would be the towel service, as towels were only changed once a week. I also felt that the recommended gratuity of €105 per guide was quite expensive. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, with plenty of beautiful sights and memorable moments.

Wonderful, beautiful scenery ! Marin & Johnny were the perfect pair and excellent guides delivering 5/5 stars! Marin's historical knowledge was impressive; he was a mine of information and great local recommendations, he really took care of everyone! Johnny gave us the best restaurant recommendations or tips of where to go. Some of the bike rides took us up very steep hills and windy roads close to the cliff edges and while the views were beautiful I'm scared of heights, but luckily Johnny was there to support and kindly encourage me down, he was lovely! Kerim our bartender was very attentive & our food was good! Our ship was immaculate but it was older so while we had an upper cabin our bed was positioned up against the wall so I had crawl over the bed to get to my side. It wasn't the end of the world but we felt like we were camping :) which is why I am giving this review 4 stars! I'd highly recommend this trip, all the islands we visited were amazing and we loved Croatia!

We had a wonderful time on the Mali Luka with Josko and Calum. They ensured our safety and took us on some of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The Mali Luka crew also took such great care of us and the good on the boat was delicious! We all wondered if we were gaining weight vs losing it with our rides the food was so good. All in all it was a perfect experience. I highly recommend this experience for anyone traveling to Croatia as it was simply amazing.

We had an excellent trip from Split North (cycling cruise, it was well organised. The crew were excellent and the Tour managers Tonka and Lucija were outstanding. The biking was easy and manageble by all (exspecially if on a E bike). Plenty of swimming stops in warm and clear water. There were so many highlights, Split, Krka National park, Zadar and many small islands and delightful villages. I recommend this trip.

A system to log guests on and off securely so no-one can get left behind. 3. Give all info before getting off to start riding to save confusion. 4. Do not rely on apps as not all can use mb phones when traveling & riding. 5. Self serve Tea and coffee should be available free to guests.6. Meals do not need to be so formal or take up so much time. 7. Bikes need bells for safety and small panier bags to carry items securely.

We really enjoyed our recent cycling trip with Sail Croatia. We cycled during the mornings which were cooler. And a daily swim in the beautiful Adriatic Sea was a nice, welcome complement to the cycling. We particularly appreciated how attentive our guides, Marin and Natasa, were. They ensured that all cyclists stayed together, were safe on the roads and knew how to operate their ebikes safely. In addition, they provided the group with a fairly detailed description of the day’s ride as well as some history of the area. Marin and Natasa were very welcoming and engaging hosts. We have already recommended this trip to friends!

We would like to give a big thanks to Sail Croatia and to our 2 guides— Tonka and Lucija who took very good care of us while we were boating and cycling on the Sail Croatia Split Return Northern trip. Their professionalism, mixed with an easygoing, approachable manner, made for a wonderful vacation that had us feeling in good hands cycling through unfamiliar roads. During stops along the routes, we would take in the stunning scenery and be told stories about the Croatian culture and its rich history, which just added to the enjoyment factor. The holiday was more than excellent. The boat was very clean and comfortable. The crew were exceptional being very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and our chef was great. Our tour managers Tonka and Lucija were wonderful. I really liked story time with history of Croatia etc. They regularly updated us on the group Whatsup. I was pleased I changed to an E-bike a month before leaving as there were some long hills to climb. We had a great very friendly group. We enjoyed the bike rides, the sceneries were beautiful. The e-bikes worked very well. The group was a bit too large, a bit squeezed on the boat. The meals were excellent but we would have liked at time more buffet or picnic type of meal. We enjoyed a lot swimming from the boat, the Adriatic sea is so beautiful . Our bike and boat tour was fantastic….we will definitely recommend Sail Croatia to friends. We loved the ship, the crew, our cabin (above deck), and the daily itinerary. We booked the trip with a large group of friends and the other guests on the boat were lovely to travel with as well. Great food, coffee, drinks, islands, sight-seeing and cycling! Only 6 of us on the ship chose non-electric bikes, so the hilly terrain was challenging and rewarding for us….but hard-core riders love that anyway! And the e-bikers had a great time too, with options of course on how much pedal-assist they needed/wanted. Our tour guides Calum and Jasko were superb! Fun, knowledgeable, entertaining and flexible. And the entire crew of the Mali Luka was superb. Bravo!

Our guides were amazing. Crew brilliant. Costs such as port taxes and park fees were a bit of a surprise. Cabin was on the lower deck and was really damp even with the door left ajar. We were not allowed to open the portholes overnight whilst docked. Double bed was way too high to get in and out of comfortably.

It was great overall. Some of the things outside of the biking was that things like port taxes and park fees were not included in the costs. The cabins were also quite damp below deck and our bed you nearly had to take a run and jump to get into it as it was really high. Not great for an older couple.

This trip was incredible from start to finish. So well organised from start to finish, the boat staff were very friendly and obliging, the guides were a delight, the onboard food was delicious and the upstairs cabin was cosy but comfortable. It helped that the weather was perfect every single day. The e-bikes were a joy to ride - even the uphill parts were a breeze. We rode mostly on public roads so you do have to be a bit careful but there isn’t a lot of traffic. The guides always gave excellent briefings to make sure we were prepared for the day. The scenery, the colour of the water and the towns were so beautiful that it is hard to believe it is real. Handy tip - you will need a lot of cash (though there are ATMs everywhere) plus the drinks onboard are relatively expensive. Apart from that, it was an amazing trip and I was so sorry when it ended.

Great! loved the cycling and the tour guides. Our days out on the bikes were absolutely great. Both Marin and Martin did everything they could to make the trip enjoyable. My concerns were with things that were in the Captains control: 1. Why was air conditioning not on every night? not on for both first and last night which is poor. 2. bedding was sub par at best, poor quality and could have used an extra pillow. 3. Food was not great. I feel an al a carte menu would have been better as this was eat what you get which really was not appealing to me for a trip with this price. Our daughter was with us, she eats vegetarian and her food was absolutely terrible. Boris, the chef, needs to do better! 4. on board bar was poorly stocked. We would have used this service if items were available but it was basically just one wine and draft beer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our days cycling around the islands. Our guides Marin and Martin were superb! The ship however needs some work. The room was not very clean as well as the ship. The room we were given was right next to the engine which awoke us each morning and also smelt of exhaust.The captain was very nice but his staff seemed uninterested in their jobs and did a lot of sitting around (while the ship needed) cleaning.) We had a lovely time on our Sail Croatia Bike Cruise. I will recommend but with these suggestions. The food on our ship was not great. Edible but poorer quality than I expected. The crew tended to be quite surly and mostly smoked or were on their phones. Our guides were phenomenal and did a fantastic job. They really made the trip. The bikes (we all had e-bikes) were very good quality and easy to use. The scenery was fantastic and luckily we had a large (33 passengers) group but everyone was great and got along well. I would strongly suggest upgrading to premier plus or looking at a higher quality company if good food and a nice ship are important to you.

I filled the quick review onboard but understood there would be a more thorough evaluation of our trip. The biggest concern I had was the food. It was not up to standard. You should hire qualified trained chefs. Thousand island salad dressing was over poured on all salads. White bread for the most part. Not alot of citrus fruit. Overcooked tuna at captains dinner and appetizer unappealing. The captain wore a sweatshirt at the captains dinner. You couldn’t order a glass of wine you needed to buy a bottle. .

This was our second time island hopping and cycling with Sail Croatia. We had a wonderful time. The accomodations was super and we were well looked after by the boat crew and our tour guides Sasa and Ivica. Sasa and Ivica were very friendly and personable, We were comprehensively briefed each morning about the upcoming ride and any social arrangements. We arrived in Split during a deluge but the welcome on board Mali Luka from crew & fellow guests was warm. Cabins are sparsely furnished but clean and functional- not a lot of cupboard space so pack a bag that can be opened and accessed from under bed. Comfy bed & cotton bedding. Clean cosy en-suite bathroom. Meals on board plentiful with drinking water available whilst galley open and fruit bowl. Complementary tea and coffee would have been nice. Bikes and cycling was great. Many using e-bikes which were good in the heat & on steeper climbs. Swim stops scheduled for most days. 3 course lunch on board after cycling was a great time to informally chat with other guests. Our guides Ivica and Sassa were next to none with helpful info about the route, local history and things to see, do and eat after The daily ride. We travelled around many islands and mainland small towns during the week as well as the cycling so this type of holiday is just The perfect way to see & experience Croatia.

This bike sail was recommended by my sister who did it two years ago. We are by no means active at home but wanted to challenge ourselves by doing something active and adventurous. I can seriously say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The guides Marin and Olja were just exceptional. They looked after the group like we were precious cargo. The bike rides were amazing, exhilarating and great fun. We chose e-bikes as did most of the group and there was a wide range of experience from very little to very experienced cyclists but we had no problems keeping up. We really enjoyed being part of a group. We got on so well and have made many new friends. I have come home renewed with enthusiasm to get more exercise and have now bought an e bike. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It is not luxury but it is great fun and loads of adventure

I had a great time. Guides were outstanding (Josko and Lauren). I felt safe in their hands. Itinerary: I would have preferred more kilometers The bikes were basic and minimal. I expected better quality, especially the non E-bikes. The boat was fine. I did not need anything fancier. More than adequate The food was good but often overcooked. (The captain was a great pilot, he has no business interfering in the kitchen) Portions too big; buffet style may be better. I appreciated breakfast as I could serve myself and the variety was perfect. The portions at lunch were way too big. I dont like wasting food. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Consider other drinks at the bar (juice, lemonade…)

HOWEVER, we did book and pay for a cabin with double bed. But instead got a single bed on one side and a bunk bed on the other side of the cabin which was dissapointing.

Our trip could not have been better! The Princess Diana is a beautiful boat perfectly set up for navigating port to port and biking. Our cabin was comfortable with all the amenities needed though most of our time was spent in the salon, on deck, or biking. We cannot say enough about our tour guides Ivica and Ana. Safety of the riders was always top of mind. Ivica knows the islands intimately and he planned rides with stops for great photos, a swim and coffee or ice cream. Ana’s knowledge of the islands’ history is impressive and her clever antidotes and “myths” entertained us. Chef is a master and the food delicious. Tea and Danny were engaging and professional and took time to explain each dish. Especially memorable was the Captain’s Dinner! The Captain and crew were amazing, getting us to port on time and in a favorable location. We enjoyed watching the docking maneuvers…great team work! The ideal weather and our new biking friends made the entire week perfect.

My husband and I were a little concerned as we hadn't ridden a bike for many years and we are both in our early 60's. We are fit and healthy and adventurous. We were also concerned we may be the eldest in the group and didnt want to hold anyone up on the bike rides. We loved it. The E bikes made it so easy. The guides were fantastic.and just so great at their jobs. We rode everyday and are now going to book another E bike tour. we are hooked. All the other guests were around our age and we all had a ball. The food was excellent. The rooms were great and the beds comfortable each with our own ensuites. The only down side was the alcohol on board was very expensive and you cant take any on board.

I travelled as a solo passenger but needn't have worried. From the offset it was the friendliest group of passengers, staff and crew i have ever met. The 2 Sail Croatia leaders, josko and Lauren , were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, managing to change my picky carnivorous diet to a vegetarian one after 2 days. It was exactly the same with the crew of our boat, the "Dionis"- a very comfortable and ideally sized boat for the holiday- bigger boats around seemed too big and cold compared to the smaller boats. The excursions and cycle routes were absolutely ideal. Most of our 15 passengers opted for the E-bikes but 4 of us had the normal calf powered versions, which didn’t detract from the enjoyment. We had the chance to have a swim stop most days and after a chilly 10 minutes swim, the scorching onboard showers were a very pleasurable welcome experience. This was my first time as a solo traveller on a group trip but i now see it as the only way forward in future

We joined the crew of the Princezza Diana in beautiful Split, Croatia and over the next 7 days, made our way to Dubrovnik. Our amazing hosts and guides, Tonka and Elena, assisted by the ship's Captain and crew, made our journey memorable in a very positive way. We saw spectacular scenery and did some challenging and fun rides each day. Tonka and Elena made sure everyone was safe and that we learned about what we were seeing. The bicycles provided were high-quality and in great condition. Flyer was the brand of the e-bikes we used. We met some wonderful people from all over the world on our trip, It's a vacation experience I suspect we will do again. A word of caution: Unless you're an avid (perhaps even hardcore) cyclist, plan on renting the e-bikes. The hills you will climb are both long and steep - but beautiful!

Great crew, great fellow tourers! The itinerary was excellent. The bikes were garbage. You should not offer a tour where cycling is a feature and then provide bikes that were selected on cost only. Our tour leader spent far too much time trying to keep the bikes operational.

It was a great experience. The scenery was outstanding - every island had so much to offer. The guides Miran and Johhny were awesome. They kept the group safe and we learned a lot about the history of each island and Croatia in general. They treated everyone like family. The ship, Emanuel, was great- rooms were good, sun deck on the top is nice. We were fed well- breakfast and lunch every day. I enjoyed the authentic Croatian cuisine at lunch. The cooks made outstanding meals.

This was one of the best travel experiences of our lives. The boat was beautiful, the others travellers were great, the biking and scenery was spectacular and the guides and crew made every effort to make sure everything was excellent. Ivica was an excellent tour guide and made sure that we were all together and had exciting, enjoyable and safe bike rides. Ana made sure that no one was left behind and provided excellent information on the places we visited along with a few myths, legends and ghost stories😀. Ana and Dan (sp) were excellent bartenders and servers and made sure we stayed hydrated and were well fed. The food was excellent and we were served some traditional croatian food that was better than we had in restaurants on shore after our trip. My compliments to the chef!! We would definitely recommend this trip. Once you have tried a small boat experience you will not want to go back to the big cruise lines

We had a wonderful experience meeting new friends and cycling across the islands. We had e-bikes which made the cycling easier because the hills are big. Our food on the Mali Luka was exceptional. The crew was great! Lots of fun!

Fabulous holiday!! Our 2 guides Tonka and Elena were very professional, experienced, kind and fun. The breakfasts and lunches were very good, and I appreciated the availability of fresh fruit every day. We thoroughly enjoyed the locations of scenic islands that we biked through and mainland Croatia too. It was a great experience. Thank you.

We were not 100 percent confident that we would be fit enough or enjoy the experience but we absolutely enjoyed the trip. The tour guides, 2 of them, treated us like family and protected on the roads. The boat, Emanuel, with their captain and crew were a well tuned group. The food on board was excellent! The ebike made the fitness level almost irrelevant, as we watched our 72 year old female group mate keep up with the front guide.

Fabulous!!!!! This trip for exceeded my expectations. Tonka and Elena were incredible cycle tour guides, balancing fun, safety, great cycling, routes, flexibility for weather conditions …. All to make the needs of the individuals making of our group. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful with a walk-in closet! I did not expect daily housekeeping. Anna was great. The food on this trip was spectacular. Breakfast and lunches were absolutely amazing. We will definitely recommend this trip to others.

The boat, Princeza Diana, was lovely and the crew was outstanding! Our daily lunches were just delicious, way nicer than we anticipated. Our cycling guides, Tonka and Elena, managed to keep 32 riders of varying skill levels safe and entertained. Our daily rides were so much fun on the beautiful Croatian islands!

We experienced great service and were completely satisfied with our trip. The captain and crew did an outstanding job navigating us through the outer islands near Split. Our cycling guides Miranda and Lucy were always cheerful and enthusiastic. The e-bikes are very user friendly and can power up the hills with no problem.. Lucy helped us to learn about Croatian culture and history at our rest stops while riding through the beautiful countryside. Extra add ons like wine tasting, olive oil tasting and a meal on a local farm.added to the experience.

What a wonderful week travelling on the Mali Luka from island to island to cycle in beautiful Croatia. We appreciated the emphasis on safety and fun at the same time. Our guides Ivica and Sasha treated everyone equally and made us all feel very comfortable. The routes are a mix of lengths with varied scenery keeping it interesting. Historical facts were shared about each location. The staff work around the clock making sure that the experience for clients is sensational. Excellent communication with WhatsApp throughout. Book this adventure as soon as you can!

Had a great trip…the guide staff were experienced and knowledgeable…always ready to help, lead, inform, suggest alternatives and more. The boat’s crew including the captain, the sailors, the cook and the other staff provided a smooth boating experience and wonderful meals. The bikes were well maintained and easy to use. Convinced us it’ll soon be time to buy an “e” bike at home.” We have no reservations in recommending Sail Croatia!

Just about everything!!! This was the most enjoyable vacation I have ever taken because the Sail Croatia staff - tour director Sasa and Ivica (cyling guide) made it all so easy and fun. We had one raiiny cool day and they even made that fun - there was no way I was missing out on the ride. I also loved how they recommended or organized things to do on the various islands after the ride - like learn about stone masonary, going to a local winery for a wine tasting and even a local live play. After I had a little fall (not on the bike) they came to my rescue immediately and made me feel safe. I will always love Croatia and I hope to return next year to try another route --I will ask for Sasa and Ivica and I would follow them anywhere. I already miss them and this amazing holiday and it has only been three days since our tour ended. .

All of the Crew went above and beyond… so accommodating… especially Tea and Danny….our cycling guides were awesome… especially Tonka who was so knowledgeable, funny and always had a plan b as needed…. Although the entire experience was outstanding I do have a couple of points: 1.) As an experienced cyclist, I had no issues but I did see some areas of saftey that could be improved. There was confusion throughout the day as directions were, at times, incomplete and vague. 2.) Food was another issue as items at breakfast would run out and the main course lunches were mediocre. 3.) Coffee is always an issue for me and yours was the worst. (Sorry) 4.) I didn't understand why we couldn't pay our bar tab with a credit card. Many were short on cash and had to rush to an ATM. 5.) Whatsapp feature was great, would of been nice to get the days briefing in advance of actual briefing at 8:30 so we could follow along and have questions prepared. All in all our tour guides were friendly and well informed about the areas we visited and I would recommend this tour to friends The boat was immaculate and comfortable. Great way to see Croatia for the first time.
